      • AISI 4340鋼의 引張特性 및 破壞靭性에 미치는 溫度의 影響에 관한 硏究

        The K_(IC) value derived from CVN test were considerably different from measured value and it was difficult to predict the correct K_(IC) value of the materials under consideration. Compact tension and Charpy V―notch test in the invironment of high and low temperature on the specimen of AISI4340 steel have been conducted. The results may be sumerized as follows. The transition temperature by the impact absorbation energy range from - 50℃ and 150℃ and the impact energy from lower and high shelf have a tendencies of increasing with increase of the temperature. The measured K_(IC) value from CT test linearly increased with the increase of temperature. The K_(IC) value from the test fomular were derived and the error are within 6.8% against measured K_(IC) value.

      • 複合組織鋼의 低 및 高 사이클 疲勞特性에 관한 硏究(Ⅱ) : 高사이클 疲勞特性

        In this study, a series of experiments on the dual phase steel with different grain size are performed to investigate high cycle fatigue properties. Specimen of SM 20C steel, matrix material and the dual phase steel consisting of three different sized grains were subjected to a series of high cycle fatigue test. The crack propagation rate in the high cycle fatigue region also has been examined taking in to consideration of crack closure effect. The test results in high cycle region show that the propagation rate in most range of stable crack propagation, second stage, are linealy aranged by using the effective stress intensity factor range. Dual phase steel are superior to SM 20C steel in fatigue limit and has longer fatigue life. The ratio of fatigue propagation life and fatigue limit are decreased as it approches to the value of fatigue limit. The aspect ratio of the surface crack length and the depth show constant slope between 0.68 and 0.78. The curve of U, the ratio of effective stress intensity factor range versus crack length show an asymptote to the constant value as the crack length increase. Through above mentioned experimental results, it is also found that the crack propagation rate is quite dependent to the crack length and stress amplitude in the local range. And fatigue life of the dual phase steel in the region of stable crack propagation could be predicted in term of effective stress intensity factor range.

      • 다단변동/충격하중하의 탄소섬유강화 복합재료의 피로강도 특성 및 잔류강도 저하거동에 관한 연구

        Under the multi-step loading and impact loading, similar to real loading, fatigue tests have been carried out to examine the characteristics of a fatigue strength and a fatigue life and the degradation of the residual strength in carbon-epoxy composite materials. Two different shape of test specimen and test methods were used and the theory of cumulative damage and the residual strength degradation was applied to the test data of two parameter Weibull distribution. The static ultimate strength of the test piece used here in is observed to be relatively higher than that of existing composite materials, while fatigue life is shorter than that of estimated by residual strength degradation model when the stress level above 0.62. The fatigue life of the materials tested were observed the one of the high-low multi-step was longest and the one of the low-high next compared by Miner's value. It is proven that the prediction of fatigue life by the analysis of the theory of cumulative damage and degradation is resonable.

      • 축방향의 압축하중을 받는 얇은 원통 "쉘"의 좌굴에 관한 실험적 연구

        An experimental study of the buckling of thin cylindrical shell under the axial compression was carried out. Buckling procedure were obserbed and the results obtained for the buckling stress were compared with theoretical value and approximate soulution of the exisiting literature. The test model of aluminum alloy were used. From this study, the results are as follows; Buckling behavior is a dynamic procedure combinded with potential change due to the bending energy stored by the successive compression load. The pattern of buckling wave formed in rhombic figure and the length of these wave in axial direction and circumferential direction were same. Buckling of thin cylindrical shell occured in the limit of elasticity and buckling load were less the theoretical balue. The results obtained were good agreement with the approximate solution and emperical formula for the buckling load be induced in the form

      • 家庭環境이 學業成績에 미친 影響에 관한 硏究 : 국민학생과 중학생을 중심으로

        What the writer has attemptad in this study is to find out any effect of the student's(premary and middle school students) achivement on the home envirnment. The results of this study were as follows ; 1. The students with the higher academic achiuement scores are more prominent in the aspect of family members' affection, their mutual aceptence and physical environment than those with lower ones. 2. The most important factor which imfluenced the academic achivements is found to be the role expectation for primary school children and the physical environment for middle school students. 3. The degree of prediction which home envirorment factors predict the academic achivements indicates 12% in primary school children and 14% in middle schood students. In conclusion, the analysis of the preceding data seems to support a coulusion that the home environments are positively related to one's academic achivements.

        丹蔘의 抗癌效果와 活性物質 分離에 關한 硏究

        “怪病必瘀 久病必瘀”라 하여 癌 등의 難治病에는 瘀血證이 자주 나타나, 直接的인 抗腫류作用외에도 惡性腫瘍으로 인한 疑血과 織溶系統을 調節하는 作用이 있는 活血化瘀法은 현재 임상세선 活用 價値가 높다. 이에 本 論文에서는 活血祛瘀劑 및 安神劑로 活用되고 있는 丹蔘을 이용 抗癌 및 抗轉移 效果를 糾明하고 活性 物質을 採索함으로써 癌 治療에 도움이 되고자 한다. in vitro에서 B16-Fo와 A549 癌細胞 등의 패癌株에 對한 細胞毒性, 複合細胞外基質과 單味細胞外基質에 對한 細胞附着 沮止作用, 血小板疑集 促進劑중의 하나인 ADP에 對한 血小板凝集抑制作用, 有效 分劃으로부터 分離된 有效物質의 構造同定, 多樣한 사람 癌株에 對한 ED(50)값 및 自然殺害作用을 檢討하고, in vivo에서는 丹蔘의 有效 分劃을 S-180이 移植된 ICR 생쥐에 經口 投與한 後, 體重變化와 T/C%를 尾靜脈에 B16-Fo를 注入 후 C157BL/6의 pulmonary colonization assay, 臟器무게, WBC 및 platelet 數 等을 測定하였다. 丹蔘 分劃중 ethly ether층이 抗癌 및 抗轉移效果에 있어 가장 有意性있는 效果가 認定되었고, 이 층에서 分離된 tanshione IIA는 丹蔘의 主要 抗癌活性物質로 이를 이용한 數種 癌株의 細胞毒性 實驗에서 ED(50)이 모두 1.5㎍/㎖ 以下로 나타나 有效한 抗腫瘍 效果을 보였으며, 10㎍/㎖부터 HL-60에 대해 DNA fragmentation을 나타냈다. In order to confirm the antitumor effect of Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix(SMR) and isolate its active compound, the experiment was done. In vitro cytotoxicity against several cancer cell lines, inhibition of cell adhesion to extracellular matrix, inhibition of platelet aggregation by ADP were studied, in vivo T/C % of S-180 bearing ICR treated with ethyl ether(EE) layer of SMR, pulmonary colonization assay, changes of organ weight, WBC, number of platelet were evaluated experimentally and the results were obtained as follows: 1. The concentration inhibiting cell growth below 55% was 10~3g/ml of water layer and EE layer of SMR(ESR) against B16-Fo and 10-3g/ml of EE layer of SMR against A549. 2. Active compound isolated from Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix was identified as tanshion II A. 3. ED50 of tanshion II A was 0.8177 ㎍/㎖, 0.3431 ㎍/㎖, 1.3284 ㎍/㎖ and 0.8912 ㎍/㎖ against cancer cell lines as HCT15, XF498, SK-MEL-2, SK-OV-3, A549. 4. Tanshion II A induced DNA fragmentation of HL-60 from the concentration of 10 ㎍/㎖. 5. Solvent fractions of SMR showed the inhibitory effect on cell adhesion of A549 and B16-F0 most effectively specific to collagen Ⅳ. 6. Methanol and Ehtyl Ether extract of SMR inhibited platelet aggregation of ADP up to 35.6%, 46.1% at the concentration of 50 ㎍/㎖, 42.1%, 48.4% at the concentration of 100 ㎍/㎖ in the dose-dependent fashion. 7. T/c % ESR treated group was 143% based on the data that MST of ESR treated group was 22.6 days, while MST of control group was 15.7 days. 8. In pulmonary colonization assay ESR significantly inhibited pulmonary colonization of B16-Fo as compared with control group. 9. Gaining weight of lungs and spleen was significantly inhibited in ESR treated group, While the weight of kidney and liver was not signicantly changed as compared with control group. 10. ESR significantly decreased leukocytosis by B16-Fo to nomal range and significantly increased number of platelet as compared with control group. Above results indicate that Salviae miltiorrhizae Radix had antitumor effect and antitumor compound was indentified as tanshion ⅡA.

        Following is the summary of conclusion derived from the study of the types and distinct features in Kimchies that was recorded in Kyoyeojiryu 「Limwonsibrheukji」. Yumjangchae has 14 methods of preserving vegetalbe by mixing various vegetalbes with salt, salt with residue left after rice liquer and spices, Jachae has 7 methods of consuming Kimchi by fermenting the mixture of vegetables, rice, salt, yeast and salt-fermented sea food, Jechae has 29 methods of preserving vegetalbe by combining spicy and hot ingredients such as mustard garlic, vinegar, ginger, fermented soy sauce with vegetables, Juchae has 5 methods of consuming Kimchi by seasoning various vegetables with salt water. During the 19th century vegetables mostly used to make Kimchi was not chinese cabbage but radish, turnip, eggplant, cucumber, wax gourd etc. Generally used spices were salt, spring onion, a fennel seed, chinese pepper, dried skin of citrus fruit, etc, and red pepper were used as a whole or shredding red pepper or in the form of grinded pepper. During the 19th century perfection of the combined spices chimchae method where salt-fermented seafood and raw seafoods and basic spices are mixed was accomplished, in addition to the method of preserving vegetables with salt. As a result it can be said that a very unique Kimchi was produced in the aspect of preserving method, usage of ingredients, in nutritional function. Kimchi culture established during the 19th century is the most developed form of Kimchi producing method that has been progressively inherited for 3000 years and a further in depth research into its value and re-focusing of Kimchi is necessary.

      • 旋削時 떨림振動抑制用 動吸振器에 관한 硏究

        This searched for conditions of the optimum absorber to eliminate the chatter vibration by the computer and its effects were confirmed experimentally. The results are as follows. 1. The amplitude ratio of workpiece according to mass ratio was obtained in the optimum absorber by computer. 2. The forced frequency ratio at maximum amplitude ratio according to mass ratio was obtained in the optimum absorber by computer. 3. By direct contact between workpiece and absorber the effects on the elimination of chatter vibration were confirmed.

      • Kant의 道德法則에 關한 小考

        Kant's moral law must have an absolute universality. Then his moral law disapproves all kinds of external desire such as pleasure and happiness-a posterior facts. It calls such things as done only with conciousness of pure duty good and virtuous. We can behave conformably to our duty with the conciousness of our self-interest. Kant, however, says that though such an act is not against duty, it can hardly be called to be moral because, though conformable to our duty, it is not from our duty. In view of Kant, an act conducted by duty is the precondition to be moral. Kant's moral law exists if all external desires are excluded when the subjective and objective principles meet automatically. This thesis reviews the meanings of freedom, imperative, ought and duty which are indispensable to the composition of Kant's moral law, and explains and criticize the moral law based on the above terms. This paper is an attempt to study on an aspect of Kant's moral philosophy.
