Crude saponin(100g) were obtained by extracting the radix(5kg) of Scrophalariae koraiensis Nakai. Crude saponin were positive in the Liebermann-Burchard test. We observed 5 sports by TLC using BuOH saturated with H_2O : ethyl acetate : water(4:1:5, upper phase) as solvent and 1% Ce(SO_4)_2 in 10% H_2SO_4 as a color former. We divided into 3 fractions by common column chromatography using BuOH saturated with H_2O : ethylacetate : water(4:1:5, upper phase) as solvent.

Today with the keen development of science the basic subject of mathematics is advancing quickly too so that effective guidance is necessary. Accordingly for effective guidance in mathematics practice, purpose, content and basic principles must be established and after the examination of an adequate text guidance must be given with various techniques. Accordingly it will be more effective and give more efficient practive if, among the exixting forms which are able to guide with emphasis on the student, teacher, a combination of both, simple test methods, the most effective method is employed, namely, with the teacher central to develop the practice in accordance with the purpose. To achieve this, guidance must be that which involves text research and enthusiasm which does not avoid the focus on practice.

영병은 頸部의 結候兩側에 腫瘍이 발생되는 질병을 總稱하는 것으로 包括的인 면으로 볼 때 西洋醫學적으로 볼 때 甲狀腺腫大와 같은 것으로 본다. 이러한 병에 對하여 이미 오래전부터 地理적 環境과의 相關關係를 言及하였을 뿐만 아니라 좀더 나아가서는 情志失調도 이병을 일으키는 主要原因이 된다고 보았다. 現代醫學에 있어서는 甲狀腺腫大는 갑상선기능항진증에서 볼수 있는 것으로 보아 영병과 갑상선기능항진증과의 密接한 關係가 있음을 暗示해 주고 있다. 이와같이 古典적인 病名과 現代적인 症狀과의 比較分析을 위해 文獻考察方法도 韓醫學發展에 寄與할것으로 思慮된다. Goiter means all diseases causing tumor on the both sides of Adam's apple, and in the western medicine it is similar to tumefaction in thyroid gland. In the past the correlation between geographical features of deficiency of the kidney Yin as an important cause. In the present medicine, they suggest there should be close relation between goiter and hyperthyroidism. Therefore the comparative literature study on the ancient names of disease and present symptoms will contribute to the development of the Korean oriental medicine. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. In the past, the stagnation of qi and phlegm due to soil and water-borne diseases, and damage on being the response of the mind to the environmental stimuli was considered as the greatest causes of goiter, whereas in the present they give attention to goiter's symptoms caused by deficiency of Yin and think of deficiency of the kidney yin as important cause. 2. The ancient medicine books described the symptoms centering on the outer signs having tumefaction of diffuse on the neck, however modern oriental medicine writes symtoms of the whole body caused hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency inqi goiter addition to the outer symtoms and they are very similar to hyperthyroidism. 3. For the treatment, according to the treatment for the differentiation of symptoms and signs, they mainly use smoothing the liver and regulating the circulation of qi for the stagnation of qi; promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis for the blood stasis; resolving sputum and softening hard masses for the lumps of phlegm; removing heat phlegm for the stagnation of phlegm fire, however in recent books we can find many ways for the nourishing Yin and prescription.

The equation of motion in the classical charged paricles caused unphysical problem of the violation of causality. Though Wheeler and Feynmann proposed absorber theory to solve this problem, it remains to be unsolved. So I discussed the problem in the case of tachyon. Sudarshan and Feinberg suggested the reinterpretation principle to solve the violation of causality in tachyon, but it raised the chronological order of cause and effect problem : emission of a tachyon may be viewed as absorption by another observer. In this paper I have compared the concept of causality with that of Magayana Buddhism, therefore it seems that I may substitute "causality" by "pratiya-samutpada in th case of interaction.
SUS 304 마이크로 와이어 직선화 처리에 관한 연구

In the study, we have developed a straightening system for the SUS 304 micro wires that are normally used in the medical and semi-conductor fields. To apply heat to the micro wires, we introduced the direct wire heating method which generates the thermal energy by the electrical resistance of the wire itself. To avoid the deterioration of the wire surface by the environment, such as the oxidation or the hydration, the N_(2) gas was filled in the glass pipe in which the straightening process was being performed. A precision tension meter was also attached to control the tension of the wire during the heating and straightening process. In order to control the straightening process, several experimental investigations with varying the tension, the feeding velocity and the temperature (current) was carried out. As a result of experiments, we obtained the optimal processing conditions satisfying the straightness requirement of the micro wires.
四君子湯 抽出液이 筋小胞體의 ATPase 活性에 미치는 影響에 關한 硏究

The present experiment was investigated on the effects of SaGunJaTang extract(SGJex) on the sarcoplasmic reticulum ATPase activity. The result demonstrated that the ATPase activity of sarcoplasmic reticulum was activated in the presence of SaGunJa extract, the activation effect of the extract was analyzed with time course, Lineweaver -Burk plot, and Arrhenius plot. The activation mechanism of SGJex on the enzyme was proposed by increasing the affinity between active site of the enzyme and ATP prolecules, and the energy of activation was decreased in the presence of SaGunJa extract. The results were obtained as follows : 1. The sarcoplasmic reticulum ATPase was free from the mitochondrial contamination in the present experiment, the optimum pH was 6.8 and the optimum concentrations of Ca^++, Mg^++ and SaGunJa extract were 0.1mM 4mM and 1% respectively. 2. The Km value of the enzyme was 7.81, however the Km values effected by SaGunJa extracts of 0.1% and 1% were decreased to 5.44 and 3.85 respectively. 3. The energy of activation of the control was 16.2 ㎉/mole, and the values were decreased to 15.4 ㎉/mole and 14.88 ㎉/mole in the presence of 0.1% and 1% SGJex respectively.

만약 물체 A와 B가 타키온 T를 교환하면, 그 때 이 타키온 T가 무한대의 속도를 갖는 것으로 관찰하는 광속보다 느린 속도로 갖는 것으로 관찰하는 광속보다 느린 속도로 움직이는 적절한 관찰자가 존재한다. 그 때 타키온은 소립자들 사이의 탄성 충돌과정의 상호작용을 매개하는 실제적인 입자가 될 수 있으므로, 타키온들은 안정된 입자들로 존재한다고 보기보다는 상호작용을 매개하는 역할을 하는 입자들로 불 수가 있다. 예들로서, 파이온-핵자의 산란과정에서 타키온이 교환된다고 보고 핵자공명이 일어날 경우에 교환될 수 있는 타키온의 정지 질량과 에너지를 계산하였다. If two particles A,B exchange a tachyon T, then suitable subluminal observers always exit, which see the tachyon T with infinitive speed. Then tachyons can be the realistic classical carriers of elastic intractions between elementary particles. Thus tachyons may have a role as interaction carriers rather than as stable objects. As examples, it was suggested that tachyons may be exchanged in elastic and inelastic pionnucleon scattering, and we calculated the energy and rest mass of the exchanged tachyons in nucleon resonances.
