        만경대혁명학원 창립과 핵심인재양성에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 만경대혁명학원의 창립과 초기운영 및 발전과정을 살펴보고 핵심인재양성기관으로서 기능을 고찰하는데 목적이 있다. 1947년 10월 항일빨치산유자녀들을 돌보고 양육하기 위해 창립된 만경대혁명학원은 당의 전폭적인 지원을 받으며 유자녀양육기관으로 그 역할을 다졌으며 정치, 군사 분야의 핵심간부들을 배출해 왔다. 북한 당국은 당초 만경대혁명학원창립 준비위원회를 조직하여 국내·외에 흩어져있던 항일빨치산유자녀들을 일일이 찾아내 입학자격 여부를 심사하고, 학원건물을 건축과 교육시설 마련을 위한 지원을 하고, 적합한 교원을 선발하는 일을 맡도록 했다. 이 학원은 한국전쟁 이후에는 ‘애국렬사유자녀’, ‘대남침투요원유자녀’ 등에게도 입학자격을 확대했다. 만경대혁명학원출신들은 1960년대에는 북한 각 분야의 기술전문가로, 1970년대는 김정일의 후계자 승계과정에서 핵심 업무 담당자로 발탁돼 김정일체제 내내 그의 강력한 지지세력이었던 핵심간부로 활동했다. 이러한 사실은 만경대혁명학원이 다른 여타 역할과 함께 당·군·정의 핵심인재양성기관으로서 주요기능을 다하여 이들이 선군정치를 위한 인적토대 및 수령결사옹위세력이 되었음을 보여준다. The goal of this study is to examine the process of establishment and development of Mangyongdae Revolutionary School. A great majority of students at Mangyongdae Revolutionary School were children of anti-Japanese partisans who had been sacrificed during the struggle against Japanese rule in Korea. The original mission of Mangyongdae Revolutionary School was to provide these children with extensive care and education as a reward for their parents` anti-Japanese liberation movement. The extent of North Korean supports of Mangyongdae Revolutionary School is relatively unique. As a result, Mangyongdae Revolutionary school has developed as a major educational institution that has produced the most elite members of party, military and government and thus contributed to the solidification of the North Korean regime`s power. The North Korean government had organized the School Establishment Preparation Committee to search for the bereaved children scattered across the Korean peninsula and abroad. Moreover, the state has provided unlimited support in providing the school with needed personnel and facilities. Later, some of the children whose parents had been killed while fighting the Korean War and the children of espionage agents who were sent to the South were also admitted to Mangyongdae Revolutionary School. By the early 1960`s, it became a military institution that educated not only the next generation of leaders for the regime but also highly skilled experts in various fields of military affairs. They gave Kim Jung Il crucial support in his succession of power and rule and later served as basis for ``Military First`` politics. Political and military dimension includes roles and functions as a basis to secure Kim Jong Il`s position as the rightful heir to his father`s power and of his ``Military First`` politics. By fulfilling these roles and functions, Mangyongdae Revolutionary School has contributed to the consolidation of the North Korean regime.

      • BETWEEN FUZZY STRONG θ-CONTINUITY AND FUZZY WEAK θ-CONTINUITY

        Weaker and stronger forms of fuzzy continuous mappings on fuzzy topological spaces have been considered by many authors[1,3,4,7,8,11] by using the concept of q-coincidence. Recently, J.H. Park et al.[11] studied some characterizing theorems for fuzzy strong θ-continuity, fuzzy θ-continuity and fuzzy weakly θ-continuity in fuzzy topological spaces by using the concepts of fuzzy δ-closure[4] and fuzzy δ-closure[8]. In this paper, we study some properties of fuzzy strong θ-continuous, fuzzy almost strong θ-continuous and fuzzy weakly θ-continuous mapping by using the concepts of fuzzy δ-interior and fuzzy θ-interior, and investigate the relationships among them under suitably conditions.

        Bit-map-based Spatial Data Transmission Scheme

        This paper proposed bitmap based spatial data transmission scheme in need of rapid transmission through network in mobile environment that use and creation of data are frequently happen. Former researches that used clustering algorithms, focused on providing service using spatial data can cause delay since it doesn’t consider the transmission speed. This paper guaranteed rapid service for user by convert spatial data to bit, leads to more transmission of bit of MTU, the maximum transmission unit. In the experiment, we compared arithmetically default data composed of 16 byte and spatial data converted to bitmap and for simulation, we created virtual data and compared its network transmission speed and conversion time. Virtual data created as standard normal distribution and skewed distribution to compare difference of reading time. The experiment showed that converted bitmap and network transmission are 2.5 and 8 times faster for each.

        제3공화국과 제5공화국의 국가주의 스포츠정책 성향 비교

        The purpose of this study was to compare and analyse Korea`s nationalistic sports policies between the third and fifth republic governments. The result of this study was summarized as follows. The similarity of Korea`s nationalistic sports policies between them was (l)the policy of elite sports centered around national identity and nationalism, (2)the tendency of militarism-oriented sports, and (3)the use of sports for the justification of political power. Their difference was firstly that the third republic government enacted the Sports Promotion Act to build up the foundation of sports policy while the fifth republic government maximized the elite sports to invite both 1986 Asian Games and 1988 Seoul Olympic Games. Second, the third republic government put emphasis on school sports, and the fifth republic government on recreational sports. Third, the third government aimed toward anti-communist sports as military sports(To take a victory over all the competitions against North Korea) and the fifth government toward national unification & harmony-oriented sports(by organizing a joint-team). Fourth, the third government globalized Taekwondo, Korea`s national sport, to put national superiority into people(invention of tradition) while the fifth government reactivated Ssileum, Korea`s traditional sport, to provide a momentum for professional and recreational sports. During the ruling period of the third and fifth republic governments, for example, the most valuable and important sports-promoting policy is the school sports for the third government, and recreational sports for the fifth government. The national policy of sports should not select only one of elite sports and recreational sports. Because the school sports contribute to solidifying the foundation of both the elite sports and recreational sports, however, the proper execution of the school sports policy is able to not only provide an opportunity for people to enjoy a variety of sports, but create sports culture available to enhance the national living standard.

        유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크 환경 하에서 효율적인 에너지 절약형 프로토콜에 관한 연구

        기존의 센서 네트워크 연구들은 센서 자체가 가지는 에너지 측면만 강조하였다. 그러나 실제 센서 네트워크를 구성하였을 경우 특정 센서의 많은 활용으로 인해 센서 네트워크의 부분 단절을 초래한다. 이는 결국 센서네트워크가 오랜 시간 효율적으로 운영되지 못하는 단점이 되어 오히려 특정 센서 에너지 효율성이 센서 네트워크의 효율성을 저하시키는 결과를 초래하였다. 센서 네트워크들이 클러스터로 구성되었거나 하나의 큰 네트워크로 구성되어 있는 경우에도 센서의 에너지 효율성을 강조하기 때문에 결국 센서 네트워크의 단절을 회피할 수 없다. 따라서 센서 네트워크를 구성하는 모든 센서들을 고루 사용함으로써 센서 네트워크의 센서들이 단절을 회피하도록 하여 센서 네트워크의 수명을 연장할 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문은 유비쿼터스 환경에서 센서네트워크를 구성하는 프로토콜로 구성된 센서 네트워크의 에너지를 효율적으로 관리하여 센서 네트워크의 단절을 방지함으로써 구성된 센서 네트워크가 오랜 시간 유지되는 프로토콜을 제안한다. Existing sensor network studies have only emphasized energy aspects that sensors themselves had. But when an actual sensor network is established, biased use of a specific sensor may cause a partial disconnection of the sensor network. It becomes an disadvantage to fail efficient operation of the sensor network for a long time and energy efficiency of specific sensor energy causes to drop the efficiency of the sensor network. When a sensor network is composed of many clusters or made up of a large network, sensor network's disconnection cannot be avoided because they emphasize sensor's energy efficiency. Therefore, it was tried to lengthen the lifespan of the sensor network by making sensors in the sensor network avoid disconnection through even use of all the sensors composing of the sensor network. This article proposes a protocol to maintain a sensor network for a long time by preventing a sensor networks' disconnection through efficient management of sensor network energy composed of the protocols composing of the sensor network in ubiquitous environments.
