Melt viscosity of the SAN copolymer added stearate type and amide type lubricant was measured at two different temperatures and at 10²∼ 10⁴sec¹ shear rate. The result was decrease of melt viscosity according to lubricant, but the behavior of melt viscosity at 1wt% content and or more addition of lubricant was same. And amide type lubricant was observed to affect shear stress, melt viscosity of the SAN copolymer more deeply then stearate type and 1wt% content was observed as enough amount.

The possibility that conflicts and disputes surrounding the NIMBY facility construction among local governments related to the adjacent boundary areas which are rising as important policy issues is growing with the boundary expansion of traffic and life zones and spatial developmental expansion of cities. Conflicts in the formative project on the NIMBY facilities between Bucheon city and Guro-gu are also a case for conflict among fundamental(lower level) local governments appearing out of the difficulty of site selection in the perspective of spatial limitations in the restricted land use aspect. This research hopes to understand the NIMBY facility construction implementation project within the fundamental local governmental relations on the local governmental level while, also finding out how objective resolutive conditions are dealt with in the negotiation mechanism among actual fundamental local governments. It is hoped to examine through which strategies such cooperation/conflict strategies discussed in such negotiation mechanisms are useful for cooperative agreement extractions among local governments. Besides, this research is on the stance that it is most desirable for each strategy used in cooperative mechanisms to be actively understood through spontaneous negotiation courses by fundamental local governments which are the concerned party of conflicts; however, in cases not adjusting or solving conflicts independently, it cannot but help to depend on the adjustable role of regional council or the central government who are in the position of a 3rd party. However, in order to establish a negotiation culture such as the discussion of reinvigoration for the formation of mutual trust and conflict remedy among local governments, it is seen that the construction and practice of creative negotiation strategies that fundamental local governments, the concerned party, intend to solve spontaneously on their own are very important. 본 연구는 지방정부 수준에서의 비선호시설 건립 추진사업을 기초자치단체간 관계 속에서 파악하고자 하 며, 또한 객관적인 해결조건들이 실제 기초자치단체간의 협상기제에서 어떻게 다루어질 수 있는지를 알 아보고자 한다. 이러한 협상기제에서 논의되는 협력・갈등전략이 과연 지방자치단체간의 협력적 합의도출 을 위해 어떠한 전략이 유용한지를 살펴보고자 한다. 더불어 본 연구에서는 협상기제에서 구사되는 각각 의 전략들이 갈등의 당사자인 기초자치단체에 의한 자율적인 협상과정을 통해 적극적으로 모색되는 것이 가장 바람직하다는 입장이며, 다만 자율적으로 갈등을 조정 및 해결하지 못한 경우에는 제3자의 입장에 있는 광역지방정부나 중앙정부의 조정적인 역할에 의존할 수밖에 없다고 본다. 하지만 기초자치단체 간 또는 광역자치단체 간의 상호신뢰 형성과 갈등해결을 위한 토론 활성화 등의 협상문화가 정착되기 위해 서는 당사자인 지방자치단체가 자발적으로 해결하려는 창조적 협상전략의 구축과 실천이 매우 중요하다 고 본다.

This study concerns about a possible fire protection way for high-rise buildings. It is foud that the number of high-rise buildings are increased 29.4% while the number of fire are increased 16% than the year of 1990. The important characteristics of fire on buildings can be described as : 1. It flashes over all around after a certain time period. 2. It is necessary to extinguish the fire on the initial growth since it flashes over 2-5 meter per second through the vertical openings of buildings. Therefor, there is a big possibility that it is developed to uncontrollable fire. The fire protection facilities for fire prevention purposes require a good maintenance system since they are very delicated and complicate. The age of the system also affects the performance of the system and makes the system malfunction. It is found that 96.2% of high-rise buildings had fire detection system and 82.8% of them were in good shape in the year of 1991. However, only 39.2% of the alam system worked properly with 13.2% of utilization. In this study, it is suggested that installation of intelligent fire dection systems developed using the modern electronic techniques for high-rise buildings as well as the components and installation processes. In stallation of the system is strongly recommended since there is a stack effect on the fire at high-rise buildings and it is very difficult to maintain the delicated and complex fire dection systems. The installation of this system requires a big investment on the beginning stage, however it will save many lives while reducing the hazards and losses of fire at high-rise buildings.

We studied the homogeneous plating on the dented part of door frame by decreasing or increasing the current density, installing air blower, adjusting the length between anode and cathode, using auxiliary anode, developing the new plating bath and etc. When we performed the zinc cynade plating, there was no way to achieve the homogeneous plating layer without using auxiliary anode. However, it wasn't a suitable and efficient method for appling to the real process. After we developed the plating bath that had the uniform current density, we were able to get the homogeneous plating layer of zinc on the dented door frame.

양호한 임상등급의 뇌동맥류 환자에서 최근 6년간 수술 치험 : 수술 결과와 그 영향인자 Surgery Outcome and its Contributing Factors

It became possible for a beginner of aneurysm surgery to shorten the stabilization period of surgical technique recently with several advances in the management of subarachnoid hemorrhage, such as early surgery, aggressive critical care, anesthetic technique, calcium channel blockers, and hypervolemia. The present study was conducted to determine whether surgical outcome actually changed over the years and what factors contributed to these changes. 219 good grads(Hunt-Hess grade Ⅰ to Ⅲ ) patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysms operated by the same operator within 3 days after the attack from 1990 to 1995 were selected to reduce selection bias. All possible clinical and radiological factors for surgical outcome were analyzed to find significant factors, and then distributions of each significant factors were examined between 2 treatment periods(1990 to 1993 vs 1994 to 1995). Surgical outcome began to improve significantly since 1994(1990 93 vs 1994 95. p<0005) : 75.0%(12/16) in 1990. 80.8%(21/26) in 1991. 77.4%(24/31) in 1993. 78.4%(40/51) in 1993. 87.8%(36/41) in 1994. 96.3%(52/54) in 1995 experienced good outcome. The decrease of postoperative surgical complications was the only factor influencing an increase of good outcome between 2 treatment periods. The distribution and characteristics of other possible biological significant factors for outcome were not different statistically. Improvement of surgery outcome by a vascular neurosurgeon depends on the number of experienced cases, and case qualities such as distributions of aneurysm size, location, and clinical grade etc. These results suggest that surgical technique importantly affects the change of surgical outcome, and consequently, considering usual level of surgical technique, more careful approach with assistance of an experienced vascular neurosurgeon than surgery by oneself will be necessary for first 4 to 5 years of aneurysm surgery.
동방결절의 전기적특성에 미치는 Higenamine의 효과

The rabbit sinoatrial node was cut into small pieces which wew 0.5×0.5㎜ in sizes, electrically insulated and could be partitioned into central and peripheral areas. Glass microelectrodes were impaled into both areas and transmenbrane potentials were recorded in order to observe the changes in effects of higenamine on the both areas by the addition of TEA, Cs^+ and Ba^2+ or pretreatment of propranolol. 1. Effects of higenamine were more prominent in high K^+ concentration than those in the low K^+ concentration. 2. TEA induced the decrease in the spontaneous firing rate and the prolongation in the action potential duration which could be reversed by higenamine. 3. Ther were prominent decrease of spontaneous firing rate and the prolongation in the action potential duration in peripheral area with the uncrease of Cs^+ concentration. Higenamine reversed the decrease of spontaneous firing rate in some degree. 4. There were significant decreases of spontaneous firing rate, amplitude of action potential and maximum diastolic potential by the Ba^2+ in peripheral area. Effects of Ba^2+ were reversed by higenamine in central area. 5. The effects of higenamine were completely blocked by the pre-treatment of propranolol. 6. There was no effect of higenamine of the Na-K pump activities. The above results could be interpreted as effects of higenamine were mediated by the chamge of calcium ion current rether than those of the potassium ion current in sinoatrial nodes.

The purpose of this study is to traffic flow characteristics and the proper method of estimating traffic capacity on the arterial. The major results of this study can be summarized as follows ; (1) The relationship of density and speed, Greenshields model is proper than other models. (2) The density estimated through S-V relationship is 174 ㎞. (3) The methods used in this paper yields more stable values with 2286 veh./h.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to examine various theories related to communication in order to provide theoretical foundation for Korean speech education. It mainly discusses understanding of communication, interpersonal relationships, process model of discourse, and schema of dicourse. The summary of the study is as follows:1) Interpersonal communication is a behavioristic process of coming to mutual understanding and influencing the interlocutor through speech. Communication can methodologically be classified as 'verbal communication' and 'nonverbal communication,' and 'verbal communication' is classified as "oral language communication' and 'written language communication,' 2) Communication does not simply convey meaning; it creates meaning as a dynamic process. Therefore, the quality of communication can be differentiated based on the level of acquaintance of participants. 3) Communication can be divided into 'speech act level' and 'interaction level.' The former indicates expression and comprehension of the message at individual level, and the latter implies experiences, knowledge, and circumstances of participants. Therefore, communication should be carried out in such a way of which accomplishes the 'purpose of speech act' that indicates transmission and comprehension of the message, and the 'purpose of mutual relationship' that intends to improve interpersonal relationships. 4) Interpersonal relationships of participants is determined by two factors; solidarity and power. Therefore, a 'multiplication method for close relationships' and 'strategy for courtesy' can be used in order for better interpersonal relationships.
