        모델의 매력도와 시선처리에 따른 광고효과 연구 : fMRI를 이용한 뇌 기능 영상자료의 분석

        광고에 매력도가 높은 모델이 등장하는 경우와 매력도가 낮은 모델이 등장하는 경우 소비자의 반응 차이는 왜 나타날까. 또한 모델이 소비자를 바라보는 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우 소비자의 반응은 어떻게 달라질까. 모델의 매력도가 주는 광고효과에 대한 기존 연구는 많이 있으나 왜 그런 효과를 보이는 지에 대한 충분한 답은 없다. 또한, 시선은 다른 사람과 심리적 접촉을 가지려는 의도를 표현하는 신호이며 이를 통해 서로 감정을 주고받는다는 점에서 모델이 소비자와 시선을 맞추느냐, 안 맞추느냐에 따라 소비자가 느끼는 감정의 강도나 모델에게 심리적으로 접근하려는 의도가 달라질 수 있다고 본다. 본 연구에서는 모델의 매력도와 시선 처리에 따라서 소비자의 감정 반응과 접촉의도는 어떻게 달라지며 궁극적으로 어떤 광고를 더 잘 기억하는지 알아보았다. 그런데 설문조사를 통한 소비자의 반응 측정은 감정의 강도나 접촉의도, 기억의 차이는 확인할 수 있으나 어떤 메카니즘을 통해 그런 차이가 발생하는지를 알 수 없다. 따라서 특정 자극에 대한 뇌 반응 영상인 fMRI(functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging)를 이용하여 각 조건의 광고 자극물에 대한 소비자의 잠재적 반응을 알아보고, 이를 통해 광고 효과 차이를 설명하였다. 결과적으로, 고매력의 여성 모델에 대해 남성 소비자는 모델의 얼굴에 나타난 감정을 인식하고 느끼는 반응과 보상 가치를 높게 지각하는 반응을 보임으로써 더 강한 감정과 접촉의도를 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 모델과 시선을 마주치지 않는 경우 보상 가치를 지각하는 반응을 보이게 되어 호감을 더 높게 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 여성 모델의 매력도와 시선처리의 상호 작용에 따라 남성 소비자가 보고한 독특성과 기억 점수가 달라짐을 확인하였다. 이 같은 상호작용 효과는 모델의 얼굴에 나타난 감정 인식과 시선 추적 반응에 의한 것임을 알 수 있었다. There are many studies about the ad effect of model’s attractiveness but no sufficient answer about the reason to have that effect. A gazing is a social cue that expresses intention to make psychological relationship with other people and communicates each other’s emotion. So, the intensity of consumer’s emotion and the intention to make a psychological relationship with a model may become different whether the model gazes consumer directly or not. Our study examined how consumer’s emotion and intention of approach to model become different in accordance with model’s attractiveness and gazing direction and which ad would be remembered best in the end. However the difference of intensity of emotion, intention to make a relationship with models, and memory can be revealed through self-report, the mechanism of that can not be found out. Therefore, we examined the potential response of consumer for the ad stimuli using fMRI(functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and explained the difference of the ad effect. As a result, the male consumer had stronger affect and approach intention in case of more attractive female model than less. This was why he recognized the emotion on model’s face and perceived the reward value more in case of more attractiveness. Besides, when the model made no eye contact with the consumer, he had more likeability and acceptance for the model of the advertisement because he perceived the reward value more. Finally, it was found out that male consumer’s grade of the uniqueness and memory varies as the interaction of female model’s attractiveness and gazing direction. It made this interaction that a consumer perceived emotion on the model’s face and followed the model’s gaze.

        The main objective of this research is to develop plans and policy implications of Incheon International Airport since a volume of air cargo transshipment in the airport has increased. General air cargo requires speed. Among many factors, speed is the most important factor influencing route choice decisions of air cargo transshipment. Incheon International Airport has advantages of its geographical location and advanced logistics information systems in order to become "hub airport" in Northeast Asia. Also the airport has tried to increase efficiency and speed of logistics systems However, the development of other airports causes fierce competition in air transport industry. This research suggests several plans for the development of Incheon International Airport including expansion of cargo terminal, the improvement of intermodal transportation service and advanced logistics information systems based on IT, invitation of global cargo companies and 3PL companies, and so on.

      • 卵穀에서 分離한 Klebsiella 屬菌의 抗生物質 耐性에 관한 硏究

        This study was carry out to examine hygenic significance and antibiotic resistance of isolates of commercial egg shells. The results obtained from this study were as follows: (1) 266 strains of enteric bacteria were isolated from commercial egg shells. (2) 11 strains of Klebsiella Spp. were identified within 266 isolates. (3) MIC of antibiotics with cell wall synthetic inhibition capability showed wide range of difference which were 50-100 mcg/ml at penicillin 12.5-100mcg/ml at cephaloxyl. (4) Klebsiella Spp. were sensitive to tetracycline streptomycin with protein synthetic inhibition capability which are respectively 1.56-3.20mcg/ml 1.56-12.5mcg/ml and 8 strains within 11 strains of Klebsiella Spp. Were resistance to the lincomycin which overly showed 100mcg/ml.

        중합방법이 다른 의치상 레진의 적합도 평가

        In addition to continuing the search for more accurate and dimensionally stable materials for denture bases, recently several processing methods for denture base resins which may reduce dimensional change during fabrication has been developed. The purpose of this study was to compare the dimensional accuracy of denture bases cured by four denture base processing methods, using the conventional heat-compression molding method, the continuous-pressure injection method, the microwave curing processing method, and the Sulfone system. A metal die simulating a maxillary edentulous arch and a polyvinylsiloxane impression(Reprosil, L. D. Caulk Co. U.S.A.) were used to construct 40 simulated master casts and denture bases with artificial teeth. Forty simulated denture bases 3 to 4㎜ thick were processed by four denture base processing methods following the manufacturer's instructions. The processed denture bases and casts sectioned through the posterior palatal region to allow measurement of its change by means of an travelling microscope. Observations were made on center of posterior palatal sectioned region. One-way ANOVA and paired samples t-tests were employed to compare the differences in distortion after deflasking and after finishing and polishing. The obtained results were as follows; 1. After deflasking, dimensional changes were diminished in order of conventional heat-compression molding, Sulfone system, continuous-pressure injection method, microwave processing method(p<0.05). 2. After finishing and polishing, dimensional changes were diminished in order of conventional heat-compression molding method, Sulfone system, microwave processing method, continuous-pressure injection method. The significant difference was found between conventional hear-compression method, continuous-pressure injection method(p<0.05). 3. The significant difference was found between after deflasking and after polishing in all methods, except continuous-pressure injection method(p<0.05).

        용융침투법에 의한 알루미나-유리 복합체의 개발에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the mechanical properties of alumina-glass dental composites. Four different borosilicate glasses were prepared, and thermal expansion coefficient was measured from 200 to 600℃. An α-alumina powder with average particle size of 4.6㎛ was used for the matrix. Porous alumina compacts of 12 mm in diameter and 1 mm thickness were prepared by slip casting and sintering at 1100℃ for 2 hours. Dense composites were made by infiltration of molten glass into partially sintered alumina at 1200℃ for 6 hours. Specimens were polished sequentially from #400 to #2000 diamond disk, and the final surface finishing on the tensile side was received an additional polishing sequence through 0.3㎛ diamond paste. Apparent porosity of alumina-glass composites was measured by means of the KS L 3114 method. Biaxial flexure test was conducted by using ball-on-three-ball method at a crosshead speed of 0.5 mm/min. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was performed on a polished surface which was etched with 0.5% HF solution for 30 to 40s. The results of this study were obtained as follows; 1. The lowest porosity rate of 26.3% was achieved at the PVA content of 0.013%. 2. The coefficient of thermal expansion of borosilicate glasses showed in the range of 6.30 to 6.30 to 6.46×10-6/℃ 3. The maximum biaxial strength of 383.27 MPa was obtained with an addition of 4mol% ZrO₂. 4. The observation of fracture surfaces of alumina-glass composites indicated the frictional interlocking of jags having a tendency of toughening by crack deflection and crack bridging.

        The present study was to investigate the distribution of taste components in 40 samples of the ordinary Korean soybean paste. We separated the taste components of free amino acids, free sugars, and organic acids by ion-exchange chromatography. Free sugar, organic acid and free amino acid were analyzed by high pressure liquid chromatography, gas chromatography and amino acid autoanalysis respectively. The taste of soybean paste was investigated by sensory evaluation. The results obtained were as follows: The color of the soybean paste was most brown gold, yellow ochre and cinnamon. The taste component of soybean paste has amino acid(l8kinds), organic acid(4 kinds), free sugar(4 kinds) and they was consisted of sweet taste, palatable taste, saline taste, bitter taste and sour taste. In the amino acids of palatable taste were contained aspartic acid 67.96±52.12mg%, glutamic acid 324.39±53.95mg% and cysteine 66.99±55.83mg%. In the amino acids of sweet taste were contained threonine 47.33±36.24mg%, serine 54.99±48.06mg%, proline 187.45±219.43mg%, glycine 93.90±62.11mg%, alanine 270.73±156.49mg% and lycine 168.92±92.29mg%. In the amino acids of bitter taste were contained isoleucine 166.26±84.00mg%, methionine 16.16±14.37mg%, valine 170.82±70.55mg% leucine 244.87±112.98mg%, tyrosine 41.41±25.16mg%, tryptophan 66.55±133.24mg%, arginine 6.66±21.60mg%, histidine 164.16±188.51mg% and phenylalanine 146.50±77.63mg%. In the organic acids of sour taste were contained oxalic acid 25.03±17.61mg%, succinic-fumaric-citric 7.65±6.67mg%. Abundant the free sugars of sweet tasts were fructose, glucose, maltose and sucrose in order. A taste panel of 37 trained people evaluated the soybean paste, using a scale from 9 to 1, the highest score was 258 and the lowest score was 99.

        Effect of nitriding on fatigue crack imtiation and growth rate has been studied on SNCM. Specunens were nitnded for 15 hr at 860℃. The fatigue limit of nitrided specunens was superior to that of annealed(860℃. 15 hr) specimens. Based on detailed observations of slip band and micro crack initiation, it is concluded that the excellent fatigue limit of nitrided specunens is attnbuted to improved slip initiation resistance by nitriding The charactenstic of fatigue crack growth rate of nitrided specimens was investigated and compared with those of annealed specunens It was found that by nitriding the crack growth rate was markedly decreased and the threshold stress intensity factor range was improved. It is concluded that the excellent fatigue limit of nitnded specunens is also attributed to unproved fatigue crack growth rate and threshold stress intensity factor range by nitriding

      • 대전지역 와인소비자의 와인구매행동특성에 관한 연구

        This study examines the association between wine consumers' demographic variables and wine purchase characteristics variables. Correspondence analysis was employed to visualize the association between wine purchase characteristics. The results shows that significant associations between monthly income as demographic variable and wine purchase frequency, wine drinking frequency and wine information search, wine purchase frequency and wine information search, preferred price range of wine and wine purchase frequency. The implications of these results for wine marketing are examined, and directions for further research on this topic are also considered.

      • 漕艇競技의 運動强度와 適正페이스 分析에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study was focused on the degree of work intensity and optimal race pace in rowing for Korean national male and female rowers. The items in physique were body height and body weight. Body density was estimated from the sum of two skinfold using the regressional equations suggested by Nagamine et al.(1972). Percent fat was calculated by Brozek et al.(1963) formular. Somatotype was calculated by Health-Carter(1981) anthropometric somatotype method. Maximal oxygen uptake measurements were continued while the work load increased by a uniform amount each 40m/4min for male and 30m/4min for female on the treadmill ergometer. The grade was constant at 0% and the initial speeds were 160m/min for male rowers and 120m/min for female rowers. Heart rate was recorded continuously all through the experiment of actual rowing by using telemetering method(Hart Check 108 System). Oxygen uptake in percent of maximal oxygen uptake(% of VO₂max) of the actual rowing was calculated from the equation of relationship between heart rate and oxygen uptake obtained during exhaustive running test on the treadmill. Heart rates during the exercise of actual rowing was measured on 8 male and 4 female Korean national rowers. Blood lactate concentration measurements were used autoclix Lancet Method after actual rowing exercise for 8 male rowers. Also, eleven male rowers and six female rowers volunteered as subjects in this study. The results obtained are summarized as follows. 1. The means for the percent fat of the Korean national male and female rowers were 12.1±1.09% and 18.4±3.50, respectively. 2. The means for Health-Carter somatotype of the Korean national male and female rowers were 2.8-4.5-2.9 of balanced mesomorph and 4.2-3.4-2.9 of mesoendomorph, respectively. 3. The means for the maximal oxygen uptake(VO₂max) of the Korean national male and female rowers were 5.30±0.607ℓ/min(65.6㎖/㎏/min) and 3.22±0.148ℓ/min(48.1㎖/㎏/min), respectively. 4. The means for the heart rate of national male and female rowers by actual rowing exercise were 171.3±10.44bpm ad 172.9±8.35bpm, respectively. 5. The means for the heart rate in percent of maximal heart rate(%VO₂max) of national male and female rowers by actual rowing exercise were 88.6±8.12% HRmax(81.7±11.12%VO₂max) and 88.2±5.38%HRmax(88.8±5.77%VO₂max), respectively. 6. The means for the RMR(Mets) of national male and female rowers by actual rowing exercise were 17.2±2.59RMR(15.4±2.12Mets) and 13.5±1.95RMR(12.2±1.44Mets), respectively. 7. The means for the pitch rate of national male and female rowers by actual rowing exercise were 31∼33 stroke/min and 29∼31 stroke/min, respectively. 8. In actual 2,000m rowing exercise, blood lactate concentration was 6.74±0.854mM/ℓ on goal in-point and 7.07±0.989mM/ℓ on 5 minutes after recovery in male rowers.
