      • 동북아 피더네트워크의 Win-win전략에 관한 연구

        최근 중국은 양산항을 개장하여 선사 유치를 위한 다양한 혜택을 제공하고, 일본은 "수퍼중추항만 육성계획“을 세워 항만의 효율성을 바탕으로 비용을 낮추려는 노력을 하고 있다. 또한 선박의 대형화에 의한 중심항만(Hub Port) 위주의 기항과 북중국의 대량 물량 발생지역에 대한 직기항 경향으로 동북아 항만간의 경쟁이 더욱더 치열해 지고 있으며 동북아 역내 피더네트워크 강화의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 유럽 피더네트워크 전략 사례를 바탕으로 동북아 피더시장 현황을 파악하고 동북아 피더네트워크 구조를 분석함으로써 동북아 역내 항만 및 선사간의 과당경쟁을 지양하고 서로 Win-Win할 수 있는 터미널의 전략적 활용, 선사간 제휴 확대, 항만간 협력 강화를 위한 구체적인 전략을 제시하였다. Recently, China opened Yangshan port and provides a variety of benefits for shipping companies. Japan plans to reduce logistics costs and improve efficiency through the established "super major ports" project. According to the "hub and spokes" system, the number of direct calls toward North-Chinese ports are increasing. This changing environment has negative effects on the amount of transshipment cargos in Korean ports. In order to make a hub port of a domestic port, it is necessary to develop northeast Asian feeder networks. Therefore, this paper analyzes the structure of northeast Asian feeder networks through the case study of European feeder networks strategy. Finally, we suggests the plans to reinforce feeder networks, which are strategic terminal operation, strategic alliances between shipping companies and port co-operation, for win-win strategy in the competitive northeast Asian market.

      • 卷柏의 혈액암세포주에서 抗癌作用에 대한 연구

        The Sellaginella Tarmariscina is widely used in the traditional oriental herbal medicine for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant effects. The effects of aqueous extracts of Sellaginella Tarmariscina on the viability and induction of apoptotic cell death were investigated in HL-60 cells. The cell viability after treating with extract of Sellaginella Tarmariscina was quantified by MTT assay. The results showed that could inhibit the proliferation of HL-60 cells and caused a 40% inhibition of HL-60 cells at concentrations of 400 ㎍/ml. The cancericidic effect of Sellaginella Tarmariscina was mediated by apoptosis. Thus, HL-60 cells exposed to Sellaginella Tarmariscina displayed the DNA fragmentation ladder and nucleus chromatin condensation characteristic for apoptosis. In conclusion, our results suggest that the extract of Sellaginella Tarmariscina may induce the apoptotic death in HL-60 cells.

        During these days, many algorithms for data compression by thinning have been devised and applied to great variety of patterns for different purposes. This wide range of applications shows the usefulness of reducing patterns to thin-line representations, which can be attributed to the need to process a reduced amount of data as well as to the fact that shape analysis can be more easily made on line-like patterns. In this paper, New algorithm for the Feature Extraction by Fire Front's Propagation is proposed. The key principle of this algorithm for the thinning pre-process is to realize parallelism on the Fire Front's Propagation.

      • 세선화된 결과와 종횡비를 이용한 한글과 영어의 구별

        This paper proposes a distinction algorithm of Korean and English characters which can be applied to multi-font from the results of thinning and aspect ratio. The proposed algorithm distinguishes Korean and English characters as the number of connected components. If it can not distinguish those characters with the number of connected components, it distinguishes them as the vowel included in Korean characters and aspect ration of the character image. In experimental results, the distinction rate is about 99.82% for the 2.350 characters of three widely used fonts.

        Teaching Consecutive Interpreting at the Undergraduate Level

        The present study describes my experience of applying theory to a performance-oriented class titled Intensive English-into-Korean Consecutive Interpreting for third-year students at an undergraduate T&I program and demonstrates how applying theoretical models to a performance-oriented class assists both instructors and students to better identify where students need to improve in their consecutive interpreting (CI) performance. More specifically, this paper i) combines the various theories of CI suggested in the literature; ii) proposes an integrated model of CI; and iii) applies the model to my class and reviews the results through the means of (original speech vs. student interpreting performance) text analysis, retrospective student journals, and in-class discussions. The suggested integrated model of CI assumes that many students often fail to realize that CI is a very complex multi-tasking act and that the ultimate goal of CI education is to enable autonomous or self-directed learning. Through the means of the integrated model of CI and other educational tools, this paper suggests that students can learn how to evaluate their own CI performances and thus in due course realize autonomous learning.

        악교정 수술후 골격성 Ⅲ급 부정교합 환자의 하악운동 변화에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 골격성 III급 부정교합 환자에서 악교정 수술 전후의 하악운동 양상을 관찰하여 수술에 의한 하악운동의 변화를 평가하기 위하여 시행되었다. 서울대학교병원 교정과에서 골격성 III급 부정교합으로 진단받고 수술 전 교정치료를 받은 후, 동 병원 악안면구강외과에서 악교정 수술을 시행한 20명(남;9명, 여;11명)을 대상으로 수술 직전과 수술 2-7개월 후에 Sirognathograph와 BioPak EGN을 이용하여 최대 개폐구 운동과 시상면, 전두면, 수평면에서의 하악한계운동을 기록하고 21개의 항목을 계측하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 수술 후에 가장 큰 변화를 보인 항목은 시상면상 전방 운동각도로서, 수술 전 17.4°에서 수술 후 38.8°로 증가하였다. 또한 전치 유도가 형성됨에 따라 전방운동 궤적도 일직선에서 상악 절치의 형태에 따른 곡선으로 변하였다. 2. 수술 전후를 비교할 때 p<0.01 수준에서 유의성을 보인 항목들은 최대 개폐구 운동시 최대 개구량과 최대 전후방 운동량, 시상면상 최대 개구량, 전두면상 좌측방 운동각도의 4항목이었다. 3. 수술 전후를 비교할 때 p<0.05 수준에서 유의성을 보인 항목들은 전두면상 최대 좌우 운동폭, 수평면상 최대 우측방 운동거리, 최대 좌측방 운동각의 3항목이었다. 4. 최대 개폐구 운동시 최대 개구량과 최대 전후방 운동량은 수술 후 측정시간에 따른 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 즉 2, 3개월군에서보다 5, 6, 7개월군에서 더 많은 운동량 회복을 나타내었다. 5. 수술 전 불규칙하던 개폐구시 운동 궤적은 수술 후 개구로와 폐구로가 일치하며 부드러운 곡선을 이루었는데, 이는 악교정 수술에 의해 교합장애가 제거되었기 때문인 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to evaluate changes in mandibular movement patterns after orthognathic surgery in skeletal Class III patients. The sample consisted of 20 Class III malocclusion patients(9 males, 11 females). Just before and after(2-7months) surgery, maximum opening & closing movement, mandibular border movement on sagittal, frontal and horizontal planes were recorded using Sirognathograph & BioPak EGN. On each record, 21 items were measured and statistically analyzed. The results were as follows: 1. Angle of protrusive movement on sagittal plane showed greatest change after surgery. Also, as the incisal guidance was established by surgery, straight path of protrusive movement became curved line. 2. Maximum opening distance and maximum antero-posterior distance on maximum opening & closing movement, maximum opening distance on sagittal plane, angle of left lateral excursion on frontal plane were statistically significant after surgery(p<0.01). 3. Maximum width of lateral excursion on frontal plane, distane of right lateral excursion and angle of maximum left lateral excursion on horizontal plane were statistically significant after surgery(p<0.05). 4. Maximum opening distance and maximum antero-posterior distance on maximum opening % closing movement showed significant differences according to post-surgical time(p<0.05). More recovery of range of movement occured in 5-7month group than in 2-3month group. 5. As the occlusal interferences were removed by orthognathic surgery, irregular opening & closing path became smooth curve.

      • 유아교사 평가 척도의 사용실태와 요구도 조사

        본 연구는 부산, 경남 및 서울, 경기 지역 공·사립 유치원 및 어린이집 교사 183명을 대상으로 유아교사평가척도의 사용실태 및 요구도를 조사하였다. 조사결과, 조사 대상자의 45.9%가 유아교사평가를 실시하고 있으며 54.1%는 실시하고 있지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 교사평가에서 평가도구틀 활용하는 경우는 6.6%에 불과하였는데, 유아교사평가척도를 활용하지 않는 주 이유는 '적절한 평가척도가 없어서'이며 평가척도의 필요성에 대해서는 86.3%가 '필요하다'고 응답하였다. 평가척도가 필요한 이유에 대해서는 '교사의 교수능력 개선'(35.5%)를 우선으로 지적하였고, 다음으로 '교사의 자기반성'(35.0%)이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 평가척도에 가장 필요한 내용으로는 '인성 및 교양으로서 전체의 30.6%를 차지하였다. 유아교사평가척도의 결과가 어떻게 활용되는 것이 좋은지에 대해서 '교사의 자기반성 자료'(45.9%)라는 의견이 가장 많았고, '담임교사 결정 자료'(3.8%)나 '유아교육기관의 질 관리'(1.6%)와 같은 행정적인 부분에의 활용에 대해서는 응답이 낮게 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to investigate actual conditions and need of using evaluation scales for early childhood teacher. Research questions are as follows. First, How about the actual condition of using evaluation scales for early childhood tracher? Second, How about the need of using evaluation scales for early childhood tracher? The subjects of this study were 193 teachers. The data were collected by questionnaire ?es, and analysed by frequencies, percentiles and shi-square. The finding of this study are as follows. First, 45.9% of teachers responded that they take out teacher evaluation, and 54.1% of teachers responded that they did not. Second, 23.8% of teachers responded that they have used ‘Analysis of teaching plans and teacher’s journal’. And 23.5% of teachers responded that they have used ‘analysis of teaching case’ and 17% of teachers responded that they have used ‘peer-teacher nonformal assessment’ as teacher evaluation method. Third, Only 6.6% of teachers responded that they have used early childhood evaluation scale because they have not appropriate evaluation scale. But Most of teacher(83.3%) wanted to assessment scale as early childhood teacher evaluation method.

      • Ventriculosubgaleal shunt의 임상적 경험

        Object : Ventriculosubgaleal(VSG) shunt is considered to be useful and safe ventricluar diversion method for the patient for whom ventriculoperitoneal(VP) shunt cannot be carried out because of significant particulate debirs within the CSF, recent surgeries, or infections that were considered substantial enough to impair shunt function or to increase the risk of infection. To clarify the efficacy of VSG shunt for temporary ventricular decompression we analyzed our clinical trial cases. Patients and Methods : VSG shunt was carried out in 8 patient with acute hydrocephalus between February 2000 and June 2000. The causes of acute hydrocephalus were as follows: spontaneous intracerebral hemorrahage and intraventricular hemorrhage in four patients, spontaheous subarachnoid hemorrahge in three patients, tuberculous meningitis in one patient. With these 8 cases we compared pre-operative and post-operative clinical conditions and ventricular size in the brain CT scan. Results : Even though the ventricular size was not changed statistically there was significant clinical improvement between preoperative Glasgow coma scale(GCS)(7.25) and postoperative GCS(9.25). Six patients died as a result of causes unrelated to the VSG shunt. There were no VSG shunt infection. A permanent ventriculoperitoneal shunt surgery was needed in two patients. Conclusion : The VSG shunt is a simple and safe method of treatment for acute hydrocephalus instead of extraventricular drainage in the patients who cannot be underwent a permanent shunt immediately due to some reasons. Even though VSG shunt were free from infection, our preliminary clinical trials suggests that its efficacy seems to be doubtful. Further studies with lots of cases would be needed for its clinical application.

      • 연결정보(EDIF)를 이용한 PLD 설계용 툴 개발에 관한 연구

        To development of a tool for PLD design using joined information (EDIF), which have been generally used in most CAD tools. In this paper joined information extraction algorithm which can extract joined information from the joined information of the netlists is developed. Boolean Equation Generator and Boolean Equation Expander which can transform boolean equation generated by Boolean Equation Generator into two-level boolean equation to be PLD is developed. In this paper the two-level boolean equation generated by using Joined Infoemation Extraction algorithm, Boolean Equation Generation algorithm, and Boolean Equation Generator is implemented by the MYPLD tools.
