The non - steady state plane strain rolling problem was solved by the rigid - plastic finite element method based on large strain formulation of plastic deformation. The velocity field in the deforming material and the external forces along the arc of contact were abtained. From these quantities, roll torque and roll pressure distributions as well as stress and strain fields, were calculated. A series of cases with different thickness reductions and friction were analyzed.

The rate constants of the reactions of phenacyl bromide with substituted anilines in acetone-water were conductometrically determined, and the activation parameters were also evaluated. In results, the rate constants were first order with respect to each reactant and increased as higher water consent and in the other of substituents as p-Cl<H<p-CH_3. It was concluded that the reactions were to be S_N2 mechanisms. Ham mett and Broensted relationships were considered too.

Frontoethmoidal sinus mucocele usually presents with frontal headache, exophthalmos and diplopia. Over the years it has necessitated either a conservative or a radical procedure. However, recently endoscopic sinus surgery has afforded to decrease the operative morbidity, and image the sinus postoperatively without problem. We have experienced a case of frontoethmoidal sinus mucocele which was satisfactorily treated with endoscopic marsupialization. Till now, no disease recurrence has been noted with endoscopic follow-up for 5 months. The etiology, characteristic features, and treatment of frontoethmoidal mucocele were reviewed.

The Synchronous reluctance motor is a sinewave ac motor and it has cylindrical surfaces on both sides of teh air gap. The stator is conventional polyphase ac stator, while the rotor has internal flux barriers shaped to maximize the ratio of d-axis to g-axis reactance. This paper presents the finite element analysis and parameter measurement of the synchronous reluctance motor(SRM). The model motor is a 3-phase SRM with the segmental rotor and its rating is 0.175kw. The torque characteristic is analysed by finite element method and compared with that from measurement.

This study aims to compare the wife's stress, communication, families cohesion and adaptation in conjugal understanding in families living apart and general families. The study was conducted by analyzing questionnaires of 172 wives in families living apart and by analyzing 185 wives general families. The data were analyzed with the spss pc' statistical package using frequency, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results of this study were as follow : 1. Stress in conjugal understanding in family living apart was higher than in general family. 2. Between conjugal understanding in family living apart and general family, there were significant difference in effort levels, family cohesion and communication. 3. Both in conjugal understanding in family living apart and in general family, low stress levels led to high family cohesion and family adaptation. 4. Both in conjugal understanding in family living apart and in general family, high communication levels led to high family cohesion and family adaptation.

『Baal』war ursprunglich ein Gegenentwurf Brechts zu Hans Johsts Grabbe-Drama 『Der Einsame』. Johst folgt hier einem typisch expressionistischen Denkansatz. Und so gewinnt Brecht sein literarisches Selbstbewuβtsein geradezu in der Frontstellung zum Expressionismus. Baal wird in diesem Stuck zum vitalen, durch und durch asozialen Genuβmenschen verkurzt. Darin zeight sich aber, daβdas Prinzip der Individualitat, die vollkommene Selbstverwirklichung, in der modernen Gesellschaft nur noch in monstroser Form moglich ist, die Gesellschaft negieren muβ, wie Baal das ausdrucklich tut. Die unbedingte Seinsimmanenz des rucksichtlosen Genieβers dazu fuhrt, daβBaals Dasein ganz von der Natur bestimmt ist. Aus der Sicht der Gesellschaft wird er immer wieder als 'Tier' bezeichnet. Das Tier bezeichnet fur ihn nicht Regression, sondern noch unverbrauchte Starke. Aber Starke und grenzenloser Genuβsind nur fur den einzelnen auf Kosten der anderen moglich, die sich selbst unbedingt verwirklichende Individualitat ist ein Moloch, der von der Schwache der Mitmenschen, ihrer Faszination, ihrer Zuneigung, ihren moralischen Skrupeln profitiert. Also ist Baal notwendigerweise eine tragische Figur, deren Forderungen in der Welt keinen Platz haben. Und so vernichten die Forderungen entweder die Welt oder aber das Individuum wird zerstort. Die dezidierte Wendung gegen den Expressionimus, ein rein immanentes, jede Transzendenz leugnendes Glucksverlangen und die Verwirklichung der Individuallitat in der Aufhebung der Gesellschaft zur Natur kennzeichnen also den Beginn von Brechts dramatischem Werk. 『Baal』ist insofern schon mehr als ein Gegenentwurf zu Johsts 『Der Einsame』. Schliβlich ist 『Baal』ein Selbstportrat des jungen Brechts, das der Exposition seinen dramatischen Auseinandersetzung mit der Wirklichkeit entsprungen ist.

The basic purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between selected time variables involved in the jumping and blocking action, and three kinds of step techniques (Slide, cross-over, jab-cross over) for moving laterally in a controlled situation. Ten 'p'high school volleyball players who are ranked national top level served as subject for this research. From this research, the following conclusions are drawn. 1) left direction; Jab-cross over step is sperior to slide step (p<0.01). 2) right direction; Jab-cross over step is superior to Slide and cross-over step (p<0.05). 3) between left and right direction showed no difference. We need to Pay attention to the results of this research that jab-cross over step is superior to other two step techniques used in fast volleyball blocking.

Das Drama「Trommeln in der Nacht」schildert den Kampf eines Kriegsheimkehrers um seine Braut. Und das revolutionare Ereignis in Bayern Ende 1918 und die Revellion der Spartakisten in Berlin im Januar 1919 speilen auch eine wichtige Rolle. Obwohl Kriegsheimkehrer Kragler die Verhaltnisse nach vierjahriger Abwesenheit vollig verandert vorfindet, besteht er auf seinen alten Rechten. Die Revolution erscheint deshalb primar den Bourgeois als eine Gefahr. Also gestand Brecht doch die Notwendigkeit zu, Gewalt anzuwenden, da eid Revolution sonst nicht erfolgreich sein konne. Die Revolution ist eine Reaktion des enttauschten Kleinburgers auf die gesellschaftliche Verweigerung seines uberkommenen Status. Aber Kragler ist ein materialistischer Held. Zum Helden einer Komodie wird er durch den Verzicht auf Idealismus der Revolution. Er ist parodistische Umkehrung des klassischen Helden. und zerstort die Romantik der Revolution. Der Mond in「Trommeln in der Nacht」ist ein 'allegorisches Requisit' Der Mond ist kein 'Symbol' der Revolution, sondern der 'Entromantisierung' diser Revolution. Und versinnlicht Anna Balicke das Antlitz des Deutschlands anch dem ersten Weltkriegsende. Also allegorisiert sie das beschadigte Deutschland. Das Erscheinens der 'Trommel' im funfter Akt anzeigt den Beginn einer neuern Ara. Neu und Zukunftwesend ist vor allem die Aufhebung der Buhnenillusion. Sie hangt eng mit dem Desillusionierungsprozeβdes Dramas zusammen. Die Aufnahme desklassischen Dramas dient seiner Desillusionierung. Der Spruch im Zuschauerraum, 'Glotzt nicht so romantisch' bedeutet zugleich einen Angriff auf die Wirklichkeitsidentifikation der naturalistischen Buhne. Also dient die genaue Analyse der Zeitereignisse in dieser Studie sowohl einer kritischen Zeitanalyse, als auch der Grungdlegung eines zeitgerechten Dramas.
