      • 跆拳道 修鍊이 어린이 成長및 體力에 미치는 影響

        The purpose of this study is to analysis whether one children in TAE-KWON-DO trained for over one year, after 10weeks training periods, could change their physical development and physical strength, and then, to provide for materials improving their competitive forces. TAE-KWON-DO exercise trained (the 4grade in primary school in Cheonan-city) were selected to participate in the study based on their exercise history for over one year and assigned to one of tow groups. 1. TAE KUK group The number of times of Squat thrust as a factor of endurance after 10weeks training was 35.3(p<.01) and before training was 34.1. The number of times of Sit-up as a factor of endurance after 10 weeks training was 35.3 and before training was 34.6. In the case of the trunk flexion in standing position, after 10weeks of training, the length was 14cm(p<.01) and before training was 12.5cm. In the case of the sargent jumping, after 10weeks of training, the length was 31.2㎝(p<.05) and before training was 31.2㎝. 2. KORYO group The number of times of Sit-up as a factor of endurance after 10weeks training was 35.3 and before training was 34.6. In the case of the trunk flexion in standing position, after 10 weeks of training, the length was 14㎝(p<.01) and before training was 12.5㎝. The closed-eyes foot-blance'time after 10weeks of training was 15.5seconds and before training was 18.3seconds(p>.05).

        LAS-base glass ceramics were prepared by mixing with base glasses(the ratio of Li_2O : Al_2O_3 : SiO_2 = 4.5 : 25 : 70.5wt%) and TiO_2 and ZrO_2 as the nucleating agent. With increasing nucleating agents, the crystallization temperature from glass to crystalline phase decreased. The principal crystalline phase after a heat-treatment was β-quartz solid solution. β-spodumene phase increased with heat-treatment temperature. High transparent glass ceramics was prepared by the addition of 5wt% ZrO_2 and the heat treatment at 850℃.

      • 흰쥐 하부뇌간에서의 Cholecystokinin octapeptide의 분포

        흰쥐의 하부뇌간에서 cholecystokinin-octapeptide(CCK-8)의 분포를 관찰하기 위하여 Peroxidase-Antiperoxidase법으로 염색하여 관찰해 본 결과 다음의 많은 부위에서 CCK-8양성세포 및 양성섬유를 관찰할 수 있었다. 중뇌: 흑질, 복측피개야, n. linea rostralis, 중심회백질, n. parabrachialis colliculi posterioris, 하구 및 외측모대핵에서 CCK-8양성세포가 관찰되었고 양성섬유의 경우 각간핵, n. parabrachialis co lliculi posterioris, parabigeminal n., 하구, 외측모대핵 및 배측 봉선핵에서 관찰되었다. 후뇌: CCK-8양성세포는 n. parabrachialis lateralis, n. of group O, 고속핵, 최후야 및 삼차신경 척수로핵에서 분포하였고, 양성섬유는 교봉선핵, 교핵, n. parabrachialis lateralis, 청반핵, n. parolivaris superior, 와우신경핵, 고속핵, 미주신경배측핵, inferior olivary complex, 박속핵, 설상속핵, 삼차신경척수로핵 및 망양체의 일부등에서 존재하였다. In order to investigate the distribution of immunoreactive cholecystokinin octapeptide(CCK-8)-containing neurons in the lower brain stem of the rat, brains of the rats perfused with fixative were extirpated, fronzen sectioned and processed for Peroxidase method. The results obtained were as follows. Mid brain; CCK-8-containing cells were found in the ventral tegmental area, substantia nigra, nucleus(=n.) linea rostralis, substatia grisea centralis, n. parabrachialis lateralis, inferior colliculus and lateral lemniscus and fibers were distributed in the interpeduncular n., n. linea rostralis, ventral tegmental area, substantia nigra, superior colliculus, substantia gricea centralis, n. parabrachialis, lateralis parabigeminal n., inferior colliculus, lateral lemniscus and n. raphe dorsalis. Pons and Medulla oblongata; CCK-8-containing cells were detected in the n. parabrachialis lateralis, n. of group O, n. tractus solitarii, area postrema and n. tractus spinalis nervi trigemini, and fibers were found in n. centralis superior, pontine n., n. parabrachialis lateralis, locus coeruleus, n. parolivaris superioris, cochlea n., n. tractus solitarii, dorsal n. of vagus nerve, inferior olivary compex, n. gracilis, n. cuneatus, n. tractus spinalis nervi trigemini and reticular formation.

        흰쥐의 좌골신경 절단손상후 기능회복에 대한 Acetyl-L carnitine의 효과

        A possible therapeutic effect of acetyl-L carnitine (ALCAR) on peripheral nerve injuries and the expression of Jun, the protein products of immediate-early genes(IEGs), in the spinal cord were investigated after sciatic nerve injury in Sprague-Dawley rats. Experimental animals were divided into 3 groups: intact sciatic nerve as a control group, surgical repair alone, and surgical repair with ALCAR treatment. Toe-spreading response, pinprick response, and compound action potential were measured to evaluate the recovery of sciatic nerve injury. Recovery of behavioral function and electrophysiological function both improved in the surgical repair with ALCAR treatment group. Weak basal expression of Jun was shown in the ventral horn the of spinal cord in the control group. In the surgical repair alone group or the surgical repair with ALCAR treatment group, Jun expression persisted until 28 days after injury in the ventral horn of the spinal cord. Moreover, the surgical repair with ALCAR treatment group showed more increased expression of Jun than the surgical repair alone group. These results suggest that ALCAR facilitates the functional recovery after peripheral nerve injury.

        The change of cost structures has challenged the accounting professions to develop a new cost management technique. Automation has changed the cost structure of many companies, so more costs are fixed in the short run. This change in cost mix has come to deemphasize such typical management accounting tools as cost-volume-profit analysis and break-even analysis. Given a high level of automation, most production cost is determined in the product planning and designing stages. So reducing the cost of products dramatically in the production stage is difficult, if not impossible. Most of the life cycle cost of products is determined in the designing stage. Shortening of the product life cycle has increased the importance of delivering a competitive product to the market quickly. Any errors in product cost or product quality are difficult to correct quickly because product life cycles are so short. The purpose of this study is to investigate the magnitude of technology accounting in changing manufacturing environment. Technology accounting embodies the concept that technology costs, which include plant, equipment, and information systems, should be treated as direct costs, equivalent to direct labor and material. Most technology costs nowadays are accounted for by amortization(or depreciation) and are included in indirect overhead. The problem with this method of accounting is that conventional amortization method is based on time, not production. In today's highly automated factories, traditional depreciation methods distort the product cost. There are two reasons for this problem. First, companies are basing their selection of depreciation methods and allocation bases on such criteria that do not mirror the manufacturing process. Second, the total of technology-related costs is large. The larger percentage technology costs take of total costs, the greater impact a misallocation puts on product cost. The goal of a technology accounting system is to more accurately assign capital investment costs to those products that benefit from them. This violates an important objective of cost accounting, which is to accurately match production costs to those products that benefit from them. Technologies are acquired to support specific activities, such as production requirements, engineering, or support tasks. Therefore, the cost of the asset should be charged only to those products that use it. By lumping technology costs are distributed over all activities masking the "real" cost of the activity.

        Pulmonary blastoma is a very rare primary neoplasm of the lung. We experienced a case of pulmonary blastoma in a 40 years old man. The mediobasal segmentectomy of the right lower lobe was performed. The patient was discharge on the postoperative days 6. There is no evidence of recurrence or metastasis on followup study during 7 months period after operation.

      • 개심술(開心術)의 임상적 고찰 : 치험 200예 200 Cases

        Background and Objectives: Two hundred cases of the open heart surgery due to congenital and acquired heart disease were done using the cardiopulmonary bypass in the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular surgery, Chosun University Hospital from November, 1980 to June, 2001. Material and Methods: The number of congenital heart disease was 132 cases. 68 cases were acquired heart disease. 'The age of the congenital heart disease was from 22 days to 45 years. In the acquired heart disease, the age was from 14 to 72 years. Result: Congenital heart disease consisted of 113 congenital acyanotic heart disease, 19 congenital cyanotic heart disease. Corrective operation was done for congenital heart disease with 4. 5 % operative mortality. Of 68 cases acquired heart disease, 44 patients were valvular heart disease, 3 cardiac tumors, 9 ischemic heart diseases, 12 aortic dissections and etc. The operative mortality was 13%. Conclusion: The postoperative complications were appeared in 68 cases and the complications were wound infection, occipital alopecia, low cardiac output syndrome, arrhythmia, septicemia etc. The mortality after open heart surgery was 15 cases and the causes of death were low cardiac output syndrome, septicemia, respiratory failure and left ventricle rupture.

      • 지연성으로 발생한 외상성 횡격막 파열의 임상적 고찰

        Background: Diaphragmatic rupture may occur from blunt or penetrating thoracoabdominal trauma, which may be undiagnosed initially in the acute trauma, work-up and may remain unrecognized. Delayed traumatic diaphragmatic rupture is reported with increasing frequency and is associated with high morbidity and mortality. The purpose of this study was to present our experience and found out early diagnostic method, clinical presentation and management. Matehals and Methods: From March 1998 to February 2004, the 6 patients of delayed diaphragmatic rupture in our hospital were operated. We reviewed the diagnostic interval, symptom, diagnostic method, operative method and complication. Resutt: They were 3 men and 3 women. Mean age was 56.8:t15.8 years(range 29-69). Most common symptom was dyspnea. Delayed diaphragmatic rupture was right-sided in 4 patients, left-sided in 2. The average operative interval of delayed diaphragmatic rupture was 18.8 months(range 5-48). The diagnosis was chest x-ray and thoracic CT. Operative approach were only thorax in 4 patients and both thorax and abdomen in 2. Postoperative complication were observed in 4 patients, and the overall mortality was none. Conclusion: The delayed case of traumatic diaphragmatic rupture tends to be overlooked without suspicion, In all patients with thoracoabdominal blunt injury a rupture of the diaphragm must be suspected. With a high suspicion, a thorough physical examination and diagnostic method is recommended in order to avoid early or late complications.

      • 街路建築物에서의 公開空地에 관한 硏究

        The city is the social space with a lot of people having the various and different background and positions. That the city is the social space of high density means it is the space for convenient and comfortable life with the sense of community in frequent activities by overcrowded people and for this, intentional human behaviors within the city. From such a viewpoint, this research is to examine and analyze the publicity of external space of buildings with open space which is the important factor in improving the quality of city and the results of the research are as follows. It is found that the installation of open space has been made at the place where urban development is actively performed from the center of city with many users, but the open space which secures the comfort of the city and then attracts the people is not secured and is in the stage of legal restriction and the conversion of building owner's consciousness is needed. It is analyzed that most of open space are located at the front, but in fact there is no device which intercepts the eyes of pedestrian and open space users and since each space is divided by merely ground border, it is difficult to find the hierarchy or territory of two spaces and more considerations should be given for users. It is shown that the obligatory installations of open space such as bench are not equipped. Since the open space in urban area should be prepared in the side of publicity for users as well as for the urban comport, it is considered that the conversion of building owner's consciousness and institutional supports like incentive system should be followed. Moreover, open space have an influence on the diversification of architectural design, architects must consider the diversification of location, form and components of open space to make it an attractive space for users.

      • 양다래 과실의 아미노산조성과 유리당의 분석

        Actindia chinensis의 一般成分, 遊離糖 및 amino acid 組成狀態를 알아보기 위하여 HPLC 등으로 분석, 定量한 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 粗蜜白質量은 2.77%, 炭水化物量은 11.97%이었다. 2. 遊離糖으로는 glucose, fructose, sucrose 및 maltose가 檢出되었으며 과육부에는 fructose, 껍질부에는 sucrose 및 maltose가 많이 함유되었다. 3. 과육질 및 껍질부에서 17種의 總 및 유리 amino acid이 검출되었는데 과육부에는 isoleucine 191.52mg/100g, glutamic acid 160.93mg/100g, 껍질부에는 g1utamic acid 203.36mg/100g, aspartic acid 168.46mg/100g으로 가장 많이 함유되어 있으며, 必須 아미노산 量은 껍질부가 528.23mg/100g으로 과육부 (350.90mg/loog)보다 약 1.5배 정도 많았다. 4. 遊離 아미노산 量은 과육부 (136.89mg/loog)가 껍질부 (120.55mg/100g)에 비해 다소 많았으며 他 과일에 비하여 histidine, arginine量이 많았다. Approximate compositions, and contents of free sugars and amino acids of edible and nonedidle portion in Kiwi fruit 〔Actindia chinensis planch〕were analyzed by HPLC. The results were as follows; The contents of protein and sugars in kiwi fruit were 2.77% and 11.97%, respectively. Glucose, fructose, sucrose and maltose were detected and fructose was rich in edible portion, and sucrose and maltose in nonedible portion. 17 kinds of total amino acids were detected in edible and nonedible portion. The contents of isoleucine(191.52mg/100g) and glutamic acid (160.93mg/100g) in edible portion, and glutamic acid (203.36mg/100g) and asparatic acid (168.48mg/100g) in nonedible portion were high. Total amounts of essential amino acids of nonedidle portion (523.23mg/100g) were rich than that of edible portion (350.90mg/100g). Free amino acids were contained 136.89mg/100g in edible portion and 120.55mg/100g in nonedible portion. Histidine and arginine were found in abundance, compared to other fruits (orange and strawbeery).
