      • CMV 질환의 면역치료법 개발에 대한 최신지견

        Cytomegalovirus (CMV) reactivation in immunocompromised patients such as those undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) and those with HIV infections can cause severe morbidity and mortality despite treatment with appropriate anti-viral agents. The recovery of CMV specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) plays an important role in the reconstitution of CMV specific immunity in immunocompromised patients. Recent studies have reported that CMV reactivation could be successfully treated by adoptive transfer of CMV specific T cell clones from CMV seropositive donors expanded in uitro with CMV infected fibroblasts or lysates of CMV infected cells. Other studies have used immune dominant CMV proteins or peptides to expand CMV-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes. This review contains clinical manifestation of CMV disease in immunocompromised patients, recent advances of antiviral therapy for CMV disease, the principle of induction of cellular immune response to CMV and clinical application of CMV immunotherapy.

      • 전자식 선하증권의 운용에 따른 문제점에 관한 연구

        Even if the purpose and functions of electronic Bills of Lading are the same as those of traditional B/L, the characteristics of media used for electronic Bills of Lading are different from those of traditional B/L in nature to have different technical operative features and legal effects. In this research, what the cause of the crisis of bills of lading is, what kinds of methods are introduced in electronic Bills of Lading to have the same functions as traditional B/L, and how the relationship between electronic Bills of Lading and related laws is formed were surveyed from commercial and legal aspects. To secure the function as document of title and the transferability of electronic Bills of Lading, various electronic Bills of Lading were studied and the Bolero system, succeeded in its commercialization mainly in Europe, was introduced. The Bolero electronic Bills of Lading operated on the Bolero system realized the essential operative functions of traditional B/L. Some of these are the receipt document of products, the evidence of the transportation contract of products and securities enabling the transfer of ownership etc. In addition, traditional transaction processes can be realized more rapidly without damaging the legal effectiveness in electronic Transactions. However, the Bolero is far from perfect. There are several problems in its practical usage. These problems can be reviewed from legal and practical aspects, respectively.

      • e-UCP의 실무상 문제점 및 개선방안

        Lately, the electronic trade transaction has been getting prominent by developing internet trade. In the Letters of Credit transactions, the issuing, advising and amending of Letters of Credit has been performed by EDI system. Further, the settlement of Letters of Credit is completed by SWIFT system. Now, the surrounding circumstances of International Trade made it birth that all documents would be made by the electronic documents including Bolero Bills of Lading as well as Letters of Credit.. Therefore, in the field of electronic trade for the Letters of Credit, the necessity of new rules supplementing for UCP 500 should have been required. For this, I.C.C Banking Technical Committee decided to make task force team to formulate new rule of electronic trade on the behalf of UCP 500. They made a new rule, e-UCP, and supplemented UCP500 since April 1, 2002. In this study, I tried to explain each paragraph of eUCP and investigate the problems in applying these rules to actual field. I also present appropriate methods for solving these problems. First, I explained the distinctive characteristics of eUCP and the relationships with UCP 500. Second, I also described the effects that can apply the eUCP in the practical field. Finally, the method of this study is to refer the articles and books concerning these topics and the relating sections of eUCP and UCP 500. I hope this study would be helpful to the scholars in academy and the practitioners in business world.

      • Mitigation of Common Law Liabilities on the Charterparty, Bill of Lading incorporated

        용선계약서에 근거하여 선하증권이 발행되거나 일국의 국내법에 헤이그비스비 국제조약을 채택하거나 선하증권이 용선계약에 직접 관련되지 않는 경우 선주 또는 운송인은 과실에 의하지 않은 한 책임으로부터 벗어나게된다. (헤이그 비스비 규칙 10조와 3조 1항의 유권해석에 근거함). 반면, 용선계약이 전혀 선하증권과 관련되어 있지 않는 한 선주와 운송인은 비록 과실이 없다할지라도 이를 입증하는 노력이 허용되지 않는다. 즉 Common Law 의 엄격책임은 선하증권에 용선계약을 편입(Incorporation)하거나 국제조약(헤이그 비슷비 규칙)과 이러한 국제규칙을 국내법에 채택함으로서 완화될 수 있다. 선주와 운송인의 감항성의무가 Common Law하에서 엄격책임이 요구되지만 후자의 경우에는 통상적인 주의의무가 요구된다는 것이 대표적인 예가 될 수 있다.

      • 초등학교 과학 교육 과정 시안에 대한 연구

        The aims of this tentative plan are to make student understand science as inquiry and to cultivate in them the ability to approach and solve problems scientifically. The plan's syllabus is based upon recommendations and guidelines drawn up by the educators and educational administrators who participated in a conference on science education reform held at Kyung Pook National University in May 1970 under the auspices of the KNU Science Curriculum Research Institute. The educational materials to be used in carrying out the tentative plan were prepared by the faculties of science education department at KNU and by teachers in the university's Attached Primary School. The prepared materials were piloted and adapted in the KNU Attached Primary School and in the Shin Chun Primary school.The materials consist of students workbook,experimental apparatus and teacher's guides. The students workbook is written so that the student can teach themselves,learning directly through their own activities, while the teacher acts in an auxiliary role by providing hints and suggestions.The six-year syllabus is comprised of fifty-four units which require 620 class-hours to teach systematically. To date, the piloting and adaptation of five units for the first, six for the second and four for the third grade have been completed. The main findings of the pilot program to date are as follows: ⑴ The method of teaching by student experimentation can be applied successfully without a special laboratory room even in classes containing as many as eighty students. ⑵ Students engaged in inquiry-method learning responded favorably to it, showing great interest and enthusiam as they performed the experiments. ⑶ Even children in the lower primary grades were able to observe, experiment, derive results and examine their results satisfactorily, although their intuitive ability was rather weak. ⑷ On the average, an item took about twice as many calss-hours to teach by the inquiry method as it would take if taught by the convenional method wherein the teacher simply delivers knowledge to the students.

      • 개질된 NiO-TiO₂촉매상에서의 1-부텐의 이성화반응

        The coprecipitate of Ni(OH)_2-Ti(OH)_4 was prepared by adding aqueous ammonia slowly into a mixed solution of nickel chloride and titanium chloride until the pH of mother liquor reached about 8. The precipitate Ti(OH)_4 was also perpared as above method using only titanium chloride solution. The dried sample was powdered 100mesh below and the 2g of powdered sample was treated with the solution of H_2SO_4, H_3PO_4, H_3BO_3, and H_2SeO_4. They were used as catalyst after decomposing at different evacuation temperature for 1.5hr. The time course of isomerization was in agreement with the first order rate law. NiO-TiO_2 modified with H_2SO_4 exhibited the highest catalytic activity for the 1-butene isomerization. The order of catalytic activity for the above reaction was found to be NiO-TiO_2/SO_4^-2>NiO-TiO_2/PO_4^-3>NiO-TiO_2/BO_3^-3>NiO-TiO_2/SeO_4^-2. TiO_2 modified with anions exhibited the same order catalytic activity as NiO-TiO_2. The order of catalytic activity of modified catalysts was in agreement with that of acid strength of catalysts, where the acid strength was examined by a color change method using Hammett indicators.

      • 에틸렌 重合을 위한 산화크롬-시리카 觸媒

        The Chromium catalysts supported on silica for ethylene polymerization were prepared by mixing, impregnation, and coprecipitation methods and their catalytic activities were examined. As a consequence, it was found that both of co-precipitated and impregnated catalysts were very active, but mixed catalyst exhibited little catalytic activity. Co-precipitated and impregnated catalysts showed maximum polymerization activity under evacuation at 600℃ for 1 hr. The active site responsible for ethylene polymerization was proved to be Cr^3+ion, as evidenced by the relationship between variation of catalytic activity and CO reduction time, the color change in reduced catalyst, and the infrared spectra of adsorbed nitric oxide. The rates of polymerization were first order in ethylene pressure and the activation energy between - 40 and 0˚ was 0.32KJ/mol. On varing the ethylene pressure a linear relationship was found between catalytic activity and pressure. The catalyst was poisoned with sodium ion and its activity decreased with increase in the amount of sodium ion until 20 ppm.

      • 初等學校 科學敎育課程에 關한 硏究 : Development of Units for 4th, 5th, and 6th Grade

        In 1971, units for 4th, 5th, and 6th grade, which are followed by those developed in 1970, have been developed. Those units have been piloted in the Attached Primary School of Gyeong Bug National University, and revised as a result of these trials. They are "Electricity and Matter", "Battery and Bulb", and "Position and Motion" for 4th grade, "Force and Motion", "Absorption of Light", "Microscope and Living Thing" for 5th grade, and "Sun and Seasons", "Current and Magnetism" and "Chemical Phenomena" for 6th grade. Every unit have been designed in such a way that the successful results are to be obtained through children's experimental activities. The achievement of the children's activities have been graded with the test battery developed by the Science Curriculum Research Institute. Generally specking, the children were eager to explore the nature by their own experiments, and they were able to perform the planned experiments with success. The learning activities basing on the inquiry method was effective in cultivating the ability and the attitude toward investigating, and in understanding the nature.

        본 논문에서는 FPLMTS(Future Public Land Mobile Telecommunications System)의 구조를 분석하고, 이의 보안 측면의 특성을 분석하며, 기존의 이동통신시스템에서의 GSM과 USDC 방식의 여러 문제점을 분석한 후, 공개키 암호 방식을 적용한 FPLMTS에서의 효율적인 인증과 키 분배 방식을 제시한다.
