The aim of this paperis understanding for chinese costumes and collecting the basic materials in order to make a comparative study of East-West costumes through analyzing the costumes of the peoples West-North in China. This paper is studied on the basis of analyzing literature and pictures of chinese costume and depends on data through field which was researched by professor Cho, Oh Soon. This paper is made up of as follows: First, introduction Second, analyzing the costume of the minority people of West-North in China. Third, results and consideration. Forth, conclusion. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The basic patterns of traditional clothing in a lot of people was similar. 2. The material for clothes was selected and used according to a climate. 3. The common colors in a lot of peoples were red, black an dark blue, though there was a little difference among them. 4. The personal omaments were small, practical and symbolic.
L1210 암세포와 Cress seedlings assay를 이용한 식물의 세포돋성 검색

For the search of anticancer drugs from natural products, 12 plants were extracted with MeOH, petroleum ether, EtOAc and water. The obtained solvent extracts were screened for the cytotoxicity against L1210 cancer cells and cress seeds. Petroleum ether fraction of Sedum kamschaticum showed ED_(50) 3.29 μg/mL against L1210 cancer cells and petroleum ether fraction of Pseudostellaria palibiniana (1.0 g/mL) revealed the highest growth inhibition of cress seedlings and petroleum fraction of Sedum kamschaticum (1.0 g/mL), water fraction of Menispermum dauricum(1.0 g/mL), petroleum ether and EtoAc fraction of Phryma lepto. var. asiatica, Petroleum ether of Solanum nigrum (1.0 g/mL) and petroleum ether fraction of Syringa reticulata showed growth inhibition activities above than 50 (% of control).

The aim of this study was to investigate the antioxidant and nitrite scavenging properties of Pleurotusostreatus fruiting body extracts cultivated on agricultural and industrial by-product. Among various extractants, the hot water extractant yield was the highest, 21.6% in the CAPR media and 20.9% in PR media, respectively. The vitamin B1 concentrations were 0.004 mg/100 g in CAPR media and 0.082mg/100 g in PR media, respectively. In the case of B2, they were 0.013 and 0.0 2 mg/100 g, respectively. The e tract showing DPPH radical scavenging activities were ranked as hot water (65.5-66.7%) ethanol (64.3-63.7%) > methanol (62.2-62.6%) > ethyl acetate (40.6-40.5%) > petroleum ether (20.1-17.5%) > chloroform (15.1-16.3%) > acetone (13.4-15.0%) > hexane (13.0-11.4%), irrespective to culture media. Also, superoxide dismutase activities in hot water extract were 55.5% in CAPR media and 58.8% in PR media, respectively. On the other hand, petroleum ether, chloroform, acetone, and hexane extract ranged from 6.8 to 9.8 % in CAPR media and from 5.9 to 8.3% in PR media, respectively. Among various extracts, the hot water extract had higher nitrite scavenging capability at pH 1.2. These results show that extracts of fruiting body of P.ostreatus proved to have the antioxidant and nitrite scavenging effects.
Evaluation of 200 Tomato Wild Accessions for Resistance to Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus (TSWV)

Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV) is an economically damaging pathogen of tomatoes. Typical symptoms of TSWV include wilting or stunning plants and chlorotic or necrotic rings on leaves and fruits. The effective management for TSWV is breeding tomato cultivars containing the Sw-5 from an unknown Solanum peruvianum. Unfortunately, several Sw-5 resistance-breaking strains of TSWV have been identified. Sw-7 from S. chilense accession LA1938 is an alternative locus conferring resistance to TSWV. The objective of this study was to find tolerant or resistant germplasm to TSWV. A total of 200 tomato wild accessions were evaluated for the resistance to TSWV using a bioassay with strain TSWV-SW-TO2. IT173785 (S. peruvianum) and 5 accessions of S. pimpinellifolium including TI173719 were showed apparent recovery or no symptom on upper leaves at 4 weeks later after inoculation. We will conduct the high resolution DNA melting analysis (HRM) with Sw-5 and Sw-7. These selected accessions will hopefully contribute for new source of resistance in tomato for protection against TSWV.

This study aimed to evaluate 105 tomato accessions conserved in National Agrobiodiversity Center regarding their resistance to Ralstonia solanacearum, a soil-borne vascular bacterium that causes lethal wilt diseases of a wide range of crops worldwide. All the accessions are Solanum lycopericum var. lycopersicum including cultivar or breeding lines. At the four leaf stage, the seedlings were inoculated by drenching the soil with the bacterial suspension concentrated of 108 CFU/ml. Plant roots were wounded before inoculation by cutting with the knife. Seven accessions including IT 32899 were rated as resistant, while other 98 accessions were rated as susceptible. IT 32899 scored 0.1 of disease rate and 0.7 of disease index. The selected accessions will be used as a material to reveal the mechanism of wilt tolerance and to identify the host gene involved in defense response.
Screening of Resistance to Gray Leaf Spot in Tomato Germplasm

The resistance of tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) to the gray leaf spot disease caused by Stemphylium species is conferred by a single incompletely dominant gene, Sm. The resistance gene was introgressed into cultivars from the wild species S. pimpinellifolium on chromosome 11. To select resistant genetic resources to gray leaf spot, we have screened 200 tomato accessions conserved at National Agrobiodiversity Center by inoculum with gray leaf spot. Also, we have genotyped with the marker, Sm_D3 positioned in Solyc11g018720. Seventeen accessions including IT173883 were resistant to Stemphyllium sp. developing necrotic local regions at inoculated leaves as primary symptoms. Selected accessions of S. pimpinellifolium will hopefully contribute for use as donor parents for breeding programs with a new resistant source of gray leaf spot in tomato commercial varieties.
중학교 남학생에 대한 가정과 교육이 가정생활에 미치는 영향

The central goal of this study is find out of the boy students in middle school the attitude towards house life and house-hold affairs of the boys ; and explain what be of their attitude after they have got Home Economics education. For the purpose of this study, 138 questionairs were distributed to the boy students who had educated Home Economics in school and the ones who had not. The results were as follows : 1.The educated group has higher score in ability of house-hold making than the other group. 2.The educated students reponed affirmatively to the utility and necessity of Home Economics education. 3.The teachers who have taught Home Economics to male students have opinions that the students needed Home Economics education to increase the ability of doing house-hold work. Accordingly, Home Economics education should be taught to both sexes in order to have good quality of life, and requires more hous to study as well.
