In recent years, Information Technology(IT) accelerates industrial society into Knowledge-based Economy, or Digital Economy. This has a great and various effects upon political, economical, social and cultural aspects. Especially in economical aspect, it makes a lot of change in production method, labor markets, employment, labor relations and labor movement etc. The purpose of this article is to explore on the effects of labor relations change in knowledge- based economy. The result of study revealed as follows: 1) The transformation from the collective labor relations to the individual labor relations. 2) The change of meaning in labor relations: o the stability strategy of labor relations -> competitive advantage strategy. 3) The change of the structure in labor relations: o zero-sum game for sharing -> positive-sum game for human resources accumulation. In conclusion, it has implications to the tripartite in labor relations, First, employers have to in pursuit of the flexible and high involvement production organizations. Second, employees should be knowledge workers to create value added for the company and labor unions should take the strategy for the employment stability and competence development of the workers. Finally the government policy has to support for the accumulation of human capital.

The authors have examined the PHP index, in order to choose the optimum concentration, calivary flow volume and chewing time for Red-Plaque tablets, one of the newly developed disclosing agent for dental plaque. 4 kinds of tablets as 0.5㎎ of Red No.104, 1.0㎎, 2.0㎎ and 5.0㎎ were produced and 30 adults volunteers were selected for clinical experiments. PHP index were checked for extracted tooth of lateral incisor with artificial plaque and dyeing with various concentration of Red-Plaque, as well as for volungeerss 'teeth. Obtained date were analysed and compared. 1. Carbohydrate and protein were contained in dental plaque. 2. 2.0㎎/250㎎ to 5.0㎎/250㎎ of Red 104 contained Red-Plaque tablets were recommended to use checking the dental plaque clinically. 3. It needed more than 1 minutes chewing for disclosing the dental plaque enough, with a 250㎎ Red-Plaque tablet. 4. It was recommended that 2㎖ to 5㎖ volume saliva were needed to dissolve a Red-Plaque tablet of 250㎎ for 1 minute's chewing.

This paper proposes a single-stage high frequency resonant AC-DC converter using zero voltage switching with high input power factor. The proposed high frequency resonant converter ingegrates a half bridge boost rectifier as power factor corrector(PFC) and half resonant converter into a single stage. The input stage of the half bridge boost converter is working in discontinuous conduction mode(DCM) with constant duty cycle and variable switching frequency. Therefore, high power factor is achieved naturally. The results of simulation using the Pspice have demonstrated the feasibility of the proposed AC-DC converter. The proposed converter will be able to be practically used as power supply.

To achieve the purpose, I have examined the theoretical background and then made the field survey The results of study rea ealed as follows: 1) the reinforcement of specialization in internet business department. 2) client-driven practical training 3) emphasizing the humanity and etiquette In conclusion, it seems that the modification of curriculum should be more general and comprehensive approach than partial and for some firms.

This paper describes a DC-DC converter connected two unit inverters, a half-bridge high frequency resonant inverters, at the input with parallel. It estimated characteristics such as the average power, the average output voltage etc, for the design of the device with the normalized parameter values. Also, This paper confirms a rightfulness of circuit analysis by comparing a simulation and experimental results of proposal converter. The proposed paper certified that the theoretical waveforms are equal to the experimental waveforms. In the future, it is expected that proposal converter can be applicated for the system of fixed DCvoltage source.
IS-23 : Eddy Current Separation of Crushed Materials of Laptop Computers

Eddy current separation technique to separate non-ferrous metal particles (Al, Mg, Cu, Sn, Pb, Zn, etc.) and non-metallic particles (plastic, ceramic etc.) of crushed materials of laptop computers was established. As preliminary treatment, laptop computers was shredded and optical sorting machine segregated PCB from Non-PCB. Non-PCB sample was pulverized by cut crusher under the size of 12mm for liberation. Upward flow air separator and magnetic separator were used for eliminated shredding dust, vinyl, paper, and ferrous metal particles from Non-PCB sample. The sample was injected into drum type eddy current separator. Recovery of metals was not enough to separate the sample, the non-conducting part (non-metals part) was repeatedly injected into separator. Recovery of metals increased as the step of repetition, but the cumulative recovery until 4th repetition did not exceeded 65%. However, metal content of non-ferrous metals part (the bounced material) was high and it did not change the grade as the repetition. Therefore, drum type eddy current separator has low recovery in case of small particles but also has the advantage of getting high grade non-ferrous metal.

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate and identify variables for the standing balance of elderly subjects with different balancing abilities by using Kinect and Wii Balance Board. Method: The Berg Balance Scale (BBS) test was performed in 40 elderly subjects aged ≥65 years who can perform daily activities. The participants were divided into two groups, the healthy seniors (n = 20, BBS score ≥ 52) and the seniors with balancing problems (n = 20, BBS score < 52). Each group performed two standing tests (eyes open and eyes close) with two devices (Kinect and Wii Balance Board). The root mean square (RMS), mean distance (MDIST), range of distance (ROD), mean velocity, and 95% ellipse area were calculated from the measured data. Results: Among the calculated variables, RMS, MDIST, and ROD in the mediolateral direction showed significant differences between the two groups and a negative correlation with BBS scores. Conclusion: The results of the present study show that simple standing balance of the elderly can be measured with Kinect and Wii Balance Board, which are low-cost, easy to carry, and easy to use, by using the selected variables.
