      • 作業場에서의 有機溶劑 濃度에 關한 硏究

        본 연구에서는 유기용제를 다량 사용하는 작업에서 발생되는 공기중의 유기용제의 복합농도를 측정하여 작업장별 혼합용제의 허용농도 초과율에 관한 실태조사 및 근로자의 폭로 정도를 파악하였다. 방향족 탄화수소류(Aromatic hydrocatbons)는 60%로 거의 대부분을 차지하고 있으며, 케톤류(Ketones)는 전체의 28%, 부타논류(Butanone)는 12%로 나타났다. 산업안전보건법상의 특정 유기용제 종류별 성분의 검출에서 본 대상 부서별 도장에서 사용되는 유기용제는 제 2 종 및 제 3 종 유기용제를 혼합하여 사용하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 총 50개 작업장, 공기중 혼합용제별 허용농도 초과율은 대형트럭부서의 초과율은 40%, 소형트럭 부서의 초과율은 33%, 중형승용하 부서의 초과율은 33%, 소형승용차 부서의 초과율은 20%, 그리고 기타 부서에서의 초과율은 12%로 각각 나타났다. A study was performed in order to measure the mixed organic solvent concentrations in air of workplaces during December 12∼29, 1989. The mixed organic solvent concentration was analyzed by the gas chromatography. The results were as follows; The detection rate of organic solvents was the highest in case of aromatic hydrocarbones 60%, ketones 28%, and butanones 12%, respectively. The detection rates of organic solvents by component category was the higest in case of the 2nd class solvents and the 3rd class solvents. Among the total of 50 workplaces, the detection rate of organic solvents was the higest in case of large truck workplace 40%, small truck and middle passenger workplaces 33%, small truck workplace 20%, and other workplace 12%, respectively.

        The authors report a rare case of gunshot injury to the head by a nail-gun which was treated by stereotactic surgery. The patient was arrived at our emergency room by 119 rescue. He was 23 years old with semicomatose mentality and decerebrated rigidity. On simple skull series and Brain CT scan, the large nail was located in the 3rd ventricular area in the mid-line with vertical stature. The entry point was identified 1 cm anterior to the coronal suture line and just lateral to the sagittal suture line. We planned stereotactic removal and the stereotactic frame was introduced to the patient. The foreign body was removed stereotactically with the guidance of C-arm fluoroscope. The # 8 L EVD drain was placed into the 3rd ventricle. Intensive care was performed to the young patient, but he died due to initial severe brain damage at # POD 6.

      • 합성 Zeolite A 의 Detergent Builder 로써의 이용

        세제 builder로써의 합성 zeolite A를 하동 고령토로부터 합성하였다. 경도, 염화나트륨의 농도, linear alkyl benzene sulfonate와 합성 zeolite A와 sodium triphosphate의 비율을 달리 하는 세제 용액 중에서 non-finished cotton, resin finished cotton, polyester-cotton blend cloths를 세탁하여 세탁율과 칼슘이온농도를 측정하였다. zeolite A와 sodium triphosphate의 중량비가 1인의 경우의 실험결과는 다음과 같다. 세제의 양이 많을수록 세탁율은 증가하였으나 16˚d에서 3g/1 이상의 세제농도에서는 세탁율은 거의 증가하지 않았다. 세제농도는 경도 8˚d에서는 1.5g/1, 16˚d에서는 3g/1임을 알았으며 세탁율과 제거된 칼슘농도는 염화나트륨의 농도에는 무관하였음을 알았다. Synthetic zeolite A as a laundry derergent builder was prepared from domestic Hadong Kaolin. Non-Finished cotton, resin finished cotton and polyester-cotton blend cloths were washed in the detergent solutions which were containing various hardness, sodium chloride concentration and ratio of linear alkyl benzene sulfonate to zeolite A or to sodium triphosphate, and then cleaning performances and calcium ion concentrations were measured. The followings were the results of experiment in which the weight ratio of zeolite A to sodium triphosphate was 1. The more amount of detergent the more cleaning performance increased, but the performance was almost not inclreased with the concentration of detergent over 3g/1 at 16˚d. It was observed that the concentration of detergent was needed 1.5g/1 at hardness 8˚d and 3g/1 at hardness 16˚d. It was obtained that the cleaning performance and the calcium binding capacity were independent on the concentration of sodium chloride.

        While Ideology as false conciousness executes negative function to distorted and disguise the Social reality, it also exercises positive function to present us to the Valuable directions of life and Society, to show us a idea 1, to integrate our Society, to Concentrate on potentialities of the members, and to streng then one body feeling of self-identification. However, the process which Such a Kind of ideology becomes Socialized is very similiar to that of Confucianism. Namely, Socielization of Idelogy takes the process of Social education which interalizes and mistificates Social role playing, existing order, and inculcation of idea System, or actual perspective to ward the world. Therefore, the purpose of the study lies in extracting generalization of the Socialization process.

      • 순무(Brassica campestris ssp. rapa) 뿌리로부터 지질화합물의 분리 및 동정

        순무 뿌리로부터 활성 물질을 분리 동정 하기 위하여 80% MeOH 수용액으로 추출하고 이를 여과, 감압 농축하여 MeOH추출물을 얻었다. 이를 EtOAc분획, n-BuOH분획, H_(2)O분획으로 나누었으며, EtOAc분획에 대해 silica gel column chromatography를 실시하여 3종의 지질화합물을 분리 정제하였다. ^(1)H-NMR, ^(13)C-NMR, DEPT spectrum 및 Mass spectrum등을 통하여 palmitic acid methyl ester(compound 1), linolenic acid methyl ester(compound 2), linoleic acid methyl ester(compound 3)으로 구조를 결정하였다. In order to isolate and identify the active compound from the Brassica campestris ssp rapa, the roots and the root skin were extracted with 80% aqueous MeOH, and the concentrated extract was partitioned with EtOAc, n-BuOH and H_(2)O. From the EtOAc fraction, three compounds were isolated through the repeated silica gel column chromatographies. From the result of spectral data including NMR and MS, the chemical structures of the compound were determined as palmitic acid methyl ester (compound 1), linolenic acid methyl ester (compound 2), linoleic acid methyl ester (compound 3).

      • 척추경 나사못을 이용한 척추 유합술에서 고정범위에 따른 인접 추간판의 압축 거동 분석

        요추부 척추에 기구를 시술한 유한요소 복합체 모델을 이용하여 제 4-5 요추간판에 대한 해석을 수행한 결과, 근육의 작용을 케이블과 케이블 가이드로써 단순화 모사한 follower 하중에서 수직하중인 경우보다 높은 압축력을 나타내어 더욱 안정함을 보였고 불안정성의 원인이 되는 전단력과 굽힘모멘트의 발생은 미미하였다. 장분절 고정에 의한 인접 분절에 전단력이 증가됨을 실험적으로 보였는데, 이는 장분절 고정이 퇴행성 변화 촉진에 기여할 것으로 추정된다. Background: Confirm the stability of intervertebral disc sustaining each fused lumbar spine cases, comparing vertical compression, A-P shear force and rotational moment on intervertebral disc of instrumented lumbar spine with simple vertical compression load and follower load using finite element analysis. Materials and Methods: We analyze the stability of intervertebral disc L4-5 supporting fused lumbar spine segments. After performing finite element modelling about L1-L5 lumbar vertebral column and L1-L4 each fusion level pedicle screw system for fused lumbar spine fine element model. Intervertebral discs with complex structure and mechanical properties was modeled using spring element that compensate stiffness and tube-to-tube contact element was employed to give follower load. Performing geometrical non-linear analysis. Results: The differences of intervertebral disc L4-5 behavior under the follower compression load in comparision with vertical compression load are as follows. Conclusion: As a result of finite element interpretation of interpretation of instrumented lumbar spine, the stability of L4-5 sustaining fused lumbar segment, the long level fused lumbar spine observed hing stability under follower load. This research method can be the basis tool of effects prediction for instrumentation, a invention of a more precious finite element interpretation model which consider the role of muscle around the spine is loaded.

      • Freud 와 Skinner의 인간성 진단에 관한 비교연구

        1. The core of Freud's theory lies in that Id of the unconsciousness controls life instinct of human beings. The term Id consists of Eros which is representing both sexual pleservation of man's life and Thanatos which is distructive and aggressive death instincts, Human behavior thus governed by this two instincts in its root. This theory of Id coined by Freud got some criticism as an theory that could be abused as a material for the defence in social discipline, governing and suppressing the society. However, Freud insists that the social value of the repression and the satisfaction should be accepted and more over, agued that not only the suppression of the human instinctive desire but also the fullfillment of it could lead as to civilisation. After all to emphasize the realm of unconsciousness where Libido is active in the depths of the mind, it minimizing the reason into a trifle one. Thus in this article, it is examined that whether the Freud's theory of unconsciousness that is Id could justify minimizing the reason and the oppression of society. 2. Behaviorism proposed by Skinner means that the liberty of human behavior is denied and could be controled by the contingency of environment. Therefore behaviorism stipulate the man as a mechanical Robot on the premise that human being are passive and dependent existence. These view resulted from the fact that man give up self-administration and give over to environment the control which has been in his power to exercise: individual is only a prism and a passive piece of sculpture without subjecthood. So according to behaviorism human being is considered as the same with animal. Thus man is not free as if it is a machine: also should be mechanical and influenced by determinism. It ignore the activity innate human being and rejected the view which interpretes behavior as a result of human mind and spirit. Therefore Behaviorism is a sort of determinism which declares that human behavior dicided by a certain cause and the cause is a lways external; in short, it is causationism. conclusionaly behaviorism only interested in importance of culture and society, and more interested in environment; it expect that man's environment should be transformed into humanistic one and it considers the role of the human genetic endowment as nothing. However, surely man has his own self control and autonomy with it he can rule the environment, therefore, man behaves with his own determination and desire; there lies a limitation of the theory of behaviorism.

      • 항진균제 알릴아민류의 합성과 생물학적 평가

        For the development of antifungal agents. modification of naftifine which exhibits significant antimycotic activity was performed by replacing the naphthalene ring of it to hetero cyclic rings such as morpholine. benzothiazole. piperidine and pyridine derivatives. The synthesized compounds were tested in vitro antifungal activity against five different fungi with naftifine as a comparative antimycotic molecule. From the biological evaluation two compounds. (E)-N-(3-phenyl-2-propenyl)-N-(4-piperidinylmethyl)amine(3d) and (E)-N-(3-phenyl-2-propenyl)-N-(3-pyndylmethyl)amine(3D) showed relatively noticeable activity(MIC=50㎍/㎖). On the other hand. the other compounds had no activity.

      • 강화 특화작목 지표물질의 함량 분석

        강화 특화작목의 건강기능성 식품 제품화의 가능성을 타진하고 재배작물의 표준화 연구를 위해 사자발쑥, 싸주아리쑥 그리고 순무에 대해 총 폴리페놀과 총 플라보노이드 함량을 측정하였다. 총 폴리페놀 함량은 사자발쑥이 9.5mg/g, 싸주아리쑥이 7.4mg/g, 순무가 1.8mg/g으로 총 플라보노이드 함량은 사자발쑥이 4.3mg/g, 싸주아리쑥이 3.6mg/g, 순무가 0.4mg/g으로 확인 되었다. 또한 강화 약쑥의 유효지표성분인 eupatilin과 jaceosidin이 사자발쑥에는 각각 208mg/100g, 118mg/100g, 싸주아리쑥에는 199mg/100g, 111mg/100g 함유된 것을 HPLC를 통해 확인하였다. This study was conducted to investigate the contents of total polyphenol and total flavonoid of three Ganghwa indigenous crops, two varieties of Artemisia princeps Pampanini (Sajabalssuk, Sajuarissuk) and Brassica campestris ssp rapa. Total polyphenol and total flavonoid contents of Sajabalssuk were 9.5 and 4.3 mg/g, those of Sajuarissuk were 7.4 and 3.6 mg/g, those of B. campestris ssp rapa were 1.8 and 0.4 mg/g, respectively. The contents of eupatilin and jaceosidin in A. princeps Pampanini which were calculated by HPLC, were determined 208 mg/100g, 118 mg/100g in Sajabalssuk and 199 mg/100g, 111 mg/100g in Sajuarissuk, respectively.

      • 싸주아리쑥(Artemisia herba)으로부터 phytol의 분리

        싸주아리쑥 지상부의 80% MeOH 추출물로부터 얻어진 EtOAc 분획물에 대하여 silica gel 및 ODS column chromatography를 반복하여 diterpene을 분리하였다. 화합물의 화학구조는, NMR, MS 및 IR 등의 스펙트럼을 해석하여 phytol로 동정하였다. The aerial part of Artemisia herba was extracted with 80% aqueous MeOH and the concentrated extract was partitioned with EtOAc, n-BuOH and H_(2)O, successively. From the EtOAc fraction, a terpenoid was isolated through the repeated silica gel and ODS column chromatographies. From the result of physico-chemical data including NMR, MS and IR, the chemical structure of the compound was determined as phytol.
