      • 光 强度別 아주까리의 光合成速度와 氣孔傳導度의 變化 및 相互聯關性

        The Ricinus communis L. was planted 70cm x 70cm in field to investigate on the changes of photosynthesis followed by the investigation on the light intensity. The photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance were increased as the PAR was increased to 2000μ mol/m2/s in leaves of all. A linear equation were obtained between net photosynthetic and transpiration rate. The quadratic equations were obtained between net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance, and a linear equation was obtained between transpiration rate and stomatal conductance. It was also confimed that intercellular CO2 concentration was significantly correlated with net-photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance under low light intensity.

      • 작약지배지에서의 식물기생선충 발생 및 피해

        A study on the damages and occurrence of phytophagous nematodes was carried out in the medicinal herb (Paeonia lactiflora) fields at Andong, Kyungbuk. According to the investigation of the nematode population, Meloidogyne spp. was dominated in the sampling area, followed by Helicotylenchus spp., Pratylenchus spp. and Tylenchus spp. among the phytophgous nematodes. However, Rhabditis spp., which is not causing any damages for the crops, were highly dominated among the total nematode population in the sampling area. Soil characteristics affected nematode distribution and population. The number of the nematode was 300 per 300g of soil within 5cm from the surface at the sampling area, and the nematodes were distributed even under 50cm.

      • 하악측두관절에서 퇴행성 관절염의 실험모델 개발

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate temporomandibular joint arthritis that was induced by intra-articular injection of collagenase in rabbits. Material and Methods: In this study, 12 rabbis was used. We injected collagenase on temporomandibular joint of rabbit and observed for six weeks. H-E stain was done. Results : Four weeks later from 2.0 mg collagenase injection, we observe histologic appearance like arthritis. Conclusion : In our study using injection of collagenase in temporomandibular joint of rabbit we produce arthritis on temporomandibular joint of rabbit.

      • 오동(Paulownia coreana) 및 벽오동(Firmiana platanifolia) 수용성 추출액이 몇 종 작물 발아에 미치는 Allelophathy 효과

        오동나무와 벽오동나무의 추출부위별 수용성 추출액을 농도 0,5,10,20,30%의 5개 처리에 작물 배추,갓,토마토,벼에 발아 실험한 결과는 다음과 같다. 추출부위별 수용성 추출액의 발아에 대한 억제 효과가 없었으며 추출액 농도가 높아짐에 따라 발아율은 적은 부의 상관이 있으나, 벼의 경우 농도와 발아율간에는 상관관계가 없었다. 배추,갓,토마토,벼의 평균 발아기간은 추출부위에 따라 무처리에 비하여 농도가 높아짐에 따라 길어졌다. 발아양부는 벽오동 나무의 엽과 2년생 가지가 배추 발아양부 지수가 5로서 중이였으며, 갓은 오동나무 10%이상에서 지수가 5로서 중이였고, 벽오동은 2년생가지가 10%에서 지수가 5로서 중이였다. 토마토는 오동나무 엽 5%이상이 지수가 5이상으로서 각각 중 및 불량이었으며 벼는 지수가 사료되며, 이에 대한 연구로서 Allelochemicals의 성분규명이 필요하다 하겠다. This study was carried out to estimate the allelopathic effects of the donor plants,Paulownia tree(Paulownia coreana) and Phoenix tree (Firmiana platanifolia) to four crop species, Chinese cabbage, leaf mustard, tomato and rice as receptor plants, and the results of the germination tests, which were respectively treated by different extact concentration (0,5,10,20,30%), were as folliws. There were no significant inhibition effects on the germination by the donor plants. However, comparing the concentration of the extracts,there were allelopathic effects on the germination rate which was lower according as the concentration rate increase, although there were no correlation between the concentration and germination rate of rice. Average germination time of each receptor plant was longer according as the concentration rate intrase, except rice which showed no differences. For 9 the state of germination among the receptor plants, except rice, it was decreased according as the concentration rate increase. Summing up, germination of receptor plants inhibited by the water soluble extract of doncor plants, and a study on the allelochemicals including analysis of these substances should be conducted for the further research.

      • 地方自治를 위한 選擧行態에 關한 調査硏究 : 濟州島를 中心으로 In Case of Cheju Do

        This thesis aims to analyse the election behavior of residents in Chejo Do. The results of this study reveals that the residents in Cheju Do hope the member of Local Assembly to be as follows : First, he should be fresh and conscientious. Second, he should accept their opinions in developing Cheju area and put them into practice with his responsibility. Third, he should display his ability, rising above the matters of money, power, and affinity bond. Fourth, he should create the future with vision. Finally, for our voters' part, we should also fulfil our missions as a judge and referee with cool reason, as the election is getting intense.

      • 지형공간정보체계를 이용한 상수도 관로의 종합적인 운영관리에 관한 연구

        The urban expansion and the modernization of the urban infrastructure need a new technology to message water service. GSIS gears an efficient management of manpower, saving of time and cost for data accumulation, by processing and managing in the form of unified data. As various types of data accumulated in relation to the construction of the infrastructure facilities, which comes out after the rapid urbanization of the areas, we need a rational GSIS to avoid the duplication and confusion of data and data system. In this study, I intend to suggest a scheme for the efficient administration of the urban infrastructure facilities, based on GSIS for the efficiency of the acquisition and utilization of data. Also, I propose a program to manage the urban-related information more efficiently and to establish a more advanced system of database, by drawing up Digital Map using standard type to set up database.

      • 번들조정에 의한 항공삼각망의 최적형상 결정에 관한 연구

        The capability to map all potrions of the earth's surface always depended on the capacity to survey. Classical analog photogrammetry has been enhanced by more accurate and more rapid digital vector output. Analog plotter can moreover now easily be converted into analytical instruments to facilitate orientation, operator asisted DTM measurement, aerial triangulation, and vector plotting. Digital photogrammetry with scanned aerial photography has greatly enhanced the capabilities of restitution at large and medium scales. Digital orthophotography offers possibilities, which are one order of magnnitude less costly than conventional mapping, even though the same resolution performance cannot yet be reached, when digital work stations with reasonable computing speeds are campared with analytical plotters. However with rapidly increasing computer performance, the situation is gradually changing in favour of digital systems. In this study, the accuracy of three dimensional location was improved by bundle block adjustment with additional parameters, which are able to systematic error through detection and elimination of the gross error for observation values in aerial triangulation. In order to test thevariability in performance of the different weighting schemes in accurately detecting gross error, robust estimation method. And also, the different control point patterns and ovelap, twelve types of additional parameters were used for comparison analysis. As a result, it is expected to the sequential procedure of analysis can be utilized in the accuracy analysis of aerial triangulation effectively.

        The use of digital terrain model has been enlarged in calculation of earthwork plays a major rule in plan or design of many civil engineering projects, and thus it has become very important to advance the accuracy of earthwork calculation. The earthwork volume,an important factor in the field of civil engineering,could be counted with the computerized by the use of simpson's 1/3 and 3/8 rules. The thesis is the earthwork volume could be counted by the measurement of HAEUN-DAE-GU topograph data.

      • 컴퓨터 매핑시스템에 의한 국토정보관리 기본구상에 관한 연구

        Computer Mapping System(CMS) are being used in various government offices as well as coporates as a tool in decision making. Efforts are being made to implement computer mapping system databases to systematically and effectively carry out planning, management and monitoring in various fields. But the present dituation is that the database design itself is a big job since the methodology of planning and design of mapping systems are still being studied. This study is about the base conception of Land Information Management, which is an important and time consuming activity necessary in the implementation of such systems. The study was then applied to highway, environment, map management where the functions and data used in highway, environment, map management system were identified through system analysis and the computer mapping system database was designed based on this analysis. Also appplication systems were developed to support departments which used various maps and drawings. Conclusively, the techniques introduced in this study could serve as a useful tool not only in buiding more specific land evaluation system but also in collecting data necessary for Land Information Management System.
