This paper presents a hybrid algorithm for traveling salesman problem. The algorithm is a combination of the genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm; in other words, it is a hybrid algorithm. The combination overcomes the deficiencies of the two algorithms when acting separately. The real distance between customers has been used on the basis of geographical information system (GIS) in order to make the result more suitable in real-life. The algorithm has tested on the examples of international standards. We made a comparison with the result of second nearest neighbor algorithm and genetic optimization algorithm. The test showed that the algorithm proposed in this paper has improved the results.
Region Stability Analysis for Switched Nonlinear Systems with Multiple Equilibria
Rong-Wei Guo,Yuzhen Wang 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2017 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.15 No.2
This paper investigates the region stability analysis for switched nonlinear systems whose subsystemshave different equilibria, which are referred to multi-equilibrium switched nonlinear systems, and proposes a numberof new results on the region stability analysis. Through investigating the dynamical behavior of the multiequilibriumswitched system, two methods are established, based on which several new results are then obtainedfor the region stability. It is shown that the main results obtained in this paper not only guarantee the region stabilityof the multi-equilibrium switched nonlinear system under arbitrary switching, but also provide several newapproaches to determine the corresponding regions of convergence. Moreover, an improved average dwell time(ADT) method is proposed for the stability of switched nonlinear systems whose subsystems do not share a commonLyapunov function. Finally, an illustrative example with numerical simulation is studied by using the obtainedresults. The study of example shows that our results work very well in analyzing the region stability of somemulti-equilibrium switched nonlinear systems.

Flower color variegation has been observed in many plant species. However, pink flowers on the white-blooming hawthorn trees found by our group earlier have never been reported. To better understand the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in variegated hawthorn flowers, white and pink flowers at different developmental stages (S1 and S2) underwent transcriptome sequencing separately. Approximately 34.28 Gb of high-quality data were obtained and assembled into 100,013 unigenes with an average length of 706.93 bp. These unigenes were further subjected to functional annotation and biochemical pathway analysis, and DEGs of two types of hawthorn flowers at different developmental stages were studied. Based on the enrichment analysis of DEGs, eight anthocyanin-modified enzyme genes or other enzyme genes that indirectly affect anthocyanin synthesis (5AT, 3GGT , and AI, β-Glu, two Aux/IAAs, two PODs), eight structural genes (UFGT, DFR, CHI, two F3Hs, and three PALs), and three transcription factors (one MYB and two bHLHs) were also identified. We randomly selected 15 genes, and the trends in the expression levels of these genes in the organs of white and pink flowers at different developmental stages were verified by quantitative real-time PCR. Mass sequence data obtained by RNA-seq of variegated hawthorn flowers provided basic sequence information and a unique opportunity to uncover the genetic mechanisms under-lying flower color variegation.
