      • 釜山市 有料公園의 植物 및 野鼠類相에 관한 硏究

        This experiment was conducted in the three areas of pay park in pusan city for eight times from March to December in order to the aspect of plants and protect forest injury of field mice. The results were obtained as follows : 1. The numbers of flora in the survey area, the numbers of Family was appeared to 58, and the numbers of Sepcies was appeared to 184. The species of bload leaved evergreen trees of that was investigated totally to 25, and the it's ratio was found to 36% in comparison with the whole country. 2. The species of field mice were Apodemus agrarius coreae. Apodemus speciosus peninsulae, Clethrionomys rufocanus regulus and Crocidura suaveolens shantungensis. 3. The 66 individuals of field mice were collected from 2, 745 traps. 4. A total of 66 field mice collected were composed with 48.5% in Apodemus speciosus peninsulae, 34.8% in Crocidura suaveolens shantungensis, 9.1% in Apodemus agrarius coreae and 7.6% in Clethrionomys rufocanus regulue. 5. The locational proportions of field mice collected were 3.3%, 3.0% and 1.0% in station. Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅰ, respectively. 6. Apodemus speciosus peninsulae and clethrionomys rufocanus regulue was not collected at the station Ⅰ. 7. The body weight ranged from 18 to 41.9g in Apodemus agrarius coreae, from 9 to 44.9g in Apodemus speciosus peninsulae, from 18 to 35.9g in clethrionomys rufocanus regulue. It's average weight was 27.8g in Apodemus agrarius coreae, 28.4g in Apodemus speciosus peninsulae and 23.7g in clethrionomys rufocanus regulue. 8. The ratio of female to male of field mice was 0.67 to 0.33 in apodemus agrarius careae, 0.47 to 0.53 in Apodemus speciosus peninsulae and 0.4 to 0.6 in Clethrionomys rufocanus regulue. 9. The average body length of field mice was 95.97㎜ in Apodemus speciosus peninsulae, 95.20㎜ in Clethrionomys rufocanus regulue and 94.83㎜ in Apodemus agrarius coreae. 10. The everage tail length of field mice was 94.84㎜ in Apodemus speciosus peninsulae, 76.67㎜ in Apodemus agrarius coreae and 37.20㎜ in Clethronomys rufocanus regulue. 11. The everage ear length of field mice was 15.83㎜ in Apodemus speciosus peninsulae, 14.08㎜ in Apodemus agrarius coreae and 13.80㎜ in Clethrionomys rufocanus regulue. 12. The breeding period of field mice was between March and September in Pusan area. 13. The average fetal number of field mice was 5.1 in Apodemus speciosus peninsulae, 4.5 in Crocidura suaveolens shantungensis and 3.0 in Apodemus agrarius coreae.

      • 신경망을 이용한 서명 인식

        Recently, many algorithms for the image pattern recognition using the neural network have been proposed. In this paper, the characteristic parameters of signature pattern can be extracted by using discrete consine transform. The neural network is implemented with back propagation, generalized delta rule which is able to learn multi-layer perceptron among the various model and it is applied to the signature verification system as pattern classifier. Through the experimentation, the input of signature pattern which has N=16, is transformed with 2-dimension discrete cosine transform, and the characteristic parameters is applied to 3-layer perceptron neural network model. The experimental result shows the signature verification could be possible to verify them and the applied algorithms of neural network model could be applied to the signature verification.

        Dendrimers represent a new class of synthetic macromolecules characterized by a regularly branched treelike structure. Peculiar features of the dendritic geometry are the large number of end groups as well as the shape persistence in higher generations, approaching spherical geometry. And one of the most peculiar characteristics of dendritic macromolecules is their controlled molecular structure and orientation, which means that they have a practical application in achieving a highly organized molecular arrangement. We attempted to fabricate a G4-48PyA dendrimer LB films containing 48 pyridinealdoxime functional end group that could form a complex structure with metal ions. Also, we investigated the surface activity of dendrimer films at sir-water interface. And we have studied the electrical properties of the ultra-thin dendrimer LB films. The electrical properties of the ultra-thin dendrimer LB films were investigated by studying the current-voltage characteristics of metal denrimer LB films/metal (MIM) structure. And rectifying behavior of the device was occurred in applied field.

        자가 Fibrin Glue와 연골세포를 이용한 연골조직 공학 기법에 관한 연구

        Neomorphogenesis of cartilage using chondrocyte-polymer constructs is a potential source for development of cartilage reconstruction. Current tissue engineering techniques of neocartilage rely on in vivo implantation of polymer-chondrocyte constructs. The purpose of this study was to find a way to bioengineer cartilage in vitro by entrapping chondrocytes in a molded autologous fibrin glue. Chondrocytes isolated from the cartilage of rabbit joints were combined with fibrinogen extracted by a single cryoprecipitation of autologous plasma, and they were then polymerized with thrombin to create a fibrin glue with a final cell density of 2.5x10?? cells/ml. The collagen for a control study was used as a polymer. The polymer-chondrocyte constructs were cultured for 4 weeks and the fibrin-chondrocyte constructs molded in the shape of a human ear were cultured for 6 weeks in vitro. Morphometric, histochemical, and histomorphometric analysis including glycosaminoglycan quantitation confirmed the following results: 1) Highly-concentrated autologous fibrinogen was easily extracted by a single cryoprecipition of autologous olasma. 2) The fibrin-chondrocyte constructs demonstrated the presence of actively proliferating chondrocytes with the production of cartilaginous matrix(collagen and glycosaminoglycan) at 1 week after culture, as well as gross and histologic evidence similar to those of normal cartilage at 3∼4 weeks after culture. 3) The collagen-chondrocyte constructs demonstrated lower degrees of hardness and transparency, as well as a lower density of cells and glycosaminoglycan during the culture period. 4) Neocartilage generated from fibrin-chondrocyte constructs in the shape of a human ear nearly retained their original configuration and size without degeneration for 6 weeks of culture in vitro. This study demonstrated a novel method for bioengineering the molded cartilage in vitro using autologous fibrin glue as a matrix scaffold. The generated cartilage showed gross and histologic evidence similar to those of normal cartilage, retaining the original gross dimension. With further refinement, this may be a new application of tissue engineering for the reconstruction of cartilage.

      • 都市公園 레크레이션 利用滿足度의 計量的 評價에 硏究 : 釜山市 大新自然公園을 事例로 Case study of Daeshin Natural Park in Pusan City

        The primary purpose of the study is to investigate factors and variables which have significant effects on user's satisfaction with recreational facilities and spaces in Daeshin Natural Park. To test the causal models of this research, the data were gathered by self-administerd questionnaires from 627 households in Pusan City which were selected by the multi-stage probability sampling method. The analysis of the data primarily consists of two phase : The frist analysis dealt exploratory factor analysis which identified major factors involved in satisfaction with recreational facilities and spaces in Daeshin Natural Park and the second analysis tested the fit of the causal models of this research by employing LISREL methodology. The factor analysis identified that four factors are involved in satisfaction with recreational facilities and spaces. The four factors of satisfaction with recreational facilities and spaces. The four factors of satisfaction with recreational facilities and spaces are facilities for health and physical exercise, convenience and maintenance facilities, landscape architectural facilities, spaces for repose and relaxation. The second phase analysis tested the fit of the causal models for satisfaction with recreational facilities and spaces to the data and identified statistically significant causal linkage among overall satisfaction with Daeshin Natural Park, other endogenous factors and exogenous variables. Overall fits of both causal models were very good. Among endogenous factors were identified as having significant effects on overall satisfaction. Exogenous variables which have significant effects on endogenous variables were also identified. These significant relationships indicate important factors and variables the should be considered in planning of the urban park. On the basis of these significant causal relationships, implication for the management and devolvement of urban park were suggested.

      • Wavelet변환을 이용한 정지 영상 부호화 알고리즘

        In order to encode image with efficiency, the time and spatial redundancy in the image should be removed without any information loss. This redundancy has been reduced by transforming image from the spatial domain to the frequency domain. In these transform schemes, lots of studies on Wavelet Transform have been done which is suitable to the human visual system and is able to reduce image redundancy efficiently. In this paper, among the second generation transform schemes which are thought to replace DCT transform, one of the most popular scheme in the image coding at the present, a still image coding scheme using Wavelet Transform has been proposed. In the still image coding scheme proposed in this paper, which enhanced the image compression method that employed Wavelet Transform and the VQ(vector quantization) suggested by Antonini, Wavelet Transform was repeated three times to separate the image by ten bands and it was tried to reduce the amount of data by eliminating the high frequency bands which rarely affect the human visual system out of the separated bands. And then still image compression using vector quantization was performed. In the vector quantization, MRC(multi-resolution codebook) appropriate for each band characteristics has been made up to reduce the image coding time, enhance the quality of the recovered image and increase the efficiency of the codebook by scanning the vector inputs vertically and horizontally to make them suitable to each band characteristics. As the result of this scanning, the PSNR of the recovered image has been improved by 0.5[db]. In the result of the study, the recovered image quality with thirty times as high compression rate and more than 30[db] has been achieved by assigning bits to each band efficiently.

      • 釜山市 公園·遊園地 日日 利用者數 變動模型에 관한 硏究

        Urban parks and pleasure ground are very important leisure resources for urban inhabitants which they can easily approach in the city. Thus the factors influencing the fluctuation of urban parks and pleasure ground visitors are not only physical ones but also complex ones of which various factors consist. The purpose of this study is to prove the factors which have the influence upon the fluctuation of urban parks (including pleasure ground) visitors, and to analyze the interrelations between these factors and the numbers of visitors, and to establish the model which can explain the fluctuation of urban park visitors. Through the literary survey, this study established only the quantitative factors (season, week, weather) to make the model. As the results of ANOVA, season and week had the strong influence upon the numbers of daily visitors, but climate very weak. Interaction effect between factors was verified. So, the factors were re-established as follows; Climate was transformed into quantative factors (precipitation, cloud, humidity, temperature, wind speed) and the interaction effect became new factor. Multiple regression analysis were carried out with these factors, and final fluctuation model were established on the verification of the curvilinearity. As the result of this model, multiple determinant co-efficient(R??) of each park was 0.65~0.68. For more accurate prediction of fluctuation, we need more careful study to establish the factors which was not included into this study.

      • 금속이온 농도에 의한 IMI-O LB막의 전기전도도 특성

        Metal ion complex of poly(N- (2-4-imidazolyl)ethyl)maleimide-alt-1-octadecene (IMI-O) polymer used to confirm the possibility of molecular device made by Langmuir-Blodgett(LB) method. Electrical properties of the metal ion complex LB film were investigated using Metal/Insulator/Metal(MIM) structure. In the surface pressure-area(π-A) isotherms of IMI-O polymer, the surface pressure at collapse point has a difference due to the interaction between polymer and metal ions. And the complex between polymer and metal ions could be verified through the investigation by Raman spectroscopy. In the current-voltage(I-V) property, the conductivity change of IMI-O polymer complexes due to the kinds of metal ions couldn't be observed. However, the limiting area of molecules was changed by the concentration of the metal ions and the conductivity was increased with the occupied molecular area.

      • 한국어 음성 인식을 위한 컴퓨터 알고리즘의 개발

        Nowadays, speed recognition has based on speaker, vocabulary and so on. Many data, however, were required for speech analysis and synthesis. Thus it is necessary for the development of an algorithm to solve the problem. Since Korean syllables are divided into a consonant and vowel, a speech recognition algorithm using phonemes is effective. In this paper, 256 data samples and 12 predictor coefficients are used for the recognition. An effective voiced/unvoiced decision and pitch detection is performed by cepstrum. Also speech parameters are extracted by linear prediction and formant frequency analysis. Using these parameters, a speech recognition algorithm has been developed and make an experiment in some Korean speech samples. This experiment is performed for a speaker, and using linear prediction analysis and formant frequency extraction the acquired results are 87.14% and 88.09% respectively.

      • 韓國造景工事의 問題點과 改善方向

        This Study analyzes the fundamental problems related with the landscape works in Korea. Landscape works came to be specialized in Korea in the middle of 1970s. Since then, it has been admitted as the professional field by the authority of government. However, it still has many problems in the processes of landscape design, Landscape construction and maintenance of landscape architecture. Therefore, this study, after being analyzed closelt the problems of landscape works, will be presented the directions for their improvement. Throughout this study, followings are required. First, the legal institutions are improved surely about the lanscape works, that is, they must be divided into the general constructional professions at giving an order for the landscape works and their services. Second, after analyzing the factors of defect occurances in planting works, the defect occurances must be minimized. Third, the control methanism to adjust to production and distribution of lanscape plants, the standardization concerning the size and quality of them, are needed in the marketing process.
