치아종을 동반한 석회화 치성낭의 치험례 : CASE REPORT

석회화 치성낭은 비교적 드문 낭으로 하나의 독립된 유형의 치성 병소로 인정받고 있지만, 조직학적 소견이 다양하고 분류체계도 학자들마다 다르다. 석회화 치성낭의 이장상피는 중층편평상피로 되어 있으며, 상피층 내에 특징 세포인 유령세포가 출현한다. 유령세포들은 인접한 결합조직에 치성조직을 유도할 수 있는 능력을 가지고 있어 법랑모세포종, 법랑모세포 치아종, 법랑모세포 섬유치아종, 치아종 등의 치성종양이 합병되어 발생하기도 한다. 외과적 제거 후 재발율은 적지만 치성종양이 병발될 경우가 있기 때문에 반드시 조직병리학적 검사를 수행하여야 한다. 7세 남아가 상악 좌측 중절치의 미맹출을 주소로 원광대학교 치과병원 소아치과에 내원하였다. 방사선 사진에서 맹출되지 않은 상악 좌측 중절치 및 측절치 치관 상방에 방사선 불투과성 물질이 보였다. 초기 임상적 방사선학적 검사 결과 치아종으로 진단하였으며, 외과적 적출 및 생검을 시행하였다. 적출물은 불규칙적인 석회화 물질로 구성된 복잡 치아종 양상을 보였으며 상피조직으로 싸여 있었다. 조직병리학적 검사 결과, 이장상피에서 유령세포의 군집이 관찰되었고, 석회화 조직은 법랑질, 상아질 형태의 조식들이 혼합된 양상을 보여, 복잡 치아종을 동반한 석회화 치성낭으로 진단하였다. 본 증례에서와 같이 매복치 상방의 치아종 양상의 병소가 관찰 되었을 때 석회화 치성낭의 가능성을 염두에 두어야 할 필요가 있다. Calcifying odontogenic cyst(COC) is a rare developmental odontogenic cyst, which shows diverse classification and terminology. Cystic epithelial lining of COC is composed of basal cell layer of columnar cells and overlying layer of stellate reticulum. In the epithelium, ghost cells that might induce adjacent mesenchymal tissue to develop dental organ are shown characteristically. In spite of low rate of recurrence, we have to get a histopathological examination so that odontogenic lesions may recur without fully curettage of lining epithelium. 7-year-old male child came pediatric dentistry in wonkwang university dental hospital in order to check the delayed eruption of left maxillary central incisor. Radiographic examination revealed a well-defined radiopaque mass, overlapping impacted left central and lateral incisor crown. Enucleated mass was tooth-like features and also had epithelium lining. Results of histopathologic procedure, we saw the lots of ghost cell and proliferating hard dental tissues. Also we saw the cystic epithelium cells. It revealed diagnosis of the COC associated complex odontoma. For this reason one should consider of COC when patients present odontoma-like lesion with impacted tooth.

This study shows the effect of Job Insecurity which was regarded as social problem and negative to public on organizational citizenship behavior, and thereafter derives future investigation plan as follows. Proposal 1 : Job insecurity will influence negative effect on trust. Proposal 2 : Job insecurity will influence negative effect on empowerment. Proposal 3 : Trust will influence positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior Proposal 4 : Empowerment will influence positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Proposal 5 : Job insecurity will influence positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior.

호텔 정보시스템(Hotel Information System : HIS)의 효율적 이용에 관한 연구

To utilize HIS efficiently, procedure as below must be followed. At first, we should keep up continuous effort to achieve support from CEO. To achieve it, we should let CEO recoginize importance of HIS periodically and stress effect of HIS to CEO as a long term view. The reason is that the organization of HIS requires investment on a large scale, and it is impossible for this kind of enormous investment to be achieved without support or approval from CEO. At second, we should select one as a manager who would control system among those who has a long-term experience on data processing of that organization involved in addition to knowledge about computer system and HIS and those who have a good character to have a good relationship with members of other departments. At third, we should enlarge and improve education for supplier of HIS to be appropriate for practice. As a result, we could perform appropriate and sincere education for user which include theory and practice by improving material of education. At fourth, we should induce positive involvement of enduser and you should enforce education for user. As a result, user could operate HIS efficiently and could refer to exact information immediately. Lastly, it could be achieved of efficient organization of HIS and maximum value of usage effect when all members of organization perceive HIS not as revisement or alteration of plan partly but as one as a whole.

고용불안정과 조직시민행동간의 관계와 조절요인에 관한 연구

The purpose of this research is to test the impact of job insecurity on organizational citizenship behavior and the moderating effects of dependence to organization and tenure on the relationships between job insecurity and organizational citizenship behavior. Results indicated that job insecurity has impacts conscientiousness, courtesy, and civic virtue negatively. And dependence to organization has moderates the relationships between job insecurity and conscientiousness, courtesy, and civic virtue. But tenure has not moderates the relationships between job insecurity and organizational citizenship behavior.

This study was conducted to develop a simple selection method for herbicide-resistance weeds. Two methods, designated "seedling method" and "stem node method" were employed for screening of barnyardgrass against propanil and butachlor. In the seedling method, shoot and root growth of barnyardgrass were significantly inhibited at quarter of the recommended herbicide rate, while in the stem node method, the similar inhibition was obtained at half of the recommended rate. Thus, it was concluded that the seedling method is more simple and quick method to evaluate response of barnyardgrass to propanil and butachlor compared to stem node method.

The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between Kiesler's Correalism and Digital Architecture, and the essence of the Digital Architecture, by comparing the spatial concept of Frederick J. Kiesler, who was active between 1920's and 1960's, with that of Greg Lynn, who is a digital architect. How Kiesler, who was contemporary with Le Corbusier, had tried to approach architecturally in a way other than the functionalism of Modernism, and how it is interlinked with the way the digital architects of today designs is analyzed in this thesis. Kiesler's Concepts - Correalism, Endless House, Biotechnique, and Galaxy - is analyzed, and compared with the Concept of Greg Lynn's space.

This study was designed to check the obsessive-compulsive trends by structured questionnaire among the subject of 4,460 persons, including junior high school students, high school students and college students, The results obtained are as follows: 1) Not a few healthy students showed suicidal rumination, obsessive-compulsive nature, guilt feeling and, problem of eye-contact. 2) Obsessive-compulsive nature and suicidal rumination was more froquently -found in female subjects than in male. Guilt feeling was more frequently found in female subjects than in male except `thinking about filthy things which cannot be talked about" 3) In. male subjects, neurotic trends were most frequently found among second grade of high school students. But in female subjects, it was most frequently found among junior-high school students, Suicidal rumination was found in younger age group in female subjects compared with that of male. In both sexes ideas of reference was most frequently found in junior-high school students, and which diminished with aging. From this result, we could draw the possibility of tendency toward social conformity was matter of interest in developmental process. 4) Ideas of reference and suicidal rumination was frequently associated with guilt feeling. Hypochondriacal trends and obsessive-compulsive nature was less frequently associated with quilt feeling. 5) No significant relationship between neurotic trends and birth-order could be found in normal subjects. Traumatic infantile experiences were found less influential than present environmental factors in developing neurotic trends in normal subjects.
