        옥수수주정박의 급여가 산란계 생산성에 미치는 효과

        A layer feeding trial was conducted for 10 weeks to investigate the effects of the addition of corn distillers dried grains with solubles (DDGS) to layer diets on the laying performance, egg qualities, and yolk fatty acid composition. Nine hundred Hyline Brown layers, 24 weeks of age, were randomly allotted to 20 replicate laying cages, 45 birds per replicate. There were four diet treatments (0, 10, 15, and 20% DDGS), and five replicates per treatment. All experimental diets were prepared to contain iso-protein (17%) and iso-calorie (TMEn 2,780 kcal/kg). The use of DDGS up to 20% level in layer diets did not exert any influence on feed intake, laying rate, total egg mass, mean egg weight, and feed conversion ratio. DDGS did not exert any influence in weight of egg, breaking strength, and color of eggshell. The albumen height and Haugh unit was not influenced by DDGS addition. The yolk color was significantly increased by DDGS supplementation. As the DDGS level increased, the oleic acid content decreased, and the linoleic acid increased (P<0.05). The degree of saturation of yolk fatty acids was not affected by dietary DDGS. The inclusion of DDGS up to 20% in layer diets resulted in the decrease of feed cost per kg without any effect in the laying performance. In conclusion, the use of DDGS up to 20% level in layer diets could replace corn and soybean meal without any harmful effect on the laying performances.

      • Pullulanase를 생산하는 Aeromonas caviae No. S-76의 특성과 배양조건

        A bacterial strain No. S-76 which produced pullulanase powerfully was isolated from soil. The isolated bacterium was 0.4∼0.6×0.8∼1.4 ㎛ in size, gram negative, rods, motile and was identified as Aeromonas caviae by Bergey's manual of determinative bacteriology with various characteristics investigated. The highest yield of pullulanase of the strain was obtained by using the following medium: 1% pullulan, soluble starch or corn starch as a carbon sources and 0.5% yeast extract, peptone as nitrogen sources with an initial pH of 9.0. The optimal culture conditions for production of pullulanase were at 32℃ for 2 days.

      • 호알칼리성 Bacillus sp. No. 4의 Cyclodextrin Glycosyltransferase에 의한 Glycosyl Sucrose의 생산과 저충치성 당으로서의 응용

        Action of a cyclodextrin glycosyltransferase (CGTase) produce from alkalophilic Bacillus sp. No. 4 was studied in a solution containing starch and sucrose to prepare glycosyl sucrose syrup with good sweetness and antidecaying properties of teeth. In the initial stage of the reaction the CGTase produced cyclodextrin, however, the cyclodextrin disappeared and glycosyl sucrose was formed with the lapse of reaction time. The best proportion of sucrose to starch for prodution of glycosyl sucrose was about 1 : 1. The optimum pH and temperature of the coupling reaction was pH 6.0 and 60℃, respectively. Main composition of glycosyl sucrose syrup prepared with 20% starch and 20% sucrose was sucrose 18%, glucosyl sucrose (G_2F) 15.3% and amltosyl sucorse (G_3F) 11.3%. And glucose, maltose and maltotriose were produced very little. Smaller amounts of acid and insoluble glucan were formed in the syrup by Streptococcus mtans OMZ176 than in the sucrose. Therefore, the prepared glycosyl sucrose sucrose syrup is expected to prevent teeth from decaying.

        고분자 유화제가 아크릴 에멀젼 점착제의 내수성과 점착력의 시간 의존도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 고분자 유화제를 2-ethylhexyl acrylate와 n-butyl acrylate 그리고 acrylic acid 등의 단량체 조성과 분자량을 변화시켜 합성하였고, 합성된 고분자 유화제를 이용하여 수계 아크릴 점착제를 제조한 후 내수성과 점착력의 시간 의존도를 측정함으로써 그 영향을 조사하였다. 그 결과, 기존 유화제를 사용했을 때보다 내수성이 아주 우수한 결과를 나타내었다. 또한 기존 유화제를 사용하였을 때는 시간에 따라 점착력이 급격히 증가하였으나 고분자 유화제를 이용한 점착제의 경우에는 상대적으로 훨씬 점착력의 시간에 따른 변화가 적었다. 따라서 고분자 유화제를 이용하여 아크릴 점착제를 제조한 결과 기존 유화제를 사용할 경우 발생되는 내수성 문제와 점착력의 시간 의존도 문제를 해결할 수 있었다. A polymeric emulsifier was synthesized with 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, and acrylic acid. In this study, a series of the polymeric emulsifiers have been used to investigate their effects on water-resistance and time-dependency of acrylic emulsion pressure sensitive adhesives (PSA). The polymeric emulsifiers provided better water-resistance of acrylic emulsion PSA than the traditional emulsifiers. Also, the acrylic emulsion PSA prepared using polymeric emulsifiers showed less change of peel strength with time than the PSA synthesized using the traditional emulsifiers. The polymeric emulsifiers prepared the acrylic emulsion PSA having excellent water-resistance and low-time-dependency.

      • 全蝎 抽出物이 血栓症, 全腦虛血 및 腦細胞毒性에 미치는 影響

        본 실험은 전갈 추출물이 어혈병태 모델과 KCN으로 유발된 전뇌허혈, 뇌세포독성 등에 미치는 영향을 관찰하였다. 전갈은 Dextran에 의해 유도된 혈전으로 감소된 혈소판수, fibrinogen량, hemocrit치를 유의성 있게 증가시키고. 증가된 prothrombin time을 유의성 있게 단축시켰다. 전갈은 thrombin과 ADP에 의해 유도된 혈소판 응집을 억제하였으나 collagen에 의해 유도된 혈소판 응집에는 저해효과를 나타내지 않았다. 또한 collagen과 epinephrine에 의해 유도된 pulmonary embolism에 대하여 보호 효과를 나타내었다. 전갈은 KCN에 의한 전뇌허혈 유발 실험에서 혼수시간을 유의성 있게 단축시켰고, Amyloid β protein(25-35)에 의해 유도된 PC12 세포의 독성에 대하여 보호효과를 나타내었다. This following is effect of Buthus martensi Karsch (BMK) extract on dextran-thrombus model, KCN-induced coma, cytotoxicity of brain etc. BMK extract significantly increased number of platelet and fibrogen and significantly shortened the prothrombin time as compared with control group treated with dextran. BMK extract didn't affect the changes of hematocrit as compared with control group treated with dextran. BMK extract induced a significant inhibition of human platelet aggregation induced by thrombin and ADP but did not affect human platelet aggregation induced by collagen. BMK extract showed a protective effect on pulmonary thrombosis induced by collagen and epinephrine. BMK extract prolonged the duration of KCN-induced coma and showed a protective effect on cytotoxicity of PC12 cells induced by amyloid β protein(25-35) in a dose dependent manner. These results suggested that BMK extract might be usefully applied for prevention and treatement of thrombosis and brain damage.

      • 연속식 투과증발 방법을 이용한 Benzene-Cyclohexane계의 투과 특성 연구

        From batch experiment result, it was turned out that the affinity of PVC film to benzene is stronger than that to cyclohexane in pervaporation. Total permeate flux could be approximately presented in the function of temperature and concentration by means of regression. The higher concentration of benzene or temperature was, the more total flux was. The higher concentration of benzene was, the lower selectivity was. However, the selectivity was independent of temperature. Continuous experiment was carrid on Reynolds numbers(Re=7∼47.5). With Re=7∼47.5, as the inlet velocity of mixtures is increased, total permeate flux is increased. Analyzed derivitive form of continuity equation by integration in theory.

        It is indispensible to cause vibration, noise and dust due to blasting and breaker operations. And, since the control of those is supposed to be extremely difficult, the claim of compensation for material and mental damages have been increased. Economically feasible blasting operation with controling vibration and noise can be achieved by the establishment of scienced-based plan, accurate operation and responsible inspection, and the application of efficient management system. And it also be remarked that the relevant law and regulation should be observed by the operator, and the law and regulation should be applied without prejudice by the authority. In addition, the public claim against operators should be investigated in detail and the prosecution should be made under the careful consideration of scientific and reasonable conception. It suggested that the operators, public and authorities should made great efforts to develop higher technology and to overcome the invasion of foreign construction market.

        관절염 노인의 사회 연결망을 이용한 운동요법의 효과

        Purpose: This study was done to examine differences in variables by social network and the effects of an exercise program on physical function, self-efficacy, and depression in elders with osteoarthritis. Method: Forty-six elders participated, 25 in the experimental group and 21 in the control group. An exercise program using social networks was given for the experimental group and the same exercise program without using social networks was given for the control group. Pre and post tests were conducted to measure the main variables. Results: For both the experimental and control group, physical function, self-efficacy and depression scores were significantly different between pre and post intervention. In terms of the effect of the exercise program using social networks, there was a significant difference in physical function between the experimental and control groups but not for self-efficacy or depression. Conclusion: Based on the above results, the exercise program using social networks can be utilized in the field of geriatric nursing as a nursing intervention for elders with osteoarthritis. However additional rigorous studies are needed to examine long term effects.

        궤적 정보를 이용한 냉동 컨테이너 모니터링 시스템

        위성 통신 기술의 발달로 국부적으로 수행리던 위치 추적의 범위가 선 세계로 3~4간되었다 하지만 기존의 물류 관제 시스템들은 관제 서버와 물류간의 통신을 위하여 휴대폰 통신망을 이용하기 때문에 일부 지역 내에서 이동하는 물류에 대해서만 관제가 가능하다. 이 논문에서는 위성 통신을 이용하여 전 세계를 이동하는 물류 매체인 냉동 컨테이너의 위치 및 상태 정보를 관리하기 위한시스템을 제안하였다. 제안 시스템은 냉동 컨테이너의 상태를 직절 관제하는 데이터 수집부, 관제서버와의 통신을 담당하는 위성 통신부, 냉동 컨테이너 정보를 판리하는 관제부로 구성된다. 시스템의 관제부에서는 냉동 컨테이너의 위치 주적 및 관제를 효과적으로 수행하기 위하여 기존의 TB 트리를 기반으로 하는 다중 버전 이동 객체 색인을 사용하였다. 제안된 냉동 컨테이너 관제시스템은 화주, 운송회사 등 육해상 물류관련 기관에서 냉동컨테이너 및 선박 위치추적, 컨테이너 통제, 컨테이너 통계 등 다양한 용도로 사용될 수 있어 화주에게는 컨테이너 운송에 대한 서비스를 제공하며, 선사에게는 선박안전경보시스템, 선박 관리, 냉동컨테이너를 효율적인 관리 기능을 제공하게 한다. As developing satellite communication, the tracking range of the moving objects which move in local area is expanded to the whole world. However previous logistics management system is able to monitor freight which transporting in local area using mobile communication system. In this paper, we propose the reefer container management system that manages the location information and other related information such as temperature, humidity of container using the satellite system. The proposed system consists of three parts; data collector, satellite communication manager, reefer container information manager. And the proposed system uses the moving object index for managing the trajectory of container and tracing the location of container or vessel that is transporting the container, and supports various services such as reefer container and vessel tracking, container control and container statistics to logistic companies like shipper and forwarding agent. And the system can be increasing the quality of container transportation service to the shipper, and it makes the efficient management of reefer container to the shipping company.

      • 畵宣紙에 對한 特性調査 分析

        This study was carried out to make sure and improve on the properties of Hwaseonju trading in Cheon-Ju now by means of a physical and chemical test. The results may be summarized as follows. 1. The average basis weight of the Hwaseonji was 32.32g/㎡, the range of its thickness was 0.057-0.014mm. Therefore, to obtain the uniform of Hwaseonji it will must be reduce the range of density. 2. The whiteness degree of sample was 73.1-81.4 GE, and we obtain satisfaction to visual whiteness, but we know that in flatness only, Jangji, Sunji, Baegmuji, Goryeoji, differ the surface and reverse sensitively. 3. The Hwaseonji that durability is strong was Jangji, Sunji, Baegmuji and all was neutralized paper(avg. pH6.08). 4. To result of experiment the high quality Hwaseonji was Jangji, Sunji, Baegmuji considering of the other physical properties, while the contain of paper mulberry fiber keep with 50% more, also fiber length need to do shortly.
