In this study, we describe a new approach to real-time implementation of working path control for the forging and casting manufacturing process by vertical type articulated robot system. The proposed control scheme is simple in structure, fast in computation, and useful for real-time control of factory automation based on robot system. Moreover, this scheme does not require any accurate parameter information, nor values of the uncertain parameters and payload variations. Reliability of the proposed controller is proved by simulation and experimental results for robot manipulator consisting of arm with six degrees of freedom under the variation of payloads and tracking trajectories in Cartesian space and joint space. The vertical type articulated robot manipulator with six axes made in SMEC Co., Ltd. has been used for real-time implementation test to illustrate the enhanced working path control performance for unmanned automation of the forging and casting manufacturing process.

휴대전화에 인터넷 통신과 정보검색 등 컴퓨터 지원 기능을 추가한 스마트폰이라 불리는 지능형 단말기가 등장하여 우리의 일상생활에 깊이 관여하고 생활의 패턴을 바꾸는 큰 변화를 불러왔다. 현재 음식추천 어플리케이션들은 대부분 주변의 음식점의 위치나 메뉴 정보 등을 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 음식 추천방식에 룰렛을 이용하여 게임 형식의 음식추천이 가능하게 하였으며 구글 맵 기능을 활용하여 현재위치에서 내가 찾는 음식점 중에 반경을 입력하면 그 반경 안에 있는 음식점들을 검색하도록 Android 운영체제를 기반으로 한 어플리케이션을 개발하였다.

Journal Bearing의 동적특성을 고려한 Spindle설계의 개선방안에 관한 연구

The dynamic performances of a spindle-hydrostatic bearing system under the various conditions of the dynamic properties, i.e., the stiffnesses and damping coefficients of the bearing are investigated. And the alalyses of the workpiece effect are carried out under both conditions of being and not being supported by a tailstock. For the influences, on the performance, of workpiece attachment to the spindle may be serious as the size of the workpiece is comparatively large. The transfer matrix method which is popular for the rotor dynamic analysis, is used for the calculations of the modal damping ratio and the damped natural frequency.

한국의 탑돌이는 본질적인 불교의식의 사상적 배경을 바탕으로 하여 민속신앙이나 민간놀이와 결합되면서 변화과정과 적용을 이해하는데 있어 중요한 의식이다. 이는 사찰에서 연행되던 탑돌이 의식이 점차 민속연행과 결부되면서 민속신앙 형태와 놀이문화의 성격으로 나타나는 것으로 종교의식과 민속행위를 동시적으로 내포하고 있다. 그러므로 탑돌이의 본질적인 이해와 함께 연행되어지는 탑돌이 의식의 초기적 형식과 변화과정 고찰은 불교교리를 이해하고 우리 기저문화에 내재하는 민속적인 신앙과 놀이를 이해하기 위한 기초적인 단계라 할 수 있다. 본고에서는 탑돌이 의식의 초기 형식과 연행을 기본으로 한국의 탑돌이 의식과 변화유형을 중점적으로 고찰하였다. 불교에서 사상적 중심이 되는 것의 하나인 불탑사상과 연계할 수 있는 탑돌이 의식은 석가의 입멸 이전부터 연행되었던 공경의식에서 발전되었다. 이후 본격적으로 스투파 신앙이 중심 대상이 되면서 이전에 행해지던 돌이의식은 해탈의 경지에 이른 성인의 분묘인 불탑에까지 적용되었다. 특히 불교의 발상지인 인도는 초기 불교교리와 사상에 대한 구체적인 자료가 풍부하지 않은 상황이나 그나마 남아 있는 고대의 불교건축물을 통해 탑돌이 의식과 탑돌이길을 유추해 보았다. 그러기 위해서는 현존하는 인도 스투파에서 나타나는 탑돌이와 탑돌이길의 이해가 우선하므로, 인도의 초기 불교유적인 평지사원 스투파와 석굴사원, 각종 탑형부조에 나오는 어원과 시원적 형태를 살펴보았다. 탑에 대한 의식의 본질적 의미는 초기에 차이를 보이지 않으나 점차 세속, 풍속화 되면서 축제와 놀이문화로 변화되면서 한국의 탑돌이 의식은 많은 차이를 보이고 있다. 한국에 전래된 불교의 다양한 사료적 검토와 탑 유구에 적용된 사례를 보았을 때, 탑돌이는 최초 불교전래부터 교리와 함께 동시적으로 연행되어진 것으로 보인다. 한국의 초기 탑돌이 의식은 여러 공덕의식과 함께 중요한 위치를 가지는 것으로 사찰에서 연등행사와 함께 중점적으로 연행되던 것이다. 그러나 점차 불교신자가 증가하고 민간신앙과 결합되면서 민속적인 의식과 놀이로 변화되었다. 특히 연등회에서 강하게 나타나는 것으로 이러한 민속적 적용은 종교의식과 민간놀이가 동시적으로 융화되어 나타나는데, 이러한 양상은 성밟기나 다리밟기, 조탑 등과 같은 민속생활의 한 부분이 되었다. Circling the pagoda is important ceremony to understand the transformation and the application of shamanism and popular belief on the background of the original buddhist’s idea. It involves the religion and the folklore to appear the characters of the popular beliefs and the recreation culture linked to the ceremony in the temple. The consideration of the ceremony’s earliest form and the process is the stepping stone to grasp the buddhist’s doctrine as well as the folk beliefs and the entertainment related to our basic culture, understanding the earliest buddhism form and the asceticism. This study inquires the ceremony ritual and the process in priority under the earliest buddhism form and the asceticism. The rites to respect the living Buddha had developed to the circumambulatory ceremony tied with stupa idea which is one of the main facts to figure out the buddhism. After that, the stupa belief centered in earnest about the religion, the ceremony even covered to the graves of the late holy men who reached nirvana before died. Specially India, the cradleland of Buddhism, does not have enough details to know the earliest buddhism doctrine and the ideas, focusing on the ancient buddhist architecture to analogize the circumambulatory path and the ceremony. It studies on flat stupas, cave temples, the origin of the words andtypes of circumambulatory paths on the all kinds of the relief stupas as the comprehending the origin of the words and the types of circumambulatory paths by the existing stupas in India. The circumambulatory ceremony is regarded to carry out with the doctrine once since the introduction of Buddhism, in the examples on the reviewing the historic records of Buddhist introduced to Korea. Not did the earliest ceremony in Korea had the serious meanings with the other good deeds, but also to focus on the performing it with the lantern parades. The circumambulatory ceremony has changed to more the popular and entertainment events, increasing a lot of Buddhists and bonding the shamanism. Especially the application of the folklore appears themselves in the lantern parades also which the religious ceremony and the folk recreation harmonize synchronistical, These turn up some parts of folk life such as stepping around the fortresses, on the bridges and building the towers.

The Buddhist cave temple carved into the rock provides a large space for the ritual in general in which a structure of Stupa is built in the center of the space purely for religious worship empty of Sarira, and the temple is formed around this Stupa. Relief-Stupa of the cave temple indicates the similar shape that of Relief-religious worship of flat land temple. However, there appears a small difference in representation since the background of formation of the cave temple differs in that of flat land temple. Specially, Caitya Stupa of currently existing cave temples have been damaged to lose of their original shape only possible to be analyzed the stylistic development through Relief-Stupa from which the characteristic of Stupa could be understood. The early cave temple could be characterized with a balanced structure consists of upturn bowl, steeple stone with simple drum & Hamikawasnagae, in which it appears strongly the detail factor characteristics of drum & steeple of having system with Caitya Stupa. In the post cave temple, the subject of worship moved to statue of Buddha due to the influence of Gandhara, Mathura art which reduced the importance of Stupa. This illustrates in Relief-stupa as well the style change as well as changes in detail factor. The sculpture appeared at the limited location either the wall of Caitya shrine or pillar in vihara cave with stronger decorative meaning. Contrast to the Relief Stupa of early flat land temples or the cave temples mentioned above sculptured with symbolism, however, the post cave temple showed the relief structure based on the plan of flat plan.

As Overturned-bowl Stupa of India, the origin of Stupa, is accepted by neighboring countries, pure form and local characteristics combined to bring change in unique style for each country. Such change is established as new style through combination with contemporary tradition in China. In this thesis, pattern of Stupa shown in Longmen Grottoes' Relief-Stupa relieves. Since study on how Indian Stupa was introduced into China has been partially undertaken, this study focuses on the pattern of Stupas from that perspective. 40 Stupas were explored during field work with naked eyes, among about 50 stupas reported on the research data by Longmen Grottoes Institute. Relief-Stupa relieves of Longmen Grottoes are as important as Yungang Grottoes. While Yungang Grottoes were built during a period when Gandhara style and Occidental expression were adopted and integrated with Chinese culture and Buddhism, building of Longmen Grottoes can be called a starting point of 'Chinese' style of Buddhist culture and Stupa, fully integrated with Chinese culture.
