A 21-year-old woman developed painful left third, fourth and sixth nerve palsy. The retro-orbital pain and ophthalmoplegia were improved after steroid pulse therapy. After six weeks, during took steroid by orally left facial weakness developed. Neurologic examination showed left peripheral seventh cranial nerve palsy. The Tolosa-Hunt syndrome associated with facial palsy is rare condition. So we report a case of Tolosa-Hunt syndrome preceded by ipsilateral facial palsy

본 논문에서는 전자 상거래를 위해 암호 기술의 확장성 측면에서 우수한 공개키 기반 하부 구조에서의 공개키 인증 기술을 중심으로 분석하였고, 인증기관에서 발급하고 있는 인증서의 기능을 보강함으로써 인증기관의 신뢰도를 높일 수 있는 신뢰성을 강화한 인증 시스템을 설계하였다. 공개키 기반 인증 기술은 전자 상거래 서비스에서 필요한 신분 인증, 거래 내역 인증 및 지불 처리 인증에 사용하는 기반 기술이다. 이는 공개키를 보증하는 기반 기술과 인증서의 안전한 사용 기술 등이 필요하며 전자 상거래를 실현하기 위한 필수적인 선결 사항이다. 인터넷이라는 불안전한 개발형 전산망 구조에서 안전한 전자 상거래를 제공하려면 향후 국제적인 인증 서비스와의 연동을 위한 표준화된 인증 기술의 적용이 중요하다. 현재까지 정보의 공유라는 원칙에서 발전해 온 인터넷은 앞으로 전자상거래나 전자화폐 등이 인터넷상에 등장함으로 인해 정보의 보호라는 새로운 원칙을 바탕으로 발전해 나아갈 것이다. 이러한 정보보호시대에 살아 남기 위해서는 종속적이 아닌 독자적인 암호화 기술과 데이터 인증기술의 개발이 절실하게 필요한데, 여기에 인증국의 중요성이 부각된다. 현재 암호화 기술은 어느 정도 신뢰를 줄 만큼 발전해 있지만 아직까지 데이터 인증을 위한 기반구조가 명확히 성립되어 있지 않은 상태이다. 앞으로 인증국을 기반으로 한 공개키 기반구조 확립이 빠른 시일 안에 이루어 져야 할 것이다.

Detailed three-demensional flow measurements and aerodynamic loss distributions inside internal cooling passage with jet impingement cooling are presented using five-hole probe. For a fixed inclination angle of 90 deg, the velocity ratio of the jets to free-stream is varied from 1.0 to 4.0. Results show that for low velocity ratio, a pair of conunterrotating vortices were presented, but high velocity ratios it was disappeared. It also show that aerodynamic losses were closely related to the secondary flow. In the case of the velocity ratio of 2.0, the secondary flow is the largest. Regardless of the velocity ratios, aerodynamic losses are decreased in rear region far from the jet injection hole.
여성 요실금에서 Kontinence™와 Compact Elite™의 치료효과 비교

Biofeedback and pelvic floor electrical stimulation are new modalities that have been advocated for the treatment of female urinary incontinence. The aim of this study was to compare prospectively the therapeutic effect of Kontinence™(HMT Co., Korea) with Compact Elite™(ECL Co., France) in female urinary incontinence. All patients were evaluated with a complete history, physical examination, urinalysis, urine culture and urodynamic study. Eighteen patients were treated with Compact Elite™, and thirteen patients with Kontinence™. Enrolled patients had completed 8 office sessions consisting of biofeedback and intravaginal electrical stimulation according to the program of each machines. Overall treatment response was graded by patients on a scale of complete cure to aggravation. At two weeks after last session, overall improvement rate was 78% in Compact Elite™group and 92% in Kontinence™group(p>0.05). Overall patients' acceptability during treatment course was greater than 80% in both machines(p>0.05). There were no unexpected clinical findings during Kontinence™ treatment. After Kontinence™treatment, there were no laboratory changes including electrocardiography, complete blood count, liver function profile, and chest PA. These results showed that the biofeedback and electrical stimulation with Kontinence™was safe and moderately effective for female urinary incontinence comparable to Compact Elite™. However, long-term results of a larger patients are needed to ensure the therapeutic effect of Kontinence™.

The zinc titanate sorbents(ZTG40) were prepared and the tests for durability and attrition resistance were carried out to develop the highly effective desulfurization sorbents. In the attrition tests for ZTG40 the results showed that the attrition resistance was 94.08% and that the sulfur capacity was maintained above 15g S/100g sorbent throughout the 100-cycle test, its maximum being 23.05g S/100g sorbent. As compared to sorbents developed by the developed countries, ZTG40 showed superior performances. In the advanced countries 15g S/100g sorbent is a yardstick of excellency for the sulfur capacity of desulfurization sorbents. Therefore, ZTG40 developed in this study has the desirable physical and chemical properties for fluidized desulfurization of coal gases.
α-ZnAl₂S₄단결정의 Energy Gap의 온도 의존성에 대한 열역학적 함수 추정

In this work ? single crystals were grown by the chemical transporting reaction(CTR) method using high purity(6N) elements. The structure of grown ZnAl2S4 single crystals were cubic structure. The optical energy band gap was indirect band gap and the temperature dependence of optical energy gap was fitted well to Varshni equation. Also, the entropy, enthalpy and heat capacity were deduced from the temperature dependence of optical energy gap.

To improve CO_2 permselectivity, a modified silica membrane was prepared by chemical vapor deposition with tetraethoxysilane(TEOS)-ethanol-water, and TEOS-ethanol-water-HCI solution at 300-600℃. The silica was effectively deposited in the mesopores of a γ-alumina film coated on a porous α-alumina tube by evacuating the reactants through the porous wall. In this membrane, CO_2 interacts, to some extent, with the pore wall, and CO_2/N_2 selectivity then exceeds the value of the Knudsen diffusion mechanism, while the membrane derived from TEOS alone has no CO_2 selectivity. The silica membrane prepared from TEOS-ethanol-water-HC1 solution showed that CO_2 permeance was 2.5×10 exp (-7)㏖/s^-1. m^-2. Pa^-1 at 30℃ and CO_2/N_2 selectivity was approximately 3. The CO_2 permeance and selectivity was improved by enlarging the surface diffusion with modification of chemical affinity of the silica pores.
