      • In-situ high-energy synchrotron X-ray diffraction study of micromechanical behavior of multiple phases in Ni<sub>47</sub>Ti<sub>44</sub>Nb<sub>9</sub> shape memory alloy

        High-energy synchrotron X-ray diffraction technique was used to in-situ characterize microstructure, lattice strain, and phase transition behavior of a Ni<SUB>47</SUB>Ti<SUB>44</SUB>Nb<SUB>9</SUB> shape memory alloy. Phase transformation kinetics and deformation mechanisms were studied under a uniaxial tension at three testing temperatures, i.e., -70<SUP>o</SUP>C, 25<SUP>o</SUP>C, and 150<SUP>o</SUP>C. At a testing temperature of -70<SUP>o</SUP>C, a complicated phase transformation with four stages of micromechanical deformation was identified which is associated with changes of martensite substructures. At room temperature of 25<SUP>o</SUP>C, there was no stress-induced selection process of variants of B19' phases observed. Whereas at a testing temperature of 150<SUP>o</SUP>C, there was no any phase transformation observed. It is verified that β-Nb phase, an effective stabilizer for the austenite, delays the process of martensitic transformation and relaxes the strain energy without strengthening the matrix. This new finding is important to understand the relationship between the micromechanical deformation behavior and phase transformations in the Ni<SUB>47</SUB>Ti<SUB>44</SUB>Nb<SUB>9</SUB> SMA.

      • Development and Application of Robotics Education Program based on Entrepreneurship for Engineering College Students in IT major

        The purpose of this study is to develop and apply a robotics education program based on entrepreneurship for engineering college students in IT major. To do this, It has been reviewed and consulted with experts on the program developed and developed the robotics education program based on entrepreneurship for engineering college students in IT major through literature review. In addition, to verify field appropriateness of the IT engineering college students in “A” university which took a robot related lecture and conducted a satisfaction survey. The results of this study are as follows. First, this study developed robotics education program based on entrepreneurship which included the basic robotics education and the entrepreneurship project using hands-on robots. Second, Students submitted prototypes, start-up plans and presentations as a result of this project and were evaluated by internal professors and external experts by conducting start-up tests within the department. Third, the 81 university IT students who participated in the robotics education program based on entrepreneurship were very satisfied with the results of the projects. They also evaluated the program as a program that can cultivate a variety of core competencies. Because I was able to have both positive and negative thoughts about start-ups at the same time, I thought it was a must-have education before thinking about start-ups.

      • 텍스트 마이닝을 통한 ‘블록체인기술 활용’ 키워드 분석 : 신문기사를 중심으로

        본 연구는 신문기사로부터 수집한 ‘블록체인기술 활용’ 관련 텍스트를 대상으로 텍스트마이닝을 수행하여 키워드를 중심으로 그 결과를 분석하였다. 신문기사는 빅카인즈로부터 21개의 언론에서 총 14,456건의 신문기사가 수집되었다. 이 때, 처음으로 관련 기사가 등장한 2013년부터 2019년 9월 30일까지의 보도자료를 수집하였다. 텍스트마이닝을 통하여 수집된 텍스트로부터 키워드를 추출하였고, 키워드 빈도 및 가중치를 분석하여 워드클라우드를 생성하였다. 분석결과, 신문기사는 2015년부터 기하급수적으로 증가하였으며 IT_과학 분야와 경제 분야에 집중되었다. 기간에 따라 차이는 있었지만 암호화폐, 비트코인, 가상화폐와 관련된 키워드의 가중치가 높았다. 또한, 금융거래에 집중되었던 블록체인기술은 빅데이터, 사물인터넷, 인공지능으로 점차 확장되었다. 이에 따라 기업의 키워드 변화도 함께 이루어져 은행에 집중되었던 초기에 비해 대기업과 글로벌 기업을 중심으로 관련 기업이 점차 증가하면서 블록체인 기술의 확산과 활성화를 확인할 수 있었다. In this study, text mining was performed on the texts related to ‘Blockchain technology’ collected from newspaper articles, and the results were analyzed based on keywords. Newspaper articles gathered data from Big Kines, and a total of 14,456 newspaper articles were collected through a total of 21 media. At this time, we collected press releases from 2013, when the article first appeared, to September 30, 2019. The keywords were extracted from the text collected through text mining, and the word cloud was generated by analyzing keyword frequencies and weights. Although there were differences according to the period, the weights of keywords related to cryptocurrency, bitcoin, and virtual currency were high. In addition, blockchain technology, which was focused on financial transactions, has gradually expanded to big data, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence. As a result, the company’s keyword changes were also carried out, and the banks were able to confirm the activation of blockchain technology by expanding them to large companies and global companies.

        대학생을 위한 결혼과 가족, 부모교육 관련 교양 수업 강의계획서 분석

        본 연구는 대학교 교양 수업 강의계획서 분석을 통하여 결혼과 부모됨의 준비에 대해 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 서울 및 수도권, 강원도에 위치한 4년제 대학교 7곳을 대상으로 2022학년도 가을 학기와 2023학년도 봄 학기에 걸쳐 결혼, 가정, 가족, 자녀, 부모 등의 키워드를 통해 수집된 강의계획서를 이용하여 관련 강좌의 특성을 살펴보았다. 분석 결과 첫째, 학교별로 교양강좌 개설의 편차가 심하여 관련된 교양과목 수강의 기회가 제공 또는 제한됨을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 학교별로 제공되는 교양강좌의 내용 범위가 결혼과 가족, 부모 역할 등의 일반적 내용뿐 아니라, 인간관계, 법, 간호 등의 전문분야와 접목하는 등 매우 다양함을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 결혼과 가족, 부모교육 관련 교과목의 평가가 학교별로 절대평가와 상대평가로 다르게 진행됨을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 결혼과 가족, 부모교육과 관련한 예비교육으로서의 교양강좌에 대한 논의점과 향후 연구 방향이 제시되었다. The purpose of this study is to understand the trends and features of syllabi related to marriage and parenthood. Undergraduate elective courses were selected by using keywords: marriage, family, child(ren), and parent from 7 4-year universities across the country during one academic year. The findings of this study are: 1. There was a great variation of the offering courses related to marriage and parenthood, which means that students can have an opportunity to learn these courses depending on their school curricula. 2. The course contents related to marriage and parenthood varied considerably, such as marriage and family, romantic relationships, family laws, and family health care. 3. The assessment strategy differed depending on school decisions, from absolute grading to grade on a curve. Based on these findings, implications and future directions are discussed reflecting the era of low birth rates.

      • Phosphorylation at Tyr-838 in the kinase domain of EphA8 modulates Fyn binding to the Tyr-615 site by enhancing tyrosine kinase activity

        Eph-related receptors and their ephrin lignds are highly conserved protein families which play important roles in targeting axons and migrating cells. In this study we have examined the functional roles of two major autophosphorylation sites, Tyr-615 and Tyr-838, in the EphA8 receptor. Two-dimensional phosphopeptide mapping analysis demonstrated that Tyr-615 and Tyr 838 constitute major autophosphorylation sites in EphA8. Tyr-615 was phosphorylated to the highest stoichiometry, suggesting that phosphorylation at this site may have a physiologically important role. Upon conservative mutation of Tyr 838 located int he tyrosine kinase domain, the catalytic activity of EphA8 was strikingly reduced both in vitro and in vivo, whereas a mutation at Tyr-615 in the juxtamembrane domain did not impair the tyrosine kinase activity. In vitro binding experiments revealed that phosphorylation at Tyr-615 in EphA8 emdiates the preferential binding to Fyn-SH2 domain rather than Sre and Ras GTPase-activating protein (Ras GAP-SH2 domains. Addtionally, a high level of EphA8 was detected in Fyn immunoprecipitates in intact cells, indicating that EphA8 and Fyn can physically, associate in vivo. In contrast, the association of full-length Fyn to EphA8 containing mutation at either Tyr-615 or Tyr 838 was greatly reduced. These data indicate that phosphorylation of Tyr-615 is critical for determining the association with Fyn whereas the integrity of Tyr-838 phosphorylation is required for efficient phosphorylation at Tyr-615 as well aw other major sites. Finally, it was observed that cell attachment responses are attenuated by overexpression of wild type EphA8 receptor but to much less extent by EphA8 mutants lacking phosphorylation at ixtent by EphA8 mutants lacking phosphorylation at either Tyr-615 or Tyr 838. furthermore, transient expression of kinase-inactive Fyn in EphA8-overexpressing cells blocked cell attachment responses attenuated by the EphA8 signaling. We therefore propose that Fyn kinase is one of the major downstream targets for the EphA8 signaling pathway leading to a modification of cell adhesion, and that autophosphorylation at Tyr-838 is critical for positively regulating the EphA8 signaling event.

        Foreign Accentedness Rating and Rhythm in L2 English

        To better understand how foreign accentedness is reflected in speech rhythm, the present study examined rhythm patterns in English speech produced by Korean learners of English who learn English as a foreign language. By adopting vocalic-based rhythm metrics such as %V, VarcoV, nPVI-V, the rhythm differences between 32 Korean learners of English and 16 native speakers from North America were compared. Statistical results revealed that %V scores for the weakly accented speech did not differ from that for the strongly accented speech. VarcoV and nPVI-N scores for Korean ESL speakers differed as a function of foreign accent strength. Weakly accented speech group showed significantly lower degree of syllable-timed than strongly accented speech in terms of the two rhythm metrics. These results indicate that rhythm patterns contribute to the native speaker’s perception of foreign accentedness.

        허용적 러프집합에 의한 소프트웨어 분류

        소프트웨어의 측정값에 근거하여 소프트웨어 품질에 관한 의사결정을 할 때, 동치관계의 요구조건인 추이적(transitive) 특성이 항상 만족되는 것은 아니다. 순환수(cyclomatic number)가 거의 비슷한 프로그램에서, 하나는 ‘구조적인’ 프로그램 범주에 속하고 또 다른 하나는 ‘비구조적인’ 프로그램 범주에 속한다고 명확히 분류할 수 있는가하는 점이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 동치관계보다는 허용적 관계를 만족하는 허용적 러프집합에 근거한 소프트웨어 분류기준을 제시하고자 한다. 분류기준을 생성하기 위한 실험 데이터 집합을 수집하고, 집합 내의 각 원소에 관한 허용적 클래스들을 생성한 후, 각 허용적 클래스들의 중심값을 클러스터링하여 분류기준을 생성한다. 생성된 분류기준을 또 다른 실험 집합에 적용하여 비교 분석한 결과 생성된 분류기준이 타당함을 보여준다. When we decide the software quality based on the software measurement, the transitive property which is a requirement for the equivalence relations is not always satisfied. Given two programs whose cyclomatic numbers are about the same, it is difficult for us to decide clearly that one is ‘structural' and the other is ‘non-structural’. Therefore, we propose a rough set based method for software classification that employs a tolerance relation instead of an equivalence relation. We collect the experiment data and generate the tolerance classes for elements in the experiment data, and generate the classification ranges for the decision of the software quality by clustering the means of the tolerance classes. We also apply the generated classification ranges to another experiment data and show their validity by comparing and analyzing them.
