      • Eisenmenger씨 증후군을 동반한 충수돌기염 천공에 의한 복막염 환자의 마취경험 : 증례보고

        Eisenmenger's syndrome includes any condition in which communication between the pulmonary and systemic circulation gives rise to pulmonary vascular disease causing a right to left shunt with peripheral cyanosis, It can occur with complex congenital cardiac malformations, such as septal defect and patent ductus arteriosus. We report a case of a 58-year-old woman with an emergency operation for peritonitis due to appendiceal perforation and Eisenmenger's syndrome secondary to large ventricular septal defect. We carefully performed balanced anesthesia with air-O₂-desflurane-remifentanil. She was transferred to the intensive care unit in intubated state postoperatively and discharged two weeks later without any complications.

        A projection can be used as one of the methods representing the solid ge-ometric figures on the paper-plane. But it is difficult to conceive exactly the sense of solid body, position relat-ion between the lines and which line is larger. So, I have studied teaching material(Stereo-graph) which can show a posit-ion, shape, bigness of figures and give the real sense of soild body : (1) To find the principle of the stereo-graph. (2) How to make the Stereo-graph. (3) How to use the Stereo-graph. (4) To find the considerations in using the Stereo-graph. (5) To find the teaching case using the stereo-graph.

      • De Rham 理論

        We have defined the De Rham cohomology groups H??(X,d) for a smooth manifold X. These groups came from a sequence of maps. C??(X,∧??(X))→C??(X∧??(X))→C??(X,∧??(X)) and H??(X,d)=Ker d/Im d. We saw that the dime,nsion of H??(X,d) measured the number of connected components of X,and we saw, at least for the circle X=S¹, that the dimension of H¹(X,d) measured the number of "holes" in X. We shall now develop similar groups for simplical complexes. We shall study a sequence of maps. C??→C??→C?? where each C?? is an abelian group and where ??=0. Then homology groups H?? will be difined by H??=Z??/B??, where Z??=Ker ??:C??→C?? and B??=I??:C??→C??. An element of Z?? will be geometrically a "chain" of ℓ-simplices without boundary. An element of B?? will be geometrically a boundary of a chain of (ℓ+1)-simplices. The boundary of a 1-simplex(v??,v??)will be the sum of the 0-simplices v?? and V₁ with appropriate signs attached. Similarly, the boundary of a 2-simplex(v??,v₁,v₂)will be an appropriate linear combination of its edges (v??.v₁), (v₁,v₂) and (v₂,v??). The goal of this paper is to show that for smoothly triangulated manifolds (X,K.h), the De Rham cohomology of X is isomorphic to the simplical cohomology of K. For this, we shall need the following facts about barycentric coordinates. Recall that we have previously discussed the barycentric coodinates of a point relative to the vertices of a simplex containing it. Now we extend this concept.

        This paper explains some of the basic mathematical ideas involved in Rene Thom's catastrophic Theory. in the simplest and most accessible case: the ele-mentary catastrophes. Topics discussed include the classification of local behavior of smooth functions, determinancy (how much of a Taylor series is adequate to capture the function's behavior). These and other concepts are exemplified using simple models from science: the buckling of an arch. This model has been selected to act as illustrative exemple, and no attempt is made here to survey the applications of the theory since this has already been done in Stewart (1981, 1982).

      • FEM에 의한 차체구조용 단일모자형 단면부재의 축압궤특성에 관한 연구

        차체전면부 사이드부재는 점용접에 의해서 이루어진 모자형 단면형상을 갖는 강도부재로써, 차량의 전면충돌에 있어서 중요한 역할을 한다. 전면충돌에 있어서 차량의 전면부에서 충분한 에너지를 흡수한다면, 승차자에게 가해지는 충격에너지를 경감시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 이러한 강도부재는 충분한 강성을 가져야 하지만, 적절한 압궤 또한 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 단일모자형 단면부재에 대하여 플랜지부 점용접 간격을 변화시켜 준정적(0.017m/sec) 및 충격합궤(7.19m.sec, 1034J)하에서 압궤특성을 해석하고자 유한요소 프로그램인 LS-DYNA3D을 이용하여 준정적 및 충격압궤 시뮬레이션을 행하였다. 시뮬레이션은 압궤실험 결과와 비교함으로서 시뮬레이션의 타당성을 학인하였다. The hat shaped section members of vehicles compose the base frame which plays an important role in a front-end collision. It consists of the hat shaped section members with spot welds. In front-end collision, the impact energy for the passengers will be decreased as the front parts of vehicles has sufficiently absorbed energy. And then, this structures have not to be very stiff but collapse progressively to absorb the kinetic energy as expected. In this study. LS-DYNA3D has been used for analyzing collapse characteristics on hat shaped section members with respect to spot weld pitches under quasi-static(0.017m/sec) and impact load(7.19m/sec. 1034J). By comparing the results from simulation and the experimental results. the utilization fo simulation has been certified.

        물리교육 분야 학술지 중 한국물리학회에서 발행한 ‘물리교육’지와 미국물리교육자협회에서 발행된 ‘The Physics Teacher’에 게재된 논문의 내용을 비교·분석한 결과를 바탕으로 국내 물리교육분야 학술지의 문제점을 찾고 그 개선 방안을 제시하였다. We compared ‘Mulli Kyoyuk’ issued by the Korean Physical Society with ‘The Physics Teacher’ issued by the American Association of Physics Teacher. Based on the content comparison of the articles in the two journals, we suggested the solutions to improve journals in physics education in Korea.

        In this paper, handwritten basic Hangout recognized by using the modified hough transform (MHT) and neural network, in order to reduce misrecognition due to the variation of input patterns according to writers. In order to recognize basic hangout which is consisted of tile 14 single consonants and the 10single vowels, input data of neural network is extracted by coding the location of each stroke which is detected by the MHT. Real time recognition of basic Hangeul can be realized in personal computer by using input data which is compressed to 8 feature value by MHT.

        FEM에 의한 차량전면부 사이드부재의 축방향 충격압궤 해석

        The front-end side members of vehicles(spot welded hat and double hat shaped section members) absorb most of the impact energy in a case of front-end collision. In this paper, specimens with various spot weld pitches have been tested with a high impact velocity of 7.19m/sec(impact energy of 1034J). The axial impact collapse simulation on the sections has been carried out to review the collapse characteristics of these sections, using an explicit finite element code, LS-DYNA3D. Comparing the results with experiments, the simulation has been verified; the energy absorbing capacity is analyzed and an analysis method is suggested to obtain exact collapse loads and deformation collapse modes.

      • Lithium이 家兎에서 電解質排泄에 미치는 影響

        Lithium reabsorption occurred in the renal tubule and the lithium and sodium were conserved at that site by the same mechanism. This study was attempted to investigate the effect of lithium on the urinary excretion of electrolytes and water. Physiological saline was infused to hydrate the rabbit and collected the urine and plasma samples for control after reached steady state. After priming dose of LiCI(2mEq/kg) injected, during infusion of LiCI solution(0.2mEq/kg/hr) urine and plasma samples obtained for observation of Li^+ effect. And then 2% NaC1(NaCI group) or 0.3M sucrose(sucrose group) solution was infused to evaluate the effect on the renal function with the changes in plasma electrolyte concentration. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. Control urine flow rates in NaCL group was 2.28±0.03ml/10min. During Li^+ infusion the urine flow rate was increased significantly in both group. 2. Li^+ induced water diuresis with reduced urinary Na^+ and osmolar concentration while constant excretion of osmolar particles and Na^+. 3. Infusion of 2% NaC1 solution(with LiCI) persisted the water diuresis instead of increased plasma Na^+ and osmslar concentration. 4. Infusion of 0.3M sucrose solution also persisted the water diuresis with low plasma Na^+ and Li^+ concentration. 5. Plasma Li^+ concentration was significantly lowered during infusion of sucrose solution that of NaCl infusion. From the above resuls, it was suggested that water diuresis by the lithium was affected to ADH action and sucrose solution infusion reduced the effect of Li^+ on the kidney by the Na^+ countertransport mechanism with Li^+.

      • 資産再評價公示가 株主의 富에 미치는 影響 : Cash Flow를 중심으로

        The asset revaluation system, which was introduced for the first time in 1958, has been amended eight times. This system stipulates that the company might voluntarily revaluate the book value of fixed assets to the market value when the rate of wholesale prices rises cumulatively over 25 percent. This study intends to analyzed the effect the announcement of asset revaluation commencement has on the abnormal rate of return and its determinants. To analyze the effect of revaluation commencement on the stock prices, the cumulative abnormal rate of return for the 61 cases between January 1, 1989 and December 31, 1996 was measured for 30 days before and after the announcement day of asset revaluation commencement using the market and risk adjusted returns model. For this perpose, cross-sectional regression analysis was conducted. The variables used for the model are the ratio of depreciation cost to sales, the ratio of the sum of capital surplus plus earned surplus to total assets, the ratio of bond to capital, the ratio of the sum of tangible fixed assets plus investment assets to total assets, the ratio of revaluation balance to total assets and the ratio of revaluation taxes to the revaluation balance. This paper contributes to the previous understanding for the relationship between the revaluation system and market behavior; that is, the revaluation system generally has an information content for the stock market behavior even though some variables have not.
