      • Research on an Information Application Integration Platform Based on SOA and Web Service

        The construction of enterprise information is facing more or less heterogeneous system integration problems in the deepening process. On the basis of analyzing the advantages of service oriented architecture (SOA) and Web service technology in realizing heterogeneous system integration, a fast and flexible enterprise information system integration scheme based on combining SOA and Web service technology is proposed to solve these problems of poor information sharing capability and business adaptability. This integration scheme uses the advantages of self described and contained application module and platform independence and programming language independence to implement the complex aggregation. The SOA is used to implement the standard and loosely coupled application architecture by using the characteristics of Web service. So this integration system provides a great solution to messaging communication with different enterprises or inter-enterprise. And it can effectively reduce the maintenance cost, shorten the adjustment time, improve the execution efficiency and make the enterprise with more competitive.

      • Research on an Improved Multi-Population Ant Colony Optimization Algorithm and its Application

        In allusion to the shortcomings of easy falling into the local optimization and difficult obtaining Pareto optimal solutions for the original ant colony optimization algorithm in solving the complex optimization problems, multi-population, parallel mechanism, dynamic evaporation strategy and chaos theory are introduced into the original ant colony optimization algorithm in order to propose an improved multi-population ant colony optimization(MPPDCACO) algorithm in this paper. In the proposed MPPDCACO algorithm, the ant colony is divided into scout ants, search ants and worker ants in order to make the ACO algorithm as far as possible to avoid falling into local optimization and improve the local search ability of ant colony. The multi-population parallel mechanism is used to exchange the information and improve the computational effectiveness. The dynamic evaporation strategy is used to dynamically adjust the evaporation coefficient of pheromone in order to improve the global search capability of the ACO algorithm. The chaos theory is used to realize the optimization search in order to obtain the pheromone distributing in choosing path process. So the proposed MPPDCACO algorithm can prevent the local convergence caused by the misbalance of pheromone and can improve the searching ability. In order to test the optimization performance of the proposed MPPDCACO algorithm, 6 traveling salesman problems are selected from the TSPLIB in here. The experimental results show that the proposed MPPACACO algorithm takes on better global searching ability and higher convergence speed.

        HELICOIDAL MINIMAL SURFACES IN A CONFORMALLY FLAT 3-SPACE

        In this work, we introduce the complete Riemannian manifold $\mathbb{F}_3$ which is a three-dimensional real vector space endowed with a conformally flat metric that is a solution of the Einstein equation. We obtain a second order nonlinear ordinary differential equation that characterizes the helicoidal minimal surfaces in $\mathbb{F}_3$. We show that the helicoid is a complete minimal surface in $\mathbb{F}_3$. Moreover we obtain a local solution of this differential equation which is a two-parameter family of functions ${\lambda}_h,K_2$ explicitly given by an integral and defined on an open interval. Consequently, we show that the helicoidal motion applied on the curve defined from ${\lambda}_h,K_2$ gives a two-parameter family of helicoidal minimal surfaces in $\mathbb{F}_3$.

        ceRNA network of lncRNA MIR210HG/miR-377-3p/LMX1A in malignant proliferation of glioma cells

        Background: Glioma represents the most heterogeneous and malignant form of brain tumor with a poor prognosis. The long non-coding RNA (LncRNA)-mediated competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network plays a regulatory role in cancer progression. Objectives: The present study was conducted to expound on the role of lncRNA MIR210 host gene (MIR210HG)-mediated ceRNA mechanism in the malignant proliferation of glioma cells and provide a novel theoretical basis for the treatment of glioma. Methods: Expression levels of lncRNA MIR210HG, microRNA (miR)-377-3p, and LIM homeobox transcription factor 1 alpha (LMX1A) in glioma tissues and cells were determined by reverse-transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Then, cell proliferation was assessed by cell counting kit-8 and colony formation assays. After that, the subcellular localization of lncRNA MIR210HG was analyzed by subcellular fractionation assay and the bindings of miR-377-3p to lncRNA MIR210HG and LMX1A were analyzed by the dual-luciferase assay. Glioma cells were transfected with si-MIR210HG, miR-377-3p inhibitor, or overexpressed-LMX1A vectors to evaluate their effects on the malignant proliferation of glioma cells. Results: LncRNA MIR210HG was elevated in glioma tissues and cells and inhibition of lncRNA MIR210HG reduced the proliferation potential of glioma cells. LncRNA MIR210HG targeted and inhibited miR-377-3p and miR-377-3p targeted and inhibited LMX1A transcription. miR-377-3p downregulation or LMX1A overexpression reversed the inhibition of silencing lncRNA MIR210HG on glioma cell proliferation. Conclusion: LncRNA MIR210HG was upregulated in glioma tissues and cells and inhibition of lncRNA MIR210HG suppressed glioma cell proliferation through promoting miR-377-3p and repressing LMX1A.

        The transcription factor FoxM1 activates Nurr1 to promote intestinal regeneration after ischemia/ reperfusion injury

        FoxM1 is involved in the regeneration of several organs after injury and expressed in the intestinal mucosa. The intrinsic mechanism of FoxM1 activity in the mucosa after intestinal ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury has not been reported. Therefore, we investigated the role of FoxM1 in mediating intestinal mucosa regeneration after I/R injury. Expression of FoxM1 and the proliferation of intestinal mucosa epithelial cells were examined in rats with intestinal I/R injury and an IEC-6 cell hypoxia/reperfusion (H/R) model. The effects of FoxM1 inhibition or activation on intestinal epithelial cell proliferation were measured. FoxM1 expression was consistent with the proliferation of intestinal epithelial cells in the intestinal mucosa after I/R injury. Inhibition of FoxM1 expression led to the downregulation of Ki67 expression mediated by the inhibited expression of Nurr1, and FoxM1 overexpression promoted IEC-6 cell proliferation after H/R injury through activating Nurr1 expression. Furthermore, FoxM1 directly promoted the transcription of Nurr1 by directly binding the promoter of Nurr1. Further investigation showed low expression levels of FoxM1, Nurr1, and Ki-67 in the intestinal epithelium of patients with intestinal ischemic injury. FoxM1 acts as a critical regulator of intestinal regeneration after I/R injury by directly promoting the transcription of Nurr1. The FoxM1/ Nurr1 signaling pathway represents a promising therapeutic target for intestinal I/R injury and related clinical diseases.
