        Purpose The objective of this article is to analyze the symptom of patients suffering the adverse reaction of contrast medium in CT test and the risk factor mat can cause adverse reaction in order to provide basic materials which contribute to find the method to reduce adverse reaction in advance. Materials and Methods Among the patients visiting university hospital from January to July, 2007, adults over 16 years old to whom contrast medium was applied into vein for CT test were chosen. Then, among them, 92 male and female patients who suffered the adverse reaction of contrast medium were selected as target. Analyzing backwardly the general property of testee recorded in the written consent for test which was received from patients or custodian before CT test and the former history of the adverse reaction of contrast medium, existence/unexistence of disease and the disease, the test result of patients (hypertension, allergy, asthma, medication adverse reaction, kidney disease, diabetes, digestive organ, respiratory organ, circulatory organ, nerve, hematogenesis, lymph, thyroid gland and other unidentified disease), the authors investigated the relation with adverse reaction and analyzed the risk factor of adverse reaction as per tested part, types of contrast, infusion quantity, infusion velocity in accordance with contrast medium applied to the testee. Further, the symptom of adverse reaction was analyzed in each type. Namely, actual number and percentage was analyzed in the division of dermal sensory system, respiratory organ, digestive organ, nerve system, circulatory organ, ophthalmologic system and so on. To analyze the risk factor of adverse reaction of testee after CT test, Chi-square test and simple/multiple regression analysis was adopted to diverse variables so as to analyze significance by using SPSS 10.0 statistical program. Results 1. In the general property, the division of sex was 36 men(39.1%) and 56 women (60.9%), showing no significant difference in the analysis of sex on the symptom of adverse reaction(p=0.132). In the aspect of age, those in 50~59 years old showed the highest rate of adverse reaction -29 persons (31.5%) and those under 19 years old showed the lowest rate of adverse reaction -1 person (1.1%). Thus, the age analysis in the symptom of adverse reaction also showed no statistically significant difference(p=0.204). The occurrence of adverse reaction in each part of body for test also showed no significant difference from the symptom of adverse reaction of contrast medium (p=0.137). 2. In the case of type of contrast medium (p=0.093), infusion quantity (p=0.279), infusion velocity (p=0.314), there was no statistically significant difference from the symptom of adverse re-action of contrast medium. In the product of A-1,54 persons (58.7%), 61 persons (66.3%) in 121-130cc, 37 persons (40.2%) in 2.6-3.0cc/sec, respectively showing the highest distribution, namely, the symptom of adverse reaction. In the former history of the contrast medium, 10 out of 92 persons(10.9%) were analyzed, thereby showing statistically significant difference(p=0.003). 3. In the analysis of adverse reaction of contrast medium as per history of disease, 9 patients(11%) of hypertension showed urticaria and itching, ex 7), 16 patients (19.5%) of allergic asthma showed urticaria and itching, ex 17) and flush, ex 5), 4 patients of medication adverse reaction (5.2%) showed flush, dermal edema, dizziness, ex 3), 3 patients(3.9%) of kidney disease showed urticaria and itching, ex 5), 32 patients(41.6%) of digestive organ disease, the highest distribution showed itching and urticaria, ex 30), flush, ex 11), 1 patient(1.3%) of nerve system disease showed urticaria and itching, dizziness, ex 2), 6 patients(7.8%) of thyroid gland disease showed urticaria and itching, ex 6), dyspnea, ex 2).         생성요약의 사실 불일치 문제 개선을 위한 관련성과 중복성을 고려한 손실 함수 기반의 KoBART 모델

        Recently, as interest in fashion grows, numerous review documents have been posted in online platforms. Artificial intelligence models automatically summarizing the review documents can help consumers quickly find information about products and help them make purchase decisions. In the field of text summarization, pre-trained sequence-to-sequence models have been widely employed, but there is a factual inconsistency between the original review text and the generated summary, reducing the accuracy of the models. Various studies have been conducted to solve this problem without entities that frequently cause the factual inconsistency problem. Therefore, we propose a new multi-task loss function that considers both relevance and redundancy between the named entity of the original review text and the summary text based on KoBART, a Korean BART. Compared to KoBART model, the experimental results show that the proposed method improves the fact inconsistency problem by 150% and improves the overall performance of text summarization by 8.14% in ROUGE and 1.23% in BERTScore.

      • 측면 요약 기술의 최신 연구 동향

        인터넷이 발전하면서 빅데이터는 다양한 분야에서 여러 형태로 생성되고 있다. 빅데이터의 한 종류로 비정형 데이터인 텍스트 데이터를 들 수 있으며, 이를 활용한 연구 중 하나로 자동 텍스트 요약 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있는 추세이다. 기존의 자동 텍스트 요약 기술에는 추출 요약(Extractive Summarization)과 생성 요약(Abstractive Summarization)이 있다. 하지만 문서 내의 특정 정보에 대해서만 알고 싶은 경우 해당 기술들은 포괄적 요약 개념이기 때문에 적합하지 않다. 이를 해결하기 위한 요약 기술로 기존 자동 텍스트 요약을 기반으로 한 측면 요약(Aspect Summarization) 기술이 있다. SNS가 발전하고 다양한 커뮤니티가 발전함에 따라 특정 제품에 대한 리뷰 데이터가 많이 발생하고 있기 때문에 측면 요약의 중요도는 더 커지고 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 어떻게 측면 요약 연구가 진행되고 있는지 동향을 조사한다. With the development of the Internet, big data is being generated in various forms in various fields. One type of big data is text data, which is unstructured data, and automatic text summarization methods have been actively studied as one of main applications. Existing automatic text summarization techniques are categorized to extractive summarization and abstractive summarization. However, if one only want to know specific information within a document, existing summarization methods are not suitable because those are working based on the generic comprehensive concepts. As one of the solutions, recently, an aspect summarization method has been propsed for the first time, based on the existing automatic text summarization. With the advent of various social network services (SNS) and communities, aspect summarization are becoming increasingly important because a vast amount of review data for a specific product is collected from SNS and various communities. Therefore, in this paper, we first describe the details of the major aspect summarization methods, and then compare them to the existing summarization ones.

        슬래그시멘트 비용경쟁력의 변화가 온실가스 배출에 미치는 영향 연구

        In this study, considering the cost of transporting the cement product, the change in cost competitiveness is evaluated in terms of supply and demand. Multi regional model is developed for evaluation, focusing on domestic cement supply and demand. TIMES model based on optimization techniques is used to achieve the analysis. This is a technical-economic model, which is for the entire energy system. Consequently, unless regional slag demand is limited, maximum increasing ratio of slag demand is equivalent to 27.1%.(2020 production level). Under maximum 65% constraint based on past level, it is analyzed that total domestic demand is 23.7% of total cement demand. If 1% increase or decrease in demand and supply of slag cement, GHG emission approximately has 0.5% inverse correlation. This study shows that increase in the supply of slag cannot be directly related to increase in supply of slag cement. This result can be further used for realistic GHG emission reduction potential and cement transportation planning in cement industry.

      • 규불화염계 혼화제의 유효농도가 시멘트 모르타르의 수밀성 및 수화온도에 미치는 영향

        In this study, effects of fluosilicate salt(MSiF_(6), M : Zn, Mg) based chemical admixture, prepared using fluosilicic acid(H₂SiF_(6)) produced as industrial waste in dometic, on the watertightness and hydration temperature of cement mortar were evaluated. As a factor, effective concentration(1~10%) of fluosilicate salt was selected and applied 1% based on cement weight to cement mortar respectively. Among these concentration, addition of fluosilicate salts in the range 4~8% improved watertightness and hardened properties of cement mortar. Moreover it confirmed newly odd phenomenon that hydration temperature of cement mortar added equivalent concentration lowered than non-added specimen in spite of improving in the compressive strength.

        Delayed Ischemic Stroke after Flow Diversion of Large Posterior Communicating Artery Aneurysm

        For securing large, giant, and wide-neck aneurysms, conventional coil embolization has substantial limitations, such as incomplete occlusion, recanalization, and a high recurrence rate. To overcome these limitations, a novel paradigm was suggested and, as a result, flow-diverting device was developed. The flow-diverting device is an innovative and effective technique to allow securing of large, giant, and wide-neck aneurysms. In numerous studies, the flow-diverting device has shown better outcomes than coil embolization. However, the flow-diverting device has also some risks, including rupture of aneurysm, intracerebral hemorrhage, and ischemic stroke. In addition, with more experience, unexpected complications are also reported.5)7) In the present case, we experienced a delayed ischemic stroke at 27 days after endovascular treatment. The patient had multiple aneurysms and, among them, we treated a large posterior communicating artery aneurysm using PipelineTM Embolization Device. The patient was tolerable for 25 days, but then suddenly presented intermittent right hemiparesis. In the initial diffusion magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), there was no acute lesion; however, in the follow-up MRI, an acute ischemic stroke was found in the territory of anterior choroidal artery which was covered by Pipeline Embolization Device. We suspect that neo-intimal overgrowth or a tiny thrombus have led to this delayed complication. Through our case, we learned that the neurosurgeon should be aware of the possibility of delayed ischemic stroke after flow diversion, as well as, long-term close observation and follow-up angiography are necessary even in the event of no acute complications.

        A prospective, observational study of rivaroxaban for stroke prevention in atrial fibrillation: the XANAP Korea

        Background/Aims: Atrial fibrillation (AF)-related stroke accounts for 20% of ischemic strokes. Rivaroxaban use in AF patients for preventing stroke and systemic embolism was approved in 2013 in Korea. This study was to investigate the safety and effectiveness of rivaroxaban use in Korean patients with non-valvular AF in a real-world setting. Methods: This was an analysis of the Korean patients in Xarelto for Prevention of Stroke in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation in Asia-Pacific (XANAP), which was a prospective, observational cohort study including patients with non-valvular AF starting rivaroxaban treatment to prevent stroke or non-central nervous system systemic embolism (non-CNS SE), conducted in 10 Asian countries. Results: A total of 844 patients were enrolled in the Korean portion of the XANAP study. In XANAP Korea, the mean age was 70.1 years and 62.6% were males. The mean CHADS<sub>2</sub> score was 2.5 and the mean CHA<sub>2</sub>DS<sub>2</sub>-VASc score was 3.8. 47% of the patients had experienced prior stroke or non-CNS SE or transient ischemic attack. 73.6% of the patients had CHADS<sub>2</sub> score ≥ 2. Incidence proportions of 0.8% of the patients (1.1 per 100 patient-years) developed adjudicated treatment-emergent major bleeding. Death was observed in 1.2% of the patients. The incidence of non-major bleeding as well as thromboembolic event were 8.4% (11.6 per 100 patient-years) and 1.5% (2.0 per 100 patient-years), respectively. Conclusions: This study reaffirmed the consistent safety profile of rivaroxaban. We found consistent results with overall XANAP population for rivaroxaban in terms of safety in non-valvular AF patients for the prevention of stroke and non- CNS SE.

        Expression of Recombinant HBV Pol Proteins in HepG2 Cells

        In this study HepG2 cells were used to express and purify HBV pol proteins. In order to facilitatepurification of HBV pol proteins, HBV pol and its deletion mutants were fused to MBP (Maltose Binding Protein). As a result we successfully expressed and partially purified both wild type and mutant recombinant HBV pol proteins by using an amylose resin and anti-MBP antibody In the case of wild type, the anti-MBP antibody detected three bands. One was full-length and the others were generated by proteolysis of the terminal domain region. The expressed MBP/POL proteins were localized both in the cytoplasm and in the perinuclear region. The purified proteins had polymerase activity toward an exogenous homo-polymer template. The MBP/ POL protein also had DNA synthesis activity in vivo, since the MBP/POL expression construct was able to complement a HBV polymerase mutant in trans.
