Auther eagerly want to know theoretic background of juvenile delinguency and criminology for its problem-solution. So auther attempted to describe historical review and social pychiatric point of view on the subject. Previously auther reported classic literatures on the criminal sociology and psychiatric knowledge. Now auther described various literatural backgrounds on the theory of differential association, the theory of differential identification and the theory of self-concept in this article. These controversial trends were much developed and refined. auther have convictionit take out to prevent the prevalence of juvenile delinquency and criminal outcome. Also it will suspect to be dedicate further modern concepts of various culturaland social theories of the juvenile delinquency.

무기염류의 첨가가 김치성분의 변화에 미치는 영향

This study was to investigate the effects of addition of inorganic salts (KCl, MgCl_(2).6H_(2)O, CaCl_(2), 2H_(2)O) on the change of kimchi components. To this end, kimchi was prepared by adding inorganic salts and fermented at low (6-10℃) and high (20-22℃) temperatures. pH, acidity and pectic substances of kimchi were analyzed. During fermentation, pH, AIS (Alcohol insoluble solid), and HCl soluble pectin (HClSP) were decreased, while acidity and hot water soluble pectin (HWSP) were increased. These changes were more remarkable at high temperature than low temperature. The addition of inorganic salts in kimchi preparation influenced the changes of pH, acidity, HWSP, and HClSP at both low and high temperatures. The changes of pH and acidity were more remarkable in kimchi, prepared with addition of MgCl_(2) .6H_(2)O or CaCl_(2) .2H_(2)O than KCl. The changes of HWSP and HClSP were more marked in kimchi, which was added with KCl than MgCl_(2). 6H_(2)O or CaCl_(2) .2H_(2)O

광역수계 수질관리의 개선방안 : 한강수계를 중심으로 With Emphasis on the Water System of Han River

최근 광역적인 환경오염문제가 점차 증가하고 있으며 중대한 현안으로 대두되고 이Tekj. 특히 광역수계의 수질·수량관리 문제로 인해 지역간 이해관계가 상충됨에 따라 갈등과 분쟁이 증대되고 있다. 이러한 광역수계문제는 새로운 관점에서 접근하여 해결해 나아가야 할 시급한 현안이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 문제의식 하에 본 연구는 한강수계유역을 대상으로 광역수계 수질문제에 중점을 두어 우리나라의 수자원 관리체계와 선진 외국의 사례를 살펴보고, 현행 광역수계 수질관리의 실태분석을 통해 광역수계 수질관리상의 개선방안을 제시한다. Recently, with the increasingly deep concerns on environmental quality, the area-wide water conflict problem has become so large and complex that water quantity/quality management and conflict resolution should be regarded as an urgent issue calling for new approaches. In relation to this issue, this study has an intention of examining the area-wide water problem, especially, with emphasis on the area-wide water quality management problem in the water system of Han with emphasis on the area-wide water quality management problem in the water system of Han River. And then, suggests the improving devices of area-wide water quality management in the water system of Han River.

조직시민행동의 결정요인에 관한 연구 : 수량적 노동유연화가 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 Focused Mainly on the effect of Numerical Labor Flexibility on Organizational Citizenship Behavior

This study shows the effect of Numerical Flexibility which was regarded as social problem and negative to public on Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB), and thereafter derives future investigation plan as follows. Proposal 1 : The high unstability of employment of organization and low opportunity of job hunting will influence positive effect on OCB. Proposal 2 : The type of employment, job and wheather contingent job is involuntary or voluntary will influence on OCB differently. Proposal 3 : The high union committment of workers who dissatisfied with work conditions will influence negative effect on OCB.

치아종을 동반한 석회화 치성낭의 치험례 : CASE REPORT

석회화 치성낭은 비교적 드문 낭으로 하나의 독립된 유형의 치성 병소로 인정받고 있지만, 조직학적 소견이 다양하고 분류체계도 학자들마다 다르다. 석회화 치성낭의 이장상피는 중층편평상피로 되어 있으며, 상피층 내에 특징 세포인 유령세포가 출현한다. 유령세포들은 인접한 결합조직에 치성조직을 유도할 수 있는 능력을 가지고 있어 법랑모세포종, 법랑모세포 치아종, 법랑모세포 섬유치아종, 치아종 등의 치성종양이 합병되어 발생하기도 한다. 외과적 제거 후 재발율은 적지만 치성종양이 병발될 경우가 있기 때문에 반드시 조직병리학적 검사를 수행하여야 한다. 7세 남아가 상악 좌측 중절치의 미맹출을 주소로 원광대학교 치과병원 소아치과에 내원하였다. 방사선 사진에서 맹출되지 않은 상악 좌측 중절치 및 측절치 치관 상방에 방사선 불투과성 물질이 보였다. 초기 임상적 방사선학적 검사 결과 치아종으로 진단하였으며, 외과적 적출 및 생검을 시행하였다. 적출물은 불규칙적인 석회화 물질로 구성된 복잡 치아종 양상을 보였으며 상피조직으로 싸여 있었다. 조직병리학적 검사 결과, 이장상피에서 유령세포의 군집이 관찰되었고, 석회화 조직은 법랑질, 상아질 형태의 조식들이 혼합된 양상을 보여, 복잡 치아종을 동반한 석회화 치성낭으로 진단하였다. 본 증례에서와 같이 매복치 상방의 치아종 양상의 병소가 관찰 되었을 때 석회화 치성낭의 가능성을 염두에 두어야 할 필요가 있다. Calcifying odontogenic cyst(COC) is a rare developmental odontogenic cyst, which shows diverse classification and terminology. Cystic epithelial lining of COC is composed of basal cell layer of columnar cells and overlying layer of stellate reticulum. In the epithelium, ghost cells that might induce adjacent mesenchymal tissue to develop dental organ are shown characteristically. In spite of low rate of recurrence, we have to get a histopathological examination so that odontogenic lesions may recur without fully curettage of lining epithelium. 7-year-old male child came pediatric dentistry in wonkwang university dental hospital in order to check the delayed eruption of left maxillary central incisor. Radiographic examination revealed a well-defined radiopaque mass, overlapping impacted left central and lateral incisor crown. Enucleated mass was tooth-like features and also had epithelium lining. Results of histopathologic procedure, we saw the lots of ghost cell and proliferating hard dental tissues. Also we saw the cystic epithelium cells. It revealed diagnosis of the COC associated complex odontoma. For this reason one should consider of COC when patients present odontoma-like lesion with impacted tooth.

Juvenile delinquency in Korea can also not be an eoceptional subject nowadays in conformity with the world social controversial trends. Author concerned about the hot matter. Previously author reported two original articles which was titled as 'social psychiatric studies on the juvenile delinguency among Korean: Psychiatric observations on the incidence and the patterns of delinquent behavior, studies on socioen vironmental factor' at 1970. In these studies results, somewhat characteristics of juvenile delinquent behaviors among Korean. There are major emphases upon the incidence patterns and socioenvironmental factors which were thought to be contributing to the occurance of juvenile delinquency in this society. Author eagerly want to know theoretic background of juvenile delinquency and criminology for the problem-solution. So author planed to describe historical review and social psychiatric point of view on the subject. Also it will suspect to be dedicate further modern concepts of various theories of the juvenile delinquency.

고용불안이 조직구성원의 행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study shows the effect of Job Insecurity which was regarded as social problem and negative to public on organizational citizenship behavior, and thereafter derives future investigation plan as follows. Proposal 1 : Job insecurity will influence negative effect on trust. Proposal 2 : Job insecurity will influence negative effect on empowerment. Proposal 3 : Trust will influence positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior Proposal 4 : Empowerment will influence positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Proposal 5 : Job insecurity will influence positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

고용불안정과 조직시민행동간의 관계와 조절요인에 관한 연구

The purpose of this research is to test the impact of job insecurity on organizational citizenship behavior and the moderating effects of dependence to organization and tenure on the relationships between job insecurity and organizational citizenship behavior. Results indicated that job insecurity has impacts conscientiousness, courtesy, and civic virtue negatively. And dependence to organization has moderates the relationships between job insecurity and conscientiousness, courtesy, and civic virtue. But tenure has not moderates the relationships between job insecurity and organizational citizenship behavior.
