The aim of the paper is to discriminate the Parkinson’s disease(PD) from other nerological diseases such as Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), Huntington’s disease (HD),using different feature selction technique such as Prinicipal Componet Analysis and Recursive Feature Elimination, and also different classification approaches that includes linear classifiers, nonlinear classifiers, and Probabilistic classifier. Mostly the neurological disease affect the brain cells and spinal cords and that lead to the abnormality in the gait behaviour.Recetly the gait analysis caught much attention for predciting the neurological diseases such as PD, ALS and HD.With the advent of intelligent machine learning technique an attempt has been made in this paper to discriminate the PD from other neurological patients. In this paper the gait dynamics data of pateints suffered with PD,ALS and HD has been collected from the public database and a binary classification approach has been used by taking PD as one group and ALS+HD as the other group. Our results founds highest accuracy of 96.78% using SVM with Radial Basis Function(RBF) combined with reduced feature sets obtained from RFE compared to the other classifiers with feature sets from PCA.The result provided enough evidence that can asssit medical practitioners to distinguish PD from other neurological diseases by using the gait dynamics data.

Purple blotch, caused by Alternaria porri (Ellis)Cifferi, is a serious disease incurring heavy yield lossesin the bulb and seed crop of onion and garlic worldwide. There is an immediate need for identification ofeffective resistance sources for use in host resistancebreeding. A total of 43 Allium genotypes were screenedfor purple blotch resistance under field conditions. Allium cepa accession ‘CBT-Ac77’ and cultivar ‘ArkaKalyan’ were observed to be highly resistant. In vitroinoculation of a selected set of genotypes with A. porri, revealed that 7 days after inoculation was suitableto observe the disease severity. In vitro screening of43 genotypes for resistance to A. porri revealed tworesistant lines. An additional 14 genotypes showedconsistent moderate resistance in the field as well as invitro evaluations. Among the related Allium species, A. schoenoprasum and A. roylei showed the least diseaseindex and can be used for interspecific hybridizationwith cultivated onion. Differential reaction analysis ofthree A. porri isolates (Apo-Chiplima, Apn-Nasik, Apg-Guntur) in 43 genotypes revealed significant variationamong the evaluated Allium species (P = 0.001). Alltogether, the present study suggest that, the newlyidentified resistance sources can be used as potentialdonors for ongoing purple blotch resistance breedingprogram in India.

In The modern era, artificial intelligence has created a positive impact on almost all the areas that includes helping the people those have mental illness by interacting with them. The difference between the traditional psychotherapist and AI based psychotherapist is that the latter is using a computer based system that can interact with the mental illness people with no involvement of therapist. The benefit of AI based system is that it can analyze a ton of data much more quickly using machine learning techniques that human won’t able to provide the emotional quotient that the human therapist could provide in the real time, but at least the system will interact with the patient frequently without any intervention and irritation. This paper provides an overall idea about the present situation of AI and its future in psychotherapy. The article will help the therapist and medical practitioners to understand the role clearly and effectively used the system to get maximum effectiveness in less amount of time.
A Review on Blockchain Privacy and Security in the Context of Healthcare
Satyabrata Aich,Moon-Il Joo,Beom-Su Kim,Hee-Cheol Kim 한국정보통신학회 2021 2016 INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE Vol.12 No.1
In the recent years blockchain technology gain lot of traction in every field because it can provide privacy and security in every operational aspect. blockchain based model gives the healthcare market a new dimension by considering safety aspects for data integrity and developed standardized and formalized contracts for accessing the data. Especially when we work with the electronic health record (EHR), which stores data with different workflow it is difficult to know the identity of the person who does what and when the work has been performed. Block chain-based model puts a time stamp on every workflow and also put an identity to it and the copies are distributed to each participated node in the network. So, if there is modification or update happened in any node, it is equally distributed to all the node and can be visible to everybody who is accessing it anywhere in the world. The model ensures that the data integrity is maintained between the end points without any human intervention. This paper provides an overall idea about the present situation of Blockchain Technology and its application in the context of healthcare. The article will help the healthcare industry professionals and medical practitioners to understand the technology clearly and effectively used the system to get maximum effectiveness.

Atropa belladonna is a valuable medicinal plant and a commercial source of tropane alkaloids, which are frequently utilized in therapeutic practice. In this study, bioinformatic methodologies were used to examine the pattern of coding sequences and the factors that might influence codon usage bias in the chloroplast genome of Atropa belladonna and other nightshade genomes. The chloroplast engineering being a promising field in modern biotechnology, the characterization of chloroplast genome is very important. The results revealed that the chloroplast genomes of Nicotiana tabacum, Solanum lycopersicum, Capsicum frutescens, Datura stramonium, Lyciumbarbarum, Solanum melongena, and Solanum tuberosum exhibited comparable codon usage patterns. In these chloroplast genomes, we observed a weak codon usage bias. According to the correspondence analysis, the genesis of the codon use bias in these chloroplast genes might be explained by natural selection, directed mutational pressure, and other factors. GC12 and GC3S were shown to have no meaningful relationship. Further research revealed that natural selection primarily shaped the codon usage in A. belladonna and other nightshade genomes for translational efficiency. The sequencing properties of these chloroplast genomes were also investigated by investing the occurrences of palindromes and inverted repeats, which would be useful for future research on medicinal plants.
Prediction of Korean stock market based on tweets related to Presidential election of South Korea

Several meaningful studies have been done on sentiment analysis of tweets for predicting real life case studies as well as predicting the stock market. In some cases, some big events make the real time tweets more important and meaningful for prediction of stock market. In this case we took the presidential election as a big event and collected the real time tweets based on that event to predict the Korean stock market. We have collected over 100,000 tweets for a period of 1 month. We have analyzed the stock market indices based on the sentiment scores of the tweets.
