Current fire safety in the construction sites has developed piecemeal over a considerable period of time. However, the law and regulation of fire safety is insufficient to protect fire in the construction sites. The frequency of fire in the construction sites is very rare but it brings longterm deterioration durability of building structure and large scale industrial calamity. There are many process of works and each work deals with many kind of flammable material, so it is very difficult find a proper safety fire prevention. This study executed the questionnaire and fire experiment of the welding work to provide effective fire prevention counterplan.

This paper shows eletrochemical extraction property changes of dyed cations by the various eletrochemical conditions using quartz crystal technique. The quantitative and qualitative changes of electrode surface was monitored measuring oscillation parameters of quartz crystal. The results suggest that the eletrochemical extraction of cation is influenced by the various factors such as ionic size, ionic intensity and tendency of ionization.

XPS와 AFM에 의한 올리고펩타이드의 자기 집합화 단분자막 분석

금속 기판 위에 유기 박막을 형성하는 방법 중에서 티올기와 Au와의 결합을 이용한 자기집합에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 포르피린 유도체와 강하게 결합하는 타올기를 가지는 올리고펩타이드 PSP1과 PSP2를 합성하여 MOPS 완층용액에서 금표면에 자기집합화 단분자막(self-assembled monolayer, SAM)을 형성시켜 X-ray photoelection spectroscopy(XPS)와 atomic force microscopy(AFM)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 PSP2의 경우와 PSP1의 경우보다 Au표면에서 SAM이 더욱 더 잘 형성되고 있음을 알 수 있었고 MOPS완충용액에 존재하는 황 이온의 영향도 알 수 있었다. 이 결과는 구성단위로부터 이론적으로 계산한 SAM막의 steric energy 값의 차이에서 유추한 결론과 일치하였다. Recently, the self-assembled monolayer(SAM) of thiols on nible metals has been studied intensively. Oligopeptides such as PSP1(Tyr-Ala-Gly-Tyr-Cys) and PSP2(His-Ala-Ser-Cys) with thiol group, which interact strongly with a typical cationic porphyrin derivative, are synthesized. Peptides adsorption from the liquid phase on Au has been studied using X-ray photoelection spectroscopy(XPS) and AFM image. XPS provides further evidence that the primary adsorbate species is bonded to Au through the sulfur atom. By the analysis of XPS spectra and AFM image, it is found that PSP2 is self-assembled better than PSP1 and the sulfur ion MOPS buffer solution has an effect on the self-assembling performance. This result is coincident with the calculation result of steric energies of Au-Peptide bonded SAM structure.

수정진동자를 이용한 계면활성제의 특성 분석

The phase transition phenomena and the phase separation phenomena of surfactants(SPES) are analyzed using QCA with resonant frequency and resonant resistance. The phase transition phenomena of SPES at 30℃ can be determined by measuring the resonant frequency and resonant resistance by lecithin coated on quartz crystal. The surfactants capacity of SPES can be analyzed by measuring the resonant frequency and resonant resistance of surfactants using QCA.

거주 형태에 따른 에너지 섭취량과 소비량의 균형도 조사

We investigated that the effects of residential type on energy balance in college students. Total sixteen college students were participated in this study, all subjects were assigned one of three groups: either school attendee students group, self-governed living students group, dormitory students group. Routine physical activity level (for 5 days including three weekday and two weekend) and food intake were surveyed. For investigation of degree of physical activity, all subjects were requested to record on their physical movements as possible as detail should be obtained. To all subjects, five-day dietary log form was given, and used for examining of calorie intake from their routine diet. There was no statistical difference in energy intake and consumption in each. However energy consumption was significantly higher than energy uptake in school attendee students group. All other groups were shown a similar energy values between energy uptake and consumption. There were no significant differences in energy intake and consumption in any of experimental groups when comparisons were made between weekdays and weekend. As far as energy uptake was concerned it was no statistical difference in any of major nutrients among groups. In conclusion, partial imbalance was found between energy intake and uptake in school attendee groups. This may be due to their more active life style than other groups'. In future studies, better controlled study should be performed not only more subjects are recruited but also minor nutrients are included for examining of energy balance.

R,Schumann Kreisleriana Op.16의 분석 연구를 통해 본 R.Schumann의피아노 음악

The purpose of this study is to identify the musical traits and the characteristics of piano music during the Romantic era. Music from the Romantic era provided important foundations for the musicians in the Modern period, And this study will focus on his piano work by analyzing R, Schumann's piano work. Kreislcriana Op.16. There have been many musicians in the Romantic period but none so passionate and possessed with literature and idealism as Schuman. Although he was a passionate romantist, he published newspapers to reform Romantic idealism and gave links to literature and music, proving himself to be a unique individual apart from his colleagucs. Kreisleriana Op.16 by Schumann expresses his own unique musicality, idicals and his own musical language and analysing this work will therefore be mcaningful. The analysis aims to identify the musical traits, analysis, and inner-self of Schumann through this piece and seeks to provide help to understand musical styles and the characteristics of piano works of the Romantic period.

A 7-month old. castrated male Shih-tzu dog was referred to the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Chungnam National University with history of depression. dyspnea. mild scale. tachypnea. exercise intolerance and severe leanness. On physical examination. cardiac arrhythmias was heard and heart worm ELISA test was positive. Microfilaria was found on the direct blood smear. Survey radiographs showed loss of diaphragmatic line and cardiac silhouette. displacement of lung fields and presence of gas filled intestines in the thoracic cavity. Rib fracture and pelvic fracture with callus formation were found incidentally. On the basis of physical examination and radiographic findings. it was diagnosed as traumatic diaphragmatic hernia and heart worm disease. Herniorrhaphy was performed. Postoperatively. it was treated for heart worm disease and scale. There is no evidence of recurrence of diaphragmatic hernia and heart worm disease over 1 year.
