        채제공 「정원록」 연구

        미적인 중국 강남의 문인 문화가 본격적으로 성행하여 문인들끼리 시사(詩社) 활동이 활발하게 이루어졌다. 각 당파별 시사 중 남인 시사는 채팽윤의 동벽단(東壁壇) 시사와 이중환의 연사(蓮社)가 있었고 그 뒤를 이어 채제공이 남인의 영수로서 여러 차례 시사를 주관하며 18세기 남인 시사의 명맥을 이어나갔다. 그의 시사 중 정원록(貞元錄) 은 영조 49년에 결성한 중 종남사(終南社)의 내용을 담고 있다. 그는 이 시사에 각별한 의미를 두어 나중에 서문을 남겼고 여기에 구성원의 참석 여부 등을 자세히 기록하였는데 이는 전후 남인 시사의 흐름을 살피는 단서가 된다. 또한 이전 풍단 시사 때는 볼 수 없었던 면학을 강조하는 시들을 여러 편 지어, 이것이 특수한 목적을 가지고 모인 시사임을 드러내었다. 이후 시사에 참석한 이들 중 6명이나 몇 년 안에 과거에 급제하는 상당한 쾌거를 거두었다. 종남사는 채제공이 남인들의 결속과 관로 진출을 위해 시사를 활용했음을 잘 보여주는 예라고 하겠다. In the 18th century Seoul was becoming a modern city and an unworldly and aesthetic Chinese culture was prevalent, so it was popular for the nobility to get together to write poems. Among each political assembly, one of the Southerners, Jae-Gong Chae led a group of poetry writers several times. Jungwonrok consists of poems written by Jong-Nam Assembly, which lasted from fall to winter in 1773. The gathering was special to Jae-Gong Chae, so he left a prologue later with details of the attendance of the members, and this was evidence showing the changes of the character of the assembly. Also, several poems focusing on learning were written by Jong-Nam Assembly which couldn't be found previously, and this showed that Jong-Nam Assembly was the gathering to write poems with a special purpose. Six of the members passed a state examination within a few years after joining Jong-Nam Assembly and this result was a significant achievement. Jong-Nam Assembly was a good example of Jae-Gong Chae using the gathering as a tool for Southerners' solidarity and entering politics.

        Simplified Effective Compressive Strengths of Columns with Intervening Floor Slabs

        The current design codes discuss the effective compressive strengths of columns, which reflect a decrease in load transfer performance that can occur when columns and slabs have different concrete compressive strengths. The effective compressive strength of a column increases as it is confined by the slab, and the design codes mandate three different effective compressive strengths for interior columns (confinement on four sides), exterior columns (confinement on three sides), and corner columns (confinement on two sides). For both corner and exterior columns, the confinement effect of the slab is significantly smaller than that for the interior column, and there is a more marked decrease in load transfer performance. However, there is still a lack of theoretical studies investigating the effective compressive strengths of the corner and exterior columns. Therefore, based on the analysis model established in previous research, this study has proposed an equation for calculating the effective compressive strengths of the corner, exterior and isolated columns without any confinement effects of the slab. In addition, axial loading tests of isolated columns were conducted and the proposed equation was verified.

      • Characterization of Antihypertensive Angiotensin I-Converting Enzyme Inhibitor from Recombinant E. coli

        안지오텐신(ACE) 저해제는 항고혈 효과를 갖고 있으므로 오랫동안 고혈압의 예방이나 치료에 이용되어 왔다. 본 연구는 재조합 대장균으로부터 새로운 ACE 저해제를 생산하고 정제하며 나아가 이들이 구조-기능 관P를 규명하기 위해 수행되었다. Saccharomyces cerevisiase의 ACE 저해 펩타이드 유전자를 함유하고 있는 재조합 pGEX-4T-3을 대장균 BL21(DE3)로 형질전환 시켰다. 재조합 pGEX-4T-3을 갖고 있는 대장균 BL21(DE3)로부터 생산된 Glutathione-s 전이효소 (GST) 융합 단백질을 얻어서 그중 ACE저해 펩타이드를 Sephadex G-25 컬럼 크로마토그래피로 정제하였다. 정제된 ACE 저해 펩타이드는 타이로신-아스파틱엑시드-그리신-글리신-발린-패닐알라린-아르기닌-발린-타이로신-트레오닌의 서열을 가진 새로운 decapeptide이었고 ACE에 대하여 경쟁적으로 저해하였다. The angiotensin I-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor has anti-hypertensive effects and has long been used as prevention or remedy of hypertension. This study were carried out to produce and purify a new ACE inhibitor from recombinant E. coli and further elucidate its structure-function relationship. Recombinant pGEX-4T-3 containing ACE inhibitory peptide gene of Saccharomyces cerevisiae was transformed into E. coli BL21(DE3). Glutathione-S transferase (GST) fusion protein from E. coli BL21(DE3) harboring the recombinant pGEX-4T-3 was obtained and the ACE inhibitory peptide was purified with Sephadex G-25 column chromatography. The purified ACE inhibitory peptide was a novel decapeptide with sequence Tyr-Asp-Gly-Gly-Val-Phe -Arg-Val-Tyr-Thr which shows very low similarity to the other ACE inhibitory peptide sequence. The purified ACE inhibitor competitively inhibited ACE.

        Recently, Wire-rireless combination study is being studied very actively with the advent of Ubiquitous environment, using wireless device such as PDA, Cellular Phone loading multi-hop communication that connects wired internet network very easily and controls the system and shares the information in anyplace. The past algorithm, wired and wireless combination that connect between Ad Hoc Network and wired network is being focused only on the study of heterogeneous network interface. The proposed algorithm established independent multi-path between source node and destination node to prevent data loss when errors happen in route.         언론법제 연구의 최근 동향분석

        이 연구는 2007년부터 2010년까지 4년 동안 법학 및 언론학 분야의 학술지에 게재된 언론법관련 논문과 2009-2010년 출판된 언론법 관련 단행본, 또 같은 기간동안 발표된 언론법 관련 석?박사학위 논문을 내용분석하였다. 29개의 학술지에 게재된 언론법관련 논문의 비중은 전체적으로 9.2%였다. 한국언론법학회의 <언론과 법>, 한국정보법학회의 <정보법학>은 특성상 대부분 언론법관련 논문을 게재하였고 지상파방송 3사가 발행하는 학술지들도 ‘미디어정책’을 비롯한 언론법과 관련된 주제의 연구논문 게재비율이 상대적으로 높았다. 광고학분야 저널의 언론법 관련 연구논문 게재비율은 극히 낮았다. 법학 배경을 가진 연구자들이 언론학분야의 학술지에 연구논문을 게재하는 등 꾸준한 학문간 통섭이 이뤄지고 있으나 아직 기대수준에 미치지 못한 것으로 분석되었다. 언론법 관련 연구주제는 ‘저작권 등 지적재산권’ 부분이 상대적으로 큰 비중을 차지하였고 대부분의 연구가 전통적인 ‘규범적’ 연구방식에 의해 진행되는 경향이 강했다. 학위논문의 경우 예술계와 이공계에서도 언론법으로 분류되는 박사학위논문이 생산됐으나 여전히 법학분야가 ‘언론법박사학위논문’의 산실을 담당하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 석사학위논문에서도 유사한 경향이 나타났는데 연구주제는 ‘저작권 등 지적재산권’ 비중이 컸다. 또 상당수가 온라인 부문과 직간접적인 연관을 맺고 있었다. 법학과 언론학 간의 꾸준한 교류와 공동연구, 또 법학전문대학원의 언론법 연구 활성화가 필요한 시점이다. This study explored the state of media law research through overviewing the related books, research articles, and academic theses produced during the years of 2009 and 2010. It showed that about 9.2% of all the research articles in media and law journals were written about media law. While the articles in <Media and the Law> and <Journal of Information Law> are mostly related to media law, journals about advertising published the least articles about media law. It was found that media researchers frequently applied social scientific methods for the main anaylsis, most law researchers highly depended on the conventional legal research methods. Major research interests in both media and law areas were given to freedom of expression and basic personality rights such as libel, invasion of privacy, and copyrights. Overall, there has still been not much co-work or co-authorship between media scholars and law scholars notwithstanding the recent increase in the number of media law related articles. In academics, among 27 Ph.D. degrees endowed in media law speciality, 21 came from law area, two from media area, four from other area. Interestingly, in master"s degree, more people eared master"s degree in other area than media area. This showed the interest in media law is getting increased in recent years. The books published during 2009 and 2010 proved that "copyright" is the most attractive and complicated issue among others in the media law research area. An interesting thing is that two books that deal with ethics in the internet were published in this period. Conclusively, this study suggested just like the result derived from 2008 article by Jae-Jin Lee and Seoung Sun Lee, more and more cooperative research between the media and the law should be made so as to enhance the development of media law research. Especially, the result revealed that unique and representative research method in the media law area needed to be established.

      • 자기공명영상용 라디오주파수 코일의 제작에 있어서 동조 및 매칭에 영향을 미치는 전기 용량 값들의 실험적 측정

        Radio frequency coil which is capable of transmit and receive the signal has been used for image production in magnetic resonance imaging(MRI). Tuning and matching characteristic of radio frequency coil is major factor determining the image quality. In experiment the used coil was called a staircase type coil which is simplified the birdcage coil and referred to a simple LC resonant circuit. Because the inductance values of the coils are fixed coil performance was examined by changing of the capacitance values. In this study capacitance values were experimentally determined to increase of-tuning and matching effect in junction of the coil between coil endring and BNC cable to obtain the high quality of image.

      • 이동 애드 혹 네트워크에서의 환경적응형 QoS AODV 라우팅 프로토콜에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we propose a bidirectional mobile Ad Hoc routing protocol based on AODV(ad-hoc on-demand distance vector routing) with QoS(quality of service) support. At presence, wireless mobile communication focuses on how to efficiently support mobility of users more than QoS guarantee. However, in order to satisfy requirement of various applications which have been or will be served, QoS guarantee between end points is a very important issue. The existing AODV routing protocol is implemented to use only BE (Best Effort) service. However, actual wireless mobile environment requires to reduce a waste of communication resources and meet with the real-time change of data paths by setting up routes with QoS support, considering available communication resources at each node in advance. Therefore, in this thesis, we propose an adaptive QoS support method using hello message in order to rapidly meet with the change of available communication resources and to smoothly perform route maintenance. For performance evaluation, we analyzed the average data reception rate. At that time, we used evaluation parameters such as node's mobility-stop time, hello message period, and packet priority, considering the node's mobility and the number of best effort/QoS data flows. As results, we found that with our proposed method the average data reception rate was increased 16.293%, 15.914%, 17.238% for 300 mobility-stop second case and 4.809%, 4.264%, 2.956% for 300 mobility-stop second case.

      • Production and Characterization of a Thermo-alkalotolerant Cyclodextrin Glucanotransferase from Thermo-alkalophilic Bacillus cereus B-13

        내열성의 cyclomaltodextrin glucanotransferase (CGTase)를 이용하여 열에 안정한 싸이클린 텍스트린 (CD)을 생산하기 위하여 매우 높은 CGTase 활성을 보이는 고열성이며 호알카리성인 B-13 세균을 분리하여 형태적, 생리학적 특성과 16S 리보솜 RNA 서열분석 등을 통하여 Bacillus cereus B-13으로 동정하였다. Bacillus cereus B-13을 2% 가용성 전분, 1% 효모 추출물, 1% Na_(2)CO_(3) 등을 함유하는 SYC 배지 (pH 8.5)에 접종하여 50℃에서 24시간 배양하였을 때 최고의 CGTase 활성(130 U/ml)을 보였다. 또한 부분 정제된 CGTase의 작용 최적 온도와 pH는 각각 65℃, pH 8.5-9.0 이었고 80℃이하와 pH 5.0-10.0에서 안정하였다. 1% 가용성 전분을 부분 정제한 CGTase와 작용 시켰을 때 49%의 CD 수율을 보였다. To produce a thermostable cyclodextrin by using thermotolerant cyclomaltodextrin glucanotransferase(CGTase), a thermophilic and alkalophilic bacterium isolate, designated B-13 showing the highest CGTase activity was isolated from natural sources and identified as Bacillus cereus B-13 based on the morphological and physiological characteristics, and 16S rRNA sequence. The maximal CGTase activity (130 U/ml) was obtained when Bacillus cereus B-13 was cultured in SYC medium containing 2.0% soluble starch, 1.0% yeast extracts, 1% corn steep liquor and 1% Na_(2)CO_(3) (pH 8.5) at 50℃ for 24 h and about 80% of maximal activity was also showed in the culture broth of 60℃ for 18 h . Optimum reaction temperature and pH of the partial purified CGTase for soluble starch were 65℃ and pH 8.5-9.0, respectively. The partial purified CGTase were also stable below 80℃ and pH 5.0-10.0. When 1% soluble starch was digested with the partial purified CGTase, the yield of cyclodextrin was 49%.

      • 서울의 Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae 발생빈도(1998)

        In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.
