In recent years, gonorrhea has been pandemic and remains one of the most common STDs in the world, especially in developing countries. For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria gonorrhoeae(PPNG), we have been trying to study the patients who have visited the Venereal Disease Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by menas of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. In 1998, 93 strians of N. genorrhoeae were isolated, among which 60(64.5%) were PPNG. The prevalence of PPNG in Seoul, which had been decreased to 39% in 1996 after a peak of 74.3% in 1993, is increased to 64.5% in 1998.

2016년 3월 31일부터 7월 31일까지 서울특별시 서초구 서초동에 위치한 서울고등학교 교정 일대를 서울고등학교 환경생물부 부원들이 채집 조사한 결과 20과 43속 53종의 거미가 조사 연구되어 이에 보고하는 바이다. From March 31st to July 31st in 2016, members of an environmental biology club at Seoul High School located in Seocho-gu, Seoul, Dae-Hee Kim, Dong-Woo Park, Jae-Woong Seo and Hyun-woo Lee, collected 20 families 43 genera 53 species of spiders and report the result of the study here.

1990년대 후반 이후 항공운송시장의 자유 경쟁 체제하에 더욱 치열하게 전개된 국제 항공운송산업의 시장질서와 환경은 항공사 간 경쟁 구도를 심화시키는 가운데 미국과 유럽지역을 중심으로 항공사 간 제휴(Airline Alliances)라는 글로벌 동맹체가 본격적으로 출범하였고 현재까지 확대되어 왔다. 노선망 확대, 기존 시장지배력 강화, 비용 절감 및 서비스 향상 등의 공동목표를 위하여 소모적인 경쟁 관계보다는 이해관계를 함께하는 항공사들 간에 협력 관계를 도모하면서 소위 말하는 ‘경쟁적 협력관계(Coopetition)’를 구축하였다. 이와 같은 항공사 간의 제휴 협력 비즈니스는 단순한 마케팅 제휴(Commercial Alliance)를 넘어 전략적 제휴(Strategic Alliance)로 더욱 진화되면서 항공사 간의 철저한 신뢰를 바탕으로 상호 협력을 극대화하기 위하여 자본적 결합, 비용공유 및 수익 배분을 추구하는 가장 강한 제휴의 형태인 조인트 벤처(Joint Venture) 운영으로 전개되었다. 항공사 간 조인트 벤처 운영은 2010년을 전후하여 세계 주요 거점 대형 항공사들 간에 본격적으로 진행되었고 저비용 항공사의 야심찬 성장 등과 같은 급변하는 항공시장 환경과 여러 위협요인에 탄력적으로 대응하고 있다. 조인트 벤처 운영은 공급자와 수요자(소비자) 모두의 편익이 충족되고 증진되어야만 하는 동시에 조인트 벤처 참여 항공사 간의 경영환경과 조직역량이 확보되고, 상호 확고한 신뢰 관계를 토대로 유기적인 협력시스템을 갖추어야 그 운영 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 이를 통하여 조인트 벤처 참여 항공사는 경쟁우위 원천을 더욱 확립하고 경영혁신의 새로운 패러다임을 구축하면서 시장 환경변화에 따른 시장지배력 강화, 노선공유와 확대, 안정적 수익창출과 수익성 개선, 저비용 실현 및 지속가능경영을 위한 전략적 선택과 대안이라는 의의를 찾아 볼 수 있다.

항공사 서비스 품질 평가에 관한 연구

글로벌 관광시대의 저변 확대와 국제항공운송시장 성장은 시장논리와 조류에 따른 항공자유화(Open Sky) 트랜드의 확산과 함께 항공수요와 공급의 냉정한 수급원리에 따른 항공사들 간의 치열한 경쟁을 가속화 시키고 있으며 항공사의 서비스 경쟁 또한 더욱 고도화 되고 있다. 한편 가격지향(price oriented)승객들을 목표시장으로 하는 저비용항공사(LCC)의 지속적인 성장은 가격경쟁력과 공격적인 마케팅을 기반으로 특히 중, 단거리 국제선 시장에서 일반대형항공사(FSC)의 시장점유율을 잠식하며 더욱 약진하고 있다. 이와 같은 현재의 항공운송시장상황에서 일반대형항공사는 노선 수익성(route profitability) 대비, 서비스 전략과 서비스 품질에 대한 제고가 더욱 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 또한 관광서비스산업 관점으로서의 항공사는 고품질, 차별화된 항공서비스 품질 추구를 통한 고객만족 실현이 경쟁우위의 지표로 작용하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서비스 품질 개념과 서비스 품질 평가와 측정의 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 항공사 서비스의 특성을 파악하고 대 고객 서비스 전략에 따른 항공사 서비스 품질 평가 구성내용 및 현황을 고찰하였다. 이를 통하여 항공사 서비스 품질의 평가와 가치를 제고하는 동시에 항공 운송서비스 품질 전반의 실무적 시사점을 도출하고자 한다.

마늘의 Candida sp. 에 對한 抗菌作用에 關해서

In the previous communication, the growth inhibitory action of garlic on C. albicans was reported and discussed about the candida distribution of Korean people. In the present study, the inhibitory and lethal effects of garlic on candida sp. were studied further detail and the resistance of oral candida sp. isolated from various age groups, to garlic was examined. (1) The growth inhibitory and lethal concentration of garlic juice on standard candida sp. were differ according to the species, however 0.1-0.2% concentraion of garlic juice in Sabouraud media inhibit the growth and 0.6-1.2% concertration of garlic juice exhibit a lethal effect on cardida sp. within 12 hours. (2) The resistance formation or a difference of resistance level of the isolated strain from various age group were not found and candida sp. seems to be not form resistance easily against garlic.

Background : In recent years gonorrhoea has been panendemic and remains one of the most common Sexually Transmitted Diseases in the world, especially in developing countries. Objective & Method : For the detection of a more effective therapeutic regimen and assessing the prevalence of Penicillinase Producing Neisseria Gonorrhoeae(PPNG), Ive have been trying to study the patients who have visited the VD Clinic of Choong-Ku Public Health Center in Seoul since 1980 by means of the chromogenic cephalosporin method. Results : In 1994, 168 strains of N. gonorrhoeae were isolated, among which 109 (64,9% ) were PPNG. Conclustion : Our results suggests that the prevalence of PPNG in Seoul is still increasing.

建물周圍의 2次元 流動場에 관한 數値解析

建物周圍를 지나가는 공기는 비나 눈 또는 굴뚝의 연기, 먼지 등을 운반하며, 建物內部의 通風시스템을 교란하고 建物의 冷暖房에도 영향을 끼친다. 따라서 本 硏究에서는 바람이 끼치는 영향을 조사하기 위해 간단한 사각형의 단면을 가지는 單一建物의 경우와 複數建物이 있는 경우의 2次元 流動場을 有限差分法으로 解析하였다. 이 硏究는 單一建物 周圍의 流動場 解析結果를 확장하여 複數建物周圍의 流動場을 解析하는데 主目的이 있다. 數値解析 結果, 單一建物인 경우에는 旣存의 實驗結果와 잘 一致하였으며, 複數建物인 경우에는 隣接한 建物의 높이 및 建物사이의 떨어진 거리에 따라 流動場은 큰 영향을 받음을 알 수 있다. Air around a building carries snow or chimney smoke and upsets the internal ventilation system through the infiltration effect. Therefore, infiltrated air affects the heating and cooling system directly. In order to investigate the effects of 2-dimensional wind, flow field over single building with rectangular shape has been analyzed by the finite difference method. The analysis has been extended to the case of two adjacent buildings. This study shows that the results of numerical analysis in single building coincide qualitatively with the earlier experimental results and in the case of two adjacent buildings, the height of backward building and the distance between building effects the flow field.

2002 아시안게임 평행봉 Basket To Handstand 동작의 국면별 운동학적 분석

This study examined the phase difference of kinematical variables how to the effects from the posture of switching hands to pose the last handstand are attained by the differences of situation physical varieties when performing 'Basket to Handstand'. The study was on 4 gymnasts who are participated in 2002 Asian Games and two cam corder which can capture 30frames/sec was used for photographing of movement. Through the 3-dimensional image analysis used 3-dimensional power, the following conclusions are acquired. 1. To increase the speed of vertical movement and enlarge the turning distance between arm and body by extending the shoulder joint during DS cause slow motion. It helps the vertical rise movement and the stable handstanding in the high position is possible. 2. To narrow the hip joint enlarging the angle of shoulder joint during DS control the horizontal movement and great vertical movement in LP phase. It helps ascending the body with bar, rebounding during US phase and stable motion in regrasp. 3. During US phase backward ascending motion with great hip and shoulder joint angle causing increasing vertical displacement smoothly with fast vertical velocity. It helps correctly stable stand on one, hand causing extending big joint. 4. During airborne phase the high position caused long airborne time and great vertical displacement helps stable stand on one, hand in regrasp. For long airborne time and great vertical displacement in airborne phase, therefore, it needed fast vertical velocity, shoulder, maximum extension, great rotation of arm and trunk in DS phase and fast vertical velocity causin g extending hip and shoulder joint in US phase.

스포츠센터의 서비스질과 고객만족 및 고객 충성도의 관계

This study was to analysis the relationship between service quality and consumer satisfaction, consumer loyalty in sport center. To attain the goal of the study described above paragraphs, the subject of this study were selected by cluster random sampling method. This study drew out and analyzed 682 people in total. The result of reliability check up was here below Cronbach' α = .85~.92. To analyze materials Reliability analysis, Correlation analysis, Multiple Regression analysis, Path analysis were used an statistic analysis techniques. The conclusion based on above study Method and the result of material analysis are here below. First, the service quality influences on consumer satisfaction. Second, the service quality influences on consumer loyalty. Third, the service quality does directly influences on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. Namely, consumer satisfaction is variable connection service quality and consumer loyalty.
