In the 7th educational curriculum, indicated problem about mathematics education of Technical high school Department of Electricity and examine major subject, contents of mathematics that use in major subject and analyzed contents of mathematics that must supplement. With this analysis, established necessary electrical mathematics contents for major subject studying of Technical high school Department of Electricity.

      • 심장 이식 환자에서 발생한 Cryptococcus neoformans에 의한 뇌막염 2예 : The report of two cases

        최근 장기 이식과 관련된 면역억제제의 사용 빈도의 증가 및 후천성면역결핍증 환자의 증가 등으로 인해 기회감염이 증가되고 있으며, C. neoformans에 의한 감염도 증가되고 있다. 저자들은 심장이식 후 6개월이상 지난 환자에서 발생한 크립토코쿠스 뇌막염 2예를 경험하였는데, 한 예의 경우는 거대세포 바이러스 감염과 함께 C. neoformans의 전신적 파급성 감염의 형태로 나타났었고, 폐에 A. fermigatus에 의한 감염이 같이 병발된 경우였다. 이들은 모두 경미한 증상만을 호소하였고, 뇌척수액 검사를 통해 진단받았으며 liposomal amphotericin B와 경구용 fluconazole을 사용하여 완치되었기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Cryptococcal meningitis is a subacute or chronic mycotic infection caused by Cryptococcus neoformans and it is a second most common central nervous system (CNS) infection in organ transplant patients. The recent rise in incidence of the disease can be attributable to the wide use of immunosuppressive agents in organ transplant patients, the advent of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) patients and increased use of chemotherapeutic agents. We report two cases of cryptococcal meningitis after cardiac transplantation. Their symptoms were not typical and neurologic examination was nonfocal. One patient had disseminated cryptococcal infection and invasive pulmonary aspergillosis, it might be assodated with cytomegalovirus infection. They were diagnosed by cryptococcus latex agglutinin test and culture study with cerebrospinal fluid and treated with liposomal amphotericin B and oral fluconazole without any neurologic defects.

      • 본태성 고혈압쥐의 성장에 따른 뇌신경 세포막 Na, K-ATPase변동에 관한 연구

        To investigate the development change of synaptosomal Na, K-ATPase of hypertensive rat, Na, K-ATPase activity and ouabain binding sites were measured in the synaptosomal membrane prepared from 3 days-, 2 weeks-, 20 weeks- old Sprague-Dawley rats and spontaneously hypertensive rats Resulrs are as follows; 1. in the synaptosomal Na, K-ATPase of the normotensive and hypertensive rats, there were 2 kinds of isozymes, high affinity site(IC_(50):80-260 nM) and low affinity site(IC_(50):30-60 μM) 2. Synaptosomal Na, K-ATPase activity was increased in 2 and 20 weeks(high affinity site) or 2 weeks(low affinity site) old compared to that in 3 days old rat, and showed a tendency of decrease in 33 weeks old compared to that in 20 weeks old rats(high affinity site) in both groups. 3. Synaptosomal Na, K-ATPase activities of hypertensive rats were low in 3 days and 2 weeks old(high affinity site) or 3 days old (low affinity site) compared to that age groups of normotensive rats. 4. In the ouabain binding experiments, Kd value(0.1-0.2 μM) for ouabain was slightly increased with increase of age, but no difference between normotensive and hypertensive rats was detected. 5. The numbers of ouabain binding sites were increased in 2 weeks and 20 weeks old compared to those in 3 days old rats, and showed a tendency of decrease in 33 weeks old compared to that in 20 weeks old rats. 6. In the hypertensive rats, the number of ouabain binding sites was low in 3 days, compared to that of the correponding age group of normotensive rats. From the above results, it is suggested that in the spontaneously hypertensive rat, 1) synaptosomal Na, K-ATPase of high affinity site or low affinity site is increased significantly after birth as well as in the normotensive rat, 2) but significantly less than that of normotensive rats in early periods after birth and this may due to the low concentration in both high and low affinity Na, K-ATPase isozymes for ouabain.

        17세기 말 프랑스의 그레코-고딕 아이디얼에 관한 연구 : 아르두엥-만사르와 클로드 페로를 중심으로 focused on Hardouin-Mansart and Claude Perrault

        This thesis is to study the Greco-Gothic Ideal in the late 17th Century of France. This issue was enhanced by Hardouin-Mansart in his Invalides and Royal Chapel at Versailles, and Claude Perrault in the project of the church of St. Genevieve. The contribution of the two architects lies in two aspects. The first is that the tripartite composition of Gothic structure was interpretated in the post-lintel structure of Greek architecture. The second is that the concept of the structural honesty was clearly defined. Through these contributions, the two architects can be said to be the beginning of the Greco-Gothic Ideal of the 18th century. By extending the beginning and contents of the Greco-Gothic Ideal like this, this issue can be involved in more inclusive movements: the previous concept of the Greco-Gothic Ideal defined as church movement can be extended into architectural movement involving structural rationalism, Neoclassicism, New Architecture, interpretation of historic model, etc.

      • 구리의 전기석출시 젤라틴이 물성에 미치는 영향

        In the electrodeposition of copper foil for preparing printed circuit boards, a little amount of gelatin as a addition agent has been used for the better characteristics of a coat of electroplating. Gelatin modifies the physical properties such as mechanical strength, matte-side roughness, ultimate tensile strength(U.T.S), and elongation of copper foil, furthermore gelatin have influence on the structure of electrodeposits and the cathode polarization. The electrolyte used was of a composition; CuSO₄·5H₂O 300g/ℓ, H₂SO₄ 100g/ℓ, NaCl 10 ppm as a brightner, and was gelatin 0-7 ppm as a addition agent. Current density was 50 A/dm², and the temperature of electrolytic bath was 50 to 52 ℃. Experiments showed that the optimum gelatin concentration was 5 ppm with the consideration of the numbers of electrodeposited nuclei. And the nuclei numbers was sharply increased under 5 ppm, but was almostly constant above 5ppm. Average matte-side roughness by Surfcorder was gradually increased with the increasing gelatine concentration up to 2 ppm, and maximum roughness was observed at 2ppm. The roughness showed gradual decrease within the concentration range of 2 to 4 ppm, and was almost constant above 4ppm . Within the gelatine concentration range of 0 to 7 ppm, as the concentration increased, UTS was increased and elongation was decreased logarithmically. Also, in comparison between UTS and elongation, gelatin was identified as an addition agent acting inversely.

        Most of our college students in the department of electricity are from technical high school. Thinking that a lot of those high school students are going to try out for our college, we have come up to the idea to have stable student resources and to keep the resources that we should have researched on this matter. As first solution, considering scholastic ability for students, our college should help them to have easier understandings on their major subject studies. To let them have better condition of studying, we have analyzed 6th and 7th high school curriculum for electric text and studied how much influence 7th the curriculums have on major subject studies. Also we have looked through high school mathematics and basic electric texts under 7th the curriculums. After examining these analysis, we have had some suggestions about the ways to provide easier understandings and reorganized contents in a major basic text of college.

      • 고체전해질 반응기를 이용한 비패러대이성 전기화학반응

        In this study, the reaction characteristics of the electrochemical CO oxidation are investigated using the Pt and perovskite (La0.9Sr0.1MnO3) electrode deposited on solid electrolyte as a catalyst in order to establish the basic data for the development of highly effective catalytic reactors using a solid electrolyte cell. When the electrode surface was treated with O2, the electrode activity was found to increase significantly. This was because the O2 surface coverage increased upon the passage of CO the reaction between CO and adsorbed O2 increased quick1y. The maximum increase rate with respect to the open circuit condition was 5 times for Pt and 80 times for perovskite, respectively Under anodic polarization, it was found that the reaction rate increased as the, overpotential increased, where NEMCA was dominant. The reaction rate increased 3.2 times as high as the reaction rate under open circuit condition and also 37.1 times larger than the O²- supplying rate through the solid electrolyte. When perovskite was used as a catalyst, NEMCA or faradaic phenomenon was net observed with the reaction rate being changed negligibly. This was mainly ascribed to the low electrical conductivity of perovskite.

      • 함침액막에서 운반체의 구조에 따른 트립토판의 플럭스

        The relations between membrane potential and the flux of solutions, which were developed from the molecular structure of quaternary ammonium salts as carrier, have been analyzed for the counter transport system of tryptophan and nitrate anion across the supported liquid membrane. The liquid membrane was prepared by dissolving quaternary ammonium nitrates in toluene. The experimental results showed that the flux of tryptophan increased with increasing the carbon chain length of the alkyl group of carrier in the range of ??∼??, but in case of TDDAN, it decreased because of large membrane potential. The flux of tryptophan with the membrane structure of carrier increased in the order : Aliquat 336N, TOAN, TDDAN, and TDAN.

      • 호흡기감염증에 대한 Cefuroxime Axetil(Zinnat�)의 임상효과

        To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Zinnat in patients with respiratory tract infections, 20 patients were treated with Zinnat (250 mg b.i.d). Among 20 cases, 5 cases had pneumonia, 5 cases exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, 4 cases acute bronchitis, 3 cases bronchiectasis with infection, and acute tonsilitis, bronchial asthma with infection and emphysema with infection 1 case, respectively. The response was cure in 12 cases, partial response in 6 cases and no response in 2 cases. There were no significant clinical and laboratory side effects except dyspepsia and nausea (1 case) and diarrhea (1 case). Zinnat was considered to be useful agent against bacterial respiratory tract infections.
