        『素問·評熱病論』은 본래 正氣가 虛弱한데다 風熱의 邪氣에 感觸되어 발생하는 陰陽交·風厥 등의 熱病과 熱病의 勞風·腎風 等의 病理 治療 豫候등을 자세하게 論述하고 있으므로 「評熱病論」이라고 하였다. 『內徑』이후에 陰陽交·風厥·勞風·腎風 等에 대하여 論한 『諸病源候論』, 『備急千金要方』, 『外臺秘要』, 『醫心方』, 『傷寒補亡論』, 『傷寒百證歌』, 『醫疊元戒』등 모든 醫書들은 本 篇의 내용을 인용하여 疾病의 病理 및 治療와 豫後를 파악하는데에 根幹으로 삼고 있다. A study on the Pyung Youl Byung Ron of the So Moon, one of the classic book of oriental medicine, was carried out analytically for the right comments. The principal obtained summarized as follow; The Pyung Youl Byung Ron is in chapter 33, Volumn 9 of the Hwang Jae Nae Guong.『Pyung Youl Byung Ron』 says Youl Bung(熱病) of Omyang Gyo(陰陽交), Pung Gyul(風厥), Lo Pung(勞風), Sin Pung(腎風), which come out when a fair and equitable spirit is under the power of poisonous energy and so weak and it is Pung Youl Byung Ron. This Book consist of four parts. The fisrt part explain 'Omyang Gyo'. The second part explain 'Pung Gyul'. The third part explain 'Lo Pung'. The forth part explain 'Sin Pung'. After 『Nae Gyung(內徑)』, 『Jae Buung On Hu Ron(諸病源候論)』, 『Bi Gub Chun Gum You Bang(備急千金要方)』, 『Yoi Dae Bi Yo(外臺泌要)』, 『Sang Han Back Dung Gs(傷寒百證歌)』, 『O Chub One Yung(醫疊元戒)』.       • 세그멘트 폴리우레탄 우레아에 기초한 블렌드계 고체전해질의 분자운동성과 이온 전도성

        순수 고체 전해질과 겔형 고분자 전해질의 장점을 취합한 새로운 형태의 블렌드계 고체 전해질을 제조할 목적으로, 현재 유기 가소제로 널리 쓰이는 ethylene carbonate(EC), propylene carbonate(PC) 대신 실온에서 휘발성이 낮은 저분자량의 polyethylene g1ycol(PEG) 및 polyethylene glycol dimethylether(PEGDME)를 사용하였다. 또한, 고분자 매트릭스로는 지지체 역할 뿐만 아니라 염과의 복합체를 형성할 수 있도록 soft segment에 PEO/PPO 공중합체를, hard segment urea기를 도입한 세그멘트 폴리우레탄 우레아(segmented polyurethane urea, SPUU)를 사용하였다. 제조된 SPUU팀에 휘발성이 낮은 저분자량의 PEC 및 PEGDME와 리튬염을 부가하여 solution casting법으로 블렌드계 고체 전해질을 제조한 다음 교류 임피던스법으로 이온 전도도를 측정하였다. 이때 이온 전도도는 PEO 및 PEGDME의 분자량 및 함량에 의존함을 관찰할 수 있었다. In order to prepare a new blend-type electrolyte possessing the merits of both an intrinsic polymer electrolyte and gel-electrolyte, we report on a class of nonvolatile (dry) polymer electrolyte, prepared by plasticizing a segmented polyurethaneurea (SPUU) with solution of lithium salt in oligomeric poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) and poly(ethylene glycol) dimethyl ethers (PEGDME). SPUU having PEO/PPO copo1ymer in soft segment and urethanerurea group in hard segment was used in order to prepare a mechanically stable blend-type electrolyte for for improving the affinity between PEC or PEGDME and matrix. and the ionic conductivity was measured by AC impedance spectroscopy. As a result, it was observed that the ionic conductivity depended on the molecular weight and contents of PEC and PEGDME.

      • 자기공명영상을 이용한 정신분열병 환자의 뇌량크기 측정

        Objectives : Nowadays many studies with MRI have reported structurai abnormalltles of corpus callosum of schizophrenic patients. However, the results are various and inconstant. In this study, we attempted to identify structural change of C O ~ U S cailosurn. Method : We measured the size of corpus callosum of the 24 schizophrenia patients (male 11, female 18) who were diagnosed by DSM-IV (19943, visited at department of psychiatry, catholic university hospital of Daegu from January 2002 to December 2003, by using midline sagittal slice of MRI. These results were compared with the size of corpus callosum of 25 controls (male 7, female 78). We divided corpus callosurn into 7 areas. We calculated and compared the areas of each subregion, mid-sagittal cerebral area, and entire corpus callosum. The results were analyzed by independent t-test. Result :When we compared subregion to corpus callosum adjusted wth mid-sagittal cerebral area, schlzoph-renia patients had significantly smaller genu (1.64k0.32 vs. 1.43k0.26 p<O.O5) and splenium (2.16f0.27 VS. 1.96+0.30 ; ~(0.05). Similarly, the ratio of total corpus callosum to midline sagittal cerebral area (%)(7.50*0.72 vs. 6.90t0.82 ~(0.05) was significantly smaller In schizophrenia than control group. Conclusion : In this study, we found significant differences in corpus callosum between schizophrenic patients and normal control group.

      • 모래의 비배수 반복비틀림 전단시험에 관한 실험적 연구

        The results obtained from undrained torsional shear test for saturated sand lead to the following conclusions. 1. In the case of monotonic undrained torsional shear test, the more loose sand has, the more maximum excessive pore water pressure happens on a large scale. At that time, large shear strain happens. Also, in the case of one directional monotonic load, there is some possibility for a liquefaction to happen. 2. In undrained cyclic torsional shear test, if strain begins to generate, a loose sand comes to the liquefaction. In a dense sand, the behaviour of a rapid increase of strain is not shown. 3. According to the result compared constant volume test and undrained test, a difference of increased amount of pore water pressure by unloaded process in both tests is a little large. If the liquefaction strength is judged from increase of pore water pressure, loading number in the former is decreased by about 40%.

        선삭변수 최적화를 위한 진화 알고리듬 응용

        This paper presents a machining parameter selection approach using an evolutionary computation (EC). In order to perform a successful material cutting process, the engineer is to select suitable machining parameters. Until now, it has been mostly done by the handbook look-up or solving optimization equations which is inconvenient when not in handy. The main thrust of the paper is to provide a handy machining parameter selection approach. The EC is applied to rapidly find optimal machining parameters for the user's specific machining conditions. The EC is basically a combination of genetic algorithm and microcanonical stochastic simulated annealing method. The approach is described in detail with an application example. The paper concludes with a discussion on the potential of the proposed approach.

        For the miniaturation of H-ion sensor, the reference electrode should be miniaturized. This can be achieved by differential amplification system with ISFET/Pt/REFET. REFET(REference FET) was developed by forming PVC membrane on the ISFET gate. This new REFET for the differential amplifier consisting of ISFET/Pt/REFET has shown a good operating characteristics, The new micro H-ion sensor has shown a sensitivity of 52mV/pH with a good linearity in the range of pH 4 to pH 10, and been able to eliminate the effects of temperature and light.

        Hot Wall Epitaxy 법에 의한 CdIn_2S_4 단결정 박막의 성장과 광전류 특성

        수평 전기로에서 Cdln_2S_4 다결정을 합성하여 HWE(Hot Wall Epitaxy)방법으로 Cdln_2S_4 단결정 박막을 반절연성 GaAs (100)기판에 성장시켰다. Cdln_2S_4 단결정 박막의 성장 조건은 증발원의 온도 630 ℃, 기판의 온도 420 ℃ 였고 성장 속도는 0.5 ㎛/hr였다. Cdln_2S_4 단결정 박막의 결정성의 조사에서 10 K에서 광발광(photoluminescence) 스펙트럼이 463.9 nm (2.6726eV)에서 exciton emission 스펙트럼이 가장 강하게 나타났으며, 또한 이중 결정 X-선 요동 곡선(DCRC)의 반폭치(FWHM)도 127 arcsec로 가장 작아 최적 성장 조건임을 알 수 있었다. Hall효과는 van der Pauw 방법에 의해 측정되었으며, 온도에 의존하는 운반자 농도와 이동도는 293K에서 각각 9.01 × 10 exp (16) /cm^3, 219 cm^2/V·s였다. Cdln_2S_4 /Sl(Semi-Insulated) GaAs(100) 단결정 박막의 광흡수와 광전류 spectra를 293K에서 10K까지 측정하였다. 광흡수 스펙트럼으로부터 band gap E_g(T)는 Varshni 공식에 따라 계산한 결과 2.7116eV - (7.74x10 exp (-4)eV/K)T^2/(T+434K)이었으며 광전류 스펙트럼으로부터 Hamilton matrix(Hopfield quasicubic mode)법으로 계산한 결과 crystal field splitting Δcr값이 0.1291 eV이며 spin-orbit Δso값은 0.0248 eV임을 확인하였다. 10K일 때 광전류 봉우리들은 n = 1일때 A_1-B_1-와 C_l-exciton 봉우리임을 알았다. A stoichiometric mixture of evaporating materials for Cdln_2S_4 single crystal thin films was prepared from horizontal electric furnace. To obtain the single crystal thin films, Cdln_2S_4 mixed crystal was deposited on thoroughly etched semi-insulating GaAs(100) substrate by the Hot Wall Epitaxy (HWE)system. The source and substrate temperatures were 630℃ and 420℃, respectively. The crystalline structure of the single crystal thin films was investigated by the photoluminescence and double crystal X-ray diffraction (DCXD). The carrier density and mobility of Cdln_2S_4 single crystal thin films measured with Hall effect by van der Pauw method are 9.01×10 exp (l6) cm^-3 and 219 cm^2/V·s at 293 K, respectively. The temperature dependence of the energy band gap of the Cdln_2S_4 obtained from the absorption spectra was well described by the Varshni's relation, E_g(T) = 2.7116 eV - (7.74× 10 exp (-4)eV)T^2/(T+ 434). The crystal field and the spin-orbit splitting energies for the valence band of the Cdln_2S_4 have been estimated to be 0.1291 eV and 0.0248 eV, respectively, by means of the photocurrent spectra and the Hopfield quasicubic model. These results indicate that the splitting of the Δso definitely exists in the Γ_5 states of the valence band of the AgInS_2/GaAs epilayer. The three photocurrent peaks observed at 10K areascribed to the A_l-, B_l-, and Cl-exciton peaks for n = 1.

      • 지반의 동상특성에 관한 실험적 연구(Ⅰ)

        Characteristics of frost heaving were observed for the soil, filled with in the bath which had same soil, initial moisture condition and different cooling temperature. From this study, the following six conclusions were drawn. 1. The frozen depth and the frost heaving pressure increased, but the amount of the frost heave decreased with the low of cooling temperature. 2. The freezing rate varied irregularly depending on voids resulted from development of ice lens and water intake, but it generally decreased with the elapsed time. 3. The amount of frost heave increased with following of a growth of ice ice lens and was almost equal to the total thickness of ice lens. 4. The frost heaving pressure was influenced more strongly by the temperature rather than the pattern of frozen soil. 5. The influence of the external temperature became small with the increase of the frozen depth, temperature variation tended to slow. 6. The thermal movement resulted from the external temperature was mostly shifted towards freezing direction, thermal movement towards horizontal direction compared with freezing direction was very small. The data obtained from this study was based on the phenomenon of frost heave by maintaining a constant temperature. The effect of temperature on frost heave was explained sufficiently by the data, because there was no irregular environmental change as natural phenomenon.

      • Trichoclerma sp가 生産하는 Cellulase에 關한 硏究

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the composition of the medium for the cellulase production by Trichoclerma sp. and the characteristics of the cellulase. The results obtained were as follows; 1.The optimum composition of the medium for cellulase production consists of 1% substrate, 0.5% KH2PO4, 0.3% (NH2)2CO, 0.3% NaNO3 0.05% MaSO4·7H2O, 0.01% Fe SO4·7H2O, respectively. 2.The optimum pH of cellulase was 5.0 and pH range of its stability was 4-6. 3.The optimum temperature of cellulase was 50℃ and heat stability was below 50℃. 4.In the concentration of substrate for enzyme, the activities of cellulase were respectively increased to the concentration of 1% substrate, but above the concentration of 3% stbstrate the activities of cellulase were slowly increased. 5.In general the activities of cellulase were proportionally increased by adding the amount of enzyme solution up to 1 ml, but those of cellulase were slowly increased up to 3ml. 6.The cellulase was inhibited by Hg.++
