      • BioCube 擔體를 利用한 生物學的 下ㆍ廢水 高度處理 工程

        ABSTRACT 下,廢水의 質的안 變化와 함께 水量도 急擊히 增加하여 汚染負荷量이 增加하고 있고, 難分解 性 物質이 커짐에 따라 國內의 경우에도 放流水 水質基準 强化의 일환으로 質素와 燐에 대 한 規制가 施行되고 있으며 이를 處理하기 위한 適切한 工程이 要求되고 있는 실정이다. BioCube를 利用한 下·廢水 처리시스템은 A2/O 基本 工程을 國內實定에 맞게 變形한 工 程으로 暴氣槽에 流動形 微生物 擔體(BioCube)를 10∼30% 投入하여 窒酸化率을 높여 SRT 를 짧게 維持하면서도 下·廢水 內의 有機物 및 窒素와 燐의 安定된 除去가 可能하다. 즉, BioCube를 投入함으로써 Biomass 量을 增價시키고, 浮游成長式과 附着成長式 微生物 工程 의 長點을 組合함으로써 負荷變動d 강하고 겨울철에도 원할한 窒酸化를 誘導하며 追加的인 敷地의 增設없이 간단한 改補修를 통하여 榮養鹽類 除去를 極大化할 수 있도록 開發되었다. 擔體工程의 경우 微生物 成長에 따른 脫離現狀, 擔體의 閉寨 등이 重要한 問題點으로서, 이 를 解決학위해 BioCube는 廢水와의 流動을 통한 摩擦 및 氣孔性 確保를 통해 擔體내 微生 物 成長과 外部로의 擴散이 效率的으로 일어날 수 있도록 하였다. BioCube는 旣存製品에 비해 物性 및 微生物 活性度가 높으며, 目的에 따라 活性炭 또는 微生物을 固定化할 수 있는 多孔質의 폴리우레탄 材質로서 高農度의 MLSS(10,000-15,000 mg/L)를 內部에 固定하며 懸濁液 中의 微生物과 함께 暴氣槽내에서 流動한다.

        부천지역 내 벤처기업 간 기술교류 활성화를 위한 본 조사연구에서 벤처기업들은 전기전자, 자동제어, 반도체, 부품소재, 금형, 기계, 자동화 시스템 등에서 기술교류를 원하고 있었다. 많은 기업들이 주로 첨단산업분야에서 기술교류를 원하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이들은 또한 로봇 관련 또는 생명공학 관련 기업들과 기술교류를 원하는 것으로 나타났다. 이들은 이종기업보다 동종기업간의 기술교류를 선호하고 있다. 현재 이 지역 벤처기업들의 문제점으로는 자료문제가 가장 컸으며 벤처기업간 정보교류와 협력증진을 원하고 있었다. This study focused on the technology exchange among the venture corporations in Buchon. Most venture corporations in Buchon want to exchange technology in the area of electronics, electrics, automatic control, semi conductor, material components, molding, machinary, and automated systems. Many venture companies want to exchange high tech related technology. Venture corporations in Buchon. also want to exchange the technology with the robot related or biotech related companies. They want to exchange technology with the same industrial background companies, their top business problem is the operation fund. They want to exchange business problem is the operation fund. They want to exchange business information and promote business cooperation among the venture companies.

      • Human tissue-type plasminogen activator의 국소 세척 및 전신 투여가 미세혈관 혈전증에 미치는 영향

        The needs of microvascular anastomosis or vessel graft to reconstruct maxillofacial tissue defect has been increased and a variety of attempts to improve the rate of patency has been achieved. Thrombolytic agents has been advocated in order to decrease the failure rate of microvascular anastomosis and to prevent the need for reoperation. Older thrombolytic agents, such as streptokinase or urokinase, have a significant side effects such as allergy, hyperthermia, systemic bleeding complications. This study was performed to evaluate the effect of local irrigation and intravenous administration of human tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA), which is known as effective thrombolytic agent with less systemic side effects, on patency and thrombus formation of experimental microvascular anastomoses in the traumatized femoral vein of rabbit. Nine rabbits weighing about 2㎏ were used. After exposure of both femoral veins. the veins were crushed by the jaws of smooth needle holder in order to create a thrombosis model. Transectional incision was made in the vein. The animals were then divided into 3 groups: 1) Experimental Group Ⅰ, topical irrigation of lumen with t-PA saline solution (n=6); 2) Experimental Group 2, Intravenous administration of t-PA (0.75 ㎎/㎏) via the marginal ear vein for 3 days; 3) Control Group, topical irrigation of lumen with saline solution (n=6). The veins were anastomosed utilizing microvascular technique with 10-0 Ethilon. The patency was evaluated with empty-and-refill test 30 minutes and 3 days after microanastomosis. The thrombus formation was evaluated 3 days after microanastomosis by observing the thrombus with surgical microscope. The histologic findings were also evaluated. The results were as follows: 1. Thirty minutes after microvascular anastomosis, the patency of all Experimental Groups 1 and 2 was more improved than that of Control Group. However, there was no significant difference among groups. 2. Three days after microvascular anastomosis, the patency of all Experimental Groups was much more improved than that of Control Group (p<0.05). There was no significant difference between Experiment Group 1 and Experiment Group 2. 3. Three days after microvascular anastomosis, the amount of thrombus in all Experimental Groups was much less than that of Control Group (p<0.05). 4. In histologic findings, a lot of luminal thrombus were observed around sutured area in Control Group. Few luminal thrombus was observed in all Experimental Groups. The necrotic changes were was observed in the vessel wall of all specimens. These results indicate that topical irrigation and intravenous administration of t-PA are effective measures in improving patency and preventing thrombus formation after microvascular anastomosis.

      • ESPI를 이용한 복합재료 구조물의 층간분리 검출

        In this paper, an artificially delamination in composite structures is detected by the ESPI system. And Chamber is made of acryl for laser to transmit. A specimen and a heat source are put into a chamber, which is sealed up to minimize heat convection. A specimen is heated up to about 5∼7℃ higher than room temperature. Cooling down the specimen, experimentation is accomplished by ESPI system. Experimental results show that the debond in a composite structure can be easily detected by ESPI. Moreover, it was shown that ESPI could be usefully applied to the detection of defects in various kinds of composite structures.

      • 쇼트피닝 가공한 평기어의 피로특성

        In this paper, the effect of shot peening on the fatigue characteristics have been investigated. Two types of specimens were used to obtain the experimental results. One type of specimen was made by machining and heat-treating SCM415 steel. The other type of specimen was made by machining, heat-treating, and shot peening SCM415 steel. The hydraulic testing machine was used to do the fatigue test (R=0.1, 10Hz). The experimental results show that the fatigue life and strength of shot peened gear were largely improved compared with the unpeened gear.

      • RBAC 보안시스템에서 관계관리를 위한 관리도구 동작

        Role-Based Access Control(RBAC)은 처리과정 오류를 줄이는 것처럼 접근통제 정책의 관리단가를 낮춰준다. RBAC 개념에서 가장 중요한 요소가 관리도구이다. RBAC 보안시스템을 위한 관리도구는 RBAC 데이터베이스에 저장되어 있는 사용자와 역할 관계를 일관성 있게 유지하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 사용자-역할과 역할-역할 관계를 관리하기 위한 형식 명세를 제안한다. 제안된 형식 명세는 관계 집합처럼 정의된 RBAC 데이터베이스를 위해 일관성 요구를 유지한다. 본 논문은 동작의 형식 명세화를 함으로써 RBAC 관리도구의 구현을 쉽게 이끌어 낼 수 있다. Role Based Access Control(RBAC) reduces the cost of administering access control policies as well as making the process less error-prone. The administration tool is most important component in the concept of RBAC. The administration tool for the RBAC security system is required the consistency of a relationships between user and role in the RBAC Database. In this paper, we propose formal specification in order to manage user-role and role-role relationships. The proposed formal specification leads to the consistency requirements for the RBAC database which are defined as a set of relationship. This paper can easily derive the implementation of the RBAC administration tool by formal specification of operations.

      • 블라스트와 쇼트피닝이 Al 7075-T6의 피로특성에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the effects of blasting and shot peening on the fatigue characteristics of Aluminium 7075-T6 alloy are studied. Three types of specimens, such as normal specimen, blasted specimen and shot peened specimen were used to get the experiment results. Rotary bending fatigue test machine was used to obtain the results, The experimental results show that the fatigue life and the fatigue strength were improved by shot peening, However, the fatigue life and the fatigue strength were increase a little bit by blasting.

      • 1:5,000 수치지도를 이용한 DEM생성 기법 연구

        DEM (Digital Elevation Model) is now widely used as a base data in various field related to topological characteristics. It is usually generated from digital terrain map or satellite images. In this study, an automatic process to generate DEMs from 1:5,000 scale NGIS digital map is presented using AML (ARC/INFO Macro Language), and the elapsed time to create TIS by increasing the number of coverage was compared. As a result, the efficiency of DEM generation was raised and the relationship between elapsed time and the number of coverage could be represented as a regression equation that can estimate time of DEM generation using digital map data.
