      • 초정밀 나노 분급기 개발에 관한 연구

        Nanotechnology is the creation and utilization of materials, devices, and systems through the control of matter on the nanometer-length scale, that is, at the level of atoms, molecules, and supramolecular structures. The essence of nanotechnology is the ability to work at these levels to generate larger structures with fundamentally new molecular organization. These nanostructures, made with building blocks understood from first principles, are the smallest human-made objects, and they exhibit novel physical, chemical, and biological properties and phenomena. The aim of nanotechnology is to learn to exploit these properties and efficiently manufacture and employ the structures. Control of matter on the nanoscale already plays an important role in scientific disciplines as diverse as physics, chemistry, materials science, biology, medicine, engineering, and computer simulation. This paper describes the superprecision nano separator to productive particle size of nano powder, this separator system is very important in the industrial area for other high technology parts.

      • 흰쥐 간의 재생에 관한 세포화학적 연구

        The present study was designed to evaluate the regeneration process, the localization of metallothionein(MT) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP), and the liver function during the liver regeneration of rat. The weight of control rat liver was about 4.3% of body weight. But after hepatectomy, the remaining liver weight was about 1.3% of body weight. The remaining liver seemed to begin regenerating at 24 hours after partial hepatectomy, and to complete at 7∼10days after hepatectomy. In control rat liver, metallothionein(MT) was scarcely found in the cell. But MT was found in both the cytoplasm and the nucleus of hepatocyte at 6 hours after hepatectomy, and MT reaction was found in the cytoplasm of liver at 24 hours after hepatectomy. From 5 days after hepatectomy, MT reaction became weak in the cytoplasm of hepatocytes. In control rat liver, the reaction products of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) were scarcely found in the nucleus. But in the experimental group, ALP was found at the membrane of hepatocyte contacted with the lumen. Activities of glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase(GOT) and glutamate pyruvate transaminase (GPT) of serum increased until 24 hours after hepatectomy, then returned to the normal level in about 2 days after hepatectomy. In conclusion, It is suggested that regenerating hepatocytes reveal characteristics of typical cell proliferation and carry out normal function.

      • 높은 지향성을 갖는 Air Line 결합기 설계

        본 논문에서는, 일반적인 스트립 구조의 결합기가 갖는 문제 즉, 높은 온도에서 나쁜 특성을 보이는 문제점을 극복하고자 Air Line Type의 결합기를 구현하였다. 또한 이 결합기는 24dB이상의 지향성을 가지고 있다. 해석을 위해 짝수 모드와 홀수 모드 해석법을 사용하였고, EM-Simulation으로 확인한 특성과 실제 제작된 20dB, 30dB Cellular 대역(800∼900MHz) Air Line 결합기의 결고 특성은 좋은 일치를 보여주고 있다. 또한 최대 장점인 온도 특성은 온도 데이터를 통하여 온도에 강한 특성을 보임을 알 수 있다.

        골반내에 발생한 Proximal-type 유상피성 육종 1예

        유상피성 육종은 매우 드문 악성 연조직 육종으로, 전형적인 경우들은 주로 젊은 남성의 수부, 전완부와 같은 신체의 원위부에 피하 혹은 심재성 피부 종괴로 발생하며, 조직학적 소견상 적은 비정형성을 나타내는 유상피성 세포와 방추형 세포의 증식에 의한 다발성 결절 형태의 배열을 보인다. 최근에 전형적인 유상피성 육종과 조직학적 유사성을 가지나 더 공격적인 형태인 proximal-type 유상피성 육종이 보고되었으며, proximal-type은 전형적인 유상피성 육종에 비하여 현저한 유상피성 세포의 발현과 매우 심한 비정형성을 나타내며, 세포가 매우 크고, 소포성 핵과 뚜렷한 핵소체를 보이며, 자주 rhabdoid 세포의 양상을 띈다. 임상적으로는 전형적인 형태에 비하여 호발 연령이 조금 늦고, 주로 체간부에, 특히 골반, 회음부, 생식기 등과 같은 심부에 발생하고, 더욱 공격적인 양상을 나타낸다. 저자들은 13세 소녀에서 원발부위를 알 수 없는, 골반내에 발생한 proximal-type 유상피성 육종 1예를 경험하여, 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Epithelioid sarcoma is a rare malignant soft-tissue sarcoma with an unknown histiogenesis, typically presenting as a subcutaneous or deep dermal mass lesion in the distal portions of the extremities of young adults. Recently, a more aggressive, so-called 'proximal-type' epithelioid sarcoma has been reported. In contrast to conventional epithelioid sarcoma, the proximal type is characterized by a predominantly large cell epithelioid cytomorphology, marked cytologic atypia, and frequent occurrence of rhabdoid features in most patients. Proximal-type epithelioid sarcoma has a predilection for appearing in the genitalia, especially the vulva, penis, pelvis and buttocks. Also this lesion appears to be somewhat more aggressive or at least metastasizes earlier than the conventional epithelioid sarcoma. We report a 13-year-old girl who presented with a buge mass filling the pelvic cavity which was painful, hard and fixed on palpation, and was radiologically diagnosed as a malignant germ cell tumors on the CT scan. The mass was surgically excised and pathologically proved to be an proximal-type epithelioid sarcoma of unknown origin.

      • 단순 스무딩 스플라인 함수 추정

        본 논문의 목적은 선형 스무딩 스플라인에 대한 단순하고 구체화된 형태를 제안하고, 구체화된 선형 스무딩 스플라인 형태를 통하여 스무딩 스플라인의 특성을 이해하고는 어떻게 비모수 함수 추정량의 도구로서 사용될 수 있는지를 보인다. 또한 예제를 통하여 다른 비모수적 추정량들과 비교하였다. In this paper, we give simple and closed form of linear smoothing spline. Through the form, we understand the characteristics of smoothing spline, and show that how the smoothing spline can be used as a tool for estimator of nonparametric functin. And an example is given for comparison of our esttimator with another nonparametric estimators.

        Sports are said to be like a mirror which reflects society. Also, sports are of universal culture in that sports are performed on the basis of Internationally common rules and at the same time of culture characterized with a much national, publicly common feature which has the ability to form or build human relations between the members of society. Accordingly, an internationally comparative study on sport policies as a supportive system has a significant meaning in respect that it promotes understanding between countries as well as internalization. For that reason internationally comparative study on sport policies is considered to be very useful in that the performance of it can be really used as reference and it can be applied to the policies of a certain country. So far, internationally comparative study on sport policies seem to have been at a descriptive level of comparatively studying each of cases respectively, and such studies are at a level of describing similarities and dissimilarities between two countries. However, a comparative study is necessary in the future to develop the framework and scale in order to build the universal principle and general theory based on the similarities and dissimilarities of the sport policies of each nation. Also, in internationally comparative study on sport policies, there should be no a ethnocentrism.The culture of sport systems in any of races, peoples, nations has a special value. Accordingly, the attitude of such a kind study may improve sport programs or heighten the efficiency of them, thereby achieving new development of them.

      • 科學 敎育 現代化에 대한 問題點

        Modernization of science education can be accomplished by searching for true image of science education through critical evaluatin of reality and by shaping it up as a concrete fact to solve all the problems in sciene education. The core of modernization of science education lies in modernization of the contents of education itself. Imbalance between the explosion of scientific knowledge and technological information through the scientific revolution and the limited ability to understand them all, has brought about a crisis in learning. It is about time to listen to new opinion that science education has been emphasizing too much memorization rather than understanding of knowlege. A real guide to efficient science education is sequential development of students' ability from correct observation and description and accurate experimentation, ultimately to approaching new problems creatively and imaginatively. One of the the essential means in science education is experimentation and observation. The most effective way of modernization is, therefore, to establish not a passive but an independent and subjective way of experimentacion and interpretation. I present a few conditions, which I think necessary, in modernization of science education. 1. Emphasis on reasoning power rather than simple memorization. 2. Choosing ideal text book. 3. Emphasis on great contribution to the society after graduation. 4. Emphasis on establishing rational way of thinking and judgement as sincere human being. Finally, I would like to propose a few points to reach an ultimate goal of such modernization. For the teaching staff: 1. Self-reflection and reexamination. 2. Self-improvement in over-all knowledge. For the government and school authority: 1. Reasonable financial support 2. Renovation in the present system of entrance examination. 3. Reexamination on university curriculum in general educators
