      • 食餌性蛋白質 水準에 따른 흰쥐의 體 內無機物含量에 미치는 영향

        Calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and zinc contents were measured in the tissues of mature rats (Sprague-Dawley strain, male 60 week-old, female 30 week-old) fed either 10%, 18% or 24% protein diets for 40 days. Liver Ca contents of the male and female rats and femur Ca or muscle of thigh p contents of the female rats in 10% protein diet feeding group were significantly higher than those of 18% or 24% protein diet feeding group. Spleen Can, Mg and Zn contents of female rats in 24% group were significantly higher than those of 18% group. Liver P, K and Mg contents and spleen Mg contents of the male rats in 10% group were significantly decreased but muscle of thigh P contents of the female rats in 10% group were significantly increased compared with 18% or 24% group. Femur and muscle of thigh Mg contents of male rats in 24% group and muscle of thigh Mg contents of female ras in 18% group were significantly decreased compared with 10% group. Kidney and serum Ca, P, K and Mg contents in male and female rats were not affected by dietary protein levels.

        The Writer has chosen some of the ESS units and carried on an experimental study on this units to find out the most suitable materials for this units for a primary school science education in Korea. Experimental process are as follows; A) Units and class; ESS Units Experimental class (1) Batteries and bulb 4 year grade (2) Pendulums 5 (3) Mystery powder 3 (4) Colored solutions 6 (5) Growing seeds 1∼3 (6) Where is the moon? 3 (7) Tracks* 4 (8) Clay boats* 1 B)Period of study; March, 1970∼February, 1971 (and year) Study of this subject. C) Experimental and analytical process; (1) Pre-and post-investigation about the ESS class and the counter class has been conducted. (2) Children's reports of experiment and observation have been collected. (3) Children's ability to conduct, by themselves, various method of experiment and observation has been checked. (4) Suitability of the prepared materials has been examined. (5) Change of children's interest and attitude through experiment and observation has been measured. (6) Fitness of the experiment to the year grade has been considered. (7) Finally, teacher's role has been enumerated.

      • 國民學校 自然科 變化槪念 形成을 위한 評價資料 開發에 關한 硏究

        Since we adpoted the discipline-centered Curriculum in Korean elementary school science, We have not yet developed the appropriate instruments for the measurement of the concept in the elemantary science education in Korea. Although both the formative and summative evaluations are strongly recommanded in the discipline centered curriculum, We have neither enough Knowledge that is nesessary, nor the formative and summative evaluation instruments in practical level. Therefore the purpose of this study to make the formative and summative evaluation instruments for the change concepts that the elementary school children have and to give some suggestions to the teachers for the application of these instruments. The study method and the detailed. plan of it's process are as the following. 1) Anallysis of the units of the change concepts according to the grades. 2) modeling of the hierachy of the units and of the learning purpose. 3) Operational definition of the individual concept. 4) Duaral classification(objects contents) 5) Item-making 6) Verification of the items (Validity, relialbility, objectivity) 7) Reporting Therefore this study is expected to bring the folloing results: 1) This study will help the improvement of the formative and summative evaluation method in the elemantary science education. 2) This evaluation instruments will help the teacher to improve the teaching-learning process.

        수직 진동형 Rheometer를 이용한 복합레진의 유변학적 성질의 측정

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the viscoelastic properties related to handling characteristics of composite resins. Methods: A custom designed vertical oscillation rheometer (VOR) was used for rheological measurements of composites. The VOR consists of three parts: (1) a measuring unit, (2) a deformation induction unit and (3) a force detecting unit. Two medium viscous composites, Z100 and Z250 and two packable composites, P60 and SureFil were tested. The viscoelastic material function, including complex modulus E* and phase angle δ, were measured. A dynamic oscillatory test was used to evaluate the storage modulus (E′), loss modulus (E″) and loss tangent (tanδ) of the composites as a function of frequency (ω) from 0.1 to 20 ㎐ at 23℃. Results: The E′and E″ increased with increasing frequency and showed differences in magnitude between brands. The E*s of composites at ω= 2 ㎐, normalized to that of Z100, were 2.16 (Z250), 4.80 (P60) and 25.21 (SureFil). The magnitudes and patterns of the change of tanδof composites with increasing frequency were significantly different between brands. The relationships between the complex modulus E*, the phase angle δ and the frequency ωwere represented by frequency domain phasor form, E* (ω) = E*e^(iδ)= E*∠δ. Conclusions: The viscoelasticity of composites that influences handling characteristics is significant different between brands. The VOR is a relatively simple device for dynamic, mechanical analysis of high viscous dental composites. The locus of frequency domain phasor plots in a complex plane is a valuable method of representing the viscoelastic properties of composites.

        This study is to analyze and evaluate the improved science curriculum in Korean elementary school in 1982 with the following purposes. 1) for evaluating educational effects on science curriculum constructs through the analysis of elementary science text book. 2) for evaluating the achivement level of children and the teaching skill of teachers in the teaching learning situation of units science text book through text of the summative evaluation. and then the study method and detailed plan of the study process are as the following. a) analysing the unit contents of science text book of the fifth grade b) modeling the hierachy of the concepts and process of the unit contents c) making two-way specification table of unit contents and behavioral objectives d) making summative evaluation items and examining the fifth grade children by them e) analysing and interpretating of the results. the conclusion obtained by this study are as following. 1) the improved science curricular constructs have the considerable validity on conceptual schma in terms of the science educational objectives 2) the uniit contents of science text book of the fifth grade have the proper difficalty for the children to achieve the estimated level.

        이근삼의 『게사니』와 베르톨트 브레히트의 『억척 어멈과 그의 자식들』 비교 연구

        Die vorliegende Arbeit beschaftigt damit,, was 『Gesani』 von 『Mutter Courage und dire Kinder』 u¨bernommen hat. Dabei hundelt es sich um die Fabel, den Charakter und die Thematik A¨usserlich betrachtet, sind die beiden Dramen gemeinsam. Sie sind als episches Theater zu betrachten. Aber innerlich gesehen, gibt es viele Unterschiede zwischen den beiden Dramen. A¨usserlich betrachtet, besteht 『Gesani』 aus die selbsta¨ndigen Szenen. Aber inhaltich gesehen, wird jede Szene eng mit den Ganzen des Dramas verbunden. Daher hat 『Gesani』 eine dramatische Hudlung, die aus Exposition, Steigerung, Ho¨hepunkt, Fall und Katastrophe besteht. lm Gegensatz dazu hat 『Mutter Courage und dire Kinder』 eine epische Hundlung, in der die Gescha¨ftsreisewege von Mutter Courage in der Form des Stationsdramas dargestellt werden. Wa¨hrend Gesani als ein postives Volk zu gestalten, das fu¨r die Kinder selbst ztun Opfer im Krieg bringt, wird Mutter Courage als ein widerspru¨chiges und negatives Volk dargestellt, das our die Gescha¨ft trotz des Todes der Kinder fu¨hren will. Brecht erfordert, dem Publiktnn ein neues Bewusstsein aus der Unvera¨nderbarkeit der Mutter Courage und ihrer Unbelernbarkeit zu gewirmen. Werra sich das Wort 'episch' im gesellschaftlichen Sinne versteht, entspricht Mutter Courage der epischen Figur. Wa¨hrend die Geschichte des Volkes in 『Gesani』 betont wird, wird das Volk in 『Mutter Courage und ihre Kinder』 historisiert, d.h. verfrendet damit das Publikum das falsche Bewusstsein des Volkes und das Wesen des Krieges bekermen lasst. Bei dieser Untersuchung ergibt sich, dass 『Gesani』 nur die a¨usseren fonnalen Elemente von 『Mutter Courage und ihre Kinder』 u¨bernommen hat. Das Ziel vom Epischen Theater Brechts liegt nicht nur im Schaffen der neuen Dramenform, sondern in der Vera¨nderur g der Gesellschaft. Aus diesem Grund felllt es in 『Gesani』 der grundsa¨tzlichen Auseinundersetzung mit der Wirklichkeit und der Welt.

        단량체 및 무기질 filler 조성 변화에 따른 복합레진의 유변학적 특성

        Objectives. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of monomer and filler compositions on the rheological properties related to the handling characteristics of resin composites. Methods. Resin matrices that Bis-GMA as base monomer was blended with TEGDMA as diluent at various ratio were mixed with the Barium glass (0.7 um and 1.0 um), 0.04 um fumed silica and 0.5 um round silica. All used fillers were silane treated. In order to vary the viscosity of experimental composites, the type and content of incorporated fillers were changed. Using a rheometer, a steady shear test and a dynamic oscillatory shear test were used to evaluate the viscosity (η) of resin matrix, and the storage shear modulus (G′), the loss shear modulus (G″), the loss tangent (tanδ) and the complex viscosity (η*) of the composites as a function of frequency ω= 0.1-100 rad/s. To investigate the effect of temperature on the viscosity of composites, a temperature sweep test was also undertaken. Results. Resin matrices were Newtonian fluid regardless of diluent concentration and all experimental composites exhibited pseudoplastic behavior with increasing shear rate. The viscosity of composites was exponentially increased with increasing filler volume%. In the same filler volume, the smaller the fillers were used, the higher the viscosities were. The effect of filler size on the viscosity was increased with increasing filler content. Increasing filler content reduced tanδby increasing the G′further than the G″. The viscosity of composites was decreased exponentially with increasing temperature.
