운동과 중탄산나트륨 투여가 세포막 투과성 변화에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 근피로현상을 규명하기 위한 요인으로서 세포막 투과성의 변화를 평가하는것 이었으며,중탄산나트륨 투여가 세포막 투과성의변화에 미치는 영향을 규명하는것이었다. 신체건강한 성인남자 8명이 연구의 피험자로 동원 되었으며 이들은 400m 트랙에서 1500m 최대런닝을 수행하였으며 이후 중탄산나트륨 300mg/kg.wt의 섭취후에 동일한 실험을 반복하여 수행하였다. 중탄산나트륨 투여전 1500m 최대런닝에 따라 Na??(P<0.01) Ca????(P<0.05)은 크게 증가된 수준을 나타내었으나 K??, Glucose, LDH 및 Pi농도는 증가된 수준을 나타내었으나 유의한차(P<0.05)는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 중탄산나트륨 투여후 1500m 최대런닝에 따른 Na??(P<0.0001)과 Pi(P<0.0001) 농도는 크게 증가되었으나 그 밖의 변인에서는 증가된 수준을 유지하였으나 유의한 차 (P<0.05)는 없는것으로 나타났다. 또한 중탄산나트륨 투여 전, 후간 차를 비교하여 보았을때 1500m 런닝직후 Ca????(P< 0.01)에서만 유의한 차를 나타내었으며, 그 밖의 어떠한 변인에서도 유의한차(P<0.05)는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 1500m 최대런닝에 따라 세포막 투과성의 변화는 피로에 기여하는 중요한 요인이 된다는 것을 평가할 수 있었으며, 1500m 최대런닝으로 유발된 세포막 투과성의 변화는 중탄산나트륨 투여에 의해서는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못한다는 결론을 내릴 수 있었다. The purpose of this paper was to estimate the changes of cell membrane permeability as indicator of muscle fatigue, and the effect of sodium bicarbonate ingestion. Eight male was participated as subject of this study. Subjects were performed a 1500m maximal running as control, Also as sodium bicarbonate ingestion(300mg/kg. wt). In the experiment of control, Na?? (p<0.01) and Ca???? (p<0.05) was shown significant differnce follows 1500m running, but was not shown significant difference(p)0.05) in the K??, Glucose, LDH and Pi concentration. In the experiment of NaHCO?? ingestion, Na (p<0.0001) and Pi(p<0.0001) concentration was significantly increased levels, but was not displyed a significant difference(p >0.05) in other factors. Also, only Ca????, Compared before with after of NaHCO?? ingestion, after 1500m maximal running was shown a significant difference(p <0.01), but was not shown a significant difference(p>0.05) in other factors. We concluded that, The changes of cell membrane permeability followed 1500m maximal running estimated as important factors to induce a muscle fatigue. However, the changes of cell membrane permeability was not proved the improved effect as sodium bicarbonate ingestion.

This study focuses to find the strategies to improve a hotel’s guest room by marketing mix analysis. Due to today’s highly competitive hotel room sales surroundings, every hotel is needed to set up each hotel’s own room sales plan by reflecting its peculiarity. In the standpoint of hotel management, one of the hotel industry’s problem is that hotel’s products and services are likely to copied. It means that there are lots of similar guest programs and hotel products which offered to guests in the hotel industry. In conclusion, each hotel is required to enforce differentiated hotel room sales and marketing strategies by using of systematical analyzing tools and methods.

우리는 시를 역사적 시대순으로 검토해서 읽을 때, 습관적으로 각 시대의 대표적 시인들의 작품에만 집착하게 된다. 적어도 필자 자신은 영국의 역대 시인들의 작품을 읽을 때마다 각 시대의 군소시인들을 소홀히 하는 경향이 있었음을 솔직하게 시인하지 않을 수 없다. 그러나 이러한 독서태도가 잘못된 것임을 세월이 거듭될 수록 절실하게 느낀다.

Aspergillus parasiticus가 몇가지 穀類에서 生成하는 Aflatoxin에 對하여

In order to investigate the influence of temperature, moisture and culture time on the aflatoxins produced by Aspergillus parasiticus NHL 5243 on some grains,5 kinds of grain samples (rice, barley, wheat, corn and sorghum) were used. The different fractions of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, and G2 were detected from 5 kinds of samples by TLC and HPLC. Fluorescence compounds showed blue (aflatoxin B1, B2) and blue green(aflatoxinG1, G2) under 365nm UV lamp, but all of them were changed to green-grey fluorescence by 50% H2SO4, soln. Spraying, and to pink(B1, B2) and blude (G1, G2) by p-anisaldehyde. Aspergillus parasiticus produced even more aflatoxins on grains tested under incubating at 25% moisture content level than 17%, 20%. No aflatoxin was detected at 17% in rice, without regard to any temperature and culture time. Aflatoxins were detected at 20℃, 20%, for 21 days, and at 30℃, any moisture content level (except17%) , for any incubation period. Samples at 30℃, were found more produced aflatoxins than at 20℃. Aflatoxin G1 was obtained more production than B1, B2 and G2 at any incubated conditions in all samples. Total amount of aflatoxins was 2454㎍/kg in rice, 1257㎍g/kg in barley, 986㎍/kg in wheat, 882㎍/kg in corn and 1483㎍/kg in sorghum under the same conditions(30℃, 25%, 21days). The greatest fields of aflatoxin were obtained in rice sample.

본 논문은 기업회계원칙에서 기업회계기준으로 통합된 후 오늘에 이르기까지 유가증권평가의 개정과정을 살펴 보았다. 즉 기말 결산시 유가증권평가에 관한 규정의 흐름은 시가법에서 저가법으로 변화되었으며 다시 시가법으로 회계기준이 개정되는 과정을 밟아 오늘에 이르고 있다. 우리나라 상장기업이 '91년부터 '96년까지 유가증권에 투자된 실적과 이에 따르는 자산구성비와 그리고 평가손실과 비용의 관계, 당기순이익에 차지하는 비중을 분석해 보았다. 그 결과를 보면 대부분의 상장기업이 유가증권에 투자하고 있으며 이 기간동안에 평가손실을 발생시킨 기업은 많치 않았다는 결과분석이 나왔다. 또한 평가손실이 많은 기업이 제비용비율에 차지하는 비중이 높으며 순이익비율도 높은 것으로 나타났다.

In this essays, as a student of English Poetry, I have tried to show that my motive to study Wordsworth as my moral teacher and analyse the development of my academic life as a Wordworthian scholar in Korea In the early years of my study, I have had a hard time on account of the shortage of reference books and other necessary documents to lead my academic life as a student of English Poetry. As a predecessor to my young students I have tried to describe my scholastic life in detail in the past years, and to show the hard way to conquer every hardship fallen on me as a literary student here in Korea. As a student of Wordsworth, I have kept in my mind to learn his way of yjinking on life and his 'moral idea' through his poetry and his voluminous letters, and make clear the meaning life interpreted by him.

韓國食品中 有毒性 眞菌의 代射産物이 HeLa cell에 미치는 細胞毒性效果에 關한 硏究

The culture filtrates of twenty-four fungal strains isolated from diverse sources in Korean foods-were tested for detection of mycotoxin-producing fungi and toxic effects produced in HeLa cells. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Fifteen strains(62.5%) were toxic to HeLa cells. 2. Among these, 4 isolates(16.7%) were shown to be markedly, 5 (20.8%) moderately, 6 (25. 0%) slightly and 9 (37.5%) not toxic to HeLa cells. 3. The effects of the culture filtrates on HeLa cells involved morphological changes such as granulation and clumping, accumulation of mitotic cells, appearance of polynuclear cells and mitotic figures possibly arrested at metaphase. Consequent atypism of HeLa cells was often seen.
