To analyze dialy meal of royal meal, studied Jook Soora Sang (Rice Gruel), Mieum Sang (Thin Gruel) and Bankwa Sang, Soora Sang in Hyun Neung Won were on record Wonheng Ulmyo Jungri Euigwae (1795). Historic book "Jungri Euigwae" described the king's visit to his father's royal tomb "Hyun Neung Won", during the domain of Cheung Jo, the 22nd king of Choson Dynasty. The results obtained from this study are as follows. Rice Gruel (Jook Soora Sang), taken before breakfast, was arranged the same as the Soora Sang. The table for thin gruel (Mieum) was arranged in three kinds of sets; one for thin gruel, the others for stewed meat (Goem) and sugared fruit (Jeong Kwa). The diet seems to have been quit scientific and restorative. Bankwa Sang and Soora Sang in Hyun Neung Won was arranged the same as the other Bankwa Sang and Soora Sang. Therefore setting the table of royal meal had a rule.

This article examine the relation between Korea’s division system and the films of Shin Sang-ok, who was one of very famous Korean film directors in the golden age of Korean cinemas. Shin Sang-ok has been maybe the only Korean director, who produced his films in two Koreas. Before he was kidnapped by North Korean kidnap gangs, he was an outstanding film director in South Korea, who produced several popular films, as like 〈A Romance Papa〉, 〈King Yeonsan〉, 〈the evergreen tree〉, 〈a guest and mother)〉, 〈the Red muffler〉, and so on. Also, He managed the biggest film company ‘Shin Film’ and the biggest film studio ‘Anyang Film Studio’ in South Korea in 1960s, he maintained to good relation with the president Park Chung-hee’s government at that time. However, as Shin criticized the film policy of Park Chung-hee’s government, especially the problem of film censorship, the conflicts between them went to worse way in 1970’s. And then Shin was kidnapped with his ex-wife a famous Korean film actress Choi Eun-hee to North Korea. Shin abd Choi stayed in there during the 8 years and produced 7 films in North Korea’s Monolithic Ideal Logical System by Kim Jung-il’s enforcement and immense supports. At that time, Shin produced several remarkable films in North Korea, as like 〈not returned the emissary〉, 〈the salt〉, 〈a story of the escape〉. Finally, Shin and Choi escaped from North Korea for obtaining the freedom to the Western world. Two Koreas’s division system brought the restriction of creative film making to a film director Shin Sang-ok.

Lipid content and fatty acids compositdion of anchovy sauce were investigated during fermentation at 20℃ and 37℃ for 120 day. Total lipid (TL) of raw anchovy was composed of 80.8% (1.98g/100g) of non-polar lipid(NL) , 19.2% (0.47 g/100g) of phospholipid(PL). The contents of TL, NL and PL anchovy sauce were decreased during fermentation, but the ratio of TL, NL and PL anchovy sauce were decreased during fermentation, hut the ratio of NL/TL increased from 81.1% to 90.0% while that of PL/TL decreased from 18.9% to 10.0%. The major fatty scids in TL and NL fraction of fermented anchovy sauce were 16:0, 18:0, 18:1n-9, 16:1n-7, 18:1n-7, 20:5n-3 and 22:6n-3, in the PL fraction 22:6n-3 was highest regardless of temperature and fermentation day.

Limy bile is a rare condition characterized by excessive precipitation of calcium carbonate in the gallbladder or bile duct. Recently we experienced two cases with obstructive jaundice in which limy bile in the common bile duct but not in the gallbladder for one case, and in the common bile duct and intra hepatic duct but not in the gallbladder for another case. The patients were treated by endoscopic sphincterotomy. Here, we report the cases and review the literature.

Tensile elongation behavior of fine-grained Fe-C alloys has been investigated as a function of cementite volume fraction, degree of microstructural refinement or Zener-Hollomon parameter. Creep strength of Fe-C alloys is compared to be similar when grain size is similar. Room-temperature strength, however, turned out to be quite different, depending on the volume of cementite. Tensile ductility of ingot-processed alloys increases with carbon content (cementite volume fraction of cementite) but starts to decrease after 2.1%. Tensile ductility of Fe-C alloys with carbon content higher than 2.1% can be significantly enhanced when powder-processing routes are utilized instead of ingot-processing routes. Tensile elongation behavior of cementite-based alloys is revealed to be different from that of iron-based alloys when compared as a function of Zener-Hollomon parameter.
백서에서 Sodium Taurocholate 투여로 유발시킨 급성 췌장염의 형태학적 연구

Acute pancreatitis is relatively common, as the incidence of which is 11 to 22 per 100,000. Recent studies suggest that both the incidence and prevalence may be increasing, particularly among middle-aged elderly women. Usually the disease has benign course, but 25%∼60% patients dies of the early and late complications as shock, acute renal failure and ARDS. The causes of the disease are diverse; cholelithiasis, pancreatic duct obstruction, viral infection, pancreatic post-poeration, hypercalcemia, post renal transplantation, some drugs as azathioprine, thiazide and sulfonamide. Among these, bile reflux to pancreatic duct by gallstone impaction in the opening of a common anatomic channel between the bile duct and pancreatic duct is considerd to be the most common cause of acute panereatitis. As the acute pancreatitic tissue is not available easily, most of the morphological stydies depend on animal models caused by artificial reflux of bile and duodenal contents by loop, infusion of biles in biliopancreatic duct and choline deficient diet supplemented with 0.5% methionine. This study is conducted by light microscopic, transmission and scanning electron micorscopic examinations of the pancreas to see the morphological changes of acute pancreatitis induced by taurocholate infusion in the bilio-pancreatic duct in rats. The results were as follow : 1. The taurocholate infusion in bilio-pancreatic duct caused elevation of amylase in the blood, which is the sign of acute pan creatitis. 2. Grossly, the pancreas showed interstitial and peripancreatic edema at 30 minutes after infusion. Focal pancreatic necrosis and hemor-rhage are noted at 1 hour after infusion, and hemorrhage and fat necresis are seen at 3 hours after infusion. 3. Light microscopically, the pancreatic acinar cells focally degenerated, accompanied with interacinar edema at 30 minutes after infusion. Severe interstitial edema, acute inflam matory cells infiltration and hemorrhage appeared at 1 hour after infusion. massive fat and pancreatic necresis with iterstitial hemorrhages are noted at 3 hours after infusion. 4. Trasmission electron microscopical examinations revealed dilatation of rough endoplasmic reticulum, decreased zymogen granules with heterogeneus both in size and shape and lysis of basement memebrane at 30 minutes after infusion.Some zymogen granules were devoid of membrane and others showed halo and fusion. The ultrastructural changes are progressive accoding to the lapse of time after infusion. 5. Scanning electron microscopocally, the normal pancreas acinar cells showed numererous zymogen granules, which were round with smooth surface and homogenous in size and shape. Thirty minutes after infusion, the zymogen granules are decreased in number, irregular in size and shape, and fine granular debris were attached on the surface of granules. The intercellular spaces were widened. Three hours after infusion, some fine fibrillary materials are noted around wrinkled irregular granules. Above results suggest that taurocholate infusior in bilio-pancreatic ducts might induce acute hemorragic pancreatitis in rats by toxie effect to plasma membranes and zymogen granular membranes, and in part by acitvation of some proenzymes, but further studies are necessory to clucidate pathogenetic mechanisms of acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis.

일반적인 운용고도와 운항속도의 조건에서 스마트 무인기용 소형 가스터빈 엔진 연소기 내부의 유통 및 연소현상을 실험, 수치를 병행하여 연구하였다. 스마트 무인기의 비행모드 에 따른 배압변화에 대한 이해를 위해 우선 무부하시 연소기 내부유동 및 연소현상을 수치 해석으로 분석하였다. Experimental and numerical studies are carried out for inner flow of small gas turbine engine combustor at normal operating altitude and velocity. First of all inner flow and combustion phenomenon without a load IS analyzed for understanding with various back pressure condition due to flight mode of smart UAV.

Interface IC design for heart beat measurement sensor is proposed and executed by using current control schmitt trigger. The function of interface IC is to measure the heart beat using PPG from sensor. This circuit is composed of analog circuit that converts current signal of sensor to voltage and digital circuit that converts it to digital value. Applying OTA to schmitt trigger and oscillator, operation speed is faster and linear error is smaller than the conventional one. Besides, follow features such as low power consumption, simple configuration and high resolution, are realized by IC design.
