Revision arthroplasty for chronic periprosthetic joint infection is complex and determined by many variables. Generally, two-staged revision arthroplasty is the standard treatment for the management of chronic periprosthetic joint infection. However, it is difficult to resolve chronic infection accompanied by large bone deficiency due to pathologic fracture. I report a case of successful three-staged revision arthroplasty using frozen structural allograft in chronic periprosthetic knee joint infection accompanied by extensive bone defect due to fracture.

This study is to analyze and evaluate the improved science curriculum in Korean elementary school in 1982 with the following purposes. 1) for evaluating educational effects on science curriculum constructs through the analysis of elementary science text book. 2) for evaluating the achivement level of children and the teaching skill of teachers in the teaching learning situation of units science text book through text of the summative evaluation. and then the study method and detailed plan of the study process are as the following. a) analysing the unit contents of science text book of the fifth grade b) modeling the hierachy of the concepts and process of the unit contents c) making two-way specification table of unit contents and behavioral objectives d) making summative evaluation items and examining the fifth grade children by them e) analysing and interpretating of the results. the conclusion obtained by this study are as following. 1) the improved science curricular constructs have the considerable validity on conceptual schma in terms of the science educational objectives 2) the uniit contents of science text book of the fifth grade have the proper difficalty for the children to achieve the estimated level.

<P>In this letter, we report a simple and rapid (~60 s) method to fabricate a new organic-inorganic hybrid film based on poly (di phenyl amine-co-4 amino thiophenol) (designated as PDPAAT) and gold nanoflowers (Au NFs). The fabrication involves a fast facile and pulse potentiostatic approach for the electrodeposition of Au NFs onto PDPAAT. The electrochemical, interfacial, and optical properties of the PDPAAT/Au NF hybrid film electrode are investigated. The superior electroactivity, electrochemical, and interfacial characteristics of the PDPAAT/Au NF electrode suggests its suitability for sensor, electrocatalysis, and diode applications.</P>
