        해방 공간 강성갑의 기독교 사회운동 연구

        1920~30년대 한국교회는 어려운 농촌의 현실에 주목하고, 덴마크의 그룬트비의 영향을 받아 농촌운동을 전개했다. 이러한 한국교회의 농촌운동은 일제의 탄압과 교회내부의 보수적 신앙인의 반대로 1930년대 말에 막을 내렸다. 일제로부터 해방된 후에도 농촌문제는 새로운 나라를 세우기 위해 우선적으로 해결되어야 할 중요한 과제였으나, 해방 공간에서 한국교회의 농촌운동 사례를 찾기는 쉽지 않다. 강성갑은 해방 공간에서 이러한 농촌문제를 해결하기 위해 경상남도 진영에서 한얼중학교를 설립하는 등 기독교 사회운동에 앞장섰다. 강성갑은 1912년 경남 의령에서 출생하였고, 연희전문 문과와 도시샤대학 신학과를 졸업하였다. 1943년 경남노회에서 목사안수를 받았으며, 1946년 4월 진영교회 담임목사로 부임하여 목회활동과 함께 기독교 사회운동을 전개하다가 한국전쟁 중에 ‘공산주의자’로 몰려 총살당했다. 이 사건은 소위 진영사건으로 알려져 있는데, 재판을 통해 한국전쟁 당시 민간인 학살 가해자를 처음으로 처벌한 사건이었다. 강성갑의 경우에는 가해자를 처벌한 재판과 추모동상 제막식이라는 공적 행사를 통해 그의 억울한 죽음이 밝혀지고 명예가 회복되었으나 여전히 ‘공산주의자’로 몰려 가족들은 커다란 고통을 겪어야 했다. 강성갑은 덴마크 그룬트비의 사상에 영향을 받았으며 이를 실천했다. 복음중등공민학교를 설립하여 기독교 사회운동을 시작하였으며, 진영교회 및 지역사회와 함께 1948년, ‘하나님을 사랑하자, 이웃을 사랑하자, 흙을 사랑하자’라는 ‘삼애정신’을 교훈으로 하는 한얼중학교를 설립하고 농촌의 인재를 양성하였다. 강성갑의 한얼중학교 설립은, 해방 후 모든 것이 부족했으나 새로운 나라를 세우고자 하는 열의로 농촌의 교육을 위해 강성갑과 진영교회와 진영의 지역사회가 합심하여 열악한 조건을 극복하고 대안을 만들어간 기독교 사회운동의 모범적인 사례였다. The Korean churches, paying attention to harsh realities in 1920s and 1930s, carried on the rural movement influenced by Nikolaj Frederik Severin Grundtvig. This movement of Korean churches had to come to an end in the end of 1930s however, because of Japanese oppression and the opposition forces of conservative believers inside the church. After the liberation from Japanese rule, the rural movement was still the first priority task to solve to build a new nation, though it is not easy to find the cases of rural movement by Korean churches in the Post-Liberation Period. Kang Seong-Gab pioneered in Christian social movements to resolve these rural problems, as an example, he established Haneul Middle School in JinYoung Gyeongsangnam-do. Kang Seong-Gab was born in 1912 in Uiryeong Gyeongsangnam-do and completed liberal arts course in Yonhi College and studied theology and graduated from Doshisha University. In 1943 he was ordained as a minister by Gyeongnam presbytery, then started his ministry as the pastor in charge at JinYoung Church in April 1946. He developed Christian social movements while he was in ministry, then he was wrongfully charged as a communist he was shot to death during Korean War. This incident is known as JinYoung slaughter, which was the first time to punish the perpetrators of civilian massacre at the trial during the Korean War. The trial to punish the perpetrators and the official dedication of memorial statue revealed his wrongful death and recovered his reputation, but his family had to suffer a great pain since Kang Seong-Gab was still regarded as a ‘communist.’ The philosophy of Danish Grundtvig influenced Kang Seong-Gab and made him to put the philosophy into practice. He started Christian socialist movements by establishing Bogeum(Gospel) Civic School, and together with JinYoung Church and the regional community he established Haneul Middle School in 1948 to start educating people in rural area. The school motto was ‘Love God, love neighbor, and love land.’ The establishment of Haneul Middle School by Kang Seong-Gab was the model case of Christian social movement, even though everything was short in supply after the Liberation, together with JinYoung Church and the regional community having enthusiasm to rebuild new nation, that they made up of an alternative plan to overcome the appalling conditions to educate the rural area.

      • 벼 무논골뿌림栽培時 播種期 및 立毛數가 生育 및 收量에 미치는 影響

        This study was conducted to establish the cultural techniques of the puddled-soil drill seeding of race (Oryza sativa L.), which is one of the efficient labor saving cultural methods, in the central part of Korea. Seoanbyeo was seeded at three times from April 10 to May 20 with the 20 day interval in 1994. The number of seedling stands per m2 at each seeding date were 50, 90, 130 and 170. The tillering characteristics, lodging characters, dry matter production, yield components and yield were investigated. The number of days to the maximum tillering stage was reduced at the later seeding date. It was 70, 55 and 25 days in seedings on April 10, April 30 and May 20, respectively. The critical effective tillering stage was also shortened at the delayed seeding. The higher the number of seedling stands was, the higher number of tillers, the shorter duration to the maximum tillering stage and the earlier critical effective tillering stage were resulted. The number of tillers was higher at the earlier seeding date. The number of tillers was increased in the order of 50, 90, 130 and 170 seedling stands per m2. The ratios of effective tillers were 53, 61 and 63% at seeding on April 10, April 30 and May 20, respectively. The ratios were not significantly different at April 10. But the ratios in seeding on April 30 and May 20 were reduced as the number of seedling stands was increased. The weight of stem base related to lodging was the highest with 2.01g/10 plants in the optimum seeding on April 30, while it was 1.59g/10 plants in the late seeding on May 20. It was also decreased as the number of seedling stands was increased. The dry weights at 30 days before the heading stage were increased at the later seeding, while the dry weight at the heading stage was the highest at seeding on April 30 which is considered as the adequate seeding time. The dry weights at 30 days before the heading stage were increased as the number of seedling stands was increased and they were increased up to 130 seedling stands per m2 at the heading stage. The length of panicle exsertion was shortened at the later seeding. The length of panicle exsertion was increased up to 130 seedling stands. but it was shorter at 170 seedling stands. The heading dates were later at seeding on April 30 and May 20 than at seeding on April 10. They were not remarkedly different among seeding dates at 50 seedling stands, it was earlier at the higher number of seedling stands over 90. The number of spikelets per panicle was decreased at the higher number of seedling stands. The ratio of ripened grains was higher at earlier seeding than at later seeding. It was not significantly different among the number of seedling stands at the same seeding time. Yields at seeding on April 30, April 10 and May 20 were 644, 624 and 551kg/10a, respectively. The seeding on April 30, the optimum seeding time, resulted the highest yield. Rice quality was decreased due to the increase of the green kerneled rice as the seeding date was delayed.

      • Aluminum Isoproxide의 합성과 그 Sol의 특성

        Aluminum isoproxide was synthesized by aluminum and isoproplyl alcohol and hydrolyzed to make alumina sol. The collodial stability of alumina sol was evaluated by measuring zeta potential. A high purity aluminum isoproxide(>99%) was obtained from aluminum powder, foil and flake. The particle size of aluminum powder was smaller than 250㎛ to obtain 80% yield and up within 6 hours reaction time. The alumina sol was highly stabilized in the presence of acid medium at a hydrolysis condition of pH 3 and water/alkoxide=150 at 65℃. The particle size of alumina powder was mostly under l㎛ after sintering at 1200℃ for 1 hours.

        Myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS) is a group of acquired conditions characterized by progressive bone marrow failure associated with normocellular or hypercellular bone marrow that cannot be attributed to nutritional deficiency, chronic infection, or other chronic systemic illness, and cannot be reversed by the successful treatment of those conditions. Whereas the cases of secondary MDS occur at all ages, primary MDS is essentially a disease of elderly, though no age group is exempt and predomonant in men. The MDS is fundamentally clonal disorders at the level of the haemopoietic totipotent stem cell. Clinically, they are characterized by varing degrees of peripheral cytopenia(s) with morphological and functional abnormalities of blood elements. We have experienced two unrelated pediatric cases, who showed pancytopenia on admission and the characteristic marrow findings of MDS. The first case, a 12 months-old girl, showed increased reticulin with abnormal localization of immature precursor cells(ALIP) in her bone marrow, in addition to dysplastic features such as bi-and multi-nucleation of late normoblasts and internuclear bridging. She also showed 22% of blasts in her bone marrow cells thus classified in the category of RAEB-t after FAB classification. Also found were a chromosomal abnormality namely 46 XX t(14q21q), which was an unusual one. Her family brought her home and, 4 month later, she deceased. The second case, a 12 year-old boy, showed pancytopenia with Pseudo-Pelger-Huet anomaly in neutrophils but no blasts in the peripheral blood. Bone marrow of this case also showed the picture of dyserythropoiesis with binuclearity, internuclear bridging, nuclear fragments, multinuclearity of late normoblasts, in addition to megaloblastoid change in the normoblasts and increased mitosis in granulocytic series. No chromosomal abnormality was found. Classified as RA after FAB classification of MDS. Showed good response to conservative management for anemia for more than one year.

      • Oil Contents and Fatty Acid Composition of Korean Perilla (Perilla ocimoides L.) Collections

        This study was carried out to obtain informations on the variations of oil content and fatty acid composition among 90 Korean perilla collections. Average oil content of 90 perilla collections was 44.2% with a range from 29.7% to 61.9%. Perilla collections with late-maturing, super-large seed and gray seed coat showed higher oil content than other types in general. Average saturated fatty acid content in perilla oil was 9.0% with a range from 8.2% to 10.7%, while average unsaturated fatty acid content varied from 89.3% to 91.8% with a mean of 91.0%. Contents of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids were not related to maturity. There were no differences in the contents of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids according to maturity. Linoleic acid and linolenic acid contents were the highest in the super large-sized group(15.5%) and in the large-sized seed group(61.4%), respectively, while contents of fatty acids among the perilla collections were variable with different seed coat colors. Most of the traits studied were not significantly correlated with oil content, but linoleic acid($\omega$ 수식 이미지-6) content was negatively correlated (r=-0.217*) with linolenic acid(ω-3) content.

Seoul School Health Center Hospital Upon comings of 1986 Asian Games and 1988 Olympiad in Seoul , Korean people have more enthusiasm for sports than any other time .It's very desirable that student athletes are doing thier best to train skills and to improve records for the coming 2 international sports events .I concluded as followings from the statistical analysis of 159 student athletes about sports injury who had been received Physiotherapy in School Health Center Hospital in Seoul from Jan.8 1982 to Dec,4 1984Track & field is the most common team among school sports team in Seoul.47 Students(30%) were injuried during football game, Career of sports injury: 88 students(55.3 %) were injured for the first time .Location of injury: More than 30% in both sexs were injuried in the Lumbar Frequency in injury in lower limb is higher than that of upper . Frequency of injury in upper right limb and lower left limb are higher than of counterparts6. Diagnosis: 32% of students were diagnosed as lumbago. Treatment period: 42.7% of students were healed within a week and 76.8% within 2 weeks

        In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

        This experiment was carried out to obtain indispensable information to establish comprehensive cultural method of rice in direct seeding on dry paddy at Chungbuk Agricultural Research and Extension Services. Effect of seeding date on dry matter production, yield components and yield were studied. Seeding on May 5 ensured the highest maximum number of tillers, while transplanting on May 20 gave the highest rate of effective tillers. Number of effective tillers was greater in the order of Hwajinbyeo, Hwaseongbyeo, Daekwanbyeo. Lengths of upper three leaves were increased at later seeding, but leaf width was not affected by seeding date. Ratio of leaf blade weight was higher in earlier seeding during 30 days before heading but was higher in later seeding during 30 days after seeding, and was higher in the order of Hwajinbyeo, Hwaseongbyeo, Daekwanbyeo. CGR, RGR and NAR were not significantly different among seeding dates during 30 days before heading, but were lower in later seeding during 30 days after seeding. LAR was not affected by seeding date during 30 days before heading, but was higher at seeding on May 5 in heading date and during 30 days after heading. Dry weight of leaf blade, leaf sheath and culm, ear and total biomass during 30 days before heading and heading were highest in May 5 seeding. Daekwanbyeo and Hwaseongbyeo in May 5 seeding and Hwajinbyeo in April 20 seeding brought the highest yield with greater number of spikelets, higher ripening ratio and greater 1,000 grain weight, and harvest index and grain/straw ratio were Increased at earlier seeding. There were significantly positive correlations between number of panicles per m2 and LAI at 30 days before heading and heading, dry matter weight of leaf blade and total mass at heading. On the other hand, there were significantly negative correlations between seeding date and ripened grain ratio. 1,000 grain weight and yield, and between 1,000 grain weight and leaf length of 2nd, respectively.
