      • 四角形 〔Pt(Ⅱ) Cl(PMe₃)₂Me 〕形態錯物의 計算한 雙極子 모우멘트에 對한 리간드의 cis와 trans 效果에 關한 硏究

        EHT계산의 고유함수를 이용하여 전이금속 착물의 쌍극자 모멘트에 대한 리간드의 cis 및 trans구조의 영향을 고찰하였다. 계산한 cis착물의 쌍극자 모멘트가 trans 착물의 쌍극자 모멘트보다 큰 값을 가지며 trans착물에 대해 계산한 쌍극자 모멘트가 cis착물의 계산한 쌍극자 모멘트보다 실험값에 접근하였다. 이 결과는 〔Pt(Ⅱ) Cl(PMe₃)₂Me 〕 형태착물이 trans구조로 존재함을 예측할 수 있으며, 또한 계산한 쌍극자 모멘트는 사각형 형태의 전이금속착물에 대한 리간드의 trans효과를 예측할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

      • 四角形[Pt(II)(PMe₃)₂X₂](X=Methyl,Cl)形態錯物에 대한 雙極自 모멘트의 計算에 關한 硏究

        EHT 計算에서 固有函數를 利用하여, 平面四角形 [Pt(II)(PMe₃)₂X₂](X=Methy1,CI)形態錯物의 雙極子 모멘트를 計算하였다. 計算된 cis-[Pt(II)(PMe₃)₂X₂]錯物의 雙極子 모멘트값이 cis-[Pt(II)(PMe₃)₂X₂]錯物의 雙極子 모멘트값의 2倍로 計算되었다. 이러한 結果는,cis-[Pt(II)(PMe₃)₂X₂]錯物에 對한 實驗的 測定値가 cis-[Pt(II)(PMe)CI]錯物에 對한 값보다 낮은 實驗的인 結果에 接近한다. 特히 cis-[Pt(II)(PMe₃)₂X₂]錯物에 대하여 計算한 雙極子 모멘트 값은 실험적 값에 매우 接近 하였다.

      • 3d¹ 電子系에 對한 NMR 化學的 移動에 關한 硏究(Ⅰ)

        The NMR shift arising from the electron angular momentum and the electron spin dipolar-nuclear spin angular momentum interaction has been examined for 3d¹system in a strong octahedral crystal field when the threefold axis is chosen as the quantization axis. To investigate the NMR shift in this situation, first, we have extended the evalution on the hyperfine integrals to any paris of 3d orbitals adopting a general method which is applicable to a general vector R, pointing in arbitrary direction in space. Secondary, a general expression using a nonmultiple techniqus is drived for the NMR shift resulting from the electron angular momentum and the electron spin dipolar-nuclear spin angular momentum interastions. From this expression all the multipolar terms are determind. △B/B for the 3d¹system in this case is compared with that for the 3d¹system when the z axis is chosen as the quantization axis. When we choose the threefold axis as the quantization axis, it is found that along the<100>, <010> and <001> axes, △B/B values are significantly different from each other and along the <111>, <-1-1-1>,<-11-1>,<1-11>,<-1-11>,<11-1> <1-1-1> and <-111> axes, △B/B values are however the same. We also find that the 1/R7 term contributes dominantly to the NMR shift for all values of R. When 1/R5 term is included, there is good agreement between the exact solution and the multipolar terms when R≤0.35 nm.

      • 시스템 인식을 위한 퍼지 모델링 알고리즘에 관한 연구

        Most of real world systems are very complex to make up estimably real model by analytic solution using statistical methods. Accordingly, a fuzzy modeling method is proposed to solve the several problems of the conventional modeling method. The fuzzy modeling method is to be classified into two methods. One is the fuzzy modeling method of relation type, inferred from input-output data. The other is the fuzzy modeling method of rule type, based on production rule. In this paper, the premise of rule type implication method is composed of fuzzy set which linguistic control is possible, and the consequent applies implication method given by linear function. With partitioning input space to vagueness space, and identifying linear input-output relations of the system from each local space, mutiple plant rule proves global non-linear input-output relation. If applying co-relation as criterion, searching space and computing progress is reduced for not producing the criterion of all the premise structures but producing, and comparing the criterion of partitioned space, and after deciding optimal premise, deciding optimal premise, deciding the consequent which follows the premise.

      • 중량제어기법을 이용한 시설재배 자동화시스템의 구현

        In cope with insufficient agricultural labor and requirement of high quality product Hydroponics is a really good method. It makes the high density agriculture possible and all the growing environments controllable. So its research is so much progressing to maximize the quantity and quality of farm products. Furthermore, the big progress, in the research of a future agriculture, is systematically conducted for the automatic controlled system. In this paper, a new approach to the automation of the cultivation in a green house is suggested and a practical automatic control cultivation system is implemented. To automatically control and optimize the very nonlinear and time-varying growth of farm products, a hybrid strategy(FECA, Fuzzy Expertized Control Algorithm) is proposed which serially combines a fuzzy expert system with the fuzzy logic control. The fuzzy expert system(FMES, Fuzzy Model-based Expert System is intended to overcome the non-linearity of the growth of farm products. The part of fuzzy controller(FLC, Fuzzy Logic Controller) is incorporated to solve the time-variance of the growth of farm products. Finally, the efficiency and the effectiveness of the implemented agricultural automation system is presented through the cultivation results.

      • Methanol, N,N-Dimethylformamide 및 Acetonitrils 속에서 2염기성 카르복시산의 해리상수에 관하여

        The dissociation constants of dibasic carboxylic acid 〔HOOC(CH₂)n COOH,n=0∼4〕in methanol, N,N-dimethylformamide and acetonitrile have been detemined by the potenticmetric method with a glass electrode. The difference between over-all dissociation constants in each other solvent is found to be of the same crder of magnitude, and the K?/K? ratios in aprotic dimethyl formamide and acetonitrile are much greater than those in protic methanol and water.

      • Petunia 'Champagne'의 組織培養時 器官分化에 미치는 α-Tocopherol의 影響

        Research was conducted to investigated the effect of α-tocopherol on organogenesis of Petunia 'Champagne' cultured in vitro. In the leaf segments cultured in vitro, adventitious shoot formation was accelerated by the combinations of α-tocopherol with 0.2㎎/l BA, while was not affected by combinations of α-tocopherol and NAA. The capacity for adventitious root formation was promoted by both NAA concentrations. In combinations of 0.5㎎/l or 1.0㎎/l α-tocopherol with 0.05㎎/l NAA, a synergism for adventitious root formation seems to act in α-tocopherol and NAA. For in vitro shoot cutting derived from leaf segments, adventitious root formation was forced by the combinations of 0.5㎎/l or 1.0㎎/l α-tocopherol with both NAA concentrations. Especially, α-tocopherol in the medium without NAA slightly promoted an activity for adventitious root formation. The elongation of adventitious roots was suppressed by both NAA concentrations or combinations of α-tocopherol with NAA. However, the shoot length tended to be increase with both NAA concentrations. Fresh weight of adventitious root was effective with 0.5㎎/l α-tocopherol. These results suggest that α-tocopherol influences NAA-induced adventitious root and BA-induced adventitious shoot formation, possibly by a synergism of α-tocopherol with auxin or cytokinin. This investigation has been carried out at Department of Horticultural Science & Landscape Architecture, University of Minnesota, USA.

      • Me-OH속에서 치환아닐린과 염화메탄술포닐의 친핵성 반응의 속도론적 연구

        Rates of reaction of methansulforny1 chloride with various substituted anilines have been measured in methanol. Substituent effects in aniline are found to be linearly correlated with pka (BrΦnsted relation with β=0.83) and Ρ=-2.45) respec tively. The results are interpreted in terms of degree of bond-formation at the transition state, which was found to have progressed relatieely further. The rates for o-methylaniline deviated from the BrΦnsted plot established by meta and para substituted aniline because of a steric effect of ortho position in aniline. Activation parameters, △H and △S have also been determined. The enthalpy of activation showed a regular variation in that electron donation substituents in the p-substituted aniline decrease △H and increase the negative value of △H
