고농도 산소수로 재배한 콩나물 추출 음료의 알코올 분해 효능

본 연구는 고농도 산소수로 재배한 콩나물을 당침하여 제조한 콩나물 추출 음료의 숙취해소 효능을 확인하기 위해 콩나물 자체의 asparagine 함량 및 ADH와 ALDH 효소활성을 확인하고 알코올과 콩나물 추출 음료 분말을 투여한 쥐의 혈중 알코올 농도, 아세트알데하이드 농도, ALT, AST 및 ALP를 측정하였다. 고농도 산소수로 재배한 콩나물은 시판중인 콩나물에 비해 asparagine 함량이 높게 나타나 숙취해소 효능을 증가시킬 것으로 예상되었다. 알코올을 경구 투여한 쥐에 콩나물 추출 음료 분말을 투여한 경우 혈중 알코올 농도는 알코올만 투여한 대조군에 비해 1시간, 5시간 경과 후에 유의적으로 감소하였으며 혈중 아세트알데하이드 농도 또한 콩나물 추출 음료 분말 고농도 투여군(SEH)에서 1시간, 3시간, 5시간 경과 후 모두 유의적인 감소를 보였다. 또한 고농도의 콩나물 추출 음료 분말은 시판중인 숙취해소 음료 분말 양성대조군(PC)보다 더 뛰어난 알코올 분해능을 보였으며 ALT, AST 및 ALP 측정 결과에서도 콩나물 추출 음료 분말 고농도 투여군(SEH)의 ALT 농도가 알코올투여군(AC) 및 시판숙취해소 음료 분말 양성대조군(PC)에 비해 유의적으로 감소하는 것을 확인하였다. 이상과 같은 결과를 토대로 할 때 콩나물 당침 추출물을 이용한 콩나물 추출 음료는 숙취해소에 기여하고 간세포의 손상을 보호할 수 있는 음료로서 이용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. This study was conducted to investigate the detoxification effect of extract from soy-sprout grown using high concentrated oxygen water extract (SE) against alcohol-induced hangover in male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats. The rats were orally administered with different concentrations of SE beverage [26, 260 and 2,000 ㎎/㎏ body weight (b.w.)] and, after 30 min, with alcohol at a dose of 3 g/㎏ b.w. After 1 and 3 h of alcohol administration, blood was collected from the retroorbital plexus, while after 5 h, blood was collected from the heart. In the 2,000 ㎎/㎏ b.w. SE group, the concentration of blood alcohol was significantly reduced after 1-5 h of alcohol loading as compared with that in the other groups. In addition, the blood acetaldehyde concentration was reduced by SE (2,000 ㎎/㎏ b.w.). These results suggest that SE beverage can alleviate alcohol hangover symptoms by stimulating the activities related to hepatic alcohol-metabolizing enzymes.
플립칩 패키징용 Sn-0.7Cu 전해도금 초미세 솔더 범프의 제조와 특성

The current study investigates the electroplating characteristics of Sn-Cu eutectic micro-bumps electroplated on a Si chip for flip chip application. Under bump metallization (UBM) layers consisting of Cr, Cu, Ni and Au sequentially from bottom to top with the aim of achieving Sn-Cu bumps 10×10×6 ㎛in size, with 20㎛ pitch. In order to determine optimal plating parameters, the polarization curve, current density and plating time were analyzed. Experimental results showed the equilibrium potential from the Sn-Cu polarization curve is -0.465 V, which is attained when Sn-Cu electro-deposition occurred. The thickness of the electroplated bumps increased with rising current density and plating time up to 20 mA/cm2 and 30 min respectively. The near eutectic composition of the Sn-0.72wt%Cu bump was obtained by plating at 10 mA/cm2 for 20 min, and the bump size at these conditions was 10×10×6 ㎛. The shear strength of the eutectic Sn-Cu bump was 9.0 gf when the shearing tip height was 50% of the bump height.

Pyrimidine nucleosides fused with 3',4'-tetrahydrofuran ring were synthesized, starting from l,2;5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-D-glucose and assayed for antiviral activities. Thymine analogue I and its corresponding 2'-deoxy analogue 3 exhibited high cytotoxicity instead of giving antiviral activities.

This study investigated the probiotic and functional characteristics of Mukeunji starter, Lactobacillus curvatus ML17, isolated from Mukeunji. Lb. curvatus ML17 was confirmed as a safe microorganism due to its non-hemolytic activity and non-production of harmful β-glucuronidase and β-glucosidase. Tolerance to artificial gastric and bile juice of Lb. curvatus ML17 was investigated. After incubation in artificial gastric and bile juice, the number of surviving cells was 1.38×10<SUP>8</SUP> CFU/mL. According to the results of adhesion assay, this strain also exhibited good adhesion to Caco-2 cells. Lb. curvatus ML17 showed good antimicrobial activity against food borne pathogens, especially Micrococcus luteus, Bacillus cereus, Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Cell-free extract of Lb. curvatus ML17 exhibited high levels of DPPH scavenging capacity and inhibitory effects on growth of AGS human gastric adenocarcinoma cells and HT-29 human colon carcinoma cells. These results suggest that Lb.curvatus ML17 has potential for application in functional foods.
