The purpose of this research is to obtain the characteristics of strain and stress in the vacuum pressure vessel. The vacuum pressure vessel is used to many of industrial devices and cooling tower system. The vessel is under the vacuum pressure in this research, and we analyzed the stress on the vessel surface. As the experimental set up, we introduced the Static Strain Measurement(UCAM 70A, Kyowa) system. The environmental condition of vessel is reserved under vacuum pressure 50mmHg, and the vacuum pressure was made by a ejector pump system.

In this paper a linear regression model is considered with the sample mean to be estimated, when the disturbances are generated by second-order autoregressive,(AR(2)) process. We derive the efficiency function for the ordinary least squares estimator relative to the generalized least squares estimator for the finite sample size. In the case of positive parameters of AR(2)-process a greatest lower bound for the efficiency of OLSE relative to GLSE is established.
국내 금융기관의 정보시스템에 대한 전략적 아웃소싱 의사결정에 관한 연구

지난 몇 년간 금융기관의 정보시스템에 대한 Outsourcing은 잠재적인 경영적 효율성 제고를 위하여 추진을 고려하는 기관이 많아지고 있다. 그러나 국내 금융기관의 경영층은 정보시스템 Outsourcing으로 인한 여러 가지 장단점 때문에 쉽게 의사결정하기 어려운 상황이다. 본 논문은 실증적 분석을 통하여 관련 의사결정과정을 연구함으로써 국내 금융기관 경영층의 정보시스템 Outsourcing에 대한 전략적 의사결정과정에 기여하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 결과 Outsourcing을 추진하는 목적은 경쟁우위 획득, 환경변화에 대응, 비용 절감 등인 반면, 정보시스템에 대한 통제력 상실, 정보 유출 우려, 비용 절감 등에 대한 회의 등이 Outsourcing 추진을 주저하게 하는 것으로 나타났다 주요 실증분석 결과를 요약하면, 금융기관 전략과 정보시스템 전략 등 내부 전략의 적합성 Test와 경쟁자 분석이 의사결정 과정에 주요한 단계이고, 조직 내부의 역학 관계, 최고 경영층의 적극적인 참여 및 지원 정도, 그리고 최근 기술 발전 추세 등이 의사결정상의 주요 요소임을 알 수 있다. 본 논문은 이런 결과를 바탕으로 좀 더 개선된 의사결정과정 모형을 제시한다. Over the years, an outsourcing of information systems has been steadily gaining stature in the financial institution because of the potential benefits on managerial efficiency. Due to the trade-off of benefits and risks related to outsourcing, however, its decision making process is a new challenging work to the managers in Korean financial institutions. The purpose of this paper is to study a decision-making process of strategic outsourcing of information systems in domestic financial institutes through an empirical study. The result of this study shows that the reasons of considering outsourcing are to obtain competitive advantages, responsiveness to environment changes, and cost saving etc. On the other hand, the fear of the control power loss of information system, the possibility of unlawful information outflow, and the uncertainty of cost saving through outsourcing are why they have not considered. The main findings are as follows: (1) the fitness test of internal strategy and the analysis of competitors' strategies is an important process in the decision making. (2) Some organizational influences, top management's supports, and the recent technological trend are also important factors in decision making. Based on these results from our empirical study, we propose an improved decision making process model.
중소기업과 대기업간 물류효율성 제고를 위한 연구 : 공급사슬상의 보상시스템을 고려하여

The unit of competition is not a single firm any more, but group of firms. They make a supply chain and compete with other chains. In this study, we investigate success factors of supply chains from the supplying firms perspective. We consider various success factors such as commitment, trust, communication, conflict resolving techniques, vendor selection process and incentive systems. A set of hypotheses is tested based on the data collected from the electronics and automobile part manufacturers. Samples are divided by the length of the relationship between the vendor and assembler. Joint problem solving under the long-term relationship plays an important role for the success of the supply chain. The findings offer insight into how to better manage the supply chains.

The purpose of this research is to obtain the heat transfer characteristics of the absorber type solar collector. This new system moving by time and degree. The second system had the solar tracking system. The x-y axis were designed at intervals of 0.33˚/min and 0.16˚/min respectively. In this system the absorber specification was 1OOLX80Φ1.4t. This experiment was conducted from July to August. 2002. The temperature of solar collector was reached about mean temperature 250℃.

LEDISO는 레이아웃을 설계하기 위한 소프트웨어이며, 하드웨어 구성에 따르는 LEDISO의 하드웨어 의존성을 줄이기 위하여 그래픽 소프트웨어 표준인 GKS의 환경조건을 이용하였다. LEDISO의 데이타 구조는 CIF 데이타 구조를 기본으로 Polygon, Box, RFlash, Wire, Label 등을 오브젝트(object)로 가지며, Master를 이용한 SFF로 화일 관리를 한다. GKS의 세그먼트(Segment)를 이용한 아이컨(Icon)을 메뉴에 도입하여 시각적으로 사용자 인터페이스에 도움이 되도록 하였다. LEDISO, Layout EDiting SOftware for IC design, is implemented in C language with the environment condition of GKS which is the graphic standard software in order to reduce the hardware dependency. The data structure of LEDISO with the base of CIF data structure has the object as polygon, box, rflash, wire and label, managing files as SFF using the Master. In order to help user, the menu consisted of string and icon which has the segment of GKS is adopted in LEDISO.
연구개발사업의 평가 및 선정을 위한 DEA/AHP 통합모형에 관한 연구

This paper presents a DEA-AHP hybrid model to evaluate and select R&D projects AHP collects and processes information on the weights of evaluation criteria. The processed information is used as an input for DEA/AR model. Only desirable number of projects are selected by the hybrid model. The model is examined by an example generated from a real data set.

The main purpose of this research is the investigation of water distributer. The water distributer of this research is installed in evaporative cooling tower system. The performance of this cooling tower system depend on the evaporative surface, and there are many kinds of methods for increasing the evaporative surface. In this research, we introduced the two kinds of spraying system, one is the hole type with hole diameter 1, 2 and 3mm, and the other is the spray nozzle types with nozzle tip diameter of 1 and 2mm. As the experimental results, the case of diameter 2mm showed the best performance.
