        The vpurpose of this study was to inveestigate the high school basketball platters'perception of control, and ways of coping as related to the types of stressful events(competitional, interpesonal,and physical event)and sill levels.The subjects were 30 main players and 30 substitute playere that 16∼ 19 years old enrolled in National Representatives. The strategy of coping with stress inventory that for children and adolescents were used wasa little arranged with one item for goals of this study. Statistical methods adopted for data analysis were t-test, one-way ANOVA,and post-hoc test by Tukey. As a result, basketball atheletes perception of control was low but,mainly dealed with the problemfocused coping strategy. Teh substitute players dealed with more ways of coping than main players. In other words,substitute players had the highest Psychological-inadequacy in atheletes life.

      • 합성섬유보강 콘크리트의 구속수축균열 제어특성연구

        최근에 폴리프로필렌 섬유를 첨가하여 콘크리트의 인성을 증가시키고, 균열에 대한 저항성을 향상시키고자 하는 노력이 계속되어 왔다. 그러나 첨가된 섬유의 구조에 대한 이해부족으로 인하여 연구자들간에 실험결과에 대한 해석이 상이한 경우가 많았다. 이러한 연구의 일환으로 섬유의 첨가에 따른 건조수축 균열의 조절 가능성을 분석하기 위하여 섬유의 첨가에 따른 유동성과 건조수축의 변화를 조사하였다. 섬유의 첨가에 따른 유동성의 변화와 건조수축을 측정하기 위한 강제링 시편을 제작하였다. 본 연구에서는 섬유를 첨가한 콘크리트의 역학적 거동특성인 압축강도, 휨강도, 인성, 그리고 균열특성을 실험적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 강도 및 건조수축특성을 규명하기 위하여 수행되었고 섬유의 영향으로 인한 건조수축특성을 예견할 수 있다. Polypropylene Fibers have been used to increase the toughness of concrete and to increase the resistance to crack formation. However, there are many contradictory argument about the effectiveness of the fiber due to the lack of knowledge about the mechanism of fiber in concrete. In order to study the effect of fibers on possible crack control, the effects of fibers on workability and drying shrinkage have been studied. The workability change due to the addition of fibers has been studied, and full size concrete steel ring specimen have been cast at field to investigate the effect of fibers on the shrinkage properties. This laboratory have been performed to obtain the properties of pp fiber reinforced concrete such as compressive, flexural strength, toughness, slump, drying shrinkage crack and drying shrinkage characteristics. The present study was performed clarify the strength and drying shrinkage properties. From these results, we can expect the effect of the admixtures of polypropylene fiber for concrete and mortar about strength and drying shrinkage properties.

      • 줄눈콘크리트포장의 하중응력분포 해석

        This study focused on the development of an alternative stress estimation procedure to instantly calculate the critical stresses bonded concrete pavement. Closed form analysis is commonly used to analyze pavement structures. This type of analysis assumes linearelastic material properties and static loading conditions. The well-known ILLI-SLAB finite element program was used for the analysis. Bonded concrete overlay analyzed the stress distribution, behavior and load carrying capacity under track load is made evaluation standard of bonded concrete overlay. In the study, the following results were derived; The properties of strength is that compress and 3-point bending strength of existing pavement is deteriorated with 184 kg/㎠, 59kg/㎠ but compress and splitting tensile strength of overlay is satisfied with 464 kg/㎠, 45kg/㎠. Load transfers is happen at adjacent slab by interlocking under track load. The stress distribution under interior, corner and edge load is described high loading position surrounding then loading position.

      • 鬪技競技 選手의 體力特性에 關한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the special quality of match players' physical strength. This study tested 51 players, consisting of 13 Judo players, 10 Taekwondo players, 11 weight lifters, and 7 wrestlers. The results obtained from this study are as follows : 1. In the test of grip strength, the event of the highest numerical value was the Weightlifting, the lowest value was Taekwondo and the value by individuals was the same as the one by events. 2. According to the test of extension strength of legs, in the case of the right leg, Weightlifting showed the highest value, Wrestling and Judo were almost the same and Taekwondo was the event of the lowest value. In the value by individuals, the weight lifter showed the highest value, the next highest was the wrestler, and Taekwondo player showed the lowest value. But, in the case of the left leg, Judo showed the highest value and the event of the lowest value was Taekwondo. The value by individuals was the same as the one by events. 3. In the back strength test, Judo showed the highest value and the lowest value was shown in Taekwondo. As for the value by individuals, the player of the highest value was the weight lifter and the lowest value was Taekwondo player. 4. In the test of sit-up, Judo and Taekwondo showed the highest value and the event of the lowest value was the Weightlifting. In the value by individuals, the highest value was shown in wrestler and the lowest was in the weight lifter. 5. In the Vertical jump test, Weightlifting showed the highest value and Judo was the event of the lowest vale. The value by individuals was the same as the one by events. 6. The test of side step showed that Wrestling and Taekwondo mark the highest value and Jodo is the event of the lowest value. As for the value by individual, the player of the highest value was Taekwondo player and the lowest value was the weight lifter. 7. In the Harvard step test, Weightlifting showed the highest value and the event of the lowest value was Judo. The value by individuals was the same as the one by events. 8. The forward trunk flexion test showed that Taekwondo marks the highest value and Weightlifting is the event of the lowest value. In the value by individuals, the player of the highest value was Judo player and Taekwondo player. The lowest value was shown by the weight lifter. 9. In the test of backward trunk extension, Taekwondo showed the highest value and Judo was the event of the lowest value. The value by individuals showed that the lowest value was turned out by the wrestler and the lowest value was by Judo player.

      • 화학공장의 배출가스 처리를 위한 RTO System 적용에 따른 문제점 연구

        Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer(RTO), which was manufactured by America's Co. and built by S Co, was tested to reduce on-site problems and to improve destruction and removal efficiency(DRE) of VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds) and heat recovery efficiency. The fume gases sucked by induced fans from the chemical processes, emission sources, were introduce to the RTO. A diesel fuel was used as an auxiliary fuel for the RTO. Gas Samples were collected on the Carbo Trap(type B) tube from the downstream of RTO and Stack at the optimal operating condition obtained though trial and error to measure the concentrations of TOC(Total Carbon) and some of major VOCs. TOC was analyzed with a Hydrocarbon Vapor Meter, and VOCs was analyzed with Gas Chromatograph. The main VOCs among the fume gases were Styrene Monomer. and their DREs were obtained upto 90% The heat recovery efficiency was improved from about 90% to 93% by coordinating the conversion cycle of poppet valve from 240 seconds to 150 seconds and changing the operation temperature of the combustor from 927˚C to 820˚C. Furthermore 95% efficiency of heat recovery was obtained by inputting an additional regenerative thermal media(Ceramic saddle) to increase the thermal capacity

      • 태권도 앞차기 동작시 스탠스에 관한 연구 : Centering on Impact force and Response time 충격력과 반응시간을 중심으로

        This survey aims at finding the best Apchagi stance of Taekwondo by measuring impact force and its response time in each stance on the theree excellent Taekwondo athletes as the state amateur. The stances dealt with in this survey are -1 Chokjang Stance, -1/2 ChokJing Stance, Standard Stance, +1/2 Chokjang Stance, +1 Chokjang Stance, Free Stance, and six others. The results from measurement and analysis of impact force and response time in each stance are as follows. 1. In the impact force, +1/2 Chokjang Stance stowed the highest, 273.00㎏ and -1 Chokjang Stance showed the lowest, 217.89㎏. But there were little meaningful differences between each stance. 2. In response time, Standard Stance showed the highest, 0.371 sec., and Free Stance showed th lowest, 0.420 sec. But there were no meaningful differences between each stance. 3. As to the correlation of impact force and response time, there was a high correlation between +1/2 Chokjang Stance(r=0.756), -1/2 Chokjang Stance(r=0.711) and Standard Stance (r=0.694), but a low correlation between the remaining stances.

      • Computer Simulation을 이용한 Skier의 滑降 模形開發에 관한 力學的 考察

        As result of computing the speed just before jump, it was 22.6 m/s in the vacuum, 21.6 m/s in the groundfriction, 20.2 m/s in the air resistance and ground friction, in application of the dynamic theory. The difference of the speed, if little, was 1.0-2.4 m/s and the frying distance was 6.6-30 m through compuer simulation. In the step of jump, the vertical speed of jumper was found to be "V_t = 2h/t" by using the model of spring, the frying distance, in the case of "t = 0.12s" (i. e. the flying elevation of 5), was 25m longer, than in 't = 0.21s', and in order to increase the effect of jump. The result of simulation on four kinds of model poses in Fig-5 proved that the pose of d type is the most efficient.

        Determination of Water-holding Capacity of Porcine Musculature Based on Released Water Method Using Optimal Load

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the suitability of the released water (RW) method for measuring water-holding capacity (WHC) by pressure and filter-paper absorption within two thin plastic films. One hundred fifty pork loins with considerable variations in WHC (three pork qualities: PSE, pale, soft, and exudative; RFN, reddishpink, firm, and nonexudative; and DFD, dark, firm, and dry; 50 pork loins in each pork quality group) were used to measure drip loss (DL)% and RW % after applying different loads (1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and 3.5 kg). Percentages of DL and RW were significantly (p<0.05) different among pork quality groups. The RW % of 2.5 kg load sample was significantly (p<0.05) higher than that of 2.0 kg or 1.5 kg load sample. However, there were no significant (p>0.05) differences in RW % among 2.5 kg, 3.0 kg, and 3.5 kg load samples for all three pork quality groups. The RW % was highly and positively correlated (r>0.95; p<0.001) with DL %. The highest correlation was observed between DL % and RW % of 2.5 kg load sample (r=0.97; p<0.001). Among all RW loads within each quality groups, the highest correlation between DL % and RW % was observed for 2.5 kg load sample (r=0.43, 0.66, and 0.46 for PSE, RFN and DFD quality groups, respectively, p<0.001). These results imply that applying 2.5 kg load is the best for determination of RW %. It is recommended as a reference method to assess DL % of pork muscles.

        Aging mechanism for improving the tenderness and taste characteristics of meat

        Tenderness and taste characteristics of meat are the key determinants of the meat choices of consumers. This review summarizes the contemporary research on the molecular mechanisms by which postmortem aging of meat improves the tenderness and taste characteristics. The fundamental mechanism by which postmortem aging improves the tenderness of meat involves the operation of the calpain system due to apoptosis, resulting in proteolytic enzyme-induced degradation of cytoskeletal myofibrillar proteins. The improvement of taste characteristics by postmortem aging is mainly explained by the increase in the content of taste-related peptides, free amino acids, and nucleotides produced by increased hydrolysis activity. This review improves our understanding of the published research on tenderness and taste characteristics of meat and provides insights to improve these attributes of meat through postmortem aging.
