        A research on the introducing the waterproof corrugated cardboard box for the efficient shipment of chinese cabbages and radishes: Focusing on Garak-dong wholesale market as the center

        It is possible to use pallet for forwarding as chinese cabbages and radishes are general large-scale trading items at the agricultural wholesale market though, however, most of these are forwarded as it have packed in net bags or in P·E bags. Thus, it is still hard for palletizing. The type of packing the product in the net bag makes it difficult for palletizing. It is not a stable shape enough and easily collapsed for pallet loading. Because of this collapsibility, the corrugated cardboard box is being used to enhance forwarding efficiency, but the existing corrugated cardboard box could be crushed easily by moist what is from the agricultural product’s property and it also could be squashed by the mass of the loaded box layers on itself. In contrary, the functional waterproof corrugated cardboard box is not collapsed through palletizing and it is efficient for product management with it’s ventilation function in respond to pre-cooling effect. Furthermore, because it has various functional shapes as the open type, the partition type and so on, it is effective for maintaining freshness of the product and standardizing the distribution of agricultural product. It is well-known that it is possible to introduce this box to cargo-works of agricultural product. Consequently, the recognition of main distributors about the pallet distribution of the chinese cabbage and the radish was apprehended in this study for activating mechanization of loading and unloading. The survey was conducted to the main distributors such as the forwarder, the auction dealer and the commission merchant with Garak-dong wholesale market as the center. The appropriate packing materials and problems of the existing method for loading and unloading were derived through the survey. Especially, it was focused on analyzing the difference of recognition between the subject groups for the way of using waterproof cardboard corrugated box to deal with the difficult product for packing in normal corrugated box because of the box’s absorption of moist from the agricultural product like a chinese cabbage and a radish. Total In the cases of the forwarders and the commission merchants, the net was highly responded as 45%, 74% from each groups for the best packing material for mechanization of distribution and the waterproof corrugated cardboard box was responded as 20%, 22% from each groups as much preferable than multi-stage wooden box. However, for the radish, the waterproof corrugated cardboard box was the best material as 56%, and the auction trader group supported it for 80%. So, the using the waterproof corrugated cardboard box for mechanization of distribution was negative for the chinese cabbage, but it was positive for the radish. The average was 2.42, the standard deviation was 1.24. The negative response(about 55%) was prevailing more than positive response( about 23%). It could be analyzed that even there was the positive recognition for using the waterproof corrugated cardboard box for the radish though the preference for low price of net bag in the chinese cabbage forwarding procedure. Still now, it seems that is a burden for using the waterproof corrugated cardboard box with high price. In the analysis on the recognition differences about using the waterproof corrugated cardboard box for the chinese cabbages and the radish between the forwarders and the commission merchants, generally the negative recognition was prevailing, but the forwarders( 2.696) were more positive for using the waterproof corrugated cardboard box than the commission merchants(2.145).

        프로파일기반의 FLD와 단계적 분류를 이용한 감성 인식 기법

        본 논문에서는 피셔 선형 분리(FLD Fisher's Linear Discriminant) 기반의 단계적 분류를 이용한 감성 인식 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 2종 이상의 감성에 대한 다중 클래스 분류 문제에 대하여 이진 분류 모델의 연속적인 결합을 통해 단계적 분류 모델을 구성함으로써 복잡도 높은 특징 공간상의 다수의 감성 클래스에 대한 분류 성능을 향상시킨다. 이를 위하여 각 계층 단계의 학습에서는 감성 클래스들로 이루어진 두 개의 클래스 그룹에 따라 피셔 선형분리 공간을 구성하며 구성된 공간상에서 Adaboost 방식을 이용하여 이진 분류 모델을 학습하여 생성한다. 각 계층 단계의 학습 과정은 모든 감성 클래스가 구분이 완료되는 시점까지 반복 수행된다. 본 논문에서는 MIT 생체 신호 프로파일을 이용하여 제안하는 기법을 실험하였다. 실험 결과 8종의 감성에 대한 분류 실험을 통해 약 72%의 분류 성능을 확인하였고 특정 3종의 감성에 대한 분류 실험을 통해 약 93% 분류 성능을 확인하였다. In this paper we proposed the method of emotion recognition using staged classification model and Fisher's linear discriminant. By organizing the staged classification model the proposed method improves the classification rate on the Fisher's feature space with high complexity. The staged classification model is achieved by the successive combining of binary classification model which has simple structure and high performance. On each stage it forms Fisher's linear discriminant according to the two groups which contain each emotion class and generates the binary classification model by using Adaboost method on the Fisher's space. Whole learning process is repeatedly performed until all the separations of emotion classes are finished. In experimental results the proposed method provides about 72% classification rate on 8 classes of emotion and about 93% classification rate on specific 3 classes of emotion.

        Studies on Activation Mechanism of a Mitomycin Dimer, 7-N,7'-N'- (1'',2''-dithiepanyl-3'',7''-dimethylenyl)bismitomycin C

        We report the studies on nucleophilic activation and DNA alkylation of a cyclic disulfide mitomycin dimer, 7-N,7'-N'-(1'',2''-dithiepanyl-3'',7''-dimethylenyl)bismitomycin C (6) along with a diol mitomycin dimer, 7-N,7'-N'-(2'',6''-dihydroxy-1'',7''-heptanediyl)bismitomycin C (7). We wished to see if disulfide mitomycin 6 undergoes efficient nucleophilic activation and corresponding formation of DNA interstrand cross-link (DNA ISC) products compared to diol mitomycin 7. Mitomycin 6 is a dimer connected by a seven-membered cyclic disulfide (a 1,2-dithiepane) linker, and mitomycin 7 is also a dimer containing 2,6-dihydroxyheptane linker that was employed as a reference one to identify the effect of disulfide unit in 6. Through kinetic studies using solvolysis reaction, we found that 6 underwent much faster nucleophilic activation by Et3P compared to 7, and that the enhanced activation rates were induced by the disulfide unit in 6. These findings led us to propose a nucleophilic activation mechanism for 6. We further demonstrated that 6 produced much higher levels of DNA ISC (86%) by the action of Et3P compared with 7 (5%) and 1 (4%). Therefore, we have concluded that 6 was highly efficient for nucleophilic activation and DNA ISC formation due to the key role of cyclic disulfide unit in 6.

        Design and Synthesis of New Mitomycin Dimers Containing a Seven-Membered Cyclic Disulfide and a Diol Linkers

        We report the design and synthesis of two new mitomycin dimers, 7-N,7'-N'-(1'',2''-dithiepanyl-3'',7''-dimethylenyl)bismitomycin C (8) and 7-N,7'-N'-(2'',6''-dihydroxy-1'',7''-heptanediyl)bismitomycin C (9). Mitomycins 8 and 9 are dimers connected by a seven-membered cyclic disulfide (a 1,2-dithiepane) and a 2,6-dihydroxyheptane linkers, respectively. Mitomycin 8 was designed to undergo efficient nucleophilic activation and following alkylation to give DNA adducts such as DNA interstrand cross-link (DNA ISC) adducts. The key moiety in 8 is a seven-membered cyclic disulfide linker that can generate two thiol groups in a molecule through disulfide cleavage. The two thiols can serve as probes to activate two mitomycin rings by intramolecular cyclization to quinone rings. The mitomycin 8 was synthesized using mitomycin A (1) and the key intermediate, cyclic disulfide 11 that was prepared through a nine-step synthetic sequence from 1,6-heptadiene (12). The diol mitomycin 9 was also synthesized from 1 and diamine salt 15.

        사거리 등에 설치된 교통 카메라는 도로상에 이동하는 차량과 사람에 대한 모든 정보를 영상으로 포함하고 있으며, 도시의 도처에 설치된 카메라로부터 수집되는 다양한 정보들이 안전한 도시를 위해 중요한 교통정보 인프라의 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나 인력에 의해 모든 정보를 계속적으로 감시하는 한계가 있으며, 다양한 복합적 이상 상황을 파악하는 것은 불가능하였다. 최근 기술의 발전으로 교통 카메라 모니터링 시스템들이 딥러닝 기반의 영상 인식 기술들과 결합하기 위해 다양한 연구가 시도되고 있다. 이 논문은 딥러닝 기반의 교통 영상 분석과 시간 통계 분석 가시화 방안을 제안하고 있다. 교통 카메라에서 수집되는 영상을 딥러닝 기술을 이용하여 인식하고, 이 인식한 정보들을 시간상에서 통계적으로 가시화 함으로서 교통정보 관련 의사결정권자가 일반적인 딥러닝 인식 모니터링 시스템에서 파악할 수 없는 다양한 정보를 분석할 수 있다는 점에서 다른 시스템과 차별성이 있다.

        배추의 유통실태 분석과 물류체계 효율화 방안

        국민의 식탁에서 먹거리 원재료 중 하나인 배추·무와 같은 엽근채류 생산은 재배규모(파종면적·경작관리)와 수확기 배추가격의 예측에 의한 작목선택과 규모설정보다는 주로 전기의 배추가격에 기초하거나 파종시 농민의 주관적 판단과 경험에 의존해 재배하다보니 식재면적의 증감 폭이 크고, 기상여건에 따라 생산량 변동이 심하여 수급불안과 가격 급등락이 주기적으로 반복되는 경향이 있다. 2010년 작황부진에 따른 배추, 상추, 열무와 같은채소류 가격의 폭등에 따른 소비자 지출의 증대, 지난 1999년부터 2009년까지와 2011년의 배추 값은 생산원가도 되지 않는 저가격으로 산지폐기 된 양이 막대하며, 이에 따라 재배의 근간이 흔들리고 생산의욕의 저하를 야기하는 등 배추를 재배하는 농업인의 최대 현안이며 과제가 되고 있다. This study is to analyze farmers` shipping pattern of Chinese cabbages from Dangjin Province. It focuses on logistics efficiency and system improvement in forwarding cabbages from Dangjin Province to Garak Wholesale Market. For this study, agro-logistics department of Seoul Agricultural & Marine Products Corporation researched shipping channel from Dangjin province to Garak Wholesale Market. This study provides problems and improvement in logistics system and augmentation of supply capacity through analysis of the production cost, logistics cost and system for radish and Chinese cabbages. First of all, too expensive distribution cost results in an abnormal situation that the ratio of the farm`s side(production cost) among the price is forced to be much less than the ratio of distribution cost. These include ① insufficient mechanical loading within wholesale markets, ② high empty vehicle transferring rate, ③ low processing at the farm, ④ low stockpile rate and insufficient cold transportation, ⑤ delayed logistics within wholesale market, and low joint logistics rates. Given these, in case of the wholesale market distribution, it is advisable that ① to introduce the posting price system of Chinese cabbages ② to expand agro-SCM for fostering of food processing business and enhance of transport efficiency through high processing of radish and Chinese cabbages(simplification of Agricultural logistics standard, planning in product and shipping of agricultural products) ③ to reduce logistics cost by revitalization of the shuttle and linkup transportation and the shipping scale-up projects using heavy traffic of 25ton ④ to reduce logistics cost by joint purchasing in procuring for farm materials ⑤ to introduce consistent mechanical loading developed between production and consumption ⑥ to build complex logistics facilities offering many items of logistics equipments including cold preservation, pre-cooling, refrigeration vehicle ⑦ to build efficient parcel collection and delivery systems at Chinese cabbages-producing district

        Prediction Model for Hourly Soil Temperature by Soil Depth to Irrigated Sandy Loam Soil in Greenhouse

        The soil temperature in the greenhouse reacts differently with changes of soil temperature affected by the outside temperature because it is heated in winter or cooled in summer to maintain the temperature. This study was conducted to analyze the changes of soil temperature by soil depth in the greenhouse and to create a model to predict soil temperature. As a result of measuring and analyzing from December 13, 2019, to May 28, 2020, the average soil temperature was lowest in January, and then continuously increased from February to May. The amplitude, which is the difference between the highest and lowest soil temperature, tends to decrease by the depth increases from 0-10㎝ to 50-60㎝. This tendency to decrease could be expressed as a function of exponential decrease by soil depth. As a result of comparison with the Fourier series and sinusoidal function models, the sinusoidal model shows statistically the same value with the Fourier series model and is more useful. However, since the sinusoidal function model is less accurate in predicting temperature change with a slope, a corrected model that can reflect the temperature change slope was required. As a result of the analysis, the following model could be used. [수식은 본문 참조] where, f(χ) is soil temperature, A₀ is initial temperature, An is amplitude, T is period, ø is phase, χ is time. This is a model in which a sine wave function representing periodicity is combined with a quadratic function that can take into account the slope of temperature change. If the quadratic function coefficient is positive, it can simulate the tendency to increase and decrease when the coefficient is negative. This model generally well-simulate soil temperature by soil depth during the measured period. The significance of this study is to analyze and predict the soil temperature in the greenhouse. Besides, the advantage of being able to take into account the gradient of temperature change can be used to predict soil temperature under outdoor conditions.
