The Orbital fracture which is often combined with midface fracture can cause decreased visual acuity, limitation of eyeball movement, diplopia, enophthalmos, etc. Traumatic orbital fracture causes change of orbital volume, results in diplopia and enophthalmos thus, accurate repositioning of displaced bone and reconstruction of orbital defect with autogenous materials(cranial, rib, iliac bone, cartilage and fascia lata) or alloplastic materials(gelatin film, polyglactin mesh, methylmethacrylate, Teflon, silicone, Supermid, hydroxyapatite and metal). The key point of reconstruction of orbit is accurate repositioning of displaced orbital floor, lateral, medial orbital wall and sufficient bonegraft in anatomical defect. As this cases, we obtained good results through transconjunctival and coronal approach who were required orbital reconstruction. Also, we accurately diagnosed orbital fracture with C.T., 3D model and good result for orbital reconstruction with sufficient parietal block bone graft during average 16.8 months follow-up.

ATM(asynchronous transfer mode) is able to realize the full integration of various kinds of services. Effective bandwidth allocations using statistical multiplexing gain haute been studied for the full integration of different kinds of services. In this paper. we present call admission control algorithm using complete bandwidth sharing and reserved bandwidth sharing. Complete bandwidth sharing is an efficient way for utilization of bandwidth. Reserved bandwidth sharing is an efficient way for preventing reverse pecking order. Using these two bandwidth allocations is an effective way for bandwidth utilization and stopping reverse pecking order. A computer simulation shows the results of the algorithm.
이부성형술에서 강선 고정술과 소강판 고정술간의 안정성에 관한 임상적 연구

Performing genioplasty for greater stability of the changed chin position, incision, dissection, osteotomy design and fixation are important technical considerations. Basically, wire osteosynthesis method has been used in genioplasty, but plate/screw osteosynthesis has been introduced in rigid fixation. The purpose of this study is that comparison of stability between wire and plate/screw osteosynthesis in genioplasty. In this study, the genioplasty groups were divided into three groups ; advanced genioplasty group, reduction genioplasty group, advanced with reduction genioplasty group. In wire osteosynthesis groups, there were 15patients who had advanced genioplasty, 13patients who had reduction genioplasty, and 12patients who had advanced with reduction genioplasty. In plate/screw osteosynthesis groups, there were 15patients who had advanced genioplasty, 13patients who had reduction genioplasty, and 13patients who had advnaced with reduction genioplasty. Lateral cephalograms ; pre- and postoperatively, postoperatively 1months, and at the latest follow-up(>6months); were analyzed by linear measurement to evaluate changes in position(hard tissue B, Pogonion point) and compare relapse between both groups.

This is a case of bony ankylosis of right temporomandibular joint with mild facial asymmetry resulted from trauma, which bring about the right condylar fracture, and corrected by interpositional arthroplasty with temporal fascia flap and coronoidectomy. The postoperative results were functionally and esthetically good, but continued osbervation is necessary to evaluation of abnormal bony growth and reankylosis.

To investigate quality of seasoned and semi-dried mackerel during storage at ±3±0.5℃, moisture content, pH, volatile basic nitrogen (VBN), viable cell count, peroxide value and color value were determined. The shelf-life of the products, vacuum-packaged in nylon/polyethylene/linear low density polyethylene (0.015/0.045/0.040 mm) film bag, was at least 42 days during storage at -3±0.5℃, while that of stored at 3±0.5℃ was at least 16 days.

To extend the shelf-life of roasted whole and quarter peanuts, coating tests with several coating agents, Na-caseinate/glycerol, Na-caseinate/sorbitol, soy protein isolate (SPI)/glycerol, and SPI/sorbitol solutions were carried out. The optimum conditions for coating peanuts were dipping in agueous 12% Na-caseinate/0.1 M glycerol (70:30, W:W) solution in cold room at 4 ℃ for one minute, and drying at 40℃ for 3 hrs in drying oven and then repeating these dipping and drying operation for three times. The coated samples made under such optimum condition were packaged with air in laminated film bag (Ny/PE/LLDPE : 0.015/0.045/0.040 mm) and stored at 2℃ for 6 months. The shelf-lives of coated products were at least 6 months, while uncoated ones were at least 90 days both in whole and quarter samples.

An experiment was carried out for preparation of boiled and dried loach by cold air drying method. Keeping qualities of the products were investigated by measuring moisture content, pH, volatile basic nitrogen (VBN), viable cell counts, color value and texture were analyzed. For preparation of the boiled and dried loach, optimum conditions of drying temperature and drying time were 30℃ and 13 hr, respectively. The shelf-life of the product, vacuum-packing method in nylon/polyethylene/linear low density polyethylene (0.015/0.045/0.040 mm) laminated film bag, was at least 40 days during storage at 4℃, while that of air packaged one was at least 35 days. In case of 20℃ storage the shelf-lives of the products were at least 35 days and 30 days in vacuum and air packaged ones, respectively.
