      • 주제어 추출 기법을 이용한 한글 문서의 자동 요약

        입력 문서의 주제어 집합을 이용하여 각 문장마다 문장 가중치를 부여하고, 문장 가중치 및 문장 유형 정보에 의해 문서내에서 주요 문장들을 추출하는 자동 요약 기법을 제안한다. 정보 검색에서 각 문서에 대한 요약 정보를 첫 부분을 보여주거나 질의어가 출현한 부분을 보여주는 방법을 사용하고 있는데, 문서 내용을 대표하는 문장들을 보여줌으로써 사용자에게 적합한 정보를 전달하는 효과가 있다.

      • 용어 가중치에 의한 주제어 추출 기법

        본 논문에서는 단일 문서내에서 추출된 용어들의 가중치를 계산하여 문서 내용을 대표하는 주제어를 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 용어의 가중치 계산 방법으로는 품사 가중치 부여, 복합명사 인식에 의한 가중치 부여, 조사 유형에 따른 가중치 부여 기법을 이용한다. 입력 문서에서 가중치가 높은 용어들로 구성된 주제어 후보 집합에 이 용어들이 추출된 문장에서 출현한 용어들을 주제어 후보에 추가하여 주제어 후보 용어들의 가중치를 재계산한다. 재계산된 가중치에 따라 주제어 홍보 용어들의 가중치가 임계치 이상인 용어들을 주제어로 추출한다. 제안한 방법은 정보검색에서 각 문서에 대한 색인어를 선별하고 가중치를 부여하는 방법으로 출현빈도와 역문헌빈도를 사용해 왔는데, 주제어 색인 기법으로 색인어를 선별함으로써 색인어 개수를 줄이고 가중치를 정확히 부여함으로써 검색 성능을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.

      • 자궁경부암에서 p53과 human papillomavirus의 분포에 관한 연구

        Uterine cervical carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor of woman in Korea. Cervical lesions are associated with various subtypes of human papillomavirus(HPV), and recently there is many reports for interrelationship between p53 gene and HPV in development of cervical carcinoma. HPV is associated with condyloma acuminatum, flat condyloma, cervical intraepithelial neoplasm(CIN), and invasive carcinoma in uterine cervix. Among the subtypes of HPV, type 6b and 11 are reported as low risk group and type 16 and 18 are high risk group. p53 is an one of oncogene which control the cellular proliferation. The loss of p53 function by mutation and complex binding with HPV E6 could act an important role in developmental mechanism of cervical carcinoma. To observe the relationship between expression of p53 and HPV in CIN and invasive carcinoma, we analysed CIN 26 cases and invasive squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) 62 cases processed for immunohistochemical stain using monoclonal mouse anti-p53 and polyclonal anti-bovine papillomavirus. Then positivity of p53 and HPV was compared. The results are as followings: 1) The p53 in CIN showed positive reaction in twelve cases(46.2%) of twenty-six cases. Positive rates of CIN Ⅰ, CIN Ⅱ, and CIN Ⅲ are 33.3%, 42.9%, and 50% respectively. 2) The p53 in invasive squamous cell carcinoma showed positive reaction forty-four cases(71.0%) of sixty-two cases. Positive rates of microinvasive and invasive SCC are 53.8% and 75.5%, respectively. According to cell type, keratinizing type were eighteen cases(81.2%) of twenty-two cases and nonkeratinizing type were ninteen(70.4%) of twenty-seven cases. 3) Papillomavirus revealed low expression rate in CIN(26.9%) and invasive SCC (16.1%). 4) The p53 showed positive reaction in fourteen(82.4%) of papillomavirus-positive seventeen cases. Above results revealed higher positive rate of p53 according to progression of CIN and SCC, and in keratinizing type than in nonkeratinizing type of SCC. Positive rate of papillomavirus was very low, but high positive rate in p53 positive cases which suggest that p53 and HPV corelate in development of cervical carcinoma.

        제2형 당뇨병 동물모델인 OLETF 쥐에서 장기간 라미프릴 투여가 내당능 및 췌도 베타세포에 미치는 효과

        연구배경:최근 소개된 HOPE(Heart Outcomes Prevention Evaluation)study의 결과에 의하면, 심혈관질환이나 이에 대한 위험인자가 1가지 이상인 9,541명을 대상으로 안지오텐신 전환효소 억제제의 일종인 라미프릴을 투여하여 사망율과 뇌졸증, 심부전, 당뇨병 합병증이 개선되었을 뿐 아니라 다른 항고혈압제에 비해 새롭게 당뇨병으로 진단되는 환자가 줄었음을 보고한바 있다. 이에 저자들은 라미프릴(ramipril)을 제2형 당뇨병 동물모델에 장기간 투여함으로써 당뇨병을 예방하거나 고혈당 상태 또는 인슐린 감수성을 개선시킬수 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 방법:생후 24주된 체중 400∼450g의 OLETF와 LETO 쥐를 대상으로 6개월간 라미프릴 경구투여 하였고 혈압, 24시간 단백뇨 및 인슐린 내성검사를 시행하였다. 6개월 이후로는 8주간 투여군과 대조군의 체중을 비슷하게 맞추어 내당능 상태를 평가하였고 이후 다시 8주간 고농도 포도당을 투여하였다. 경구당부하검사를 시행한 후 희생시켜 조직표본을 만들어 guinea pig anti­human insulin 항체로 염색후 DAB로 발색하여 point count 법으로 베타세포를 정량하였고, 면역염색으로 췌도의 변화와 섬유화의 정도를 관찰하였다. 결과:라미프릴을 6개월간 투여하였을 때 OLETF 쥐에서 1)체중 증가가 적었으며 2)경구 당부하검사시 포도당하 면적은 의미있게 감소하였고 3)인슐린 내성검사상 Kitt가 증가되는 경향을 보였으며 4)수축기, 이완기 혈압과 24시간 단백뇨양이 의미있게 감소하였고 5)체중을 맞추면 내당능 상태가 비슷해졌다가 고농도 포도당 주입시 다시 포도당하 면적이 대조군에서 더 증가되었다. 라미프릴 투여군에서 췌도변형 및 파괴와 탈과립, 췌도내 섬유화가 감소하였다. 결론:본 실험에서는 인슐린 비의존성 당뇨병 동물 모델인 OLETF 쥐에서 당뇨병 발생 이전 단계부터 장기간 라미프릴을 투여할 경우 체중증가가 적었고, 투여군과 대조군의 체중을 맞추었을 때는 내당능상태의 차이가 없아가 고혈당 투여시 다시 투여군과 대조군에서 의미있는 차이를 보였다. 라미프릴 투여가 베타세포의 기능면에서 이로운 효과를 보일 것으로 생각되었다. 따라서 비만한 환자에서 안지오텐신 전환효소 억제제의 장기투여는 단백뇨 감소, 혈압강하 효과 이외에 체중증가의 억제 및 당뇨병 발생을 억제할 가능성을 시사한다. Background : In a Heart Outcomes Prevention Evaluation HOPE study, ramipril, a long-acting angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor, significantly reduced the death rates the number of myocardial infarctions, strokes, heart failure as well as the risk of complications related to diabetes and of diabetes itself. However, it is known that ACE inhibitors improve glucose tolerance or insulin sensitivity or reduce the incidence of diabetes. Methods : 24 week-old OLETF (Otsuka Long Evans Tokushima Fatty) rats weighing 400 ~ 450 g were used in this study. 4 groups of rats were examined in parallel for 40 weeks. The OLETF rats were randomized for treatment with an aqueous solution of ramipril (5 mg/Kg) daily [OL (RMP), n=10)] and with saline [OL (CON), n=10)]. The LETO rats were also randomized in the same was as the OLETF rats (LT(RMP), n=10, LT (CON), n=10). The blood glucose level, body weight, systolic and diastolic blood pressure was assessed every month. At 3 and 6 months, the 24hrs urinary protein concentration was measured, and as insulin tolerance test and oral glucose tolerance test were conducted in all experimental groups. After 6 months, the body·weight was matched for 2 months in each corresponding group. Subsequently, a 15% sucrose loading was done for 2 months. After the glucose tolerance test, the pancreas was excised and immuno histochemical staining was conducted for insulin to quantify the beta cell mass by a point-counting method. In addition, the islet morphology was evaluated in the pancreas. Results : Ramipril treatment for a period of 6 months improved the 2hr blood glucose level, the area under the glucose curve in the oral glucose tolerance test, insulin sensitivity in addition to lowering significantly systolic and diastolic blood pressure and 24hrs urinary protein level significantly in OLETF rats. Of note, a lower weight gain was observed in both the ramipril-treated animals at 6 months. After weight matching, the AUC g and 2hr blood glucose level values were similar between the corresponding groups, but a 15% sucrose loading worsened the AUC g value. Histologically, the islets were less disorganized and the extent of fibrosis was lower in the ramipril-treated OLETF rats in the trichrome stain. Conclusion : Long-term treatment of ramipril, a long acting angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor may be useful for suppressing weight gain and proteinuria in addition to having a protective effect on the islet to harmful stimuli such as hyperglycemia (J Kor Diabetes Asso 25:469~482, 2001).

The purpose of this study is to investigate the basics and category systems of domestic green building certification criteria and to utilize it as reference materials for developing integrated criteria applicable to all buildings.

      • 물리교육의 효율적인 교수-학습 지도 방안 : 빛 단원을 중심으로 learning methods of physics education

        Teaching physics education, various materials have been used. But many kinds of equipments are not sufficient and their operations are very complecate. On the other hand, it takes a lot of time for preparations. The physical experiments should decide the directions of lectures and motivate the learning students. The most remarkable discovery made by physical science is physical phenomena itself. The central problem in teaching physics today is to establish the principles of physics which consist of the basis of all physical phenomena. And the demonstration experiments are used frequently inside and outside the classrooms, and the operations of experiments are convinient to impulse of interests of students. In order to update the teaching and learning method of physics education effectively, we have studied“LIGHT”in high school's physics using improved method by the experiments though the analysis and investigation of the measuring results.

      • 우리나라 石油産業의 現況 및 對策

        This paper aims at surveying the present situation of the oil industry in Korea and at suggesting some measures for it. The petroleum industry, in general, is widely accepted as one of energy-sparing industries and also as one of premising import-substitute industries as well. The industry is essentially relevant to our national military defense and safety as well as to our economic stability and development. In 1980's, now that international oil environments have greatly changed stance the first and second oil crises, a more positive and effective strategy of policy of the petroleum industry of Korea is demanded. Some of measures suggested here in this paper are as follows: 1.The sound foundation of stable supply of crude oil should be laid, and accordingly there should be a thorough search and the full development of our continental shelf, along with the expansion of petroleum storing against emergency. 2.The structure of oil consumption should be reorganized, and a nation-wide energy-economy drive should be carried on steadily. 3.There should be a wise and prudent selection of crude oil to meet the demand structure of oil-products, and a thorough management and control of the quality of the products is also needed. 4.A geater emphasis and consideration should be laid not only on the efficient management of our oil-refining companies, but also on preservation from the cohesion and oil refining facilities, and on safe management along wish preventive maintenance. 5.Our autonomous independence from the international oil capital should be established. 6.The concerned plant investment should be promoted more actively so as to meet the possible changes of the demand and supply structure of petroleum in the years to come. 7.The oil-refining industry strategy and the all-out energy policy should be harmonized with each other, while the circles of oil-refieing industry should be reorganized.

      • 비닐하우스 작물용 자동방제 시스템 개발

        An automatic spraying system has been developed that can be applied to the prevention and extermination of damage by blight and harmful insects for crops in a vinyl plastic house. The system consists of three parts; a nozzle camage, controller, and pumping system. The nozzle camage moves along a mono-rail equipped above the ground, which conveys lots of nozzles to spry agricultural chemicals over crops. The controller governs the speed and direction of the nozzle camage as well as the action of the pumping system. In connection with the spraying system, we also suggest the guidelines for designing the pumping system.
