        계당(溪堂) 류주목(柳疇睦)의 『전례유집(全禮類輯)』과 예설 교류

        溪堂 柳疇睦은 경상북도 尙州에서 활동하면서 退溪學派의 西厓學統을 계승한 학자이다. 그는 300여 명이 넘는 제자를 배출하였고 학술 진흥, 특히 禮學 분야에 크게 이바지하였다. 그가 편찬한 『全禮類輯』은 家禮와 邦禮를 전체적으로 아우른 禮書로, 조선시대 예학 저술 가운데 가장 방대하고 면밀한 것 중의 하나로 꼽힌다. 이는 官撰이 아니라 한 개인의 학문적 열정으로 편찬한 私撰 ‘예설 종합서’로 그의 사후에 제자들과 지역 유림의 협조로 최종 정리되었다. 그가 가례뿐만 아니라 방례까지도 깊은 관심을 가지고 연구하여 결과물을 제출할 수 있었던 것은 西厓 柳成龍과 洛波 柳厚祚 등으로 이어져 家學전통으로 자리매김한 ‘世臣之義’의 가르침을 출처의 중요한 요소로 인식하였던 데에 그 뿌리를 두고 있다. 한편, 류주목의 제자로서 近畿南人 性齋 許傳의 제자 명단에 함께 수록된 인물이 20명에 이를 정도로 많다. 특히 『전례유집』에 수록된 ‘師服’ 조목은 영남남인 東巖 柳長源의 『常變通攷』 자료를 기초로 하여 편찬하였는데, 류주목의 제자이자 허전의 제자인 克齋 盧佖淵의 아들 小訥 盧相稷이 「師服考」라는 저술에서 이들 자료를 충실하게 계승하고 있음을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 경상북도 상주 중심의 류주목 제자와 경상남도 중심의 허전 제자 간에 학술적으로 활발한 교류가 이루어졌음을 알 수 있다. Ryu Ju-mok was a scholar who succeeded Seoae Studies(西厓學) among the Toegye School(退溪學派) and was active in Sangju(尙州) Gyeongsangbuk-do(慶尙北道). He produced more than 300 disciples and contributed greatly to the promotion of Yehak(禮學). In particular, he compiled the 『JeonRyeYooJip(全禮類輯)』 by incorporating the custom of the family and the rites of the country, and this book is considered one of the most extensive and detailed among the Joseon Dynasty's ritual books. The reason he was able to make excellent results by studying the rites of the family and the state is because the teachings of Sesinjiui(世臣之義) have been handed down to the traditional theory of the family from Ryu Seong-ryong(柳成龍) and Ryu Hu-jo(柳厚祚). By the way, among the disciples of Ryu-jumok there are 20 people whose names were recorded on the list of Heo Jeon(許傳)'s disciples, Noh Pil-yeon(盧佖淵) was one of them. And Noh-Pilyeon's son Noh Sang-jik(盧相稷) wrote Sabokgo(師服考) which inherited theory of 『JeonRyeYooJip』's Sabok(師服). Based on the fact that the theory of 『JeonRyeYooJip』's Sabok began with 『SangbyeonTonggo(常變通攷)』, we can see that there was active academic exchange and communication between the disciples of Ryu ju-mok in Sangju Gyeongsangbuk-do and Heo jeon in Gyeongsangnam-do(慶尙南道).

        Electropulsing Treatment on Enhancement of Electrical Conductivity of Screen-Printed Ag Wire

        The effect of high electric current density on the sintering of Ag wires manufactured by screen printing is evaluated throughelectrical resistivity analysis and microstructure observation. Different forms (continuous and pulsed) of electric currentwith different current densities are applied to the specimens. Conventional heat treatment is also performed as a controlgroup to examine the athermal effect of electropulsing treatment. Compared to the conventional heat treatment, the resistivityis reduced more under the electropulsing treatment with continuous current for the same temperature and treatment time.Also, the process time of electropulsing treatment can be reduced by applying a pulse form of high density current insteadof continuous current without losing the benefit of enhanced reduction of resistivity. The microstructural observationsobtained from high angle annular dark field scanning transmission electron microscope and a digital precession instrumentclearly show that necking connecting the crystals is formed more firmly under electric current. In addition, the temperaturechange of Ag wire and substrate is calculated according to the change of the resistivity when the electric current is appliedto confirm the reliability.

      • The Computer Algebra Systems in Mathematics Education : A Review of Recent Research

        This study examines the potential role for Computer Algebra Systems(CAS) in such an educational context, particularly their potential to get students more engaged in the learning of mathematics as well as to reduce the "strangle hold" of prerequisite algebraic skills, in courses such as functions, introductory calculus. What is the present status of and near-future outlook for computer algebra in Korean secondary schools? The answer that arises from this review of available fact is: bright with promise, but still dim. Several recent developments have set the stage for an acceleration in the dissemination rate for CAS to high schools. However, this review of some past and present conditions indicates that many years will pass before computer algebra is impacting high school mathematics as much as hand-held calculators are doing now.

        GPS에 의한 도로변형량 측정 적용

        본 연구에서는 향후 폭넓게 활용될 GPS에 의하여 도로의 변형량을 측정하고, 그 결과를 검증하기 위하여 EDM으로 관측한 결과와 비교하였으며, 관측대상지역은 경상남도 일원의 국도를 산정하였다. 첫째로 GPS의 측정 Mode중 Rapid Static Mode로 측정한 결과와 EDM으로 관측한 결과를 비교하면 수평방향 변위 평균 1.9~2.3㎝, 수직방향변위 평균 3.2㎝교차가 있었다. 둘째로 GPS 관측방법중 Static Mode 는 ±(3~7)㎜, Rapid Static Mode는 ±(6~7)㎜, Stop and Go Mode는 ±(121~226)㎜ 크기의 표준편차가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 Rapid Static Mode는 도로변형량 측정에 이용할 수 있는 방법이다. 셋째로 도로시공시 변형이 우려되는 곳에 이러한 간격으로 검사점을 설치하고, GPS에 의한 초기값을 관측해 두면, 시간경과에 따른 도로의 3차원 변형량을 비교적 정확하게 관측할 수 있다. This research was to analyze the road deformation surveying by GPS(Global Positioning System), and accuracy and usefulness of GPS was founded out excellent in the road deformation surveying. To execute this study, the national road in Kyungsang Nam-Do was surveyed, and analyzed the observation data. Results form this study are as follows, First, Compared GPS data with EDM data, the average horizontal discrepancy was 1.9~2.3㎝, the average vertical discrepancy was 3.2cm. Second, In GPS surveying mode, the standard deviation computed from "Static Mode" was ±(3~7)㎜, from "Rapid Static Mode" was ±(6~7)㎜, and from "Stop and Go Mode" was ±(121~226)㎜. Therefore "Rapid Static Mode" is also available for road deformation surveying. Third, In case of road construction, monitoring point were set up at regular intervals and checked a initial value by GPS, the 3-dimensional road deformation with lapse of time could be surveying correctly.

      • 전통문화 체험관광이 태도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This study is for the effective analysis and strategic utilization of tourism event. Concerning this research, we have proceeded structural approach of event attaching importance to experience which is a key character of tourism event. The approach of tourism event experience applied Strategic Experiential Modules(SEMs) of Schmitt(l999) where the strategy side is emphasized. To examine how the tourism event effect on the tourist attitude related with the competitive power of tourism destination. In sum, the purpose of this research is to investigate how the experience of tourism event effect on the tourist attitude. In total, questionnaires were handed out by a random sampling method to visitors at the Nam-San Korean Folk Village and valid 200 questionnaires were used in this study. SPSS 13.0 was used to analyze the experience of tourism event and tourist attitude. Statistical methods such as factor analysis and Anova were used to analyze the data. The results of the empirical analysis shows that sense, emotion, recognition, and relation, which are the elements of the experience of tourism event, appears to form the attitude of tourism event. The results of empirical analysis proved that tourism event can contribute to form tourism satisfaction.

      • Time-evolving genetic networks reveal a NAC troika that negatively regulates leaf senescence in <i>Arabidopsis</i>

        <▼1><P><B>Significance</B></P><P>Leaf senescence is regulated in a complex manner, involving time-dependent interactions with developmental and environmental signals. Genetic screens have identified key regulators of senescence, particularly late-stage senescence regulators. Recently, time-course gene-expression and network analyses, mostly analyses of static networks, have predicted many senescence regulators. However, senescence is defined by time-evolving networks, involving the temporal transition of interactions among senescence regulators. Here, we present time-evolving networks of NAM/ATAF/CUC (NAC) transcription factors, central regulators of leaf senescence in <I>Arabidopsis</I>, via time-course gene-expression analysis of NACs in their mutants. These time-evolving networks revealed a unique regulatory module of NACs that controls the timely induction of senescence-promoting processes at a presenescent stage of leaf aging.</P></▼1><▼2><P>Senescence is controlled by time-evolving networks that describe the temporal transition of interactions among senescence regulators. Here, we present time-evolving networks for NAM/ATAF/CUC (NAC) transcription factors in <I>Arabidopsis</I> during leaf aging. The most evident characteristic of these time-dependent networks was a shift from positive to negative regulation among NACs at a presenescent stage. ANAC017, ANAC082, and ANAC090, referred to as a “NAC troika,” govern the positive-to-negative regulatory shift. Knockout of the NAC troika accelerated senescence and the induction of other <I>NAC</I>s, whereas overexpression of the NAC troika had the opposite effects. Transcriptome and molecular analyses revealed shared suppression of senescence-promoting processes by the NAC troika, including salicylic acid (SA) and reactive oxygen species (ROS) responses, but with predominant regulation of SA and ROS responses by ANAC090 and ANAC017, respectively. Our time-evolving networks provide a unique regulatory module of presenescent repressors that direct the timely induction of senescence-promoting processes at the presenescent stage of leaf aging.</P></▼2>

      • 도.토기의 과학적 분석-경상남도 도요지 출토 토기편을 중심으로

        The scientific analysis and provenance study of potteries excavated from kiln site at Gyeongsang Nam-do were carried out using XRD, ICP-AES and NAA. We can summary the following Result :1. As a result of XRD analysis, it showed that soft potteries consisted of quartz, feldspar and clay minerals while hard potteries consisted of high temperature crystals such as mullite, tridymite, cristobalite.In case of firing temperature which are determined by XRD, potteries consisted of quartz, feldspar and clay mineral had very low firing temperature. While potteries having only cristobalite ranged above $1200^{\circ}C$.2. As a result of correlation analysis using trace element, the selected characteristic elements which was able to distinguish from each kiln site was Sm, Cs, Sc, Eu, Hf.3. Discriminant analytical showed that each kiln site were classified into 4-gruops;Kimhaeci Daesungdong, Hamangun Myosari, Changyounggun Yochori and one group mixed KimhaeciGuosandong, Kimhaeci Samgyeri. This suggests that there are no correlations between the raw materials used in each kiln sites except Kimhaeci Guosandong, Kimhaeci Samgyeri.

      • 항갑상선제로 치료한 그레이브스병 환자의 관해예측인자

        Background: Most cases of Graves' disease have been treated by antithyroid drugs in Korea. The major drawbacks of antithyroid drugs are the relative high rate of relapse and the inconvinience of long term therapy. Measurement of TBII and TRH stimulation test have been considered as the most reliable tests predicting relapse, but the predictive power is not high enough to use in clinical situation. This study was performed to find good prognostic indicators in Graves' disease patients after the discontinuation of antithyroid drug therapy. Subjects and methods : We restrospectively evaluated 96 patients with Graves' disease who showed normal TRH test at the end of antithyroid drug therapy and were followed for more than one year. Serum T3, T4, T3/T4 ratio, TBII, Anti-TPO Ab and TGAb levels were measured at the time of diagnosis and at the end of therapy. Two to three months after withdrawal of antithyroid medication, serum TSH and free T3 responses to TRH were examined. These parameters were compared between the relapse group and the remission group. Results : Among the 96 patients, 22 patients(22.9%) relapsed(Group Ⅱ) and 74 patients(77.1%) remained in remmision(Group Ⅰ). No significant difference was observed between the relapse and the remission group in clinical parameters, serum T3, T4, TSH, T3/T4 ratio, TBⅡ and Anti-TPO Ab determined before and after treatment. Serum TSH and free T3 levels measured after TRH stimulation were also similar in both groups. Serum TGAb levels determined at the end of treatment were significantly higher in the remission group(p<0.05). Relapse following the discontinuation of therapy occured within 24 months in 72.7% of the relapsed cases. After 24 months, relapse rate was reduced significantly. Conclusion : These results suggest that high serum TGAb levels could be a favorable prognostic indicator for the long term remission of Graves' disease treated with antithyroid drugs, and may suggest that Hashimoto's thyroiditis is combined with Graves' disease in those patients.

        I have analyzed result of enqete and summed it up in items. That'll come to the following conclusion and I'll add some suggestions. 1. The class teacher in charge or any other persons in charge starting the freshman orientation, they should first give the athletes a kind guidance and a deep understanding. For the adaption of desirable school life. they need to have to be provoked strong intrinsic motivation based on recognizing deeply the value and importance of society in mankind through their sports fields. 2. There must be the more individual contact between students and teachers. The ultimate purpose of the school education is in the cultivation of the whole personality. So it is desirable to give them more opportunity of accumulating the whole-some experience : the active participation in the class study and school schedule. 3. The relater-in-person must try to have the athletes concentrate on their sports activity and feel satisfied. 4. In case of the athletes having a poor record of school, another special programs are to be prepared. These'll help them to live a planned u hoof life, develope their mental ability. and recognize the importance of their school record . 5. To solve the problems with which the athletes are faced for themselves, the person in charge must keep in contact with them and develop their abilities.

      • 온라인 아동 성착취 근절을 위한 법률개정 방안 : 국제규범과 국내 법령의 비교를 중심으로

        온라인을 기반으로 한 아동ㆍ청소년에 대한 성착취는 아동ㆍ청소년이 쉽게 유혹되고 어른들에 의하여 발견되는 것이 어렵기 때문에 심각한 피해를 야기한다. 본 연구는 온라인 아동 성착취의 심각성을 인지하고 관련 법령의 개정 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 우선 우리나라의 아동ㆍ청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률 및 형법 등의 법제 및 현황과 문제점을 살펴보았다. 이를 기반으로 UN아동권리협약 및 제2, 제3선택의정서와 UN아동권리위원회의 권고사항 및 특별보고관의 권고, 팔레르모의정서, 란사로테협약 등 국제규범의 내용을 살펴보고, 해당 국제규범과 해외의 입법례 등과 비교하여 현행 국내 법령의 개선방안을 모색하였다. 연구를 통해 현행 국내 법령의 부적절한 용어 개선이 필요하고, 아동 최선의 이익 원칙에 의한 법 해석 및 적용을 해야 하며, 현행 형법을 활용함과 동시에 그루밍 등 새로운 개념에 대하여 법률에 규정해야 함을 발견하였다. 이와 더불어 성착취물 등에 대한 처벌을 확대하고 형량과 양형기준을 개선하여야 할 필요성도 절감하였다. 현재 국회에 계류 중인 법률개정안을 검토하여 해당 법률안에서 주목할 점과 보완할 점에 대하여 설시하였다. 보론으로는 함정수사의 도입과 제3선택의정서 비준의 필요성을 주장하였다. 이에 비추어 볼 때, 최근 일련의 사건 이후 아동ㆍ청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률이 많은 부분에서 긍정적인 방향으로 개정되었지만 보호의 대상인 아동ㆍ청소년에 대한 범죄이므로 더욱 엄중히 처벌해야할 필요필요가 있는바, 국제규범에 따라 아동ㆍ청소년의 성보호를 위한 개정이 더욱 필요함을 시사한다. Online child sexual exploitation leads to serious damage because children and juveniles are easily tempted but it is hard for adults to find the breeding ground for crime. This study was intended to recognize the seriousness of online sexual exploitation for children and juveniles and to propose the law amendment. First of all, we explored the current status and problems of the legislation, such as the Act on the Protection of Sex in children and juveniles and the Criminal Law in the Republic of Korea. We reviewed the contents of international rules such as the U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Second and Third Choice Protocol, the recommendations of the U.N. Commission on the Rights of the Child, the recommendations from the CRC and special rapporteur, the Palermo Protocol, the Lanzarote Convention. In accordance with those international rules, we sought the amendment of current domestic law. According to the study, we concluded that the inappropriate terms in the current domestic law should be modified, and the law should be interpreted and applied in accordance with the principle of the best interests of children. Also, new concepts such as ‘grooming’ should be stipulated in the law while utilizing the existing Criminal law. In addition, we were faced with the necessity of expanding punishment for sexual exploitation and improving sentencing guidelines. We reviewed the proposition which was pending in the National Assembly and suggested pros and cons. And then, we complementally argued for the institution of entrapment and the ratification of the Third Choice Protocol.
