      • Benzotriazole계 유도체의 제초활성과 분자 설계

        Benzotriazole 유도체들의 정량적인 구조와 발아후 벼(Oryzae sativa L) 및 피(Echinochloa crus-galli)에 대한 생장저해 활성값(pI_50)사이의 관계들이 QSAR 방법으로 연구되었다. QSAR 분석에 의하면, 자유 라디칼 파라미터(E_R)가 매우 중요한 요소이었으며 pI_50 값은 파라치환기(X)의 E_R 파라미터에 대하여 포물선형의 관계를 나타내었다. (3)의 생장저해 활성은 (4)보다 우세하였으며 생장저해 활성이 가장 큰 화합물은 (3b)이었고 피의 생장저해 활성에 대한 E_R 파라미터의 적정값은 각각 E_R(3)=0.52와 E_R(4)=0.15이었다. 분자설계 결과, 치환기(X)가 전자 끌게이고 적정값 (0.52)와 E_R 파라미터를 가지는 분자가 가장 활성이 클 것으로 기대되었으며 Benzotriazole 유도체들의 생장저해 활성은 광합성반응(PS-II)에서 전자전달을 효과적으로 차단하는 결과로 믿어진다(1991년 9월 15일 접수, 1991년 9월 31일 수리). The relationships between the quantitative structure of benzotriazoles and their post-emergence growth inhibiting activity(pI_50) against Oryzae sativa L. and Echinochloa crus-galli were investigated using a generalized quantitative structure activity relationships(QSAR). According to the QSAR analysis, the free radical parameter (E_R) is a very important factor and the growth inhibiting activity values showed parabolic relation to E_R parameter of para-substituents(X). The activity of (3) was superior to those of (4) and (3b) is selected as the most highly effective compound. The optimal values of E_R parameter of the growth inhibiting activity aganist E. crus-galli are E_R(3)=0.52 and E_R(4)=0.15, respectively. From the result of molecular design, the substituents(X) of electron withdrawing properties and E_R parameter of optimal value(0.52) were most desirable for high activity of the benzotriazoles. And in view of this, benzotriazoles may also be effective in blocking the photosynthetic electron transfer.

        Evaluation of Hot Deformation and Dynamic Recrystallization Behaviors of Advanced Reduced-Activated Alloy (ARAA)

        The hot deformation behavior of advanced reduced-activation alloy (ARAA) was investigated using hot torsion tests. Thefl ow stress decreased as deformation temperature increased and as strain rate decreased. The fl ow behavior demonstratedthe typical dynamic recrystallization (DRX). Based on the constitutive analysis of peak stress, the activation energy for hotdeformation was found to be 330.3 kJ mol −1 . Peak stress was analyzed as a function of the Zener–Hollomon parameter, andcalculated and experimental values were in good agreement. A DRX kinetic model for ARAA was derived with deformationconditions based on the Avrami-type model. It was confi rmed that the volume fraction of dynamically recrystallized grainsincreased as deformation temperature increased and as strain rate decreased. The necklace structure and grain boundarybulging were observed in the deformed microstructure of ARAA. The suggested DRX mechanism for ARAA during hotworking is discontinuous DRX.

      • 진행성 폐 종양 환자에서 종양 내 OK-432 주입술의 효과

        Background: Intratumoral injection of OK-432 produced significant antitumor effects. There are reports that OK-432 was injected directly into tumor tissue on gastrointestinal tracts and HCC tissue, producing decrease in serum alpha-fetoprotein level. We adopted this technique for treating locally advanced lung cancer. The object of this study is to evaluate the local therapeutic efficacy, side effects of injection for treating symptomatic mass. Methods: Twenty lung cancer patients (13 males and 7 females) underwent sonography guided OK-432 injection. We analyzed relationships between response of OK-432 and response of skin test, histology and age. Pain that patients feel was evaluated by VAS (Visual Analog scale). Results: A significant decrease of tumor size was observed. The mean pre-injection diameter of the lesions was 54.7±11.3mm, PR rate were 15.0% (3/20) and minimal change (50%<tumor size decreased.) patients were 35.0% (7/20). The VAS score before injecting OK-432 into the lesion was 5±3, this was decreased to 2.5±1.5 (p=0.04). Object response was significantly correlated with skin response, adenocarcinoma, and age. Conclusion: A significant decrease of tumor size and pain was observed. So OK-432 is a valuable treatment option for patients with symptomatic lesion from advanced lung cancer who are not amenable to further therapy.

      • 소각로 배출원별 입경분포 및 이온성분과 방지시설효능에 관한 연구

        This study was to comprehend the effect by investigating the particulate size and ingredient, examining the each process size distribution and analyzing all kinds of the ions in incinerator. Incinerating the wood in the absence of control devices, the peaks appeared in coarse particle and it had trimodal distribution. Also in the presence of control devices, the best efficiency appeared in fine particel. Cl?? and SO₄², were mostly distributed in fine particle area and in coarse particle area respectively. In the case of synthetic resin incineration, the size distribution had the peak at both 0.865㎛ and 4.2㎛. In the presence of control devices, peak appeared at 5.95㎛ and the collection efficiencies of Cl??, SO₄², Ca², Na??, K?? were high. Incinerating the leather without control devices, the size distribution had the peak at both 2.58㎛ and 5.95㎛. The leather incineraton had the same collection efficiency as sythetic resin incineration. The coarse particle collection efficiency was high. It is adquate to use the above control devices, together with high efficiency collector like bagfilter. To select the adequate control devices, it is required to investigate the size distribution before establishing control devices.

      • 재래종 참외 종자 및 생육초기 주요형질의 유전력과 상관관계 분석

        This experiment was conducted to obtain some basic imformation for korean native oriental melon breeding. Genetic variability, heritability, and correlation on 13 characters were analyzed. The results are summarized as follows; 1. Among 13 characters, plant height and length of lateral shoot showed high level of GCV(110-362%) and ECV(89-101%). The rest characters showed low level of GCV(7-21%) and ECV(0.16-9%). 2. Heritabilities of 13 characters investigated were high as over 50%. Especially those of hypocotyl length, 100-seed weigth and seed width were very high (> 95%). 3. High level correlation values were observed among seed characters and seedling characters. 4. Plant characters of early growth stage, except leaf stalk length, were not related with characters of seed or seedling 5. In early plant growth stage, plant height and length of lateral shoot were correlated positively with number of node, number of lateral shoot, leaf length and leaf width.

      • 부산시 고등학교 교사들의 환경교육 의식에 관한 연구

        This study was attempted to analyze teacher's consciousness for environment in high schools. In order to achieve this purpose, a method of questionaire was administered to obtain some information helping to investigate and analyze the next problems from the total of 455 high school teachers (distribute 480;94%) selected from 24 public and private high schools in 12 districts in Pusan city. There were some survey questions as follows, experience and knowledge of environmental education, necessity for environmental education, and the actual conditions of environmental education and teachers' consciousness. The results obtained to analyze the data based upon present study were as follows. 1) The results show that there are far more teachers not having the environmental education in past (72.3%) than ones having it (27.7%). Among those who have experience of environmental education, science teachers (41.9%) command an (overwhelming) majority. Most of them pointed out the teacher's workshop(33.3%) where they were educated. It is shown to have more relative importance to afford an opportunity of environment education. 86.5% of the responding teachers recognized helping of experience of having the environmental education in the past to educate students practically, 62.0% wanted a little more knowledge, because they recognize the need of the informations about environmental education. 2) 52.6% answered "normal" to the question of environmental problems of his residential district, secondary majority (28.1%) stated "serious" to the question. 3) 96.9% of high school teachers recognized the need of the systematic environmental education, 45.3% of them thought the environmental education do well to be included in curriculum for primary, middle and high schools. As the most suitable subject of environmental education in charge, 73.7% of teachers stated "Science", 50.1% gave their approval to a new establishment of independent subject, namely "environmental science". Teachers obtained most knowledge about environmental problems in newspaper of maganzines (45.8%). As for the most important materials for environmental education, video tapes got 73.2%. 4) Teachers having environmental education often lectured on the subject (82.5%) but, most of them have still taught current curriculum. 5) Most of them told that the role of teachers to change the students' attitude toward environment is very important (73.8%), and teachers in the high school showed deep interests(94.5%) in environmental problems. They also stressed the positive aid of government, specially the urgent need of reference books or audio-visual materials(53.2%) to carry out more effective environmental education under present inferior circumstance.

        고객만족모형의 기대 딜레마 : 확산과 기대불일치의 통합모형 A Unified Model of Expectancy Disconfirmation and Diffusion

        Many forms try to enhance the customer satisfaction, because they believe that higher customer satisfaction leads to superior returns. According to expectancy disconfirmation model, consumers judge the satisfaction in comparison with their expectations about the product performance. If the performance is above the expectations, increase in satisfaction is expected. If the performance is below the expectation, decrease in satisfaction is expected. This explanation contradicts out beliefs that higher expectation leads to consumer's choices. To address the contradiction, this paper present a unified model which combines the expectancy disconfirmation model with the well-known diffusion model. The unified model shows that the expectation can increase the choice even if the expectation decreases the satisfaction.
