(Pb,La)TiO_3/LiTaO_3/(Pb,La)TiO_3 다층 강유전 박막을 이용한 초전형 적외선 센서

초전형 적외선 센서를 제작하기 위하여 rf 마그네트론 스퍼터링법으로 (Pb,La)TiO_3(PLT)/LiTaO_3(LTO)/PLT 강유전 박막을 증착한 후 급속 열처리하여 열처리 온도와 시간에 따른 결정성을 조사하였다. 강유전 박막의 C축 배향도에 따른 비유전율 및 유전손실을 측정하고 C축 배향도가 가장 큰 강유전 박막으로 제작된 센서에 대해 초전계수를 측정하여 센서의 전압응답에 대한 성능지수(F_V)와 감도에 대한 성능지수(F_D)를 구하였다. 얻어진 F_V, F_D는 각각 6.15×10 exp (-10) C · cm/J, 1.98×10 exp (-8) C · cm/J였다. For fabrication of the pyroelectric IR sensor (Pb,La)TiO_3(PLT)/LiTaO_3(LTO)/PLT ferroelectric thin films was deposited by rf magnetron sputtering followed by rapid thermal annealing and the crystallinity as a function of annealing temperature and time was investigated. Permittivity and dielectric loss factor of ferroelectric thin films as a function of c-axis preffered orientation was measured. Also pyroelectric coefficient of ferroelectric thin films with largest c-axis preffered orientation was measured and obtain figure of merit of voltage response(F_V) and detectivity(F_D). In this case F_V, F_D was 5.63×10 exp (-10) C · cm/J, 1.98×10 exp (-8) C · cm/J, respectively.

Quilting내의의 보온성과 온냉감에 관한 연구

This study is to examine the thermal properties such as the heat keeping property and the warm/cool feeling of quilting underwear, using Thermo Labo Ⅱtype. The specimens used for this study are five kinds of quilting underwear and each one of cotton and wool underwear. The correlativity is investigated by measuring the structural properties under the standard condition(20℃, 65% RH) and the thermal properties in changing the relative humidity of 55, 65, 75, 85, 95% at 20℃. The summarized results of this studies are as follows. 1. The heat keeping rate and the qmax value of quilting underwear have a high degree of correlation with structural properties such as thickness, bulk density and porosity. As above results, the regression equation is as follows. Y_HK=1.2950X_p-85.6586X_D-3.7254X_T-37.7610(r^2=0.9566) Y_qmax=154.7298×10^-3X_D-14.3396×10^-3X_T+0.2703×10^-3X_P+0.0557(r^2=0.9707) 2. The heat keeping rate of specimens is in the order of quilting underwear > wool underwear > cotton underwear. And also, the qmax value of specimens is in the order of cotton underwear > quilting underwear > wool underwear. 3. In according to increase of the relative humidity, the heat keeping rate tends to be lower but the qmax value is to be larger. Therefore, the degree of decrease of the heat keeping rate is in the order of cotton underwear > wool underwear > quilting underwear and the degree of increase of the qmax value is in the order of cotton underwear > quilting underwear > wool underwear. And also, in the fiber content per areal weight composing quilting underwears, the degree of change of the thermal properties by changing relative humidity is remarkable when hydrophilic fiber content comes to be greater.

The aim of the present study is to investigate the alpha-case formation mechanism between titanium melts and Al₂O₃mold during investment casting of titanium alloys. The metal/mold reaction products of titanium castings were investigated by optical microscope, microhardness profile, EPMA and XRD analysis. In this study, the mechanism of alpha-case formation was verified with thermodynamic calculations. The reaction of only TiO₂interstitial alpha-case formation could not occur spontaneously, on the basis of thermodynamic calculations. From the results of the experimental and thermodynamic calculations, the alpha-case is the reaction products of interstitial oxygen and the substitutional atoms dissolved from the mold materials with titanium, and then this reaction is spontaneous process.

柔道技術 중 허벅다리걸기의 運動學的 特性

This study has been aimed to analyze UCHIMATE technique of Judo gymnastically. The following are the results and the proposition obtained through an image analysis method 3 men half heavy weight champions of the national Judo standing team(85-95kg) were used as subjects for the study. 1. CONCLUSION The following are the conclusion obtained through the discussion of analysis results of the Uchimata technique using 3 men, half heavy weight(85-95kg) champions of the National standing Judo team. 1) The time performing total technique were 1.48-seconds which was performinglonger than the light heavy weight class of 1.28-seconds by 0.20-seconds, this showed that the heavy weight class players demonstrated the technique later than the light heavy weight class palyers. 2) The average length of moving 1-step leg for attacking was 24.27cm, and 2-step leg moving was 92.87cm on average. Therefore, the shorter the moving distance, the more the technique performing hour could be shortened. 3) In the hanging phase, the moving displacement of the center of gravity of the body weight showed in horizontal, vertical, right and left direction 28.97cm, 21.59cm and 13.57cm respectively. Each of which were longer than the phase of KUZUSHI and TSUKURI. Such results show that the center of gravity of the body in move lift the opponent. This reducing the displacement of body weight from the center toward the right and left direction in the phase of KAKE is considered to be effective in demonstrationg the technique. 4)The central speed of the body was 0.8cm per second on average and the average vertical speed was 0.74cm per second. The speed of right and left movement was 0.51cm per second on average which showed the horizontal speed was the fastest while it is preferred that the vertical speed should be faster than that of the horizontal. 5) Angle of the Trunk showed 98.13 ˚ on average in the hanging phase and the larger the trunk angle, the shorter the needed time to demonstrate the technique, thus making the throw of the opponent over shoulder more advantageous. 2. PROPOSTION The following propositions are suggested through this analysis for further study : 1) It is to be considered that the kinetics in hanging the thigh and the degree of every segment of the body be studied in a more detailed fashion. 2) A study on the technique of thigh hanging in an actual game situation (rather than during mere exercises) is necessary. 3) It is necessary to study the TORI and UKE techniques together. 4) The study of each weight class ought to be performed.

초등학생의 인터넷게임 사용과 사회성과의 관계

The purpose of this study was to investigate differences in internet games plqying according to sex, grade, and parent's dual-income, and to find relationships between internet game playing and sociality in elementary school children. The subjects were 697 students who were chosen among the 4, 5, 6th graders of the 5 elementary schools in Seoul, and 1 elemantary schools in Kyungkido. The used questionnaires were composed of the research on playing the internet games, the internet addiction test(which revised into internet games), and sociality scale. The results of this study were as follows: First, most students(92%) played the internet games regardless of sex, grade, parent's dual-income. But, boys played more time than girls and the higher graders played more time than tine lower graders. The best cause of playing the internet games was "excitement". Second, There is negative correlation between internet game playing career and leardership, lawabidingness. but this correlation is not strong. Also there is negative correlation between internet game playing time and sociality including stability, leadership, and lawabidingness. but this correlation is not strong. Third, internet games playing place was not related to sociality. Fourth, boys were 75% of addicted group. And addicted group had lower scores than non-addicted group in the sodality including stability, leadership, and lawabidingness. Finding from this study show there is correlation between internet game playing and sociality. Also, addicted internet games playing negatively affect sodality including stability, leadership, and lawabidingness. But this finding should be interpreted carefully because influence of internet games can vary with kind of the internet games, friends togethering, attitude of parents and teachers, and persornal psychological traits. And the studies need to be successively about internet game paying of elementary school students.

IBM-PC/XT를 사용한 다중파고분석기의 스펙트럼 분석

We have developed the on-line program to communicate the data between IBM-PC/XT and ORTEC 7010 multichannel analyzer, and to analyze the spectrum of the analyzer. The peaks of the spectrum were fitted by analytical function consisted of the Gaussian function and the exponential decay function. By test of the photo-peaks of Nal(Tl) scintillation detector, the relative standard deviations were about 0.5%.

인터넷 벤처비즈니스 평가체계에 관한 연구

Riding on the wave of the information technology revolution, a slew of internet venture businesses(IVB) came into being. Hence, one of the recent deveopments in Korean capital market has been the proliferation of IVB, which is in accordance with the worldwide trend of 'new economy'. Although the fair valuation is crucial for the nourishment of IVB. It is difficult to apply traditional valuation methods to these firms without reservation. It is due to the facts that most venture firms have little records of performance, grow unprecedently fast, and have highly uncertain future. The main purpose of this study is to suggest performance evaluation system of IVB and to develop KPI(Key Performance Indicators). Our empirical study is based upon Kaplan & Norton's Balance Scorecard (BSC) approach. Specifically, our research has been conducted by the following two subsequent procedures: Firstly, seven internet venture firms have been selected and their executives have been interviewed by FGI(Focus Group Interview) method. Based upon these results, performance indicators been developed. Secondly, by using the above mentioned BSC items(i.e., financial perspective, customer perspective, internal perspective and innovation & learning perspective), questionnaires have been costructed and sent to IVB through e-mail as well as over the Fax. Among the collected 110 samples, reliable 106 samples have been used to build BSC model and to draw our conclusion. In the future study. It would be much better to consider the role of strategy in IVB and the causal relationships among Key Performance Indicators of BSC.

스테로이드를 투여 받는 환자에서 발생한 Nocardia farcinica 뇌 종양 1예

Nocardiosis occurs mostly in the immunocompromised patients. N. farcinica is known to have resistance to some antibiotics and significant increase in morbidity and mortality in patients requiring long-term treatment. Nocardia farcinica infection, especially brain abscess, has not been reported in Korea. Here, we report a case of N. farcinica brain abscess in a patient receiving steroid treatment. The patient was a 64 year-old male with gouty arthritis, He received steroid for more than two months, because of allopurinol-hypersensitivity syndrome with skin rash. After three months of steroid therapy, he visited other hospital with mild fever and left thigh pain and was diagnosed of intramuscular abscess due to gram positive bacilli. One month later, he visited our hospital with right side weakness and was diagnosed as brain abscess. The causative organism turned out to be N. farcinica, which was confirmed by means of 16S rRNA sequencing. Antibiotics were selected by E-test results and treatment was successful.
