      • 多元的 技法에 의한 綜合金融會社의 企業信用評價制度

        The motive of this study stemmed from two recent events : (1) The first event was to create merchant banks(merchant banking corporations)system out of all non-main stream banking operations, consolidating existing merchant banks and all investment & finance corporations during the period of 1970 throughout 1996. (2) During the same period it has been found that there has been and unprecedented insolvency experience for the merchant banking industry. Therefore this paper consists of five chapters, including this chapter of 1) the motive and scope of the study, 2) an analysis of current status of the merchant banking industry, 3) issues on present credit screening by the merchant banking industry, 4) a suggestion for Korean merchant banks on firms' credit screening by a variety of evaluation techniques found in literature, 5) conclusion and further studies.

      • CNC 공작기계에서의 자동공구 보정시스템의 평가에 관한 연구

        The tool wear that is developed by long-term machining in mold manufacturing with machining center makes a severe influence to the accuracy and the surface roughness. In this reason, tool-wear supervising system which has guaranteed high accuracy and high speed is needed to improve the measurement quality. Touching probe and touch sensor are widely used to measure the tool profile at on-machine measurement. In this paper, using the newly developed electric touch point measuring system, the Automatic Tool Compensation System is developed to correct the error of tool diameter resulted from the wear, and the operating method of this system is also provided.

      • 젊은 성인에서 흡연에 의한 상완동맥 내피기능의 부전에 관한 연구

        Background and Objectives : Cigarette smoking is a major factor and the most modifiable risk factor for atherosclerosis. Endothelial dysfunction is an early event in atherosclerosis, before the structural change of the systemic arteries. We hypothesized that endothelial dysfunction might be present in the systemic arteries of young adult smokers and that this might be dose-dependent phenomenon. Therefore, we try to certify that smoking is associated with endothelial dysfunction in healthy young adults without other risk factor of atherosclerosis. Subjects and Methods : we studied noninvasively 29 subjects aged 3 to 4 decades without other risk factor of atherosclerosis, they were composed of the two groups, current smokers(n=15) and nonsmokers(n=14). Smoking history varied from 3 to 20 pack years. Using high-resolution ultrasound, vessel diameter and mean flow rate were measured at rest, during reactive hyperemia(with flow-mediated endothelium-dependent dilation), and after sublingual nitroglycerin(NG-induced endothelium-independent vasodilation). Result : Flow mediated endothelium dependent dilation was observed in the control subjects (9.4±3.44%) but was impaired in the smokers(5.8±2.51%)(p=0.004). NG-induced endothelium independent dilation is no difference in all subjects. Conclusion : Cigarette smoking is associated with endothelial dysfunction in healthy young adults.

      • CNC 공작기계에서의 공구측정 시스템개발 및 평가에 관한 연구

        머시닝센터를 이용하여 금형을 제작할 때 장시간 가공으로 발생하는 공구마모는 제품정밀도와 표면거칠기에 심각한 영향을 미친다. 이러한 이유로 측정정밀도를 향상시키기위한 고정밀, 고속 공구 마모 감시시스템이 필요하다. 일반적으로 툴프로파일을 측정하기 위한 기상측정시스템으로는 터치프로브와 터치센서가 널리 쓰이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 공구마모로 인해 발생하는 공구직경오차를 보정하기위해 새롭게 개발된 전기 접촉식 측정시스템을 이용한 자동공구 보정시스템이 개발하여 이 시스템을 구동하기 위한 방법을 제시하였다.       • 急速濾過法의 淨化機構에 關한 硏究

        급속여과법은 아직 우리나라에 많이 채용되지 않고 있으나, 물 수요가 급증하는 추세에 따라 앞으로 우리나라에서 중요한 정수법으로 등장하게 될 것이다. 필자는 몇가지 기초적인 실험을 하여 급속여과법의 Mechasnism을 규명하였다. 급속여과법에는 여막에 의한 생물학적 정화작용은 없으며, 초층공극에 의한 Straning Action이 주요한 것이다. 종래의 급속여과법에서는 미세한 초립자가 최상층에 있고 조립자는 하층에 있는데, 여과를 진행하면 주로 최상층에 현탁물의 대부분이 억류되고 거기에 따라 손실수두가 증대하고 억류된 floc에 미치는 전단력이 커진다. 최상층이 floc로 포화가 되며는 floc는 하층으로 침수하지만 이는 한도를 넘으면 큰 전단력에 견디지 못하고 여수중에 유출되어 break through를 일으킨다. break through를 방지키 위하여는 floc에 미치는 전단력이 한계치에 도달되지 않도록 미리 조절해야되는데, 전단력에 영향을 미치는 사항은, 응집제, 수온, 여상의 구성, 여과속도 및 여과지속시간등이다. 여과지 기능을 연속적으로 발휘키 위하여 적절한 세정방식들 취해야 되는데, 역세정만으로는 불충분하고 표면세정 기타 기계적인 세정을 역세정과 병용해야 한다. 종래의 급속여과법의 단점은 미세립초가 최상층에 있어, 현탁물은 주로 하층에만 축적하여 하층의 대부분은 유효하게 이용되지 못하며, 여과지속시간이 짧은데 있다. 이와 같은 단점을 제거하여 여상 전체를 유효하게 사용하여 여과지속시간을 연장하여 여과능력을 크게 증가시키기 위하여 종래의 급속여과법을 개량할 필요가 있다. 상향류식 여과법 이향류식 여과법, 다층여과법, Micro-floc법등은 앞으로 개척해야 될 유망한 급속여과법이다.

      • 全州市 利水計劃에 對한 考察

        The sources and qualities of the water in Chonju City were investigated from May 1967 to July 1968 in order to establish a rational plan for the utilization of water in Chonju City. The paln recommended by author may be summarized as follows; 1. For irrigation, is should be chiefly depended upon ground-water and reservoirs. 2. For service water, it is necessary either to construct a new reservoir or use the water of Chonju River in which case discharge control reservoir should be built. 3. For sewage treatment, it is very important to build up a sewage treatment plant in the city. The plant will serve for increasing the sanitary environments and the natural beauties of the city. Furthermore, it is very effective for the preservation of water quality of Chonju River. 4. For the water of industrial uses, it is possible to use the water of Chonju River for the industrial zone of Palbock-dong. Most economical method is to draw the half of the necessary quantity of water, that is 25,000m 3/day, from the underground of the zone, and the other half from the Chonju River at the neighbour of Chuchon Bridge.

      • NITINOL을 이용한 차동식 액츄에이터의 설계에 관한 연구

        In the recent years, as the research and the development of micro and precision machinery become active, the interest of micro actuators using SMA (Shape Memory Alloy) has been increased. The dynamic characteristic analysis of SMA is necessary for actuator application and many common researches report the material characteristics of SMA sufficiently. However, the research on dynamic characteristics is very deficient. In this paper, the helical spring are fabricated with NiTi SMA wire of high resistivity. The force, response speed, temperature, and displacement are measured by digital force gauge, infrared thermometer, and laser displacement sensor so that the dynamic characteristics of this SMA is analyzed. Also, bidirectional actuator was fabricated and experimented for its performance.
