      • 휴대 장치를 위한 Layered Transmission에 관한 연구

        Mobile multimedia services have rapidly evolved in the areas mainly including cell phones. Due to the increment of data traffic, processing load of server systems, network congestion and response time of clients also increase constantly. In this paper, a layered transmission technology is proposed of which the size of requested stream from clients has reduced and its performance is evaluated through the simulation. The layered transmission decreases data traffic to 78.5% averagely by converting format of data source in accordance with the playback performance of mobile devices. It is analyzed that decrement of streaming data size depends on EFS, resolution of LCD screen, and bytes per pixel. For real applications, layered transmission consists of modules based on filters using the Directshow considering portability, scalability, and reusability.

        고온구조용 초내열합금 열처리

        Superalloys which can be devided into three categories, i.e. Ni-base, Co-base, and Fe-base alloys are widely used for high temperature applications. Since superalloys contain many alloying elements and precipitates, its chemistty and processing parameters need to be carefully designed. In this review, current state-of-the art in the superalloy technologies is described with special attention to the heat-treatment for the control of the microstructures and mechanical properties.

        경증 자폐증 청소년의 사회성 발달을 위한 소비생활 훈련 프로그램의 효과

        Autistic adolescents need direct, systematic training of social skills since mojor difficulties in communication, lack of empathy, and various change during adolescence present major roadblocks to the acquisition of normal interpersonal relationships and increasing independence. This study designed and implemented a social skills training program and attemped to evaluate its effectivencess with four autistic adolescents. Findings based on objective measures as well as subjective reports indicated that each subject made some gains in targeted social skills over the course of treatment. Major benefits of the program included individualized treatment, positive social experiences, and training in a naturalistic setting such as super market and fast food restruant. In addition, subjects learned skills that were fun as well as practical and had opportunities to interact with people in Lotte Department Store. The results indicated that training in a naturalistic setting is beneficial since people with autism have problems with generalization. Also, one to one instruction, modeling, coaching and role-playing seem to be effective techniques for teaching social skills to autistic youth. Finally, a satisfactory teacher-subject match facilitated rapport building and is likely to contribute the efficacy of a social skills training program. A careful review of this study's limitations suggest that several other factors should be considered when implementing a social skills training program. First, the length of the program should be adequate to provide enough time for subjects to adjust to a new situation, develop attachments to teachers, and practice the skills introduced. Data collection procedures should include rigorous objective measures.

      • Polyimide계 배향막의 합성과 그 입체구조가 액정분자의 프리틸트 각에 미치는 영향

        Polyimide계 배향막은 고온처리 등 디스플레이 제조공정을 거치면서도 액정 배향특성이 유지되며 장시간 사용에도 물리·화학적 안정성이 좋은 장점을 가지고 있어 널리 사용되고 있다. 이 배향막을 연구하는데 있어서 합성기술과 러빙처리에 따른 배향막 표면의 특성분석이 필수적이며, 본 연구에서는 Diamine과 Dianhydride를 NMP용매하에서 용액중합하여 polyamic acid를 합성한 후, ITO코팅된 유리표면위에 스핀개스팅하여 박막을 입히고 열적처리를 하여 이미드화시켰다. 배향막의 배향을 위해서 러빙처리를 하고, 러빙처리 전후의 접촉각 측정을 통한 배향막 표면장력변화를 harmonic-mean 방법으로 구했고 2차 고조파 신호 (SHG) 분석을 통한 배향막 표면분자들의 방향성 분포를 검토해 보았다. Polyimide의 반복단위구조를 컴퓨터 그래픽 프로그램 (CS Chem3D Pro)을 사용하여 3차원적으로 시뮬레이션함으로서 polyimide의 입체구조를 알아보았다. 그리고 그 입체구조와 프리틸트 각과의 상관관계를 분자간 상호 작용설을 근거로 하여 살펴보았다. Polyimide has been widely used as the alignment film for liquid crystal displays because of their excellent properties, such as thermal can chemical stability. In this experiment, polyamic acid is rapidly formed at ambient temperatures when a diamine and a dianhydride are added into NMP. Polyimide films were fabricated by spin-coating solution on ITO-coated glass substrates. Polyimide films were baked at 80oC and then cured at 150oC 250oC for 30min at each temperature. The polyimide-coated substrates were rubbed by a rubbing machine with a roller. We measured the contact angles and the second-harmonic signals on the surface of samples to know the surface tension and the surface orientation of samples. and We also measured the pretilt angle of liquid crystal molecules in order to find the effect of the rubbing strength and the steric structure of polyimides on it.

      • PLASMA 이온 질화처리 한 Ti-6Al-4V의 표면물성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to improve the surface hardness and corrosion resistance of Ti-6Al-4V by ion nitriding treatment. As well known, the ion nitriding is widely used an effective surface hardening method and principal parameters of the ion nitriding are temperature and time. Ti-6Al-4V alloys were ion-nitrided under the atmosphere of the nitrogen-hydrogen mixture gas and surface modified layers were observed. Experimental results represent that the surface modified layers are formed as a multiphases of TiN and Ti₂N. The hardness of the layers are in the range Hv of 1000 to 2000. The multiphase layers also showed excellent corrosion resistance in 2 Mol HCl solution at room temperature, comparing to the non-coated layers. The kinetics show that the growth of the layers by N₂ diffusion were proportional to t½. The kinetics energy for the formation of nitride layers was 174KJ/mol.

      • 초내열 합금 Alloy718의 저주기 피로시험에서 반복연화 및 R=X (X=0,-1)효과

        The LCF properties for R=0 as tension-tension and R=-1 as tension-compression were examined in DA alloy718. While the hysteresis loops composed of ?ε_(t), ?ε_(p) and ?σ were figured with similaity in both of R=0 and R=-1, the loops of R=0 were continuely going down along the stress axis during cyclic fatigue progressing. It was caused by Bauschinger effect, which includes a tendancy for stress recovering as an amount of compression stress. The phenomena of cyclic softening in both of R=0 and R=1 seem to be caused by planar slip of dislocations, which was accompanied by shearing the γ'/γ" precipitates during the cyclic fatigue test.

        자동화와 작업조직의 통합성

        본 연구는 노사발전재단의 2012년 「일터혁신지수」 자료를 사용하여 자동화가 작업조직의 통합성과 직무 복잡성, 과업 다양성, 직무 자율성 등에 어떤 영향을 미치고 있는지를 실증 분석하였다. 가설들은 자동화의 숙련효과에 대한 대립적 관점들의 확장에 기초해 도출되었고 연구모형은 Bayo-Moriones et al.(2010)과 노용진(2012)의 연구모형들을 확대발전시켰다. 실증 분석 결과 자동화는 작업자 간 통합지수, 제안제도 참여 근로자 비율, 소집단개선활동 참여 근로자 비율, 자주보전 참여 근로자 비율 등의 작업조직의 통합성 변수들과 과업 다양성의 대리 변수인 다기능훈련 참여 근로자 비율 등에 대해서는 통계적으로 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치고 있음이 확인되었다. 자동화가 직무 자율성에도 약하게나마 통계적으로 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치고 있지만, 직무복잡성 지수와 숙련형성 기간 등의 직무복잡성 변수들에 대해서는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않고 있다. 마지막으로 분석 결과를 요약하고 시사점이 논의되었다. This study carries out an empirical analysis of how automation affects integration of work organization, job complexity, task variety, and job autonomy. The hypotheses are developed on the opposing perspectives on the skills effects of automation, and the statistical models are improved upon Bayo-Moriones et al(2010) and Nho(2012). The results of this study indicate that automation has significantly positive effects on integration of work organization measured by integration indicator and the ratios of participants on suggestion plan, continuous improvement plan and self-maintenance. Automation also has a significant positive effect on the ration of participants on multi-skill training as a proxy variable for task variety, and has a weakly positive effect on job autonomy. On the other hand, automation has an insignificantly positive effect on job complexity and skill development duration. Finally the empirical results are outlined and their implications are discussed.
