      • Evaluation on Home Fitness and Community Sports Activities Based on Network Survey

        With the gradual popularization of the network, the national fitness campaign should apply the developed network system, and provide the scientific method of fitness. In recent years, home fitness and community sports promotes the popularization of the national fitness program, and become the mainstream way of fitness. In this paper, the authors construct the evaluation system of community sports activities by using network survey. The result shows that “community sports service system” is the most important factor in primary indicators; the weight is 0.2906; while “socialization degree of community sports”, “residents’ sports science literacy” and “sports family” are also the important indicators. At the same time, sports features and consumption are the key factors of home fitness. On this basis, the author puts forward

      • Finite element simulation for investigation on thermal post-buckling of geometrically imperfect GOP-reinforced beam

        In this paper, a finite element (FE) simulation has been provided for investigation on thermal post-buckling of geometrically imperfect beams reinforced with graphene oxide powders (GOPs). To this end, a higher-order refined beam theory has been utilized to model the reinforced beam with uniform and non-uniform GOP content. Thus, the employed FE simulation contains a refined beam element in which shear deformations have been considered. Therefore, the degrees of freedom due to both bending and shear displacements have been included. It is also considered that the beam is in thermal environment leading to the thermal buckling at elevated temperatures. The first buckling mode shape of the beam has been considered as the geometrically imperfect configuration. The calculated post-buckling loads of a GOP-reinforced beam are shown to be dependent on several factors including graphene oxide volume, graphene oxide distribution, geometry imperfectness and also center deflection.

        Research on a Point Cloud Registration Method of Mobile Laser Scanning and Terrestrial Laser Scanning

        Mobile laser scanning can quickly and dynamically obtain a wide range of urban scene point clouds. However, due to factors such as occlusion and field of view limitation, it needs to be supplemented by terrestrial laser scanning. The acquisition methods and data quality of mobile point clouds and terrestrial point clouds are quite different, the target of urban scene point clouds is complex and diverse, and the corresponding feature is difficult to extract, so the point cloud fusion is difficult. To this end, a point cloud registration method of mobile and terrestrial scanning based on the target features of artificial ground objects is proposed. Firstly, the data features of mobile laser scanning point clouds and terrestrial laser scanning point clouds are analyzed, and the point clouds are diluted with equal density. Then, the artificial ground objects are extracted as the registration primitives to reduce the scene complexity, and the features of urban scenes and the features of point cloud eigenvalues and principal curvature attributes are analyzed. Combined with the octree voxel index, the multi-scale key point extraction method is constructed to extract the multi-scale key points of registration primitives. Finally, the key point constraint is used to improve the deficiencies of 4PCS (4-Points Congruent Sets) algorithm and ICP (Iterative Closest Point) algorithm to complete the registration of mobile and terrestrial point clouds in different road scenes. Experiments show that the point cloud registration accuracy can reach 2.6 cm, which provides a feasible method for high precision fusion of multi-platform laser point clouds.

      • Experimental seismic behavior of RC special-shaped column to steel beam connections with steel jacket

        The seismic performance of the reinforced concrete (RC) special-shaped column to steel beam connections with steel jacket used in the RC column to steel beam fabricated frame structures was investigated in this study. The three full-scale specimens were subjected to cyclic loading. The failure mode, ultimate bearing capacity, shear strength capacity, stiffness degradation, energy dissipation capacity, and strain distribution of the specimens were studied by varying the steel jacket thickness parameters. Test results indicate that the RC special-shaped column to steel beam connection with steel jacket is reliable and has excellent seismic performance. The hysteresis curve is full and has excellent energy dissipation capacity. The thickness of the steel jacket is an important parameter affecting the seismic performance of the proposed connections, and the shear strength capacity, ductility, and initial stiffness of the specimens improve with the increase in the thickness of the steel jacket. The calculation formula for the shear strength capacity of RC special-shaped column to steel beam connections with steel jacket is proposed on the basis of the experimental results and numerical simulation analysis. The theoretical values of the formula are in good agreement with the experimental values.

        Under certain rather weak size conditions assumed on the kernels, some weighted norm inequalities for singular integral operators, related maximal operators, maximal truncated singular integral operators and Marcinkiewicz integral operators in nonisotropic setting will be shown. These weighted norm inequalities will enable us to obtain some vector valued inequalities for the above operators.

        Modeling and Simulation of Scheduling Medical Materials Using Graph Model for Complex Rescue

        A new medical materials scheduling system and its modeling method for the complex rescue are presented. Different from other similar system, first both the BeiDou Satellite Communication System (BSCS) and theSpecial Fiber-optic Communication Network (SFCN) are used to collect the rescue requirements and thelocation information of disaster areas. Then all these messages will be displayed in a special medical softwareterminal. After that the bipartite graph models are utilized to compute the optimal scheduling of medicalmaterials. Finally, all these results will be transmitted back by the BSCS and the SFCN again to implement afast guidance of medical rescue. The sole drug scheduling issue, the multiple drugs scheduling issue, and thebackup-scheme selection issue are all utilized: the Kuhn-Munkres algorithm is used to realize the optimalmatching of sole drug scheduling issue, the spectral clustering-based method is employed to calculate theoptimal distribution of multiple drugs scheduling issue, and the similarity metric of neighboring matrix isutilized to realize the estimation of backup-scheme selection issue of medical materials. Many simulationanalysis experiments and applications have proved the correctness of proposed technique and system.

        A note on multilinear pseudo-differential operators and iterated commutators

        This paper gives a sparse domination for the iterated commutators of multilinear pseudo-differential operators with the symbol $\sigma$ belonging to the H\"ormander class, and establishes the quantitative bounds of the Bloom type estimates for such commutators. Moreover, the $C_p$ estimates for the corresponding multilinear pseudo-differential operators are also obtained.

        Tourism Destination Recommender System for the Cold Start Problem

        With the advent and popularity of e-commerce, an increasing number of consumers prefer to order tourism products online. A recommender system can help these users contend with information overload; however, such a system is affected by the cold start problem. Online tourism destination searching is a more difficult task than others on account of its more restrictive factors. In this paper, we therefore propose a tourism destination recommender system that employs opinion-mining technology to refine user preferences and item opinion reputations. These elements are then fused into a hybrid collaborative filtering method by combining user- and item-based collaborative filtering approaches. Meanwhile, we embed an artificial interactive module in our recommender system to alleviate the cold start problem. Compared with several well-known cold start recommendation approaches, our method provides improved recommendation accuracy and quality. A series of experimental evaluations using a publicly available dataset demonstrate that the proposed recommender system outperforms existing recommender systems in addressing the cold start problem.
